UnitC605 has a spectacular view of the ocean and pool area! The condo had everything we needed for our stay including a crockpot which was a huge plus to make meal time easier. Couch and beds were comfortable. They also provided a pack and play for an infant which most units don't have! Would definitely stay in this unit again when we return to waterscape!

This property was a perfect fit for extended families thanksgiving week vacation! Each of the condos were so well equipped with all the kitchen things you could possibly need! Views from the balcony are great! Loved having morning coffee out there in the early morning. Beds were comfortable & everything was very clean. We didn’t get much time on the beach, since we were there to help our son move, however it was nice to have such a wonderful place to come back to relax in the evenings!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at C605. The condo and the resort were amazing. Coastal vibes made the entire process from reservation to check out extremely easy and so friendly! wonderful room/condo a few chips on the wall, very clean, beautiful ocean view, overall great stay. be sure to report any damage in the room to your representative first, the day you get there. Then there’s no question about any damage that you might get blamed for while you’re there. A few dishes missing a few bowls overall a great stay, be sure and bring Towels, laundry detergent, dishwashing liquid,. and bathroom soap, because there isn’t any. Also, paper towels was not there, and one roll of toilet paper only. would recommend to anyone for a great vacation!

This condo supplies everything you need for a family. It is located in the C building so be prepared for a walk to the beach. The condo itself could use a little TLC the walls have been battered by previous renters and sloppily painted over patching. It could also use a good deep clean. Our feet would quickly be dirty when walking around barefoot from day one. The master bed makes a horrible noise anytime you move. That being said it was what we needed for the week and nothing more. It felt clean enough to be comfortable. We had all supplies and utensils needed and the resort itself it wonderful for young kids.

I visit Ft Walton three times a year, always staying at Waterscape and renting from Coastal Vibe. This was the second time my friends and I stayed in C605. I love the view and the ease of parking on Level 2 of the parking garage right by the elevator to take us up to the 6th floor. C605 has a large dining table, perfect for our nightly card and domino games and puzzles. The condo was very clean and comfortable, and one small issue with a towel rack was addressed within hours of us reporting it! One of my friends sprained her ankle right before we left, and the beach rental guys were so helpful with getting us a beach wheelchair and helping push it across the sand. Having beach chairs and an umbrella included with the condo rental is wonderful! Coastal Vibe is full service!

We had a busy and enjoyable time away from the Iowa winter while at Waterscape. The condo worked very well for my husband and me along with our daughter, her husband and 2 small children. It was wonderful to have the patio as extra space for rabunctious children. We all loved the heated pool and even the lazy river. We spent time at the beach every day. Enjoyed a restaurant down the beach, another across the street as well as an ice cream shop near enough for us all to walk. Everything we needed was in walking distance and the grocery store was a mere few minute drive away. We all fully recommend Waterscape as an escape for adults as well as adults with children.

Had a wonderful stay over spring break in this great condo. We have been coming here for years, and always have a great time. The view is great, as you can see all the pools and the beach. The weather was perfect, which made our stay even better. There is plenty of space for our family, and it has all the comforts of home. Lots of great restaurants within walking distance as well. We absolutely loved our vacation! The condo was in a great location for the beach as well as all of the pools. It was great to be so close to the parking garage as well. The condo itself had everything as advertised-fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, and various kitchen supplies. My only complaint is that the floors were a little dirty when we arrived, but we wiped them down and the rest of the week was great. My boys (3 and 6) loved the bunk beds. Communication with the property manager was always prompt and helpful. We would love to come back!

Perfect location! Our family felt so at home during our stay. Easy access to the beach and so close to great shops and dining. The condo was immaculately clean and had a completely stocked kitchen with everything we needed to fix our own meals if we wanted to. The view from the balcony was spectacular! The multiple pool areas were great, our boys had a blast and the beaches were amazing! White sand beaches from one horizon to the other. Very easy to check in and out. We highly recommend this condo!

It was a very nice condo with a few issues I called in about washer and dryer and they did someone but it didn't fix the issue, There was dirty sheets left in the washer and dryer, also there was used coffee grounds in the coffee maker that wasn't cleaned out and the counters needed wiped off they had food and crumbs on them still.

We stayed in unit C605, beautifully renovated unit with a huge balcony and amazing views of beach and pools. The unit was huge for a family of 5 with room to spare. My kids (4,6 &10) had a blast att his beach resort, made a ton of friends and couldn't get enough of the pools. Our host David was incredible and extremely hospitable. I highly recommend Waterscape and we can't wait til our next vacation!

This was a great condo for me and my three friends. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The beds were very comfy. We could enjoy the view of the beach from our balcony. I love the beach service that is provided! Waterscape is a beautiful resort. There are many good restaurants near Waterscape so you don't always have to drive into Destin, which is a big plus. Coastal Vibe is very attentive to problems. We had an issue with a running toilet, and David had someone there within an hour of us reporting it to him! Wow! I'm coming back to Waterscape for Thanksgiving week and renting from Coastal Vibe again!

