Our stay was our favorite so far! We loved having the ground unit for our 4 boys to have space to run around and play. It is a further walk to the beach than other units, but it’s still not too far while toting kids and all the beach things - and with our youngest boys ages 5,3, and 1- we loved being steps away from the splash pad where we spent every morning. The condo itself was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We appreciated the awesome communication and helpful information throughout our stay. The whole family said we wanted to come back here to stay! Highly recommend the Waterscape for children and this particular unit was amazing

This was our third spring break in the area and of the three fantastic condos we’ve rented, this was our favorite! It was clean and spacious and the walk out to the pool area was a wonderful feature! My kids loved playing in the grassy area in front of the condo. (And of course they loved the heated pool, the lily pads, the lazy river, and all the other kids around!) The beach was stunning as usual, and we especially enjoyed the way the chairs were set up in a horseshoe so everyone had a front row view and it invited the children to play together. I’m sure we’ll be back!

We enjoyed our stay here, everything was clean, comfortable and well maintained. My granddaughters enjoyed the pool area and lazy river. The only problem I had was with the set up of the umbrellas on the beach, personally I want to face the water when sitting on the beach and the chairs usually available are in a semi circle facing other people, this would not keep me from returning to the property, I just took my own beach chair so I could sit facing the water .

Our family had a wonderful one week vacation mainly due to the comfort and convenience of our condo-C205. Communication with the owner was prompt and very helpful. I had many questions before the trip and he answered immediately and was so pleasant! Not having a “check-in” process after a long day of travel was soooo nice! We went straight to the condo, put in the door code and as soon as we walked through the door felt right at home. The condo was very clean and tidy. Everything we needed in the kitchen was easy to find-it’s very well stocked with pots and pans, blender, coffee maker and kurig, cookie sheets, mixing bowls and every utensil we needed to cook every night. The master bed/bath was very clean and had extra blankets and pillows in the closet and a set of bath/hand towels and washcloths for all 6 of us. We did a load of laundry everyday and ended up putting all the bath towels in two big baskets provided in the hallway table because we all showered at different times of day and it was just convenient for us. The other half of our family was in C202 and these two units were located perfectly for us. We had a 5,3, and 1 yr old and the walkout unit opens up to a big yard area for the kids to play when we weren’t at the beach or the pools. The C units were furthest from the beach so we rented a wagon (party of 12-3 kids under 6) which we never even used! I haven’t covered pools yet but out of characters. They were excellent. Something for everyone!

This is our second year staying at a Coastal Vibes property and we couldn't be happier.. we've already are booked for next year.. we had a few minor issues and they were taken care of immediately.. The maintenance man JT and Jaren were the ones we had the most contact with and they are both super people..JT even gave use some suggestions on places to eat and they were all delicious!! Can't wait to get back there..

This was the perfect condo for families with young kids. We had 2 families with a combined 4 children all under 8-years old. We loved the sliding barn door for the bunk room which made the kid's shared space closed off from the rest of the condo and made it like their own little hideout. Being able to walk out to the large grass area to play and be only a few steps away from the shaded play area and splash pad was ideal. It's also convenient that we are able to park right outside the room with so much luggage. We will certainly come back and stay in this condo while our kids are still little! Also, everything about the Coastal Vibes reservation and payment process was very convenient. Communication and instructions were top notch and easy. Recommend!!!

We had the best week in C205! My kids absolutely loved their bunk room and the smartTV on the bottom bunk. It was a real home away from home that we'll definitely return to in the future. We are beachgoers. Every year we come to the beach at least 3 or 4 times. Usually Pensacola Beach, but for this last minute trip, we decided to go down to Ft Walton Beach and I'm so glad we did! We absolutely loved the condo, the condominiums, the water park, and the beach. This condo is literally steps from the kiddie splashpad area and it was absolutely perfect for our 3 yo and 1 yo. Our days went something like this: 8:30 - Water park; 11:00 - Lunch and naptime; 1:30 - Water park; 4:00 - get ready for supper and then bed time afterwards. It was awesome and our 2 boys loved it. They were so wore out every day they slept good every night! The condo was well stocked. It had a Keurig (every condo should, but they don't). It's actually 3 rooms if you count the bunk beds in the laundry room. WE LOVED IT!

This is our 4th visit through Waterscape and our 3rd in unit C205. The entire process with Coastal Vibe cannot be matched. They make the process so easy and it really sets the tone for a fun and relaxing stay! The unit is a great location with easy access to the walkways and premium parking! We love the well maintained unit and complex, and find so much comfort in the attention of the Security on staff at the complex. It's always so incredibly hard to leave, that we immediately start planning the next year's trip on the way home :)

Host provided an excellent pre-arrival information email with door code, gate code, parking pass, etc. Pool/beach access bracelets were in the property upon arrival and property was clean and ready early. We had a very pleasant and enjoyable stay! Others have commented about the location being near the fire station: true, you will hear sirens on occasion but it is always brief and in my opinion not bothersome.

