The condo was wonderful with a huge deck and Oceanfront views. The resort had great pools and Provided beach chairs when most others did not this time Of year, mid November.

What a great vacation! Water Escape was fantastic we have been here before. It's always wonderful. We rented b601 and b602 and they were both found great. Very clean and well stocked. Beds very comfortable. And the views were awesome. The management company of coastal vibes was the best. They answered all my questions promptly and we're very friendly. Would definitely recommend them and waterscape to anyone for a family vacation. Five stars all around

We love waterscape! The lazy river is awesome and the beach is a short walk with ramps available. This is a great place for kids with the splash pad and small slide. Great restaurants are close some within walking distance. We really liked B601. The view of the beach was beautiful. The starter supplies was more than I’ve ever seen in a condo so that was nice. Nice balcony furniture and the inside furniture was great. Check in was the easiest we’ve ever had. I understand the pool wristbands but they didn’t always work and was kind of annoying but no big deal.

We spent nine wonderful days in this beautiful condo with our family. The layout and ocean views were why we chose this unit, and we loved the easy beach access, daily chairs and umbrellas, and helpful staff. The spacious deck with comfortable seating was perfect for dolphin watching and breathtaking sunsets.The location was excellent, with plenty to do and great dining nearby. The owners provided helpful recommendations, which we enjoyed exploring. A maintenance issue with a squeaky bed was quickly resolved, showcasing the responsive service.A few suggestions: The penthouse kitchen lacked some expected essentials, and while reimbursement was offered, better stocking would enhance convenience. Small but necessary items like hand soap, salt, and extra dish towels should be standard. Also, supplying pool towels would make packing easier.The heated pool and hot tubs were great, but the unheated splash pad and zero-entry pool were too cold for kids, which wasn’t clear in the listing. Overall, communication with the owners was excellent, and while a few improvements could enhance the experience, this rental deserves its high rating!

We came to celebrate our daughter’s sweet 16 and had an amazing time! The condo was gorgeous, clean, well stocked with everything we needed, and the view was breathtaking! We loved the beach, pools, and hot tubs, and even got in some time at the gym. There were great restaurants close by, and lots of things to do. This condo had an AMAZING view of the ocean, was very clean and well kept (as every Coastal Vibe rental has been!). The beds were very comfortable, which we've found is hard to get. We loved having the laundry room separate from the kitchen so the kids didn't drag in sand every time they came in! The unit had everything we needed to cook with and Coastal Vibe was attentive as always with random things, like needing more wristbands. Our whole family loved the location of this unit, proximity to beach and pool, as well as the awesome views!!!

The condo was amazing. We had plenty of room for our whole family. 8 plus an infant. We also had two extra people two of the nights and they slept on the pullout sofa. We all enjoyed the condo and property very much. View was wonderful and good places to eat were close by. One of our family members is handicapped and I have two suggestions ( not criticisms ), For the condo, a hand held shower attachment would be very welcome to someone who cannot stand in the shower. For the property, the handicap ramp to the beach is great but there remains one significant step down at the beach level which somewhat defeats the purpose. The bottom of the ramp should meet the sand at sand level. The pools, beach and ocean were the best I have ever been to as a total package, Thank you for making everything very easy. Kevin

We loved the condo!!!! The only thing that could be better is the vent in the master bathroom has something wrong with it and it makes this loud sound at all hours of the day. Also, the room is quite a trek from the parking garage (which is tricky too). So if you have little ones, be prepared to gather everything you need before going to or from the room and to/from parking garage because the walk is not quick:/ Other than those two things, we had a blast! Quick access to pool and beach and everything was well equipped and clean! Thanks for an awesome stay!

Waterscape B601 is a very clean and well kept condo. We loved sitting outside on the balcony to watch the wildlife in the ocean each morning, while drinking coffee and hanging out with family members. Coastal Vibes was very responsive to our phone call when we arrived early and notified us when we could enter the condo about an hour earlier than expected. Great experience all around.

We LOVED this condo! I have visited Destin and Fort Walton for 20 years, and this was one of my favorite places we have stayed. Great location, close to Destin Harborwalk, so many amenities for kiddos (resort style pools etc), the condo was clean, up to date, and cozy. The extra large balcony was our favorite!

While we were in a car accident and the vacation didn't go as we had planned, the room was amazing and was a positive highlight on an otherwise stressful trip. The room was clean and spacious. This property was everything we were hoping for when we planned this beach vacation for our family that included three little ones. The condo was a little tight for all of us but we didn’t feel cramped. The kids loved the pool area as an added bonus to the beach. They also really enjoyed the fireworks on the beach and movie night by the pool. We had a beautiful view of the ocean and beach from our balcony and ended every day sitting out there. Our only suggestion would be to add to the kitchen utensils. We cooked a lot and found it difficult. Overall it was a wonderful option for us. We would definitely stay here again.

