The beach and pier views were fantastic. We loved the walk out to the patio from both masters and the living room. We have stayed at several rooms at the Waterscape and this is by far the best condo we have experienced.

I would say this was the best customer service in a rental company we have ever used I would not book with any one else We were in a different room for 3 days and were moving into this room for 7 and they worked with us on getting our food transferred early into the refrigerator before the 4:00!check in time we also got to put our luggage outside the room while we enjoyed the pool until our room was ready The room worked out great for our family and it had a beautiful view and the rooms were all nicely decorated The only complaint I would have is that we needed a pizza pan and couldn't find it if it was there The lazy river is not lazy!!! There are so many kids running thru it without tubes This could become dangerous without a life guard I would definitely go back to this room and property Room was very clean and pretty

So great for adults and kids of all ages! March is a bit chilly but we knew that prior. Gulf water temp was 65F and air temp 70F, on average. Sand is smooth soft and white. Waves were manageable by kids playing. pool has an area for all ages including a heated pool and 2 hot tubs. Can’t wait to go back!!!! Family of 8 stayed comfortably.

Condo has plenty of room, balcony is spacious and the view is absolutely amazing! This was our first time to the Emerald Coast and the location is close to everywhere from Pensacola to the West to Panama City Beach to the East. Check in process is so easy and the communication was great start to finish. Will definitely be back to enjoy the amenities as not all the pools were open in the off season. The beach is just steps away and sugary soft!!

We had the absolute best time at B602!! The property was so amazing and had everything you need for a great stay! The bed in the master suite was SO COMFORTABLE we want one for our own house! You don’t need to pack beach toys bc they have everything you need! The kids LOVED the bunk beds with the TVs, they thought it was so cool! Everything was clean and tidy and ready for us when we arrived! (And we could even check in a little bit early!) The views of the beach were incredible! The kitchen was stocked with all the utensils/appliances! We loved this property so much! This is our 2nd stay at Waterscape but our first time at this condo and it blew us away! We had guests from age 2 to over age 70 and everyone loved it! I can’t recommend B602 enough!

We visited Waterscape B602 last week and had a great time! There were 7 of us so plenty of room in the condo. The view of the ocean was amazing, and the pool area. We enjoyed waking up for the sunrises and seeing sunsets at night. The beach area was clean, chairs and umbrella were readily available.

This property is amazing. Beautiful view of the pool and ocean. We had 4adults and two kids and there was more than enough room. The only thing that was strange was the second bath was in the queen room and not the king but we adjusted. We could of had two more adults with us since the bunk beds were in a separate area. We have stayed in the area several times and this property is great when you have kids. Marina cafe in Destin is amazing and we went to McGuires twice

Our family of 5 had the most amazing vacation! We are mom, dad, grandpa and 2 preteen girls. The condo was nice and had everything we needed. The beds were really comfortable and everything was really clean! The view was perfect, we spent A LOT of time on the balcony. We were able to cook most nights and had had all the tools/utensils we needed. The elevator was right outside our door which made it really easy to get to the beach and back. We were always able to find chairs, which thankfully were included with the condo. The pools were great although we spent all our time on the pristine beach. We walked daily to the pier which was fairly close and also restaurants. We loved everything about Waterscape and Ookaloosa Island and will definitely be back next year!

I’ve stayed at this complex in the past but first time in this unit. Definitely the best unit to date!! Nicely furnished, stocked kitchen, amazing view, and super convenient to beach & pool. We loved all the space for our family of 10. The unit was clean and beautifully decorated. The best part of the vacation was sitting on the balcony with the best view of the ocean. The worst past of the vacation was crossing the street to go to dinner! Not a walker friendly road.

