This is our second year staying in this same condo. It has always been clean with plenty of linens. Access to the room from the parking garage is a little tricky (park on level three and use stairs next B330 or center elevator about halfway down the West side). Pool access is second to none and patio is pretty peaceful and away from the masses.

Perfect stay for our family of 5 plus my mom. We love Waterscape so much and this ground floor unit near the kid area was perfect. We had an issue with the sink and garbage disposal and reached out to get it fixed and within a few hours it was taken care of. Wonderful communication.

Our family of 4 had an amazing stay at Waterscape. It's a walkout unit, which meant the kids could run straight out to the green space to play ball whenever they wanted. They absolutely loved it! The resort itself is incredibly family-friendly. There are multiple pools to choose from, including a lazy river, a splash pad for the little ones, and even a zero-entry pool. We were just a short stroll away from the beautiful beach, where we made full use of the complimentary beach chairs and umbrella. What a fantastic amenity! Being able to go from our condo directly to the green space and then to the pools or beach made everything so easy and stress-free. We had a blast building sandcastles, swimming, and just soaking up the sun. The condo was clean, well-equipped, and comfortable--would definitely rent again. Highly recommend this unit for anyone looking for a fun and relaxing family vacation!

We loved our time at Waterscape B228 and would certainly return for another week. We have a family of 5 including 3 teenage daughters and this unit accommodated us well for 7 nights. It was stocked with a set of starter supplies from dish detergent and laundry detergent to coffee pods and paper products. Great communication with Coastal Vibes staff. Waterscape itself was amazing and we loved all the options it offers. It's a bit of a maze to get around but overall it's a beautiful resort and unlike any other we saw on the beach.The beaches here have white sand and crystal clear waters and are absolutely breathtaking. We look forward to returning and would stay here again, both at waterscape and this specific unit with Coastal Vibes B228. Thank you for helping make our vacation memorable and enjoyable.

Everything was amazing. The condo was super clean. Parking was convenient. Once we understood the layout of the resort, everything was simple and easy to navigate. We spent the mornings at the beach. Really enjoyed the complimentary chairs and umbrella. The afternoons were spent sitting around the pools. The kids really enjoyed the lazy River. It was super convenient to have the ability to order food from the Tiki Hut. Booking the room was easy. The team make sure we had everything we needed for an excellent vacation. The property was very clean and neat. Easy access. Walk out to upper level pools. Beach was beautiful. The island had all you needed with no need to go further than walking distance. The manager/owner was also very nice and understanding with a little hiccup with check out. Highly recommend this condo to others. Perfect get-a-way for a bunch of over worked moms.

We had a great experience in this condo. We had everything we needed and more. It is beautifully decorated and comfortable as well. Great location within the resort with short distance to the pools and parking. Even though it’s the second level, it walks out onto a lawn perfect for kids to play. Full length windows let in lots of light and my only wish was that there were sheers as well as curtains so you could enjoy the evening light while having a little privacy. All in all a fabulous experience and will be booking with them again.

We had to cancel a trip to Mexico, but didn't want to cancel vacation altogether. Our kids had their hearts set on going to the beach. We booked this condo and are so glad we did. We loved every minute of our trip. The condo was furnished beautifully and had everything we needed to make the majority of our meals. Any issue we had was resolved timely and working with David was a breeze. The location of the condo was also perfect. Just steps from the pool and the walk to the beach was easy, too. Had a great time and weather turned out to be warmer and sunny versus some rain and cold that was forecasted. The only issues with the property I would say is the washer and dryer are old and takes a lot to dry clothes. The fridge is loud at times and with the bunks near them, the kids complained during the night of how loud it was. Other than that, everything else was great.

We decided on Monday to road trip on Wednesday to Fort Walton Beach! I have rented at Waterscape a few times with all the kids and grandkids in tow. It was a new experience to be there in a little one bedroom for just the two of us. And, B228 did not disappoint. I particularly liked the blue decor. It was so peaceful and relaxing. The kitchen had everything we needed and we cooked fresh seafood from Publix each night. Being steps from the pool was a great advantage for old knees and tired feet. We did go to the beach two nights to watch the sunset and little kids crabbing. The bed was very comfortable and the thick, fluffy towels much appreciated. One thing of note - we found the easiest way to our unit was to park on level 3, take that elevator down to 2, cross the little breezeway and your condo is 2nd on the right!

Everything was as pictured on VRBO listing. Coastal vibe vacations made the process easy. Communicating w David was quick and easy. B228 Waterscape is good for young families since it’s ground floor to the pool, but know it is NOT ground floor to the parking garage or street entry. You have to take an elevator or stairs to get into the unit (think strollers, etc.) The refrigerator made a really loud noise constantly but we let David know so he should look into it I would hope. Bathrooms in B228 were small but do-able for our small family of 3. Sheets were soft and master bed was comfortable. Didn’t use pull out bed, couch itself not that comfortable. I think waterscape is good. Would mention the lazy river is hardly moving water if that’s something important to you. There were small cockroach things in the unit and outside but I think this is a Florida thing? Not sure what’s up with that because our unit was very nice and clean in B228. Plan on using Coastal Vibe Vacations again for sure!! Would go to Waterscape again as well.

We had such an amazing time at the Waterscape. Honestly this was our 3rd time staying there and it never disappoints! The only negative thing I can say about this condo was the bed in the bedroom was very uncomfortable. Other than that everything was great! The location on the ground floor with a walk out patio was perfect for our 3 kids to play and run around. There was a little lizard that lived in the tree right outside so my daughter would find it everyday to wish it well. It was the cutest thing! We will definitely be back next year!!

