We absolutely loved the proximity to all of the pools, including being on the ground level. And a quick walk to the beach was a huge plus! The condo was awesome, spacious and a nice large kitchen to cook in. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a great family trip at this condo! Loved the location to the parking garage and to the pool! The condo was clean and decorated beautifully. When we first got there I was confused on where to park (it's on 2nd floor of parking garage) so I called and they were so helpful! Will definitely return!

Our family of 6 had a wonderful time. The condo was very clean and nice and had everything we needed. The pools were great for all ages, and we loved how the complex had activities for the kids, especially at night. There were always plenty of pool chairs and the snack bar by the pool was very convenient. The beach was gorgeous, even though there were red flags most of the days, but we were still able to play in the water a few times. There was a lot of construction going on around the buildings, but it was easy to navigate around and wasn't noisy at all. We drove to Destin a few times and it was a short 5–10-minute drive depending on traffic. We would definitely stay here again next time we visit Ft. Walton Beach.

It was a wonderful stay. Perfect for our family. We had a minor issue with the dryer, the belt broke. We called the number listed after hours and they had someone there early the next morning to fix it. Super friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

This was truly a standout property. We had a pretty full party, totaling 6 adults and 3 babies, and yet didn't feel cramped at all. The condo was in great shape when we arrived and was in the perfect location. Being on the ground floor allowed us to come and go as we pleased without having to worry about elevators or stairwells for the kids. It's also conveniently located directly across from the splash pad on the property which our girls absolutely LOVED. Fort Walton Beach is a great area and finding a property like this was very fortunate. The owners were polite, helpful, and very responsive throughout our stay. I highly recommend this unit for anyone interested in a smooth experience at an awesome location!

We spent 6 nights in this unit, the location is perfect especially with smaller children. It is on the ground level so it has easy access to the pools and beach, no stairs or elevator to climb or wait on. We was always able to park our car right outside our front door.

C200 was perfect for 4 friends to spend a week at the beach! We loved the convenience of parking right by our door. The outdoor furniture was enjoyed by everyone. Some of us ate breakfast on the patio, others stretched out on the sofa outside to read. Walking to the beach was easy. We also walked to the restaurants right across the street. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. Check in was so easy. The condo was very clean and we had no issues. I'll be booking with Coastal Vibe again next spring for another girl's week!

C200 was a perfect condo for our family vacation with 5 adults and an 11 month old; showers had awesome water pressure, beds were comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals and snacks. Having a washer/dryer was awesome as well. Wifi worked well and we just really enjoyed our stay. We loved being so close to walk to the pool ideal for baby/toddler, and all other pools and beach were an easy walk as well. The daily beach rental for a kayak or paddle board was awesome and enjoyed! Coastal Vibe was great and quick to reply to email messages/questions. Will book here again for sure!

Lots of stuff for the kids to do, house was great for the amount of people there. Only problem was the security walking around the pool were rude about a 4 year old and her bracelet for the pool. Made the stay a little frustrating but over all great place and would recommend it to others

The condo was perfect for my family of 6 adults and one child. We loved the ground floor with walk out patio and close proximity to splash pad. There was enough seating on patio for 9 people. The only problem we had is that my sons family had cockroaches in their bedroom. My son called someone and they had pest control come out immediately but then we found more and my grandkids wouldn't sleep in that room. We think the problem is that the room is close to trash bin. Otherwise the accommodations were great.

Everything about our trip to Ft Walton Beach/Waterscape was outstanding. C200 was in the perfect location for our small kids - right by the splash pad. The check-in and check-out couldn't have been easier and more convenient. The Coastal Vibe crew responded immediately and went above and beyond to let us check in a couple hours early. The unit was clean, comfortable and had zero issues. We are already looking to book with Coastal Vibe at Waterscape again next year.

C200 is a great condo, ground floor, very close to kids swimming area and parking garage. Had everything we needed in the kitchen, we cooked/grilled several times. It also comes with 2 chairs & table for the beach! Had a few beach chairs/ boogie boards outside that we used. Although the best part was booking thru Coastal Vibe Vacations, very quick to answer all of my questions, check-in was a breeze with coded door, no stopping at the front desk. Didn't have any issues while we were there, but I'm very confident they would have been handled promptly if we had! Thanks for an awesome stay!!!

Where to begin this condo was perfect for my family and friends. It was clean, spacious, and really perfect for a larger group. We loved how convenient it was to the pool and the grills made for a quick lunch, especially for kids who get tired of eating sandwiches everyday. The patio was perfect we hung out there every night. Being on the ground level made it easy for hauling all the beach gear to the beach without having to get on the elevators. We were also at the end of the building, so we were able to park in the parking garage right near the condo, no long walks for us. Also renting from Coastal Vibes Vacations was such an easy process, they literally did everything for us. All I had to do was print my parking passes from my email which I received 2 weeks before my stay along with my codes and the pool bands were in our room upon our arrival. So going into the lobby to check in was not necessary. All I had to do was just drive to the venue and unpack. They really cut out the hard work for us. We are already planning on booking our next stay with them.