Waterscape is always the best spot for a family vacation but B602 made our stay even more enjoyable. It has one of the best views and the location of the unit is very convenient to both the beach and pool. There is plenty of space for you to relax on the balcony and all the bedrooms were accommodating. Communication with owner was easy, the condo was clean and ready for check-in. We had a great stay at Waterscape. Kids enjoyed all the outdoor activities and soaked up the sun when it was warm enough! The heated pool helped us extend summer even on a couple cool days. The condo was a great size and the view was a perfect morning coffee and cereal eating spot. Having 2 sets of chairs made the kids happy who needed a break from the sand and some extra shade. My husband and I stayed for a week with our 2 college-age kids and one of their friends. We had a fabulous time! Plenty of room for all of us but the best part is the location and the view! Very close to the elevator which is nice when heading to the beach or pool. We loved the balcony and spent quite a bit of time using it! Perfect location to watch the Wednesday fireworks. Our only issue was with the fine details of cleaning upon check-in. The bathrooms and kitchen were extremely clean but we were disappointed with some of the other cleaning. The property manager was very quick to respond when we reached out. Several good restaurants within walking distance so you don't have to drive if you don't want to. Strongly recommend!

Loved our stay in this condo - especially appreciated the extra set of beach chairs/umbrella rental that comes with the rental. In addition, there were many toys in the condo that our kiddos could take to the beach. There were also some chairs and boogie boards. This property was exactly as the listing described. We had seven people total, 3 kids and four adults. We had more than enough space in this unit. The three bedrooms with three full baths, bunk room, and large laundry room was more than enough space. The balcony is huge and the view is fantastic! You have ocean views from the living room and two of the bedrooms, and the third bedroom has a pool view-so everyone got a nice view which is rare in condos. Also, this unit is on the top floor and directly across from the elevator that leads straight out to the pool and beach. We had everything we needed in the kitchen, there were a lot of towels provided in the bathrooms, and everything was extremely clean. We just loved this unit and resort overall. We definitely plan on going back with the kids again!

We are so thankful for the blessed week we had staying in this beautiful condo. This was the best furnished/stocked unit we have stayed at yet at Waterscape. This was our 6th time at this resort, and now we are considering purchasing a condo here ourselves because there is just no other place we would rather vacation. Beautiful views, fantastic staff who attends to any need that arises, and conveniently located to all the best restaurants without fighting traffic to find food. Nothing compares to the white sand beaches.

Since 2020 was the year of the CoVid virus we were unsure of making our beach trip. But boy were we happy with our trip and choice of condos! The condo was everything we needed. The laundry room was of great benefit when coming back from the beach! Condo was equipped with all appliances and pots/ pans needed for cooking. Beach chairs provided were wonderful also! This is our second time in B-602, it's been repainted and new furniture. It was again, a great stay. Plenty of amenities - sand toys, pool and ocean floats, and a fully equipped kitchen. This is a great unit, clean, with tons of space for everyone to sleep. The large laundry room is perfect when you come off the beach and the kids are soaking wet. Overall, Waterscapes is a great place for families, quiet in the evenings and minutes away from great places to eat in Ft. Walton and Destin.

The condo was just as pictured with a beautiful east facing view. Comfortable and roomy enough for our family of 6. Another unit blocks your view to the east, but we didn't mind since it gave us shade in the evening. David was quick to respond to any questions.

An amazing condo! Everything is even better then pictured. We had three adults and five teen/preteens and we had plenty of space. Upon arrival everything was spotless. I loved that there were the extras I look for, extra bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths, and lots of hangers. I feel the kitchen was well stocked. We were in town for a dance convention and about 40 other families were renting rooms at the same place. In talking to everyone, I know we had the best place by far. Teresa was very quick to respond to any questions I had. Thank you for sharing your gorgeous place with us!