We had the most amazing vacation! B601 was amazing, the view from each room was spectacular. The owners made it so easy to check in and out. The resort was so much fun, we had a picnic everyday down at the pool. They even have Weber Grills with endless propane pool side! We brought my parents with us, they told all their friends about B601. We planning a family reunion next year and we will be renting B601. The cleaning crew made sure our unit was spotless. They even found my irreplaceable bracelet I left behind. Thank you for making memories for a life time!

Owners were very quick to respond and answered every question I had. Property was clean, not quite as big as the pictures made it look but it worked just fine. Large balcony and an awesome view of the sunsets! centrally located. everything was very close. Lots of beach chairs and sand toys available to use at the beach. fairly short walk down to the water Only things I would recommend to the owners: -better instructions on how to get to the condo. Building A is clearly marked in the parking deck but building B isn't. We had to ask security where to go. -the dining table seems a little large for the space. My grandmother was with me and she uses a walker to get around had a hard time walking between the couch and the table. Overall, we loved our stay and would love to stay in this unit again!

Waterscape did not disappoint! Our group of 9 included 4 adults and 5 children, ages 1, 2, 4, 15 and 17. The property was very well maintained, clean and felt safe. The splash pad and pool area was a big hit with the smaller kids. The beach area is laid out each morning with chairs and umbrellas. They have a nice ramp access alongside the stairs. There is also a convenient area to store your shoes and a few places to either rinse your feet or whole body just before the access point to the beach. Our condo was every bit as beautiful as the pictures! David & Jenn with Coastal Vibes Vacations were wonderful hosts. They made sure we were adequately prepared for our stay, and we're readily available with a quick response time. Check in and out was a breeze! We will be coming back to stay again.

We stayed in unit B601 9/11/21-9/18-21. I can not say enough good things about the condo. It was perfect for us. We had 6 adults and 5 children. There was also a pack and play for the baby. The unit was super clean and up to date. The beds were very comfortable. I was impressed that the housekeeping crew had our condo ready 2 hours before check-in. The pool area was great for the kids and they enjoyed the tiki hut for food and snacks. We loved our view from the balcony! If your considering this unit I would highly recommend it and booking with Costal Vibe Vacations.

Condo was spacious and comfortable. View was amazing! My kids really enjoyed the lazy river and spent more time there than the actual beach! There were a few maintenance items that could've been taken care of (towel racks falling off the wall, master shower handle loose, master bed REALLY squeaky) but we didn't complain because they were minor and didn't take away from our experience. We would rent this condo again.

What a wonderful time we had on Okaloosa Island and at Waterscape! Great resort with many things to do for children. Our condo was excellent and offered all they promised. Was very pleased with Coastal Vibe Vacations, the property management company for this unit. Great communication, information and accommodated all our requests. I would definitely look at their other properties for future vacations.

We really loved our stay here and the management are very responsive. Waterscape has so many amenities that are perfect for any age that is makes for a perfect family getaway. The unit is very nice and the beds were super comfortable. (not always the case in rentals) The views are amazing from the deck. We appreciated how convenient it was to get to the pools and beach. The location itself is great in that if you want to you can walk to restaurants. The only suggestion would be that there would be better kitchen cookware so if you like to cook bring a few of your own along. We loved our family vacation here:)

This condo was perfect for our 2 families of 5. Seaside decor was beautiful in every room and there was adequate space for 4 adults and 6 children. The kids especially loved the large bunk beds and bunk room area. The best part of the condo is the large balcony with the incredible views! We'll definitely be back!

I have traveled to numerous islands (outside of the US) as well as locations with scenic venues within the US and our stay at Waterscape ranks at the top of the list in terms of the most calm, scenic, well-kept/managed properties ever! It was meticulously and beautifully decorated, with considerable thought to the needs/amenities for travelers. For our next stay, I'd considered staying at other Fort Walton Beach locations (simply out of curiousity), but quickly reconsidered because there were ZERO complaints from us and our guests at B601. No need to change what already works well!

We have stayed at many units at the waterscape. This is one of out new favorite units. The decor was beautiful. Very clean. The only thing I would add would be a full length mirror on the back of one of the doors and atleast one blow dryer.

Fantastically Awesome condo to rent. Designed to make everyone happy, from 2yo to 65yo. Pools for all ages and very easy access to beach. Multiple types of restaurants close by. Great covered parking with easy access to condo on each floor. And for the ladies, lots of shopping locations nearby. If you’ve never stayed on the west side of Destin, you have been missing a great area to vacation. Highly recommend Waterscape Resort to everyone!!!

We had the best experience renting through Coastal Vibe. The condo was decorated beautifully, and was very clean upon arrival. The view from balcony, both bedrooms and living room is amazing! Plenty of room in the condo. The kids loved the bunk beds in the third bedroom. All mattresses were comfortable. Bed linens, towels, wash cloths-were excellent. The sheets were actually comfortable and soft! Not stiff and rough. The towels/wash cloths were thick and very soft. The entire rental booking process was very easy! Pictures and description of condo were exactly the same in person. I've rented through a lot of rental companies over the years as we travel 2-3 times a year. Coastal Vibe by far was the best!