Waterscape is our favorite fall break spot for our family of 4. Our friends also join us. C205 is a great location. The parking garage is super close to the unit. The patio is awesome! The kids love playing in the yard area. The unit is very nice and clean. I highly recommend this resort and this unit!

We had a wonderful vacation. This property was as expected and as advertised. Being so close to the baby play area was great for our young grandkids. Very convenient with the large area off the patio to play. The only problem we encountered was the dryer would not run. It was reported so hopefully it is fixed now.

Our condo was near perfect! It was quite which was not something we expected since it was busy. It had plenty of seating for 6 of us. Plenty of kitchen utensils. Lots of toys left by other condo users. Very clean. We loved being on the bottom floor. We absolutely loved this resort and plan on going there again and using coastal vibe! They were so good about sending emails and getting in touch with us when we needed them too. This condo was absolutely beautiful and I recommended it.

This condo had absolutely EVERYTHING we needed to have the perfect vacation! We stayed with our three children (15,5 and 2) and everyone had plenty of space and lots to do. The ground floor was perfect for our two youngest- and the close proximity to the warm pool and kids pool was a definite plus. The unit was clean and very comfortable, (bring extra blankets if you get cold easily). We went to the grocery store our first night and cooked our meals everybday- the kitchen had everything we needed and not having to drag tired kids out to restaurants every night was really nice. We are planning to return next year!

We loved the location of this unit! Parking is literally a few feet from the back door and made loading and unloading our things a breeze. We also loved that the kids were able to play in the green space that lies in between this condo and the kiddie pool. It was very homey, clean and the multi-level pools give it a resort feel. We were down for the Fudds volleyball tournament and had a great time. My family and I were able to walk on the beach to the tournament which was very convenient. The condo looked great and had all the amenities with a full size washer and dryer that made my stay easy because we have to wash pretty of sandy clothes. The walkout unit was great because the kids could just walk out the back door and play in the grass area.

After 8 days, I’m usually pretty ready to be back home, but not after this vacation! Waterscape is the absolute best family spot on the panhandle! The condo was perfect for our crew- kids ranging from 1 to 8. Everything we needed was ready and available. The management team was quick to respond as needs would arise. The entire property is well kept and there is constant maintenance taking place which speaks volumes about the pride of their grounds. Two nights into this trip, my husband and I were searching dates for next year. We cannot wait to bring our kids back In 2021!!!

This was our second trip to Waterscape within the past year, and it is getting better and better every time! We were looking for a mental escape from the day to day and boy did Waterscape deliver! The small army that maintains the grounds is top notch, and those young men that put out the lounge chairs every day hustled to make sure the chairs were out and ready for fun seeking families on the beach! Our room was clean upon arrival and the Coastal Vibe Team responded quickly to our TV 'outage'. The room was equipped with everything we could have needed and truly could have gone the whole week without leaving the resort! Our Girls (2 and 5) turned into little mermaids and just wanted to rotate between the 3 pools and lazy river! There were tons of other small children there to keep our girls entertained while we enjoyed all the great drinks Fudpuckers had to offer! IT was truly a successful vacation for all ages! The Stewby food recommendation from Coastal Vibe was on point-we ate there FOUR times and bonus points; its within walking distance! We will be using Waterscape and Coastal Vibe into the Foreseeable future! DON'T SLEEP ON THIS UNIT- you will NOT be disappointed!

Everything was wonderful! We loved the ground floor unit. We were able to walk right off of the patio to the pool and we parking right outside the door of the unit was also available. Not needing to wait on an elevator saved a lot of time! The beach was a short walk away and the water was exceptionally clear. We enjoyed everything about our stay in this condo. It was clean and up to date. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had plenty of stuff for cooking. We would definitely stay again!

This was our second snowbird season & first to the Emerald Coast. Had no idea where to stay & stumbled on Waterscape Resort. While doing my research I noticed the great reviews Coastal Vibes was receiving, so I took a chance & booked 8 weeks, & boy did it pay off! We loved the Emerald Coast, we loved Waterscape, and we loved working with Coastal Vibes. Most long term rentals have sufficiently stock kitchens & comfortable units. In my humble opinion, what can make or break your vacation is the rental company. Coast Vibes is 5 star! They are very proactive to make sure you have everything you need or want. Very quick to respond to any inquiries. And their staff are some of the nicest people we met. And we loved C205. Everything was just perfect! We've booked again for next year.

This what exactly what my family was looking for. Very family friendly and it was great to have the chairs on the beach and the beach toys on the porch area to use instead having to purchase any. We loved it! We tried Rockin Tacos and Old Bay Steamers(both within walking distance) and both were wonderful! We also visited the Gulfaquarium. The dolphin and sea lion shows were fun! Overall a great location and place to call home for the week!

We enjoyed the condo very much. It was clean and we had plenty of room. The only down side was the construction going on for the lower level pool. It was shutdown on Monday and opened back up on Friday.

With a 3, 4, 8, and 9 year old - this was the perfect place! Plenty of room to throw a baseball and football, right next to pools, and easy access to the beach. We just packed up a beach wagon, let the little ones ride and wheeled down to the sand.

