Waterscape B612

I spent a wonderful week in Waterscape B612. The condo was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked for preparing a few dishes to contribute to our potluck for 35! I even found a mini air fryer that I used several times! Waterscape has so many amenities for all ages, and it's easy walking distance to several restaurants. Publix is only a mile away. I come to Ft Walton 3 times a year, and always rent with Coastal Vibe. I know I'm guaranteed a clean, updated condo with easy check in and checkout. I'll be back next Thanksgiving!

Great resort, love beings right on the beach & wonderful things for the kids.. One thing resort should really take into consideration is having certain hours during the day & night just for 3 year olds & younger. We have a 2 year old & the bigger kids wanted to keep going down the slide & it made it hard for her to have turns too & bigger kids would go down the slide before she was out of the way & she got hit several times..Also if condo owners could put safety locks on cabinets & drawers, we had to put rubber bands on the things we could & take out utensils & put them out of reach of her. Excellent place to stay & we wouldn't let those couple things stop us from booking again...

Loved the location!! Right on the beach. The condo was clean and nice. I do feel like it could have used some updating. The caulk on the trim is pulling away. And the bathrooms are a bit dated. But overall, it was still a wonderful location. Coastal vibes was great to work with. Their instructions were clear and they were great about communicating with me very rapidly. The lazy river and pool options were awesome for my kids. It allowed them an activity right there on location that they enjoyed immensely, especially when the ocean was to choppy or had too much seaweed/jellyfish. My kids all definitely want to go back!

We had a great time. No issues with room and check in and out were very easy. We loved the facility. If you want a chair at the main pool go early but if you are okay being at any of the pool areas no real issues.

Waterscapes is a wonderful resort for families and groups alike. Our condo was spacious and perfect for us. The amenities in the condo got us through the first day and we were able to take account of what we really needed to purchase. I would/could be helpful to remind guests to bring salt & pepper, aluminum foil, and sandwich baggies. That was truly all we were missing. We love the area & working with Coastal Vibes! This is probably our 4th stay at Waterscape and we love the amount of pools and the lazy river. These appeal to all ages and the snack bar is fun, as well, as the 2 hot tubs. Access to the beach with beach chairs and umbrellas is a huge plus.

We had a wonderful time together as a family with young children. Very spacious rooms and bathrooms. So nice to have a bunk bed nook for the kids. As described. Grateful for the beach service that came along with the reservation. We got to kayak with dolphins!! The amenities of the property are well cared for and perfect for a family. We saved so much money by being able to cook for ourselves rather than eating out. The grills in the pool area are Weber Genesis 2.

David sent out emails with EVERYTHING you would need to know about the unit. Entry codes, wifi info, check in and checkout procedures- everything was very organized and being a OCD mom it was very appreciated!! There is this book that previous guest wrote in- which has great restaurant recommendations- tips etc. The rooms were great- our 7 year old LOVED the bunkbed room. Showers and tubs were huge and great for running in after a long day at the beach! Will definitely stay here again! Perfect family vacation!! Beach chairs that are INCLUDED was so nice and kept us from carrying a bunch of chairs around- process was simple but get down before 8 if you want a spot in the front. Pools were not as crowded as expected- there are so many of them it was spread out pretty well. Kids made so many friends- staff was friendly. Great for families!!

After doing an extensive search on where to stay along the Emerald Coast, I came across Waterscape Resort. It checked all the boxes in regard to a beautiful beachfront location, great amenities (3 pools, a waterfall, a lazy river, 2 jacuzzis, a nice gym and barbecue grills), and a short drive to a variety of restaurants. Once we chose Waterscape, I did another extensive search on which unit we'd prefer. Unit B612 checked all the boxes. We wanted an upper floor unit that had a view of the 'waterpark pool area' as well as the sugar-white beach and Gulf. This condo was an ideal location for that. The unit's interior was well kept and nicely furnished. The thick sliding glass windows easily slid open if you wished to step out on the spacious balcony to enjoy the view of the pool area... or turn your attention to the beach or slide them closed for peace and quiet. We had a great time!

