This is our 3rd stay at waterscape and 2nd at this condo. It has everything we need to enjoy our time away. We can't wait to come back to our home away from home!

We really enjoyed our laid back trip to this quieter city on the FL panhandle. We spent most of our time on the beach and in the pool. The pool area is soooo great, many options to keep a family with two teens busy for a week. It was amazing to have the added convenience of the beach service ( two chairs/ umbrella). We ventured out a few nights to eat, and one afternoon for souvenir shopping; so many shopping and dining options within a mile, and even within walking distance.We loved Parlor Doughnuts and Hightide restaurants. We very much hope we can come again. The only issue with our room was that the white trim shows dirt too easily and needed a little deep cleaning.

Our stay at Waterscape Resorts was absolutely wonderful. The condo unit was exceptionally clean and offered everything we needed. We especially loved the extra details other units we've stayed in don't offer, such as kids plates and utensils, a laundry basket, access to cleaning supplies (vacuum and broom), and a patio that offered seating for our entire family. The grounds of the condo were immaculate. Our family thoroughly enjoyed spending our entire days at the multiple pools, lazy river, hot tubs, and beach. Having the beach chairs and umbrella as part of the unit was a game changer! The check-in process was seamless, and the communication was timely and helpful. It was truly a vacation to remember, and we are grateful for all of our memories we made while at Waterscape. Thank you!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Everything was as it is described online. The view from the balcony is beautiful. The amenities at Waterscape are awesome! Very family friendly. We have teens and felt very safe letting them run around and do their thing with their friends. It was a perfect size for 4 of us, but if you have kids that like to sleep in, beware because they are sleeping right in the kitchen lol.
Easy to get to the beach, pools etc, loved that their is a walk up bar/restaurant right on the premises, and maybe the best part is the short walk to one of our favorite restaurants, Stuby’s!
We would 100% come back!

Wonderful room that appeared updated. The room was very clean and the check in process was very smooth. We had arrived a little early and they immediately coordinated getting us our pool bands so we could enjoy the amenities while our room was being prepped. Very comfortable and very clean! I was going to give cleanliness a lower score because the dishwasher hadn't been unloaded before we got there but decided that would be unfair as they had been cleaned! Great location and had everything we needed!

Perfection! Everything was clean from room to facilities. Staff constantly cleaning. The bed in B422 was amazingly comfortable. Proximity to the beach area was literally steps outside the pool area. Amenities listed in description matched to what was offered. We had a Walmart order set up and delivered us groceries/toiletries a couple hours after check in. Only down fall was a little loud music on a Friday night from AJ’s across the street. Already planning on next stay here!

Our daughter was dancing in Nationals at the Convention Center across the street. We made the trip into a family vacation and the property was perfectly positioned to do so. The multiple pools made it so much fun for everyone and the beach front property was amazing. We thank Coastal Vacations for our beach chairs and umbrella, that worked out perfectly. Our condo was great! The kitchen was equipped, two bathrooms helped. In hindsight, with two teens we would have preferred two full bedrooms but this worked fine once we all got used to it. The vacation was so much fun and there are so many families vacationing there. Our daughter and her friend made so many new friends on the trip. Don't forget your water volleyball, it draws a crowd!

The condo was adorable. It was perfect for our little family of 4. We have a 7 year old and a 1.5 year old and they both equally loved everything about this resort and condo. The pack-n-play was super helpful allowing us more room in our travel. The resort also had a free beach toy area and our kids had a blast finding new toys to play with each day. The condo was clean, had everything a kitchen needs, beds were comfortable and the view/location was great. The owners were extremely nice as well and were great at communicating. We never revisit the same town twice but I might consider it given how much our family enjoyed ourselves. Highly recommend!!

this condo was exactly what we needed for our family of 4. Our boys are 8 and 13 so the bunks were perfect for them. We loved the beach, complementary chairs and umbrellas and then we’d relax in the pool or lazy river when we got tired of the sand/salt. King bed in master was fine to sleep on. It is a little springy and bouncy when the other person moves. Kitchen had all the things we needed. Having a washer and dryer was nice. I did let management company know if a clicking/leaking sound from master toilet and for the dryer needing servicing as the lint build up did not allow for efficient drying (had to run things 2 drying cycles). Overall, great place!

