This was our first time coming to the Destin area. We absolutely loved the property and the area around. We have already referred friends to stay there and will be staying there in April. We will be back for sure. Thank you so much for all the hospitality.

This was a fantastic condo! It had a wonderful view! The pools and lazy river were amazing! The condo was clean and so nice. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. The beach was a few steps away, elevators were nearby, entire facility was neat and well kept. We will most definitely consider staying here again! We loved everything about it!

This was our first time staying at Waterscape and we absolutely loved it!! The pools, amenities, included beach service, and location really made it a fun trip. And staying in B606 just made it even better! The communication was detailed and made the check in/out process easy. The condo is decorated so nicely, the beds were very comfortable, loved the large bathrooms, and we had plenty of space for all 5 of us. It was great having a few starter items included too. One of our favorite spots was the balcony-being able to wake up and see the ocean was awesome and it was also relaxing at night after a hot day. My only teeny tiny issue is that the unit needs a few more pots and pans or maybe a couple more pyrex dishes. We cooked a lot and made it work so definitely not a big deal. Overall we loved everything about this place and would for sure stay here again!!

Our family of 8 really enjoyed our stay at this condo. The location was excellent and the condo was surprisingly very quiet for how busy the area was. We avoided all of the Destin traffic and found excellent restaurants close by. The beach service was a huge plus as were all of the pools and amenities. We absolutely loved waterscape last year during fall break & decided to stay again this year. This unit surpassed our expectations, the beds were comfy, the unit was clean & we felt the kitchen was pretty well stocked, having the Tupperware with lids was great for packing snacks for the beach esp with young kids. We loved the place! From 2 master bedrooms to a bunkbed room, it was perfect for our little family trip. The little cozy condo even had an Xbox that the kids couldn't keep their hands off of. A huge balcony we can sit outside everyday with a great view of the pool and the beach. We loved the amenities that were offered as well from steps away from the sandy beach to access to all the pools throughout the complex. We had a toddler and they had a separate kiddos play are on the 2nd floor. I loved that we were able to enjoy paddleboarding or canoeing for free 1hr per day. The covered parking on all 6 floors was a plus as well. Overall thus was a great place to stay. Perfect for a family of 6-8.

Excellent Condo. Stove was old and not in good shape but Coastal replaced it with a nice glass top one. Any other problems we ran into were fixed immediately. View from the balcony was great. The property was well kept and the main pool was heated as well as two hot tubs.

Let's be honest. Booking a vacation can be a bit of a crap shoot. You pick an area you want to go and start looking for a place to stay. You read the reviews looking for a resort that fits all or your needs. You THINK you find it only to be disappointed... yet again. So let me put your mind at ease. Coastal Vibe Vacations is the real deal! We picked Waterscape in Fort Walton Beach and could not have been more pleased. The room was clean and well kept. The furniture and beds showed no signs of aging. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, silverware and pots and pans...every thing you will need! The resort? Well I can honestly say I haven't been to one that was as well kept as this place. Oh and the staff were friendly and helpful! My wife (who is very picky) and I sat on our balcony looking over it all and could not come up with anything we didn't like about our stay! We WILL be back and WILL use Coastal Vibe Vacations.