We had an absolutely wonderful time at Waterscape C200! The beds were comfortable and clean. The location on the first floor was perfect so I didn't have to worry about little toddlers on a balcony and they could run around in the grass. It is very convenient parking and so close to the pools! The pools are all gated so that was a great safety feature. I can't wait to come back :)

Waterscape is the ultimate resort for families and C200 has the ultimate location within the resort. The splash pad, grills, and parking are just steps away and there is a lawn area right off the patio for the kids to run around, bump a volleyball, and play frisbee. Can't wait to go back!

The unit is nice for a family. Gave us room to spread and the table is large enough for everyone to comfortably enjoy meals. Two suggestions First, skillets that are larger and that are a little better, and a pancake/sandwich griddle Secondly do an overall maintenance. Trim is worn and the walls have experienced wear. The couch definitely needs to be replaced. It is still ok, but definitely worn. Unit was clean enough, but a good maintenance cleaning of baseboards, etc. would be a really good thing. Overall, it was a very good choice for our family- close to but far enough away from the Pools to minimize noise. Recommend it.

We've stayed at Waterscape several times, and this unit has been out favorite so far. It's ground floor, which we loved for easy access to beach/pool. The condo itself was very clean, I had to email/text either the managers or owners a few times prior to staying and they respond very quickly. The unit itself was very clean, stocked with everything we needed. I would definitely recommend this unit and will definitely request to book this specific unit again in the future.

First stay since governor allowed rentals to open back up and it was very much what we needed. Very roomy, clean, stylish, everything we needed and more was in condo. We loved how convenient it was to the pools and beach. Lost a pair of Apple iPods 😞. Would definitely stay here again.

The owners were quick to respond in our renting process. They kept us up to date with check in and check out procedures. We loved the ground floor with our family of 8 which included our 2 year old grandchild. No elevators needed, awesome! We were able to park very close to our room in covered parking, which helped with loading and unloading. We had plenty of towels and start up supplies. They even had a small dish detergent and two dish washer tabs. 2 rolls of paper towels and 6 rolls of toliet paper. The washer and dryer were very nice too. The resort was 5 star! It had several pool areas that were great for kids and adults. Plus hot tubs and lazy river! We enjoyed the fudpuckers grill for snacks and drinks. I loved the way the rental chairs were set up in a horse shoe design for a clear ocean view. We will be back!!!

This was our 2nd trip to Waterscape, always a good time for the kids and adults. There is so much to do at the resort- pools, splashpads, beautiful beaches. Publix is nearby and great restaurants too. This was our first trip with a large group so we rented C200; which is a great condo- there is parking immediately outside the door so you don’t have to carry everything so far. The 2 bedrooms with king size bed and the queen bunks plus twin bunk rooms fit our extended family perfectly. We were glad to each have our own bathroom as well. The dining room table even fit the whole family and we enjoyed the nearby grill for cooking dinners. We all had a great time and many compliments from our family as this was the first time for them to visit. The kids (and adults) were so sad to leave.

We have been coming to Waterscape for 9 years! We stayed in C-200 two years ago and again in May. It is a great location with the grass area for kids to play on and is near the zero entry kiddie pool. Parking and unloading is very convenient. My only suggestions would be a small table in the bathroom that has only a pedestal sink and nowhere to put anything. The condo was roomy enough for our large family, and everyone enjoyed the stay. Ground floor unit was great for easy access out to the pools and beach...and it gave us added room to sit outside the patio and onto the grass. Owner Dave was very thorough and friendly with simple instructions. We did report to him a small problem with the shower door and the living room curtains, but no big deal. Would like to come again.

The first floor was great for the small grandchildren. The wading pools were right there. The beach was beautiful and a very short walk. Would definitely take the family there again. Any issues David was on top of it.

Where to begin? First of all - location, location, location! C200 was perfect for our family. Close enough to the pool but not so close that the noise was a bother. Secondly the condo had EVERYTHING we needed in the kitchen for the meals we cooked at home. We thought we had an issue with one of the burners on the stove but turns out the eye just needed to be plugged in. That shows me that they took them out to clean! Great job! Owner was very responsive when I called this in and called him back to let him know we fixed it. There was space enough for us all to spread out and have some alone time when needed. This was huge for us as we had several different families. My daughter loved sleeping on the top queen bed. She tried to sleep in the other king bed after part of our family left. She decided the top queen bunk was more her speed! The night before we left my husband looked at me and said to book us another night. Unfortunately the condo was already reserved. We are already planning our next stay in this exact condo. Thanks, David, for allowing us into your home away from home!