That has been corrected and will not be an issue going forward. We have a super comfortable mattress in this condo and it was just an issue with the bed frame. I'm glad that you loved the ground floor location! With little kids, the ground floor at Waterscape is simply magical!

Great condo! Perfect for a small family. Loved the easy access of being a few steps off your patio to the pool and splash pad. Check in and check out was hassle free! The only quirky thing about this unit is figuring out how to get to it when you first arrive. The lobby staff had us squared away in a couple minutes and we were smooth sailing from there on. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful time on Okaloosa Island at Waterscape. Having the ground level condo was perfect for our two active boys who played soccer and catch every morning while we had our morning coffee on the patio. It was great to be right by the pools and a quick walk to the beach. The condo had all the "tools" we could ever think of to make our stay as comfortable and convenient as possible. I would highly recommend a stay.

I had used David Jenn for our vacation in October 2017 at Destin West. I was extremely satisfied with the rental process and the unit and resort were wonderful. This year I decided to try out one of David's units at Waterscapes and it was everything I had hoped for an more. I was skeptical of the ground floor unit but it was such a great unit! We loved the simplicity of pool access from this unit. There were plenty of pools and things for my little girl to do. Two beach chairs are provided and the unit has extras along with a cart available for you as well. It was a fantastic vacation and I can't wait to book the next vacation in 2019 with David Jenn. Thanks for giving us such a nice, cozy place to call ours for a few days.

We loved Waterscape. The pool and beach are great. The condo was very clean and nicely decorated. Our family of four (including two young children) had plenty of room. Just be sure to note that you cannot access this unit from the second floor of the parking garage. You have to park on level 1 or 3 and take the elevator, so it was a little confusing at first! But other than that, everything was great. The condo owners are very helpful as well. We would stay here again!

This was the first VRBO experience we’ve had and it was beyond anything we could have hoped for!! The condo was fantastic, the bed/pillows were extremely comfortable (we even found out where the pillows come from so we can get them at home), the appliances were great and the location was perfect. We arrived very late and had trouble figuring out how to get to the condo... David answered the phone and helped us out, even late at night!! We can’t say enough good things!!

The condo was perfect. We were there for a week and the unit was fully stocked with utensils and cookware as well as many extras such as a beach cart, beach chairs, and beach toys. The location and proximity of this unit to the heated pool is perfect. We enjoyed the amenities at this resort including the complimentary beach service, hot tubs and pool side bar. The owners were in constant contact via email and we had all of the information necessary for a smooth check in and check out. We will definitely look for their units again during out next visit.

The condo is nicely furnished and very clean. The owner is very responsible. We had a minor maintenance issue and it was fixed right away. The pools are great and it's nice that one of them is heated. The beach is terrific and we enjoyed the beach chairs that are included in the rent. We would definitely stay there again!

This was our second time staying in this condo and we had the best time! So much to do right outside your condo, walk to beach, go straight out to the pools and use the grills to make your dinner while you relax by the pool. The condo is really is nicely decorated and had everything we needed! This time we went on a dolphin sunset cruise through SeaQuest and it was the best we have ever been on, got some of the best tapes of the dolphins playing in the wake of the boat!! We will hopefully be back next year this resort is the best!

Loved the newly redecorated condo! It was so colorful and welcoming for our family vacation. Being on the ground level made things much easier for us to access the pool and beach with our two girls. We loved all of the pool/lazy river options for our girls since they're 2 and 7. It was also a great location to get to fun places like Wild Willy's Adventure, the Gulfarium and lots of great restaurants nearby! We would definitely stay here again!!

The room was very spacious, so clean and perfectly decorated for our summer vacation! Our two girls loved the bunk beds and being able to play in our own back yard. The variety of small/big pools, lazy river and the beach was a perfect combo for our family! We also loved how close Waterscape was to all of the fun restaurants, Wild Willy's, The Gulfarium, shopping, etc...

The room was perfect!! Very clean and furnished with everything we needed. Love how they had 2 different type of coffee pots too. Veru close to the pools upstairs which was nice. The grass area is perfect spot for the kids to play and take a break out the sun. Look forward to going back next year

We loved the location of this condo! The pool was easily accessible and the yard was nice and big to play games on and let the kids run around! Our kids loved the bunk beds. The pool was great for all ages and the beach was awesome. The owner was very helpful and accommodating. We would certainly go back.

My 3 yr old son cried the morning we told him it was time to go home. 7 yr old daughter loved boogie boarding in the waves, looking for sand dollars, and playing in the pool. Close walk to the pier where we saw Dolphins. Rented a pontoon boat right across the street at Adventure Marina. Condo had bunk beds for the kids. GREAT place to stay! Booking and information was all superb and professional.

We take a family vacation every year to Florida and this was our first time staying at Waterscape. This resort is fantastic! The condo was perfect, super clean, the beds were comfortable and the decor was very nice! The kitchen had everything you needed to cook a meal or snack. You could walk right out to the pools, lazy river or the beach. Beach service was provided so you never have to carry chairs or an umbrella to the beach. Shopping is close by for all your needs. You won't be disappointed renting this condo and the resort is family oriented, I highly recommend it! David was perfect to work with and available by phone or internet with any questions. We can't wait to go back!
