You can see some of the beach but our view was mainly the pool area… Room was everything we hoped for we will definitely be back… lower pool was freezing (kids didn’t care) upper deck pool was heated and perfect later in the day… host was amazing and very easy to communicate with 10/10

We had a great stay at Waterscape! The staff is friendly and did a great job of keeping grounds and pools clean. Especially liked that they cleaned the gas grills daily. Our condo was clean and well stocked. Would definitely recommend to anyone taking a family vacation with kids.

Waterscape was beautiful! Yes a little older but I felt it has been maintained very well for as much traffic as they had/have. I liked that it was big but easy to navigate and everything you need for a short weekend visit is within walking distance.

This was an outstanding and very memorable vacation for our whole family. We have a toddler and this resort was perfect for him. The pools and splash pad was definitely the highlight for him. There are great restaurants and attractions close to the resort. The beach was beautiful. Highly recommend this resort & condo for families with young kids.

Waterscape is a lovely property in the perfect location. The resort is extremely family friendly for all ages. I took my great niece for her HS grad trip, her two besties since Kindergarten, and her two teenage sisters. The beach is beautiful and the beach service team is awesome with reserving and setting up the chairs/umbrellas. Our condo was the perfect size for our group of 7. Working with our host, it was seamless regarding reservations, check-in, check-out, and perfect amenities. Overall it's really quiet inside the condo meaning we didn't hear the neighbors through the walls. I would suggest getting to the pool early, like 8am, to have any chairs for the day. Even though the policy is "no saving chairs," everyone saved chairs. We will definitely be back.

This was our second year booking with coastal vibes in the same condo! We can't say enough great things about both. Our closet door was off the track and I sent an email on Saturday afternoon it didn't take 20 minutes for someone to be there and have it fixed for us. The condo is such a great location to the parking garage which makes carrying in luggage and groceries a breeze, the condo is clean and spacious with a beautiful view. We will see you next year!

We loved our stay. Without a car rental, Waterscape is a great location. There are several walkable shops and restaurants. C303, first... The beds, after a day in the many pools and walking the beach, in was wondering to get into a very comfortable bed. The only suggestion I would have, would be a fold up highchair. The condo was nice with comfortable beds. We appreciated the pack n play for our infant. It had a view of the splash area. It is close to the Publix or Winn-Dixie. The fridge had a water dispenser on the front and the ice machine worked great. The free beach service was nice as well.

We were first timers to the Fort Walton / Destin area and I traveled with my husband and 6 yo daughter. This condo exceeded our expectations! It was so well decorated and comfortable. The beds and linens were so nice! Spacious and welcoming vibe upon arrival. We loved the location as well. It was close to so many wonderful restaurants and only a few minutes from Destin for some more fun. Traveling in April it was so nice to have the heated pool! I loved how when we needed something Coastal Vibes responded promptly and helped us out. They are very professional and easy to work with. We will be back to this area and will certainly book with Coastal Vibes again!

We stayed at Waterscape resort ~7 years ago on a ground floor unit. I think this latest stay in Oct 2022 was a superior experience. This unit felt larger than expected when we walked in. Everything was clean and ready for us when we got in. The kitchen was stocked with pots/pans, which was great because we like to make breakfast every morning and cook most nights. The location of the unit worked well for us, as it overlooked the splash pad and we have a 2 year old who loved to go down the slide. You can definitely see the ocean from the balcony, which is much nicer than the parking lot view we saw when previewing other units. Parking in the garage was about 20 feet from our door, so very easy to get out and drive 1 mile to Publix. Furniture and beds were nice and place was updated. The price was ~20% or so higher than other units that we looked at, but I think it was worth it for the good view, updated interior and convenient parking. This was late October, high 70's and sunny, so we had some concerns about cold pools. But one of the three pool areas is well-heated. The resort was very nice and clean, and I enjoyed having an early morning workout in the gym. David Jenn with Coastal Vibe Vacations quickly responded when we had a request and provided timely checkin/checkout info. Although we weren't able to take advantage, the unit was ready for us before check in time. All in all, a very nice last minute get-away for the family.