This is not our first stay at Waterscape, nor our first stay in unit C200, but it is the first time that I have felt compelled to write a review regarding our stay. We discovered Waterscape about six years ago, and this has become our go-to place for our annual summer vacation. Our prior stay in unit C200, under a prior management company, was certainly enjoyable, but the current owners have "taken it up a notch." Wow, what a makeover inside the unit! From the "built-in" seating in the dining area, to the "built-in" queen bunk beds in the front bedroom, they have given this unit a major update. It feels less like a rental and more like I am staying at my family's condo. My wife and I usually take both sets of parents with us for our beach vacation, spending more time together cooking at the condo than we do out to dinner at night. On previous trips to Waterscape, I can't remember a time that I didn't have to purchase some type of cooking utensil to use during our stay. This wasn't the case for this unit. Everything we needed, from grilling tools to tool kits, was provided in the unit. Another plus...the beds! Both my wife and my father have difficulty with their backs, and I am always hesitant to ask how they slept while we are at the beach. As with so many units, bedding can be a hit or miss. While we didn't utilize the sofa/bed at all, all three beds in the bedrooms were very comfortable. Again, a plus for both my wife and father. The current owners, David and Lisa, made our stay very enjoyable, from pre-arrival to departure. The communication was excellent, and we had a direct access to them if we encountered a problem...which we didn't, thankfully! Everything we needed, from parking deck and door codes, wifi passwords, etc. was provided in our pre-arrival email. No lines to wait in at check-in...just show up and proceed to our condo. Being in Building C, adjacent to the parking deck, you can park right outside of your room. This is extremely beneficial for us, given we usually make several trips to the grocery store during our stay. Being a corner unit on the ground floor, you're also adjacent to the sidewalk leading directly to the pools and lazy river. Being able to walk directly onto the patio from the sidewalk and not having to wait for an elevator with a 2 and 7 year old...amazing! We've been spoiled with all this unit has to offer! I hate to give this place 5 stars because I don't want everyone else wanting it and I want it to always be available for us :) Exceeded our expectations! Check-in process was amazing. Just show up at 4pm and put in the door code and you are checked-in. You can park in the garage right outside your room so there is no hassle with luggage or groceries. Being on the ground floor was amazing as we could just leave our wet towels and suits outside to dry and we weren't having to wait on elevators which is nice with impatient toddlers. Everything was super clean and the kitchen was stocked with all the necessities for cooking (a few spices for burgers and steaks would've been nice but I know I can't have everything). It was so nice to have a washer and dryer so we could go home with clean clothes from vacation! My husband and I stayed here with our two boys (ages 2 and 5), my sister in law and her husband and two kids (almost 2 and 4). Waterscape is the perfect place for families with small children. So many options from the splash pad (watch out its slippery, or just wear shoes), zero entry pool (my 2 year olds fav place), lazy river (5 year olds fav), to the amazing beach! It was nice to have chairs and umbrellas at the beach but since our kids are small, we rarely used it because we were too busy hunting seashells or making sand castles. It would have been nice to have some sand toys instead of having to buy them and an ice chest would've been nice too but I'm not complaining :) 15 min drive from the airport, grocery store is close, Gulfarium and Pier are close and McGuire's and Boschamps are about an 8 minute drive! DO NOT go to AJ's oyster shanty across the street (terrible service and overpriced, not so great food). If there were 10 stars I would give this place 11! Thank you so much for providing such a great place to make memories! See you next year!

We made the trip with uncertainty regarding Hurricane Irma. The property/manager was very reachable and communicated daily with us leading up to the trip. He was very accommodating with extra requests or concerns. They even brought a rainy day gift bag on one of the days.

David gave us great information. We had everything we needed; crockpot, blender, Keurig, pack and play, plenty of plush towels, etc. The decor was perfectly "beachy" and very comfortable. We loved being on the ground level very close to the pools and grill. Seriously, this is the best condo we have stayed in at Waterscape and we come every year! Also, the patio had really nice furniture, not plastic like everywhere else. We loved everything about our stay!!

Our second time at this resort and it was somehow better than the first!!!!! What keeps us coming back is the family friendly resort. We have 5 children ranging in ages 3-17 and they all have a blast. We shared the condo with my parents and my brother and his fiancé and we fit perfectly. We cooked in a lot and the kitchen is stocked with everything you could need. The beaches are amazing! Clean, white sand and green blue water. We hope to make this an annual vacation place!

This was our second time to stay at Waterscape. We were with our softball team so I got to see at least 5 other condos and this unit was the nicest by far! The location is wonderful, ground level, and the outdoor patio area is amazing with all the available seating! It's not the typical plastic furniture that you normally see at the beach. You have a great view of the kiddie pool and beyond which was wonderful since we had a little one. It has a really nice dining table with tons of seating due to the built in bench. The unit was very clean, decorated nicely and has tons of room! We would definitely book this unit again!