THINGS WE LOVED 1. Location - many restaurants within walking distance, easy access to Destin, Pensacola, oceanfront view 2. The number of pools for both kids and adults 3. Beach chair service 4. Sand toys - we forgot to pack ours and we were elated that there were some in the closet! 5. The balcony and the view 6. It was so clean! 7. The large bathrooms & showers 8. The pool side food/drinks stand 9. Being able to lounge and drink by the pool while my kid played with other kids. 10. Felt 100% safe ALL OF THE TIME. 11. The navy planes - super cool! 12. The pier was amazing - we saw a dolphin and manatees THINGS WE DIDN'T LOVE: 1. There is a strip club literally across the street. Not exactly “family friendly”. 2. There was a constant musty smell by the pools - especially the 1st floor pools. Thinking it's due to the pine needles used in the landscaping? 3. No coffee filters. Assumed the coffee pot would be newer or at least have one of those filter baskets that come with most newer units. 4. The chairs on the balcony were nice but it would've been nicer if there were more lounge chairs vs a cast iron dining set. Not super comfortable. 5. Low water pressure in the showers - needed more powerful shower head for such a large shower. 6. Paint was peeling, chipping in the bathrooms - just needs to be touched up. 7. The lazy river should have had kid-sized rafts. 8. Most of the pools were too cold. More than one should be heated, at least further into the season. The heated one was always packed and it would've been nice to have another option.

This was our first time booking with Coastal Vibe Vacations and staying at the Waterscape resort. Mandy with Coastal Vibe Vacations made the process of booking so easy, we will definitely use them again. We loved the unit we stayed in, it overlooked all the pools and we had a great beach view. The property itself was great, we loved how much there was for our daughter to do. It is also a short walk/drive to the fishing pier and MANY great restaurants. We also liked that the beach chairs were not right on top of the person next to you and every seat had a great view of the water.

Just a great family vacation. The resort was really clean and a lot was offered. The pools were great and not too crowded. The only thing that was a pain was getting an umbrella/chairs by the beach. People start standing in line at 6:30 am. But that being said, the beach was still beautiful and worth it. Our unit was super cute and so nicely decorated!

We highly enjoyed our vacation to Fort Walton Beach. This was our first time ever going to FWB and our first time ever staying at Waterscape. We stayed in B612 and it was just as described and pictured online. It has everything you need and more. It is on the top floor (6th) but right by the elevator and has great views of the pools/ beach. I liked that both rooms have a king size bed and HUGE bathrooms. Everything was very clean and well taken care of. Plenty of essentials were provided in the unit. We brought extra trash bags, tissue, and paper towels but never had to use them. The variety of pools is a plus, my daughter loved having different things to do throughout the day. Her favorite was the lazy river. The beach service included with the room is a bonus as well. Not having to lug around beach chairs and already having them and an umbrella set up is very convenient. Most importantly, David Jenn is the absolute BEST! He was always quick to respond, very easy to get in contact with, and makes the check in/ out process a breeze. I have no complaints at all with the rental unit or the condo. I am already looking to book for next year!

Waterscape is a beautiful complex. Unit B612 was in perfect location for us - good view of property from balcony, right at elevator to pools & beach, right at trash chute. This was our first time staying at WaterScape and we loved it! We have three kids ranging in age from teenager to a 6 year old. There was something for everyone from the pool to the convenience of the beach. Our condo had a premium beach upgrade which included an umbrella and beach chairs. That made it nice with less to carry! The tiki hut was convenient for quick snacks and poolside drinks. We also loved the property location. We could walk to the pier and several beachfront restaurants. Fort Walton has much to offer with less traffic than Destin yet a quick drive over if desired. Our condo was beautifully decorated just like the pictures. It was an awesome coastal vibe which we loved. I give it 5 stars!