We had a issue with water coming from AC unit I believe and they were there right away to fix it. Room was ready and available early which was great because we arrived in the area a little early. We stayed in B606 at Waterscape in Fort Walton Beach. It was my daughter 9 and son 7 and myself & girlfriend. The Condo was decorated in a nice beach theme. The view from the balcony was amazing and sitting outside on the balcony at night after 10 pm when the pool closes you can hear the waves from the gulf. The balcony is huge and had one small white wooden table with 4 chairs plus 1 wicker chair off to the side. After 10:30 am you can sit on the balcony in shade for the rest of the day with a nice gulf breeze. Not a complaint but a suggestion, for the money you pay for the condo I would recommend upgrading the balcony furniture to something more comfortable and bigger table plus two lounge chairs with a small table for relaxing. The balcony is accessible from both bedrooms. Also the balcony is very private. You can't see the other balconies to the left, right or below you. The master bathroom was huge and we enjoyed the extra large bathtub and extra large shower. The master bedroom had plenty of room and storage space for all your belongings. We stayed 8/01/2020 - 08/08/2020. My girlfriends only two suggestions to improve were the balcony furniture and masterbedroom mattress. The mattress needs to be replaced as it had some excess mileage on it and there was a noticeable dent in the middle of the mattress! I am sure they will replace it soon. We didn't use the livingroom often. Pleanty of seating in the living room however we enjoyed being on the balcony in the evening and night. We used the dinning room table often. It is huge and has a combination of chairs and bench seating. The kitchen is well appointed with everything you need. We brought extra garbage bags, dishwasher and laundry detergent. We live in Tampa and enjoy cooking so we did bring our own cast iron skillet and favorite frying pan. The kitchen also had a ninja blender that we used daily for fresh smoothies. The freezer makes plenty of ice and the fridge has plenty of storage. My 9 year old daughter enjoyed her private bedroom with her private bathroom. My son also enjoyed the bunk-bedroom all to himself wich had a door for privacy. The washer and dryer work fine. The Pools and beach at this place are amazing. Pools open until 10pm and the complimentary beach chairs and umbrella are a plus. We would recommend this place to family and friends and definitely will come back.

Fire Stick and Xbox was a great addition, made us feel like home. :) The location was absolutely perfect, close to pools and beach. The views are amazing. We had great weather and we enjoyed staying on the beach all day. Easy access to the elevator that puts you right down to the pool. Our son enjoyed trying the included paddle board service. Location and size of condo is perfect, better than we even expected. We had never been to this area before, and the view of the beach from the balcony, as well as hearing the waves, was one of our favorite things. Being able to walk to restaurants from the beach was definitely an added bonus. And right after that it is an area to run on the beach for almost 2 miles with no buildings at all. It was one of our most relaxing vacations ever, with fun stuff for the kids to do right there as well.

This condominium is beautiful!! It was so clean and spacious! The ocean view was amazing and we also loved being able to look out at the resort. It was stocked with all the little necessities that you initially need, which was very convenient. My kids loved having Netflix available as well as an X-Box. The location of this condo was also very convenient...close to elevators, parking and also to the beach and entry to resort. David was very easy to work with and very responsive. I give this condo a definite 5 star rating! We hope to rent this same condo again next year!

Couldn’t be decorated any better. Plenty of room. Very short walk to the closest elevator which opens right next to the pool. We very much appreciated the beach service that comes with the rental. Very large balcony. TV comes with cable and Xbox. Resort is very kid friendly and kept up. Owner is a wonderful communicator. We will definitely be returning.

My family (wife and two daughters 13 and under) had a very relaxing and fun vacation stay at Waterscape B606. The room was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the view was mesmerizing. The rental company, Coastal Vibe Vacations was the best rental company we've ever used. David and his team did everything to make our stay at Waterscape welcoming and care-free. The next time we come back to Okaloosa Island, there is no question on the company we will use. The pool areas were water-park level, and there are a few seafood places within walking distance (we had Old Bay Steamer across the road twice). If you're thinking about staying here, stop thinking and book it...you will not regret it.

Easy parking & check-in upon arrival. We were impressed with decor & condition of the condo when we arrived. The double master and bunk room are the perfect layout for our family of six-especially with the extra half bath. Excellent view of the ocean and resort from the spacious balcony which we enjoyed during several meals. The condo has many restaurants, activities and shopping close by in Okaloosa and is close enough to easily get to Destin. This is one of the nicest condos we have stayed in - wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to others and would definitely stay here again ourselves!

