Waterscape B320

We have a wonderful time at Waterscape B320. The condo was well equipped for all our needs. The kitchen had everything need to make our meals in the condo. The only small complaint that I have, was that the pullout sofa was very squeaky. I could hear it from the master bedroom. With that being said, I would 100% rent this condo again. The grounds and pools are amazing. The beach is a short walk and has the whitest sand with clear water.

The condo was very well maintained and the perfect size for our family of 5. My kids loved it, and we really enjoyed the balcony. The owners are incredibly responsive and friendly. The entire resort was the perfect relaxing place for our fall break. Would definitely come again and would stay in B320 again!

All in all, this place was great. Awesome pools at the resort and the accessibility to the beach was perfect. My 3 year old also loved the bunk beds in the room.

We rented with Coastal Vibes for the first time this August. The condo was just as pictured. We arrived and found everything as expected and the condo was cleaned well. Communication leading up to our trip was amazing as well as during our stay. My kids love the built in bunk beds. We love Waterscape for its multiple pools including lazy river. The balcony overlooks the upper level heated pool which we spent much time at. A short walk to the pier and shopping is a great plus. We would recommend booking with Coastal Vacations A+

Perfect for a small family. We were very happy we were able to check in 2 hrs before the initial check in time. Condo was clean. There was a kids splash pad that my little one enjoyed while the others enjoyed the big pool. Publix is close by if you want to do a quick grocery haul.

The property was excellent! There were several pools to accommodate all ages. Our kids enjoyed the lazy river and the lily pad pool the most however there were several splash areas for the younger kids! It was also convenient that there was a bar and grille for the days where we didn’t feel like eating lunch in the condo. The access to the beach was easily accessible. Our condo itself was very well taken care of and included all of the amenities so that you could cook in some nights and enjoy movies on the rainy days! The beds were comfortable and our kids enjoyed having bunk beds. We loved that we could open the doors and enjoy the view! When we had a small issue with our freezer, the maintenance department/condo owners responded within 10 minutes of our request and wanted to ensure that the issues were quickly resolved and that it didn’t cause us any issues such as losing food. The condo/resort is in a great location that’s not too busy but has easy access to all of the restaurants and activities. This was our first time at Waterscape and we will be back next year!! We’ve already had several friends as us about our stay as they saw our photos and were impressed!

We absolutely loved our stay at Waterscape. The condo was perfect for our family of 6. It was clean and stocked with everything we needed. We have 4 children with ages ranging from 16-6 and they all had an absolute blast running from pool to pool. The beach area is amazing with great views and just a short distance to the pier. Highly recommend! Easy check-in and check-out with great communication. We will be coming back!

We have been coming to the Destin / Fort Walton area for a few years now. We have stayed at a few different places and last year we stayed at Waterscape through Airbnb. There we met other families that told us about Coastal Vibe vacations. We decided to give them a try this year and they did not disappoint. Everything was as described. Our room B320 for the most part was up to date and clean. All the basic amenities were supplied. We had Beach service provided for us everyday as advertised. My family and I had a fantastic time. David and his staff were very responsive and helpful throughout the whole process. If we had 1 complaint it would be that the place we rented did not have Smart TVs. I will say they did have cable. But at night or the one day that it was rainy it would have been nice to log in to some of our streaming apps. Otherwise everything was great. We were not there to watch TV anyway. My family and I would highly recommend Coastal Vibe Vacations. We will see you next year or hopefully sooner.

We loved staying at Waterscape, perfect place for kids. The pool already are absolutely wonderful, our 4 year old proffered them over the beach! It’s about a 3 min trip from room to pool. Resort staff were super nice, we enjoyed the Fudpucker Tiki Hut for lunch everyday on site at the pool. Beds were comfortable, pack n play was in room. Check in was super easy, the host contacted us the day of and room was ready early so we were able to check in at 12 instead of 4. We will definitely be back to Waterscape!

We absolutely loved the condo! Great for 6 people ( parents and four teenagers). Kitchen was well equipped. We enjoyed the large table and deck table for meals. The heated pool and hot tubs were nice but we mostly stayed at the beach and swam in the ocean. We recommend Stewbys, High tide and Asiagos! Having a fitness center was essential because two of my daughters had track work outs for the week. We used the grills as well, so nice to stay in on nice beach days 😊

The resort atmosphere is great and there is plenty to do for kids of all ages. The late fall/winter temperatures are rather cold but still made for a nice getaway. The condo had a beautiful view of the pool and conveniently located near the parking garage. It was fully stocked with all kitchen appliances/utensils needed, plus hair dryer, etc. we will definitely be back!

We loved waterscape! The resort itself was a little crowded, but my girls absolutely loved it. My two and six year old loved the pools! Especially the splash pad. The condo was the perfect size for our little family of four. My oldest loved getting to sleep on the top bunk. The beach chairs anywhere close to the water got taken by like 7:00 am, so be sure to get up early and grab you could a seat. The condo could use a few paint touch-ups but other than that it was perfect. CoastalVibes made the check in and check out process super easy. We even got to check in early the days we got there! Overall I would definitely stay again.

Waterscapes 320B was a lovely getaway for a week. Accommodations were clean and appliances were in great working order. This was our second time at Waterscapes but this condo was much better than the other we used prior. Very clean, very prepared with basic needs like soap and trash bags, great location and great setup. We loved that we could dark out the whole condo so our kids could nap mid day and sleep in. Overall great experience!

My only issue was with the cleaning. There were kids forks in the drawer that had peanut butter on them. My daughter has peanut allergies and had I not seen it and washed all dishes by hand before using them our vacation could have ended very differently.

We have stayed at Waterscape several times, in different condos each time. Each time has been as enjoyable as the first. We love Waterscape and all it has to offer; pools for the kids, close proximity to the beach and all the other amenities. This is the first time we rented from David and the experience was extremely pleasant. All information for the condo was sent as soon as the condo was confirmed, as well as restaurant recs and things to do on the island. David also provided his contact info and availed himself to us should we need anything. We will definitely return and would love to deal with David again!

We searched for places that were kid friendly as we were taking our 4 year old twins on vacation with us. Nothing was close to the beach. Everything we looked at was across the busy street from the beach or didn’t have any kid friendly pools. We looked into waterscape and B320 caught our eye. Waterscape is on the beach and has 5 amazing pools. A splash pad, and a little kid play area that has some climb on toys and a baby slide and it’s shaded. The condo we stayed in B320 was very clean and comfortable. I was sold when I seen the bunk beds and that the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed if we wanted to cook instead of going out. . The experience was perfect from start to finish. Waterscape is a fit for all ages and that’s exactly what we were looking for. We will definitely be staying at Waterscape from here on out and B320 is “our place” for sure!

Good unit. Easily slept 2 adults 3 kids with the bunk bed in hall. Waterscapes is nice. My only complaint was how crowded it was when we first got here. You had to get up early to get pool or beach chairs, but other than that it was a nice place. David was a great host. We waited out hurricane Michael, and he provided rainy day tips and even extended us an extra day to make up for it! Hurricane Michael forced a lot of people to evacuate, and the days after the hurricane were fantastic because the crowd was significantly smaller.
