Being able to see the ocean from the room was a must for booking. The veiw is amazing and the location is great.We truly enjoyed our stay. The management crew was phenominal with communications being extremely easy.We appreciate the experience and will return.

We stayed in Waterscape B304 in July and loved it. The location was great - beautiful ocean view and close to the lazy river, which my grandkids loved. The condo was well stocked, nicely decorated, and the furniture was comfortable. The balcony was perfect too. Management was quick to respond to any questions we had while visiting. Waterscape B304 is a great place to stay. From checking in to checking out everything was stress free. The condo was super clean and is stocked with all the essentials that you could possibly need. The beds were very good and the master bathroom is huge. Great pool area and the beach chairs and umbrella were great to have. Parking in the parking garage was easy and kept the car out of the Florida sun. We have been vacationing in the Florida Panhandle for 10 years and this could be our new favorite place to stay!

Our family of six with grandparents loved this condo! Great ocean view, coffee on the balcony every morning, all the kitchen utensils, clean rooms and comfy beds. Huge shower and tubs. Even with huge floaties in the living room for the pool we never felt crammed. New appliances in kitchen worked great. Love having a full washer and dryer so there’s no laundry to come home to. Close to elevator and trash chute. Ample parking. Best pools on the island!

This was the PERFECT place for my family. I have an 8 and 11 year old and to have easy access to the pool and beach without shlepping all of my things was incredible! The pool was super fun with the lazy river and big pool option, kids LOVED the rope lily pad thing! I was a fan of some great beverages and the pretzels at the Fudpuckers poolside stand. It was great to have access to chairs and umbrellas already set up on the beach each morning. There were activities and a movie night at the pool area during our stay and the ease of getting in/out of the condo was wonderful. There was an initial snafu with the door code but that was fixed as soon as I called about it, soooo nice to have easy access via phone to a HUMAN to help answer questions : ) The condo was clean, cozy, and had huge bathrooms! I am looking forward to booking again in the future.

The condo was beautiful, clean and great location within the resort. Wonderful views and easy access to beach and pool. Overall we would definitely stay here again! A couple things that disappointed us and to note for anyone looking to book…the pools were not heated. With cooler March temps, the kids really couldn’t enjoy all the amenities the resort offered. The condo starter kit was great but it was a tad surprising there wasn’t other standard household items we’ve had at other condos before - things like games, even deck of cards, salt and pepper or aluminum foil, lighter for grill or when we bought a candle. They told us about the starter kit but those items also seem standard and we figured might be there. Being a family type condo with bunch beds, even some plastic kids plates or cups would be nice too. Additionally, we saw other families had things like beach wagon, cooler and towels provided with their condo so those would have just been nice to also have.

Beautiful beach location perfect for families. We were lucky to have a sunny week. The week before we came and the day we left was cold and rainy. November is a tricky month. Our grand children, daughter and son-in-law loved it all! We did too very memorable vacation.

Our condo was close to the lazy river and the ocean- great for the kids. There was a list of activities posted for the children but some of these never happened. No fireworks or duck races in the lazy river- we were told later that it was past the time of years for these. The posted info should have been updated to reflect this!

We had such a wonderful time at Waterscape with our three children (3,7,9). We were able to re-connect with each other while having fun. The kids loved the pools, the beach was so beautiful and the activities provided were great! B304 was a perfect space for us with more than enough room. The condo had such a great view and was so fast to get down to the pool or beach. Location is great, close to some good food across the street, and fun mini golf. A short walk down to the boardwalk was also great. Our only two things was that our parking lot was pretty far away, and the condo could have had more dishes (especially kid friendly), some games or a few basics like salt and pepper. Not make it break, we loved our time here! So many great amenities!

Overall we had a good stay. Rooms were clean. Kitchen cookware & utensils were probably the best we have had at any condo we have stayed at. There were no kitchen hand towels but we managed. Plenty of bathroom towels etc. The beach view is limited but not because of the building but because of the palm trees. Pools were very clean. The elevators were fast and not broken down like at other places. I will be back to Waterscape, hopefully sooner than later.

We absolutely loved B304 at the Waterscape. The condo is just like the photos….beautiful furnishings and linens. It came with everything we needed for the week. Elevator just down from the room made it super easy to unload and get to the beach. We did the beach in the morning and water park/pool area in the afternoon. My grandchildren loved the lazy River and kids play area. The condo patio was our go-to place each late afternoon . It is shaded from the afternoon sun and has a great view of the ocean and water park. We were there during the Red Lunar Eclipse and had the best view. We love Okaloosa Island!

This property was a perfect spot for our 2 week family trip. We loved the view from the balcony, easy access to the beach with provided chairs, and the pool with all the kid friendly features. This was our 2nd stay at Waterscape in a condo managed by Coastal Vibe Vacations. What an amazing week! The condo decor was beautiful and super clean! Everything about it was top-notch, from the ease of booking, their fantastic communication, checking in/out, beach service, the view, the comfort. The condo was just as presented on VRBO. It’s very nicely appointed and is in a perfect location within the complex. The view from the large balcony overlooking the beach and the lazy River made for an excellent coffee spot in the morning. We had our adult kids and two grandkids with us and there is something for everyone to enjoy with all the pools and beach so close to the condo. Loved it and we will rebook here again.

I can't say enough great things about our experience with Coastal Vibes Vacation and our stay at Waterscape B304! The reservation process was simple and communication from David and the team was excellent from start to finish. Waterscape was the perfect place for our family. We loved the pools and the tiki hut food stand, the beautiful beach just a few steps away with chairs and umbrella, easy & convenient parking, close to Destin and some great restaurants. The condo itself was perfect. Beautifully decorated, nice beds & bedding, gorgeous views from the balcony and most importantly, clean and updated! If we are ever back in the area we will definitely stay here again!

