This condo is very clean, comfortable, stocked with pots, pans, dishes. Great location.... Just walk out back door to pools and beach. Beds were very comfortable. Plenty of clean towels. Washer and dryer worked great. Good water pressure in showers. No problems at all. Stayed an extra night!!! Would definitely stay in this unit again.

We loved our stay at Waterscape! The location of the pools was super convenient—just a short and easy walk from our room. Each pool had secure code access, which gave us peace of mind with little ones running around. The condo itself was perfect for our family—clean, comfortable, and well-stocked. We especially loved the cozy patio, which had plenty of beach and pool toys and floats ready to go. Everything was thoughtful and family-friendly. We'll definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay at Waterscape Resort C202. The only thing I can think of is there needs to be a wider range of cooking must haves. Pots, pans, etc. Overall, it was great.

We had a great stay at Waterscape C202 in Fort Walton Beach, FL. We stayed at Waterscape around 10 years ago. We always wanted to come back. The condo was very clean. We loved being able to walk straight out the back door into the pool area. The condo had everything we needed. Very comfortable. I loved being able to park near the condo entrance. That was probably one of my favorite things about the condo. I would recommend this condo to anyone and Waterscape is a great place to bring your family.

Love the property. Stayed in the pool with our grandson all day, every day. Only complaint would be having trouble finding chairs when arriving to the pool mid morning. It seemed that some of the chairs were reserved by people at the beach who came in later in the afternoon. Would have been nice to have a chair in the shade some of the time.

This condo is located in a good area. 99% of people staying here were all families so the atmosphere was great and family friendly. We all loved the fact we could just walk out straight to the pool and beach… not having to deal with elevators and lines of people to go in and out of your room is great. Very spacious and clean. The condo was just as stated and lovely. Easy access w ground floor out the door to the kids splash area and the upper pool deck. Grills close for lunch time or dinner either one. Plus the food shack is the cherry on top ! Love waterscape . This is our third year to stay and I expect we will make it an annual tradition.

Condo unit is extremely convenient to parking garage, not having to carry groceries or luggage far. Check in could not be any easier - you have everything you need prior to arrival. Great communication and updates about when room available which is helpful during travel. Easy checkout. Nice having starter supplies at condo. Unit is ground floor and close to splash pad which is great with young kids. More of a trek to the beach, but it depends how you and your kids vacation, many kids prefer pools to beach.

We could not have asked for a better stay! The condo was super clean and looked brand new! We loved being on the ground floor so the kids could run out and hit the pools. We walked to several restaurants for dinner and didn't have to take the car. Highly recommend Stewby's across the street during your stay, it's my favorite place.

David and his team were wonderful! They were very helpful and accommodating as I had changed my initial reservation for another property of theirs. The location is near to multiple key destinations that were of interest to us. Not a far drive at all from the airport. I had traveled with both my elderly parents, so the first floor of this reservation was perfect- It was very easy to walk from the patio portion to the beach in this manner. The resort of which this property is located was quiet, the staff were very helpful and friendly. We felt secure knowing a garage code to get into the condo was needed. It was also nice that the beach service, which included chairs and umbrellas were available during our stay. Thank you for a wonderful experience, would definitely stay again!

This was my second time staying in a ground floor unit. I love the convenience of parking right outside my door to bring in luggage and groceries. It's a short walk to the beach where my provided beach service awaited! It is so nice to have beach service included with a condo! My grandkids and I had easy access to the pools and used the grassy area outside the patio door. The condo was very clean and decorated nicely. I can always count on that when renting with Coastal Vibe!

Great place to stay with the kids. Like description said, nice walk out to grass which was good with little kids and not having to worry about a balcony. Rooms were huge compared to other places we have stayed. Facilities were clean throughout the complex. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved how close this room was to the splash area and the upstairs pool. The only issue we had was that we could hear the ambulance very loudly when they would leave. Beautifully decorated and very cozy! David was wonderful with any need we had during the week and communicated quickly with us. Cant wait to go back!

We loved our stay and would highly recommend it!! Everything you need is there and it is BEAUTIFUL! This room is so close to parking and only a short walk to the kids splash pad pool! David has been super to deal with and we are looking forward to visiting again soon!!!
If you stay in C building, it is a all to the beach— bring a beach cart if you can! I would still stay in the same location though— just would’ve been easier with 4 kids, with a cart!