This was my families first trip to Waterscape Resort and it definitely won't be our last. We traveled from Louisiana and left early with the kids we were lucky enough to have our room ready 3 hours early and the kids were so excited to get to the pool area. The splash pad early is PERFECT for little ones. I have a 1 and 3 year old and we were able to sit back and cook on the pit while the kids played. It is a busy resort but we never had problems waiting on a pit, elevator or anything of that sort. We go to the beach every where and this was a first where the beach chairs are first come first serve..but we have littles that wake up with the chickens so it wasn't a problem to go down early to get our chairs right by the water (plus you are able to set up a tent). I have 0 complaints and will definitely be booking through Coastal Vibe Vacations again. The service was awesome all around and I always received a quick response for any questions :)

This condo was beautiful and very well kept with a beautiful view of the gulf and pool. We loved that we did not have to stop and pick up keys after such a long drive, and the ease of the keypad was so nice with the family coming and going. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. Once again we had an amazing week. This is one of our FAVORITE condos to stay at. This is the 2nd anniversary stay we have enjoyed here in this unit. The condo is spacious with a great view. The kitchen has wonderful quality dishes with both a regular drip coffee maker and a Keurig. The communication from the hosts should you need it is quick. Will stay here again!!

The beds were comfortable in the master and guest rooms and my 13 year old enjoyed the bunk bed. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. The living room had enough space for me to do a YouTube video workout. The best was the view and the patio. I spent most of my time gazing at the lovely ocean. The beach service was awesome and the guys moved chairs for me because of covid concerns. I wanted more spacing. The rental property team was quick with a response on a keypad issue that was basically of my own doing. The fact that the parking garage is near your unit makes for easy packing and unpacking of the car. The location is great too! Right by the bridge and close to lots of restaurants, grocery shopping and etc.

Overall, I think Waterscape is the best place to stay for families in the area. I would stay here again. Pros: - Unit has great view of the grounds (which are nicely landscaped) and past the pools to the ocean - Unit is close to the Garage for loading/unloading - Nice Master Bath - Bunk beds big enough for my 6'2" son - Well decorated and clean - Waterscape condos have great space and much better pools (lazy river, waterfall, splashpark and nice landscaping) vs other complexes - There were lots of things for small kids and teens to do. My teens loved floating in the lazy river with friends they met there and playing volleyball on the beach Cons: - Farthest unit from the beach - about 200 yds - Unit opens to sheltered open air area vs air conditioned, carpeted hallways like many of the other units - Some of the other 2 BRs in the building are bigger with a larger 2nd bathroom, an extra 1/2 bath and a door on the Bunk Room vs the curtain this unit has to separate the Bunk Room from the hall. - The beach here is very crowded because Waterscape is so big. We were visiting on a full occupancy week, so it might not be as busy on other weeks. We went down to the beach before 7am every morning, and with good planning and perseverance we got 1st row chairs almost every day. They set the chairs up in a "U" shape, presumably so everyone has a view of the water, but people come and set up big tents in the middle of the "U", so unless you get the front chairs, you are looking at someone's tent vs the ocean.

We had a wonderful month (Feb) at this unit. The view of the Gulf when you enter is breathtaking. The unit was spotless and had all of the cooking implements you could need, including a Kuerig. The facility of Waterscape is well maintained. We enjoyed the heated pool and the hot tub. Daily walks on the beach yielded a bag full of shells to bring home for the grandkids. Ample entertainment is nearby. We plan on returning next year. Management was very responsive to all of our needs.

This condo is very modern with the most AMAZING beds. The kitchen had tons of equipment for making meals should you wish. Waterscape C605 was clean and comfy!!!! Bed was great furniture in the unit was great. Overall one of the best we have stayed in. When we checked we noticed the Keriug was missing so we emailed Dave and went to Che k out the property. When we got back Dave had already delivered a Keriug. The views were very good of pool and Ocean. Being able to park next to the room was an added bonus. We take a beach trip every year to the Emarld Coast and we will definitely look at Coastal Vibe units again. Thanks for a great vacation

I’m so happy we chose this awesome condo! It was a super last minute booking, but the team was super accommodating. In fact, the whole experience in terms of communication was without a doubt the best I’ve experienced. The condo was very clean when we checked in, and was really well appointed. Super cute 30A style, comfortable and warm. This was our first stay at waterscape, and it was perfect! Beautiful beach, great pool/water park/grill area in the center of the campus and safe enough go to give our teenagers room to have fun too. Close to all the local attractions, but to be honest we hardly left the property. Kitchen was great. Also the condo placement within the resort is a great combo of ocean views and privacy from the balcony. But the BEST PART were the beds. I live out of short term rentals on the road for work, and have come to accept crappy mattresses as a fact of life. Not here. Better than my expensive bed at home. Memory foam with perfect firmness and comfy bedding. Combined with the high powered ceiling fan and ocean breeze, it was the perfect place to rest and recharge. Can’t wait to come back!! Whole family loved it.