This unit could not have been better! The unit was very clean and well appointed with all the creature comforts you could need. The 3 bedrooms are great, with 2 of the 3 bedrooms providing en-suite bathrooms. The kitchen is outfitted with plenty of storage for snacks and food along with plenty of dishes, pots, and pans for any cooking you may be doing while you stay. The have a standard coffee maker and a blender - for morning coffee and afternoon blended beverages. The balcony is fantastic and you will enjoy the sunrise with your morning coffee. I have to say one of the highlight features is the spacious laundry room with plenty of additional storage, a sink, and washer/dryer. I cannot stress the how nice a feature this is - located almost directly as you walk in its the perfect place to deposit your sandy, wet beach gear before you traipse through the unit. The unit is quiet and located directly across the main hall from the elevator which easily deposits you on the first floor near the lazy river. Teresa and David are gracious owners who are attentive and followup to make sure you have the best stay! They provide a great binder full of local restaurants and menus. A good start if you haven't done your own research. But do your research there are great restaurants in Ft Walton and Destin, some are right outside Waterscape. Waterscape: We have stayed here multiple times and between the features offered at the resort and its proximity to Destin/Sandestin & Pensacola make it an ideal location for families to vacation. The resort is kept clean, well organized and with quiet hours so all the little ones can get the rest they need to enjoy the days ahead. There is a Publix (grocery store) less than 3 miles from the resort makes it super easy to get all the foodstuffs you need. Overall: Overall this is a great unit - if you're looking for this setup: 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom plus two bunks this is the place for you. Has a great layout and includes all the items you'll need. Teresa could not have been more helpful and accommodating, and was easily one of the best VRBO property owners we've ever worked with. The unit was exactly as described, very clean and well furnished and the location is perfect. This may be the best unit in the entire complex. The complex is well maintained, pool areas are very clean, and the front desk staff was great to work with also. Communication with the owner was exceptional, and she provided may great suggestions on places to see, eat, etc. One small surprise was that there were no beach towels, perhaps we were told that and I just didn't notice. This would be an ideal property for a family with children, as the pool and beach are great.

We are so glad we found this place! We first stayed at the Waterscape last year and fell in love with the resort. This resort has everything you could want! Great location on Okaloosa island. A perfect walk to the pier and restaurants all within walking distance. I have never been to such a well maintained and safe resort. My four kids are in absolute heaven with the lazy river and the lily pads and the Fudpuckers snack shack! This year we stayed in 602B and not only does 602B have great views of the ocean but also a great view of the pier and the pools. Sitting on the balcony in the evenings feeling the ocean breeze and watching the waves crash is top notch from this unit! The unit is beautiful on the inside as well, beautiful bedding, art work and furniture. Such a great beachy feel and so clean! We had 7 people and we had plenty of room. With the three bedrooms and bunk area everyone had their own space. One of the other great things about this unit is the easy access to the pool and beach with an elevator just steps away that takes you right down to the pool. I would definitely recommend this unit to anyone. We hope to be able to return for years to come!

Our experience was wonderful. The entire extended family were awed by the views, loved the comfortable furnishings and enjoyed everything the area had to offer. The raft friendly pool kept the kids busy all day. Dad enjoyed cooking delicious meals on the grills and being able to provide a great vacation without having to eat every meal out. 3 bathrooms were a life saver, as was the large balcony. Teenagers met new friends in a safe environment. Mom appreciated the easy to use washer and dryer, that everyone used except her. The Aunt experienced the beach, some nice restaurants (Old Bay was the favorite) and quiet time to meditate and read. Overall, we all agreed we would return to this unit again. Perfect location for beach views, watching kids in the pool and relaxing in Florida. The condo was well decorated and updated. Top of the line pick. Do yourself and your family a favor and check out this wonderfully clean and maintained condo. Lots to do in the area: Mini Golf at Big Kahunas, Shopping in San Destin and Miramar Beach. Especially loved the huge movie theatre in Miramar.

The owner of this property is wonderful and provided great service and vacation tips for our stay. The property is very well apportioned with nice furniture, TV's, a fully stocked kitchen, and extra towels and blankets. We've stayed at Waterscape 3 times, and this is by far the best view that we've had. We could easily see the beach, the pool and lazy river, and even the Wednesday fireworks. The unit is directly across from an elevator and is just steps from the beach and pool. Highly recommended!

We loved our stay at Waterscape. The condo is very neat and clean. Our family of four stayed in the condo as well as my mother and mother-in-law. There was plenty of room for everyone. Our mothers enjoyed the balcony with a view and the short walk to the beach while we enjoyed the pools, lazy river and splash pad with our toddlers. I would recommend this condo and resort to friends.

It has everything you'd need for a fabulous vacation - a great kitchen, beautiful dining area, lovely living room and of course, the balcony! Breathtaking. This was my first stay at Okaloosa Island and I can't imagine ever staying anywhere else. The facilities at Waterscape are top-notch. The condo has clearly just been renovated and everything is new and luxurious. The view from the balcony of both beach and pools/lazy river is beautiful. We also really liked that the condo/elevator brings you right to beach - no long walk to get to pool or beach from this unit. Loved the happy beach decor and color scheme.