We have stayed at Waterscape the last two years and this was our first year in C303! Loved the condo, it was spacious, clean and absolutely beautiful. The location was perfect, it was directly off the parking garage which made carrying luggage and grocery's in a breeze and it had a wonderful view of the splash pad but also high enough to be able to see the ocean as well. Also will mention the condo was ready a couple hours ready which was a very nice surprise after a 11 hour drive! We are already planning fall break next year!

We absolutely loved Waterscape. This condo was perfect for our family of 5. The pools were great, the lazy river was a huge hit, and having grills near the pools was a huge perk. Our kids were able play while we cooked. The condo had everything that we needed to enjoy our stay. It was so easy to unload all of our luggage since the parking garage was steps away from the unit. We loved that we could walk to the pier and all the restaurants that were close by. AL's Beach club had delicious burgers and a great atmosphere. We would definitely stay here again.

Bunk bed area was great for children. The barn door to close the area off for naps and bedtime provided a quiet space. Plenty of room on the balcony with seating. Easy parking for unloading. We would rent again.

Waterscape C303 is an amazing condo! Love being able to park right in front of the condo making it easy to carry your stuff to the condo. Water view!! The A/C was very cold! We vacationed November 2021. Coastal Vibe Vacations went above and beyond our expectations. We had seemless check-in and check-out. Prior to booking and during our stay, David as quick to respond to our questions and emails. The resort is beautiful and C303 is in the center of it all. It has a nice view of the courtyard area. It was clean and spacious for our family of 5. It also has very close proximity to the garage (like right outside the door), so we could unload our stuff quickly and head to the beach. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be returning and booking through Coastal Vibe Vacations again. You guys are the best.

Although the weather was not the best for spring break and beach fun, the accommodations were top notch! The room was a great size for our family and was clean and presentable upon arrival. Five stars! Waterscape is in a great location right in the heart of the action. Ocean front with three pools and a lazy river. Kids slash pad, heated pool and a zero entry pool. Lazy river was under maintenance while we visited but it would have been too chilly anyway. This unit was so easy bc you can park literally right by your door so it was not a hassle to get to your car, load bags etc. Very clean and well stocked with everything you need. We knew to bring our own beach towels but I wish we would have brought two per person. We just threw them in the dryer when we got home from the pool so they’d be ready for the hot tub that night. The complex is large but you can see the ocean from the balcony. It’s large with two loungers and a table and chairs. The grills were cleaned every morning. We didn’t use them but lots of folks were cooking out. You can walk down to the pier via the beach. It’s $2 a person to walk on the pier. They rent rods and gear if you want to fish. Don’t miss the sunsets! Super clean, nice kitchen, cozy and comfortable. No yuck factor at all and I am picky. We had a great time and would definitely recommend this unit.

We had the best time staying at C303 at Waterscape! The condo was big enough for our family (4 adults, 3 kids) and was really clean upon arrival. The dining room light was broken so I emailed the property owners right away and they sent someone over within hours to come check it out. They had it fixed the next day while we were out by the pool. The resort style pool area was amazing and perfect for all the kids. We also enjoyed the short walk to the beach which was convenient. The only downside to the condo was that the TVs didn’t have any streaming services like Netflix or Disney+. That would have come in handy for movie nights. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back for another visit.

We absolutely loved this condo. The layout was perfect. The open floor plan with the kitchen, dining and living room is not only perfect for entertaining but great for little toddlers. It gives the space they need. The amenities provided in the condo was a nice touch. There wasn't anything we felt was missing. Another plus is the location of this condo. From the ease of walking in from the parking garage to the condo, to the perfect location to the pools; especially the toddler pool and play area. It was also an easy walk to the beach. I really liked that beach chairs and umbrella was included. It was one last thing we had to carry. My family would definitely stay in this unit again.

C303 was a great condo for our girl's week at the beach. It was just right for the four of us. We loved the convenience of parking right by our door for unloading luggage and groceries. The unit was sparkling clean, and my friends commented twice about how comfy the beds and pillows were. I liked the super soft towels. We were on the beach everyday, so the provided beach service was great! I come to Waterscape 2-3 times a year and always rent from Coastal Vibe because I can count on beautifully decorated, clean condos and great service.