We loved staying at Ft. Walton Beach. This was our first time there and at waterscape. We used to only fo 30a or destin. FWB is our NEW FAVE! Waterscape is amazing! We loved it. The option of the kiddie pool, big pools, lazy river and beach made it more relaxing. And David and his company were amazing at customer service. Highly recommend. Amazing food nearby as well! Stewbys Seafood Shanty - you must go!

This is a beautifully decorated unit with a nice view. It is one of the cleanest and well maintained we have stayed. Lots of pools for all ages. Plenty of pool chairs. The condo was stocked with necessities as advertised. I would recommend a full length mirror. It is nice that there were heated pools. There were issues for a few days with the pools and hot tubs that caused them to be closed. I do wish the hot tubs were off limits for kids. There was some misinterpretation of the information about the number of beach chairs allowed per room. You are only allowed two, unless there is a red flag day. That is not how we read the info paper. We will definitely rent this same room again! Perfect location! You will not be disappointed!

This condo is just like the pictures- but the view of the gulf water from the room is much more stunning! We have 2 kids, ages 11 & 9. They loved each having their own rooms, and they enjoyed the balcony. We enjoyed the premium beach service. It was so nice not to haul chairs and an umbrella to the beach! The kids loved the free hour of kayaking or paddling boarding each day. Lazy Days rental company was amazing, very accommodating. The one day as they were on the paddle boards 4 dolphins swam right by them! We were all hollering at them from shore and they just froze and enjoyed the moment. They said that was their highlight of the trip. They also loved the lilly pads in the pool. I believe they did those almost every day. Going in March was a little chilly, but 1 upper deck pool is heated, so that helped. This resort was perfect for our family and the ages of our kids. Not crowded, which was pleasant. David and his crew were very accommodating, and checking in and out was a breeze. Thank you!

This was an excellent place for a family vacation. The condo was perfect with everything we needed. The resort pools were great for our 2 and 3 year old. The beach was just steps away and having the chairs and umbrella just made play time in the sand that much more fun. The owners were very responsive to our emails. Highly recommend!

This condo is perfect!! We have 4 kids and this more than accommodated all of us. The balcony is the perfect place to hang out at night and listen to the sound of the waves. The condo was clean and well equipped. We will definitely be returning.

Beautifully decorated and very spacious condo located right across from the elevator, which made this the perfect location. From the balcony you can see the entire pool area as well as the beach and ocean. We rented from Coastal Vibe Vacations and were very pleased with the whole process. David and his staff were very accommodating and kept us informed of the impending Hurricane Nate and even left us a little bag of “rainy day” goodies in the condo for our kids. Will definitely rent from David again! This was our 2nd trip to Waterscape and by far the best! Can’t wait to go back..preferably to B612!

The rental process for ournstay was prob the easiest process I've ever had to complete. Simple lay, simple arrival, no front desk check in and simple departure! The facility itself had a wonderful water park set up for kids and adults. It was easy beach access and a huge parking garage! We loved it! The condo was perfect. Big bedrooms, nice bunk room, large bathrooms and a great view of the beach from the balcony. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this condo/rental property to anyone!

This was our first time staying at waterscape and we loved it. We will be vacationing here every year. The condo was awesome. The bed were really comfy. Our kids loved all the pools and kid areas. Love how they set up the chairs on the beach so you aren't on top of everyone.

As you can see from the photos, this tastefully decorated condo has a large balcony overlooking the pool areas and an ocean view. It's on the top floor but right near the central elevator with quick access to the pools, gym, and ground level parking garage. This property has all the outdoor play areas that your family needs, including a fenced-in toddler pool with shaded infant play zone, lazy river, hot tubs, bbq grills, beach access, etc. The property manager has really gone out of his way to ensure we have everything we need for our stay. I highly recommend this condo to any family, especially those with kids or teens.

My family and I have stayed at Waterscape the last several years and B612 was by far the best condo we have stayed in. The unit was remodeled in September 2016. We have 4 children and they all loved it. The view from the balcony was incredible! You also have access to the elevator right outside the condo when you stay in this unit. We loved the new flooring that runs throughout the unit. The beds were also extremely comfortable. The rental company were great to deal with! We highly recommend this unit.
