All was very nice! The bracelets didn’t really work well but I think that has to do with property management not the owner of condo. Had to scan bracelet several time to get in and out of a gate. Bracelets were also a bit of a pain to keep up with. I would have rather had a code to remember.

This was our first visit to waterscape, we absolutely loved it. The poolside grills make it convenient to enjoy your afternoons instead of fighting the crowds at the restaurants. Pools were perfect for the entire family, we stayed poolside all week. One thing we noticed is how nice and attentive the staff are. Lastly, the convenience of the beach is right at your back door. Perfect vacation!

Perfect place for family getaway. The pool area and beach access are well designed. Kids activities at night like movies etc... If you like to grill, they have several (5 or 6) Weber grills set up for use. I noticed every morning someone was cleaning them for use that day. Also, the pool area had a Bar/Grill that was very reasonable.

The condo had everything we needed and more! We were there in late October 2024. The only suggestion we have had nothing to do with this condo but with the resort itself. Only one pool was heated in October…they all need to be heated when the temps drop at night. We were told by a resort employee they don't heat the pools until November. One note….sun comes in very strongly on the deck in the mornings and early afternoons. This is a very friendly family resort and the condo has room for a family. We had 4 adults and one small child and we were very comfortable.

Right on the beach location. Lots of activities for adults and children. We stayed during the off season (January) a few stores, restaurants, and activities were closed. Because it was the off season it wasn’t crowded, restaurant reservations were not required, and traffic was light!

The condo was a great place for our family in early December. The place was clean and very tidy. The TVs had connection to some streaming services for the kids and cable too. We sat inside and outside for meals which was great. View was incredible you could definitely hear the ocean in the morning. Easy access in and out and the parking garage was nice we never had to walk to the car in the rain it was totally covered. The beds weren't the most comfy we've had in recent stays. And the kitchen could use some more utensils for cooking meals. We really enjoyed our stay and our communication with David. When we come back we will definitely check if this one is available.

If you are like us, you search & search & “hope” you found the perfect place. This is it! This location is extremely beautiful. It’s on the top floor with stunning views. I was nervous at first about it being on top with littles but it was still safe. The place was very clean and when we had any problems with things that were broken or not clean, David respond in a fast manner and helped resolve the problem. The kitchen is equipped with all your needs and it was nice to have the washer and dryer. Their place is a home away from home.
This is an amazing resort with the convenience of the pools and the ocean so close. They even have a lunch place by the pool! Restaurants, liquor store & surf store all within walking distance! Thing to note, is they put chairs up at 7:30am first come, so getting someone there to put a towel down is a must!also ask for a table. Super kid friendly!Will be coming back!

We loved our stay at David's condo! We had a great view of the beach and pool area. I will have to remember our binoculars next time because I was able to see dolphins from our balcony! The door to the bunkbed nook was very helpful for our 5 year old to sleep. The condo was nice and clean and David was very responsive through messenger.

This is our second stay at Waterscapes, but our first stay in this particular condo. We found the condo to be exactly as described in the listing. The management company was very communicative and easy to work with. When we experienced a couple of minor maintenance issues, they responded quickly and professionally. We highly recommend this rental.

The condo was nicely decorated in a beach theme. The view of the ocean and resort pools was really nice. I lived that we were just a short walk to the beach and that there were chairs and umbrellas on the beach for us to use.

Great location, view and easiest check in ever

After the arrangements fell through at the condo we had planned to stay, we scrambled to find other accommodations. Not a lot was still available, but thankfully, this unit had not been taken, and we felt blessed it was still open for the dates we were staying. It is nicely furnished, more than fit our needs. The king bed in the second bedroom was something we didn't expect, and the comfort of the beds was great! With so much use, sometimes, this is an issue. On our first day we had a knock at our door. It was someone from Coastal Vibes bringing us a set of very nice food storage containers to use during our stay. The condo did not have a set for long-termers, so that was very thoughtful. And it did get used! The booking process went very smoothly with David Jenn. We had intended on staying the month of February, but due to our plans being changed, we did not arrive until a week later, so our stay was extended into March, and fortunately, he did not raise his rates, as so many do during that time. For this, we were very thankful. We had a great getaway, and would not hesitate to book this unit again.

Great place! Nice being on the top floor with views of the pool and the beach. The pool area is beautifully lit up at night. The elevator is right outside the condo which is convenient. The condo itself is very open and feels large. Bathtubs and showers are massive! Overall very happy with our stay!
Cons: the dishwasher is very much in need of replacing. It doesn’t properly clean the dishes and we found many dishes in the cabinets that were less than clean. There was also a pan filled with grease left in the oven from the previous guests that we had to clean.
WiFi was inconsistent but worked for most devices.
Hot water wouldn’t stay hot long enough to fill those beautiful massive bathtubs.
None of these are deal breakers. More like small inconveniences. But when on vacation, it’s nice to not have to worry about anything.
I share the cons to be transparent that this isn’t the PERFECT place. However it was very nice and we’re happy with our stay overall. David was available when I had questions and the value for the money is great.

The room was so great it was hard to get the kids to leave the room. Every room had a tv including each bunk bed. The view from the balcony was perfect. I could drink my coffee and watch the kids (ages 9-14)play on the beach or in the pools without leaving my room because I could see them from the balcony. I could even see the conditions of the ocean and dolphins from the balcony. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen and laundry made life simple. My nightly rate was not much more than the crappy hotel chain across the parking lot. We were able to walk to several restaurants. The room included 2 beach chair and umbrella service per room and that was an added bonus since we didn't have lug around a cart full of beach chairs and toys. We arrived on a Friday night and later that evening I realized there wasn't a keurig machine. They were prompt to deliver one the next morning and there customer service was in point and quick to respond. We will be back for sure.