The condo was beautiful. We were very close to all the amenities the resort had to offer. If your looking for a beach view its viewable from the distance. This is the first time we have ever booked through an Air B and B, but it was still a great experience. I was surprised how hassle free the check in and out was at our condo. The host sent all the information to us without any worries, and this cut out all of the unknown. This are is great for families with small children. Our little family of three made some great memories. I would say that we picked a cold time of the year in consideration. I have never been to Florida in April. I will definitely book later in the season when i book again. I would definitely book another trip through david and his company again. We had a great time!

You will not be disappointed in this relaxing condo in Fort Walton Beach, FL. It is the perfect location to enjoy everything the Destin area has to offer. We enjoyed the local fare at wonderful restaurants and took in many of the fun excursions near by. The Waterscape Resort has the best beachfront and amenities in the area. From the variety of pools for kids of all ages including the relaxing lazy river to the hot tubs and grilling areas you have everything a family needs for a relaxing trip to the beach. Our unit was newly decorated offering all the charm of a Caribbean Villa with beautiful coastal colors, well stocked kitchen, bunkbeds for the kiddos and convenient parking. We can't wait to go back and will definitely request the same unit again.

We usually stay in a condo on the other side of the pier. This was the first time at Waterscape and with 2 kids it was perfect. This place is geared more towards families. The only thing that was not so good was that the kids area had a boat water slide that was broke and closed for repair.

Beautifully decorated. Very comfortable. Description of the room was as advertised so there were no surprises when we checked in! The beds were super comfortable. Easy access to parking deck and restaurants across the street.

C303 is a beautiful ,well equipped condo. Great location, very clean. It's a great place to go and just get away from it all. Kids enjoyed the bunk room and the easy access to the pool and beach. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be returning.

The condo was clean, floors, sheets, towels, everything was very clean and so nice! The decor was really cute. My 2 kids (elementary aged) love the bunk room. The 2 bedrooms were roomy and there was plenty of eating space on the large table. The resort itself was also very clean. Loved the pools and the beach!! Would recommend staying in a heartbeat and if we go back to Fort Walton we will stay there again! We did the buccaneer pirate cruise in destin and the kids (and adults) had a great time. Destin is 10 minutes away!

We had the pleasure of staying in C303 for the month of February. The unit was well equipped for cooking. We appreciated the Kuerig. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were spotless and well decorated. There was an ample supply of towels. The living room even had a supply of books and movies. The amenities of the complex were well cared for. I loved the daily swimming in the heated pool and the walks along the beach. We look forward to returning next year.

We had the best time staying in Unit C303! So beautifully decorated and clean. Plenty of space for everyone to stretch out and we spent every night on the deck listening to the ocean waves crash. This condo had everything we could possibly need and there was no detail left out. It was just the vacation we needed. Waterscape is an amazing resort! You don't ever have to leave nor did we want to! The ocean is just a few steps away, there are 3 pools and 2 hot tubs. The kids loved the lazy river and splash pad. We walked to the pier and watched the fishermen. And in this unit we parked right outside our condo door which was great when moving everything in. This resort is so close to everything without being in the middle of all the traffic and construction. If you've never been to Destin, the water is amazing! Its like going to the Caribbean without leaving the country. Our kids begged to stay another night!!!!

The condo was exactly what we expected and more. It was well decorated, clean, and was equipped with everything we needed. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and comfortable. The little bunk bed area was perfect for my little boy. The porch area gave us a good view with privacy. The booking process was again amazing and the communication with the. while we were there was top of the line. I would highly recommend this unit.

The owners of this condo have taken great care in renovating. The property itself is stellar. We had a really great time. Okaloosa Island is a little bit more of a party-scene than we’d have liked for our little ones, but all-in-all our whole experience with David Jenn and Waterscape was wonderful. I would rent from Coastal Vibes properties again every year.