We have stayed at Waterscape twice before but never at this condo and we loved it. Very clean and very spacious to accommodate 4 adults and 3 children. We enjoyed it was at ground level and the kids could walk directly to the splash pad. We also enjoyed it was on the quieter end of Waterscape. We would definitely recommend it to anyone.

This was our 3rd vacation staying in C205, and we'll likely be back again. Our kids could not get enough of the various pools and beach, so we only left Waterscape 2x all week, to grab dinner at a couple of the nearby restaurants. This unit is well-decorated, always clean and well-supplied. The bedroom beds are comfy and the kids love the bunkbeds. The nice TVs in the bedrooms are a perk, and communication with the owner was timely and entry/exit from the unit was simple with close garage parking and push-button access codes. Being on the bottom floor is so nice at Waterscape: you don't have to lug/cart your stuff into or wait for an elevator. Simply walk out of your condo and you're at the pools/grills in under a minute. We had another relaxing week with the family thanks to Waterscape C205.

My kids have all experienced their second birthday in C205, and it is the only place they want to go on vacation! We've spent three trips in C205, and each time has been wonderfully relaxing and fun. First, Waterscape is amazing...the pools, the lazy river, the gardens and grills, the proximity to the beach with chairs/umbrella. Secondly, the perks that David describes in the property description are spot on. Ground floor/walkout access is nice. No elevators to wait on and it's just far enough away from the closest pool/fountains that it's not loud and it feels like you have your own yardspace. The grass lawn just off the porch is big enough for kids to kick a ball, throw a frisbee, etc yet remain safely outside the fencing surrounding the pools and waterfalls. Inside, beds and couches are comfy (our kids enjoy the bunks for the brief time they're inside the condo and actually awake), internet and a larger TV than most is nice, the place is well-decorated and clean. The kitchen is well equipped. We've mostly cooked our meals while we're there and have never wanted for anything to prep our food. One trip, we arrived and a prior guest must have taken or broken the coffee pot, but a quick email to David provided some resolution to purchase a replacement, for which we were reimbursed that same day of our arrival! Garage parking a few feet from the condo makes unpacking/packing easy, and making reservations have always been simple. David has always provided the access/entry/use information in a timely manner prior to arrival. The location is in proximity to everything you need (Publix just across the bridge, restaurants, a few tourist traps, etc) It's location is also close enough to the heart of busy Destin to go if you want, yet you can retreat to open, non-crowded beaches and no traffic when you want, too. We enjoy the Back Porch restaurant in Destin and the Old Bay Steamer restaurant across the street from Waterscape. C205 really is a great place to hang your hat for a week to stop down and enjoy the beach, the water, the sun, and the family. I know we'll keep coming for years to come.

This is truly the perfect place to stay for a fun and relaxing vacation. We were able to park right in front of the condo. Big plus when you are unloading everything your kids think they can't live without. Loved the number keypad to unock the door. No worries about distributing keys or losing them. We walked into a very cool, extremely clean, beautifully decorated condo. Had everything we needed to be comfortable including plenty of very nice, soft fluffy towels, lots of cookware and even a blender to make those afternoon daiquiris. Huge comfy beds in BOTH rooms. The bunk beds were a hit with the kiddos. They loved that all their gadgets could be recharged right from the bunks. There is so much to do on the grounds and within walking distance that you don't have to get back in your car until it's time to go home. Pools were very clean, and we loved the complimentary beach service. Can't wait to go back.

Waterscape Resort has something for everyone. The splash pad was a huge hit with the grand kids and the heated pool was very relaxing. The resort is landscaped beautifully and a perfect place for families. The condo was decorated very nice and had comfortable beds.We look forward to returning soon.

We stayed at this condo for 8 weeks over snowbird season. It was really a fabulous time for our family. We had two adults and three kids and there was plenty of room for all of us. The front of the unit has the master suite and access to the patio which was really nice in the mornings to keep the rest of the unit quiet while the kids slept (the bunk room, 2nd bath and bedroom are in the back of the unit) and we could get ready for the day and then sit out in the morning sun. The "C" units are really fabulous for families as you park a few feet from the unit and walk out the front onto a grassy area right in front of the splash pad and heated pool (they're both gated for security). The amenities at Waterscape are amazing. The heated pool is fabulous, there are grills scattered throughout the common areas that are really slick for a quick meal, the workout room is convenient and well equipped, the second pool (with the lily pads!) is so fun as is the lazy river. The entire property is so well maintained and immaculate and the beach is amazing! I've traveled a lot and have never seen sand like this. It's actually like powdered sugar it's so white and soft. David Jenn (the property manager) is really great and extra easy to work with. He was quick to respond to my inquiries and very helpful and positive. I would highly recommend this unit and facility!

We had a terrific stay during Thanksgiving. The condo was awesome with the kids playing in the pools/beach by day and watching Netflix movies by night. My son fished off the pier that was within walking distance. The walkout unit was very convenient and the kids played football on the grass area directly outside the condo, perfect little football field. I was shocked by parking in the garage and walking less than ten steps to the condo. Lastly, the condo was very clean with a very modern look. See you next year!
