Waterscape C300

This was our second fall stay on the property, and it didn’t disappoint. We will keep coming back. Everything is so easy to access on site and while November temps aren’t super high, you can’t beat the price of your stay and the lack of crowded pools/beaches.

We had a great time at Waterscape. The condo location was perfect as close to parking and the elevator. The beach is a short walking distance therefore able to go to condo for lunch and children’s naps. The resort is very clean and had activities while we were there. Never had to leave.

This was the perfect unit to rent for our summer vacation! We were two couples with 5 kids and there was more than enough rooms and beds for everyone. Check-in was very easy as all the info was given to us prior to arrival; it also helps that the process was keyless and contactless! Parking was conveniently close to the unit and the stairs and elevators were also super close. The kitchen had everything we needed, and we certainly took advantage because we only ate out twice during our stay of 7 days (remember, we were 9 people). There are also gas grills throughout the pool area, but do bring a lighter as some of them were not as easy to light. The kids absolutely LOVED the pool and easy access to the beach; the adults loved the fitness center and conveniently located liquor store across the street (great selection!). The unit does have a washer and dryer so it was nice not to have clean towels and clothing during our stay. We reported an issue with the dryer, and they were very prompt to respond. My only critique would be for designated, washable non-white towel matts in the bathrooms. Other than that, this place was perfect. Highly recommend this unit!

We loved the stay and the place was nice there was just a few things that needed to be changed. They need more kitchen stuff if you’re flying in or just more updated kitchen stuff. Also the fans needs to get cleaned.

We had a group of 7 friends and this unit was perfect! The layout is great, 3 bathrooms was a life saver and plenty of sleeping room! Parking right by the unit was a BONUS! Will definitely look to book again!

The only “negative” about our accommodations was that the interior doors and cabinet doors were very dirty and some were sticky. Also the floors obviously were not mopped before our visit. And just a suggestion, it would benefit the guest to have mirrors in the bedrooms. Specifically full length ones. With all this being said we had a great time and would stay here again in the future!!

Best condo I’ve stayed in. There are only 6 floors, so you’ll never be stuck waiting for an elevator. This condo is steps from the parking garage, so easy unload/reload. The beds are comfortable, clean.

We came here with our two year old and some family friends. Great place for families with easy beach access as well as pools and splash pads. Grocery and restaurants very close as well.

Spent a whole week in the condo over Christmas with family. Plenty of room for everyone. On Christmas Day we had 12 people there for presents and brunch afterwards, plenty of seating, and everyone loved the balcony. The heated pool and two hot tubs were also a huge hit. Definitely looking forward to our next chance to come back to this condo!

Overall very happy with our stay! Loved the easy access to the condo from the parking garage, although it was a bit of a walk from the beach. The place was clean, nice, and a stated on the listing. We had 6 adults and 4 kids. Probably better for 2 families instead of 3, but it was certainly doable. I also emailed David with a question and received a very quick and professional response. No complaints. I’d highly recommend this property and unit.
Highlight of the trip was paddle boarding with dolphins about 100 yards off the beach. We will be back!

Waterscape C300 was perfect for our family of 7, including three kids 7 and under and Grandparents. The condo was clean and in a convenient location for our family. Waterscape is family/kid friendly; we enjoyed the movie at the pool night and glow party on the beach while awaiting for the fireworks off the pier. We just booked C300 again for next Summer!

Great place to stay, extremely clean and convenient gulf access. Kids loved the pool area and adults loved the quick beach access. Very close to great restaurants and to Destin harbor boardwalk.

My family and I loved our stay. Everything was clean. The beds were very comfortable. I enjoyed my mornings sitting on the swing on the balcony. The resort is perfect for all ages and of course the beach was perfect. If we visit the area again we will definitely book our stay here.

This was one of the nicest condos it has been updated and the beds are super comfortable. The bunk beds were great for 3 kids—you'll want to watch smaller kids on the ladder. The location was perfect as we didn't want a ground-level unit where the kids could just walk out. This unit is just one floor up from all the pools/activities. Overall great experience staying at Waterscape C300.

Perfect for families who want to enjoy the amenities and the beach! You have everything you need right there and in walking distance. The condo is as beautiful as in the picture! Even though it’s a busy complex, you don’t hear your neighbors at all! We stayed there for 2 weeks and couldn’t ask for a better place! Coastal Vibe vacations made the check in and check out very convenient and easy! We loved the personal note with local recommendations!

Wonderful condo! Very up to date and comfortable. Was great having 3 bathrooms and lots of room for the kiddos. Within walking distance of restaurants and miniature golf. One of my grandsons remarked that besides Hawaii this was the best vacation!

My husband and our two daughters and their families really enjoyed our week at Waterscape C300. We were surprised at how spacious the condo was and having a bathroom for each family was perfect! It was very clean when we arrived and the remodel is fantastic. David was very quick to respond when something went amiss with the cable one night. The condo is conveniently located for garage access plus to get to the pools-only one floor down-stairs and elevator are very close. The condo kitchen was well stocked with all we needed to prepare meals and the ice maker in the fridge kept up with our demand so we never had to go buy ice!! Waterscape itself is an awesome resort and we are sure to return and will be hoping to stay at C300, a real winner!

We stayed in this unit 7/3-7/10 and had a wonderful time. We had plenty of room for our family and the kids (one 5 year old and two 1 year olds) loved the splash pad and the lazy river. The kitchen was well equipped, the unit was clean, and the beds we’re comfortable! Great place for a family vacation!

The rental process was easy. Property owners responded quickly to all questions. Plenty of space for seven adults. Being able to sit together at the dining table for meals and together in the family room was a great bonus. The family room actually has a sofa, loveseat and two chairs (the picture on the web doesn’t have the loveseat) The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. Nicely remodeled. Great location, great space, better than the pictures even showed. Only thing was the bunk room was right by the door and it doesn’t have a door so have a deep sleeper there or bring air pods to sleep in...other than that it was absolutely wonderful! We walked almost everywhere or just had a very short drive. Beach was gorgeous and kids loved the pools and lazy river etc.

This property was perfect for a family with kids in different age ranges. Splash areas, heated pools, lazy river. This condo provided a pack n play, toddler utensils/plates, one room had queen bunk beds! Yes queen bunk beds!! And a twin bunk room. The pictures posted DO NOT do justice to this amazing condo.