This condo is in an AMAZING location if you have children! It is within walking distance to the beach but within STEPS to the zero entry kids pool/splash pad. Our kids (3.5, 3) has a BLAST! All of the pools are beautiful and sparkling clean. Water is crystal clear and they are all very easy to get to from this condo. We actually didn’t leave the resort. We went to Publix down the street when we got there and had breakfast/lunch/dinner in the condo. The bunk beds were perfect for the kids but did not have a door so we brought a noise machine to drown out the sound from the TV/talking after the kids went to bed. Overall our stay was great and we will definitely be back.

The beds are so very comfortable and the porch has a box full of beach toys, buckets, boards etc for the kiddos. The beach chairs are complimentary and are readily available. If you need a 3rd or 4th chair only $10 a chair. The parking on 2nd level at condo door is so convenient and nice. It was always available every night if we left. The porch is so nice having a grassy area and kid pools right off of it. You can just walk straight to fun at the beach or pools never needed elevators a big plus. The condo came with everything advertised to start such as soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergent, dish liquid, trash bags and detergent for clothes. Another plus, we had was friendly black birds and doves visiting us every morning for coffee coming within a few feet on porch. Very relaxing and home feeling condo. We will be back. Its worth every penny, treat yourself and enjoy.

We stayed here for Spring Break and met several families at the resort. We had a lot of kids with us with ages ranging from 5 - 15. There is something here for everyone! The kids loved the pools and lazy river. The adults loved the beach, pool bar and the fact that the kids were happy and occupied! Our unit was clean and was ready for an early check-in. We were very happy with our experience with both the property and the management!

We had a wonderful time! We stayed in C202. It was beautifully decorated and super convenient to the kiddie pool, with lots of yard area to play in right off of our patio. They kiddie pool was really great--we have a two and three year old and they played all day every day. The area was all fenced in and with very shallow water.Plenty of tables with umbrellas and lounge chairs ( although I think we were there before the busy summer season started.) The condo was close to the grocery, restaurants, the Gulfarium, and beach shops. It was clean and had a bin of pool toys that you could use. My only suggestion would be that they provide some small amenities such as dish soap, hand soap, coffee filters that fit the machine, etc. We had to get a lot of little things from the store, but it really wasn't a problem. The bunk room area was very cool--it has a TV on the bottom bunk that played Disney movies! Also I got very prompt return emails when I had a few questions from the owner. We came with friends who stayed in other units and they loved the resort as well. We are already talking about a return trip next spring! Thanks so much!

We have 3 boys and a daughter and it was such a great place for the kids with the Zero depth entry pools. We love the walk out patio as we would walk directly out to the pool and beach from the unit. Cant wait to come back!

As a family traveling with 3 small children, we really loved all of the entertainment options this property provided. The kids all enjoyed the pools and water play areas, as well as the poolside movies and fireworks. The tiki bar is super convenient for snacks and drinks and there are plenty of restaurants close by for dinner.

Our three little ones absolutely loved the kids pool, lazy river, & zero entry pool! Additionally, it was nice having grills beside the pool to cook dinner while the kids played. It was also great having a condo on the ground floor. The location was great for restaurants, entertainment, grocery, or making the short (~15 min) ride to Destin! Also worth noting is the covered parking & oversized spaces & we were able to park right beside the room (minimal walking)-a huge plus in my book! Now, for the condo-our two oldest couldn't decide between the bunk beds or the pullout sofa, so they used both throughout the week. There was ample room to accommodate 4 adults & three children. You can prepare your own meals in the kitchen or make the short drive to get take out-we did both! Overall, it was an excellent vacation & I would highly recommend! Thank you again David!

Nice clean condo on main level. Enjoyed the ability for kids to run around in grass right outside the patio. Appreciated the beach wagon to haul our gear. Closet in master was big enough for our pack n play -- mini bedroom for our youngest. Kitchen was well equipped (utensils, baking dishes, crockpot) but lacked a toaster.

I was traveling for for work and looking for a home feel rather than a hotel. This unit did the job. The two bedroom 2 bath unit had everything I was looking for....full kitchen, washer/dryer, and open living space. The unit was easily accessible from the parking garage. On the ground level, the sliding glass doors open out to a beautiful courtyard with grills, 3 pools, a lazy river, and 24 hour gym. It's also a very short walk to the beach with guaranteed seating. This unit had all the amenities I was looking for and had a great experience. I would recommend this unit to anyone.