Great location within the Waterscape complex! This property was well maintained, the check in process was extremely efficient, and proximity to the beach is superb. While we overall prefer Miramar Beach to Okaloosa, this complex afforded great amenities for children (huge pool, lazy river, heated pool, 2 hot tubs, and a kids splash pad). Crowded at times, but always fun! Would recommend this stay for families.

The condo was spacious, lots of amenities, close to shopping, restaurants and other activities. Workout facility was great. Lots of pools and hot tubs to choose from onsite, close to the sandy white beaches. While we were there, there was a small issue. The host responded quickly and maintenance made the repair that day. The view from our condo was amazing and beautiful. It was awesome. We will definitely visit again!

We have been to this area several times but this was our first stay a Water Scape and it did not disappoint! The pool area was beautiful and can’t wait to bring our grandkids! Loved how the beach chairs and umbrellas were setup, not all in rows so not a bad view from anyplace you sat. Would highly recommend this resort to anyone, especially if you have kids. Condo was beautiful and well stocked!

This condo was bigger than we thought it was from viewing the photos! It was clean, spacious and an easy, short walk to the pool or the beach. Sitting on the back patio, we could look out and see the beautiful ocean. We will definitely stay here again.

We stayed a week for Thanksgiving and had a great time. The condo was very nice and the check in and out process was so easy. Waterscape offers lot for families to do and the beach is gorgeous. They have a heated pool and 2 hot tubs that were great for a couple of chilly days. The location is near many family attractions and good restaurants. I highly recommend this place.

The condo was perfect for my family of 4! Our little boys thought the bunk beds were amazing and the beach toys in the closet was a nice suprise. We loved sitting out on the deck looking at the most perfect view of the pool and beach. One of my little boys took the candle of the stand and it fell and broke I felt really bad but costal vibe was very nice and understanding and that really meant a lot! The area around the condo is easy to navigate and lots to do close by! Would 100% recommend this condo to anyone & we will be back!

Perfect for our family of four. Nice master bedroom with full bathroom attached. Bunk beds for the kids. Down the hall. Additional full bath in hall w/ shower. High ceilings made the space feel very open and non congested. Fully stocked kitchen ready to go. In house washer and dryer. Covered garage parking, luggage carts available, the pool is awesome for kids and adults. Food and drinks available to order at the pool if you don't want to bring your own. Then the beach access is straight past the pool with wash stations to get the sand off, and they set out your umbrella and chairs for you! I could go on and on!

I was fortunate enough to spend two weeks at Waterscape recently, had the weather cooperated the first week, the trip would have been perfect. This was our second time to stay at Waterscape and we are FANS! This condo was a perfect "home base" during this Covid pandemic. We were able to hang out at the pool and the beach most of the day and were just right down the road from gift shops and restaurants and even mini golf! I highly recommend renting from this owner. We didn't have any major issues but he was quick to respond and address any needs we had.

As a child free couple, we normally boycott Christmas and head to the Caribbean - but with Coronavirus, there was no way we were getting on a plane this year. So we booked the Waterscape on a last-minute whim to vacay with my sister and niece (6) and nephew (7), who were a few buildings down from us. The condo was very nice with a gorgeous updated kitchen The kids loved visiting us to play in the lazy river and pools. This is definitely a kid-centric condo. Surprisingly, we weren't annoyed by an abundance of kids (we normally only stay in adult-only resorts). The condo was well insulated so outdoor noise was not an issue.

This is a great location if coming to the FT Walton/Destin area. Stay away from all the hustle and bustle of Destin, and enjoy the close restaurants and beach/pools at the complex. Always a great stay with this management group! Clean and updated.