We stayed in the condo for just about 2 weeks for a work trip that the whole family tagged alonged on. We are originally from the area but had never stayed on okaloosa island. We chose the condo because of the proximity to the beach and activities for our kids and it absolutely delivered. The decor, linens & finishes were that of a luxury rental and were so nice to relax in as it was an upscale environment to enjoy. The layout was spacious, kitchen was well stocked, our toddlers loved the bunks and our master had amazing views and a comfy bed. I also felt comfortable having our two 2 year olds on the 3rd floor, with the added bonus that the slidding doors had a baby guard mechanism on them - and the patio views of the ocean were lovely. The resort caters to families, within 5 mins or less we were at the pool area or were using the beach service that came with the rental. The splash pad was perfect for our kids and my sister's older children enjoyed the lazy river and adult pools. We have stayed all over the emerald coast and there is no location that matches the amenities & proximity to the beach at the reasonable price. And costal vibes was awesome to work with - superb customer service!!

We have stayed at Waterscape many times in the past however unit B304 was perfect. We never stayed on the B side of the complex. We found that B304 was the perfect location. Management was great in communicating with us during the pandemic and they also got us in a bit early which was an added bonus. B304 had great views of the ocean and was a bit more quiet being more toward the beach and didn't have the foot traffic that you would experience in the A or C side of the resort. We loved this place. It was very nicely decorated and clean. We would definitely book this unit again.

We had 2 adults and 4 teenage girls who had a blast! The condo is perfectly situated so that you don’t have long walks you can see the ocean and fireworks on Wednesday nights. Beautifully decorated and very comfortable!

Wonderful first trip to the gulf side of Florida and Waterscape. The condo was beautiful with everything you could possibly need and amazing views and location within the resort. Couldn't have asked for a better unit or place to spend our week and we will definitely be back!

Property was beautiful. Beautiful view of gulf. Easy walk to beach. Parking garage and elevator nice as well. Beds were pretty comfortable and entire condo very clean. Only wish it was warmer for kids to enjoy amenities more. Hope to be back in summer!

The condo was perfectly located just one door down from the elevator. Once on the ground floor you exited the door just in front of the elevator for a short walk to beach or pool. The view from the living and master were prefect. Our kids enjoyed eating dinners on the balcony. The kitchen had everything needed to make meals. The complex is close to Publix, just a quick drive over bridge. Wish our stay was longer.

The owners were great, and we will definitely rent from them again. This is our 7th stay at Waterscape and by far the best condo we have stayed in. We will be back at least once a year

We absolutely loved our time at waterscape! This unit is amazing, with a great beach view as well as pool. Our kids had the time of their lives running from pool to pool and to the beach. Will be back. Unit was beautifully decorated and very clean and comfortable!

My family had a awesome time at waterscape!! This is our second year in a row to come. David Jenn was a pleasure booking both years. Our little girl enjoyed the splash pad, pools, and we all enjoyed the lazy river. The beach was as pretty as I have ever seen it. The water was so clear blue you could see the bottom. We loved the short walk over to the old bay steamer where the crab legs are out of this world. My little girls favorite place to eat was Lulu's in Destin which was a short drive. We look forward to staying at waterscape again!

This rental is in a great location with a view of the pool/lazy river as well as the beach. I personally like to stay at the waterscape because it is down the street from the emerald coast convention center and the things that I need to be at for the time that I am there. Very beautiful place with a lot of room and many amenities to take advantage of.

We had a wonderful experience at Waterscape B304. Everything was as promised. The property was clean and well-maintained with all of the right amenities. Walking distance to a ton of great restaurants. Owners were very organized and made it easy to just show up and relax. Would recommend without a doubt.

The check in and check out process was seamless! We absolutely LOVED not having to go to the desk! The location and the condo were fabulous! We never really did grasp the parking garage layout, it can be tricky. Luckily, we didn't have to leave often. The view from the condo was gorgeous! We were happy to have the heated pool, it was a bit chilly when we were there, so the heated pool and hot tubs were a nice luxury. We can't wait to go back again!

Fabulous! Comfortable, at home feeling with the beach just steps away! We love the beach in the winter almost as much as we do in the summer and we definitely were well pleased with our stay at Waterscape. We were able to enjoy beach time, get a little sun, enjoy the Gulfarium and do some shopping too! But most of all....relax and enjoy the beautiful view. We will make a return visit! Customer service was exceptional!

Condo was impressive with beautiful, updated decor. Beds were comfy, view was the best part! Highly recommend...we've stayed at this resort four times and this condo was by far my favorite. Owner extremely accommodating and easy to work with!

The condo is situated perfectly for easy access to the pools and beach. The decor is beautiful while not being overwhelming, and the floor plan was perfect for two families with kids. Our group stayed during the Hurrican Irma scare. The property manager (David Jenn) was really kind and patient with us as we tried to decide what was best for our families. He provided very reasonable options and was very responsive to our numerous questions. We ended up having an excellent trip and are already planning our stay.

This condo is in the perfect location with great views of the pool and beach. The sun sets on the opposite side of the building so hanging out on the patio in the evening is comfortable even in July. The condo has been recently redecorated and has a great beach vibe. My family has stayed in several condos in this resort over the last 8 years and I would definitely stay in this one again. The management company made the entire process seamless with their easy instructions and reminders.