We had a wonderful time on our vacation the week of 6/22/18-6/30/18. The condo was beautiful and immaculately clean. The pictures online did not do it justice. The view of the beach is absolutely perfect. You can view the beach very well from the deck. It was wonderful for our family of 6. The beds were better than our beds at home and we all slept like babies. And the condo had something for each of my kids ranging from 20, 17, 14 and 11. There were lots of kids for them to meet and lots for them to do. They had fireworks at the Boardwalk on Wednesday and movies at the pool a couple other nights. Our condo was also equipped with everything you need for the kitchen, 4 TVs and an Xbox and grills at the pool. Our favorite things to do: the Crab Trap at Boardwalk is good, AJs is okay...great ambiance, Margaritaville, rent a pontoon and go to crab island (kid friendly), deep sea fishing, some restaurants that are a bit of a hike but worth it if you can go: Pompano Joes, Red Bar, Baytown Wharf area. All in all....4th time to Destin and one of our favorite. Thanks for making our trip wonderful with your beautiful condo.

My wife and I stayed at this unit at the end of October with our two children (3 and 5). The complex and the condo were fantastic! The room is clearly recently remodeled and has a very clean and welcoming feel. The kitchen was equipped with any type of appliance we needed, so we felt right at home. Our kids absolutely loved having their own special room with bunk beds and a TV to watch movies on after a full day of activities. There are two master suites that would be very comfortable (we only used one of rooms, but it was great having the extra space to spread out the kids clothes!). The balcony has a great view of the pool area, but far enough south in the complex that you also have a relaxing look at the beach/ocean. There is very convenient elevator access to the second level heated pool/kiddie pool area and lower level lazy river/large pool area. When we went in October the temperatures were consistently in the 70’s and the water in the large pool and lazy river were cold, so we didn’t have a lot of interest in those. The beach chairs and umbrella that were included was a great addition as it allowed us a spot to relax while the kids played in the sand and ocean. For a small fee we were able to rent a kayak for an hour right at the waterscape property. There is plenty to do within a short drive to the destin harborwalk village and the aquarium/fort Walton boardwalk has options right along the beach with a short walk from the waterscape. One of our favorite activities was renting bikes at Seaside (cool little town for a short day trip). Overall we had a great time (it was our second trip to this property –first in this unit) and would highly recommend this unit!

Kids love the bunk beds with the extra TV to relax and unwind after a day of playing at the beach. I am glad you enjoyed kayaking as well. This was our first time at Waterscape and it did not disappoint! It was perfect for our family/friends vacation. The kids ages 2 and 4 loved every part of this amazing resort! This condo is very well maintained and is in a perfect location. Huge plus for me, the beds were super comfortable! David was a pleasure to work with and we will definitely be back!

I always read reviews but rarely leave them. So when there weren't any to read about this unit I was hoping the description and pictures were going to match. They were a perfect match! AMAZING! Our family of 4 stayed the week and we all had the most relaxing, enjoyable, stress-free vacation. We loved everything about our stay but here's what we talked about most (In no particular order). The location: The unit is close to the elevator and brings you right down to the doors for the pool and beach. This made things so convenient! We didn't pack lunches because it was such a quick trip up and bringing dinner down to the grill was easy too. The view: Breathtaking from everywhere! I don't like doing dishes but I could have stood at the sink all week washing them. The unit: The decor and design capture the perfect coastal feel. We loved the color scheme and simple touches that brought the beach inside. The stocked kitchen allowed us to dine-in all week. There wasn't something we needed, that they didn't have. The amenities: There was so much that we didn't take advantage but what we did use, we enjoyed throughly! The Lazy River and beach were our top picks. The chair rentals took the work out of going to the beach. It was so nice not having to haul chairs back and forth every day. They rentals are first come, first serve though so if you want to be close to the water go early. The description was right, we were ready for the fireworks and had the best view from the balcony. Our youngest (7) also enjoyed movie night from the balcony on Friday night. We look forward to coming back again next year! And the best part is I don’t have to search for a place to stay … this really is the one!
