Had an amazing vacation and would highly recommend this condo and owners. Location on the ground floor and proximity to both the boardwalk and pools ideal for family. Super convenient check in process and communication with owners. Condo was very spacious and was impressed with the large bathrooms. We loved our stay at Waterscape. The ground floor unit was so convenient with little ones. We were very close to the pools and the beach. We loaded our wagon and only had a short walk to the beach. The condo was comfortable and spacious. The only thing we had to buy was a big pot for boiling shrimp. I am sure it’s hard to keep units stocked with everything. Otherwise, it was perfect. We will definitely stay in this unit again. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

We loved our stay in this room. It was at the end close to the beach so we didn’t have to walk far which was great especially with younger kids. The rooms were decently cleaned but could use a really good deep clean. Some kitchen items we needed were missing but overall we enjoyed this condo unit. Management was always easy to reach if needed. We’ve already booked this same room for next year

Very easy to book. Very easy check in done all on phone. ✔️ Beautiful Waterscape Resort. Nice appliances. Brand NEW water heater. Good temp control system. All cooking utensils furnished. It was Feb 12-18, 2023. Still cool so my wife made hot cocoa and baked home made cookies. Wonderful week. Mattress slept really good. Condo owners were great. Have fun everyone ENJOY.

The property was awesome. One of the best we have been at in fort walton. We def plan to go again and if we can’t get this room we will look for another 1st floor room. Walking out the back door going straight to the pool and beach was the best convienance of all. Can’t speak much for the room didn’t spend much time in there. It was very clean as promised, loved the 3 bathrooms having kids. Everything you would need in the kitchen was there. The owner seemed very friendly and on top of things. Waterscape is perfect for children. Every person there had kids. The pools were great, the restraunt bar was convienant. Guys on beach we’re nice and ready to explain the rules with the chairs and kayaks. Couldn’t ask for more and beach was gorgeous. We plan to return this year

Pluses:Location of room B104 was outstanding. Housekeeping was excellent, both inside and outside. Staff very helpful and friendly. Beach area was first class. Bit of a walk to parking but carts were always available. Everything we wanted to do was within walking distance except donut stores and grocery store. Water in pools was clean and chlorinated. Minuses: one of the door holders in the fridge was broken. Refridge light was burned out. Latches on doors all need to be repaired (couldn’t lock them). GFI outlet on porch wouldn’t work or reset. No “kitchen scissors” could be located. No brushes for outside grills but they were cleaned spotless every morning. Overall: outstanding experience. Loved it. Just wish the Gulf water had cooperated. Sea grass was a big letdown.

This was our third time booking with CVB and our second time staying at Waterscape B104 and once again we had a wonderful vacation! All communication with CVB was smooth and and prompt and the check in/check out process couldn't be easier. B104 is an incredibly convenient condo with the pool, grill, and path to beach right outside the patio door. The condo was clean and welcoming! The resort also does a fabulous job keeping the grounds and pool area cleaned and kept! We can't wait to return!

Perfect location and size for our family. We couldn’t of asked for more. The only complaint we have was that for half of our weeklong stay, there was a group of 600+ high school aged kids staying there, made it hard for our family to use the facilities

We had an incredible vacation at Waterscape B104! The location made getting into vacation ease mode a breeze! Everything was steps away - the pool gate, the walkway to the beach, and even a grill! And the condo fit our needs beautifully. The bunkroom was a perfect spot for two teen boys who appreciated having their own lil nook. We look forward to returning next year!

This is our third time renting from Costal Vibe Vacations and like always, our vacation did not disappoint. We loved the location of this unit. Only downside was no pantry to store groceries/snacks. Our grandkids first time to the beach was great. We chose a ground floor unitB104 which was so convenient-out the door- and you're at the pool or on your way to beach❤️ The condo was very nicely furnished and had everything we needed. We used the grills poolside several times and also ordered from the poolside food shack where the food and drinks were excellent! For dinner we tried several local restaurants that were nearby. Waterscape was just perfect for us as a family, the lazy river, kids splash area, heated pool, and hot tub! We loved it and will be back♥️

We had a great week staying in B104 at Waterscape. As soon as you open the patio door you step right out onto the path direct to the pool or the beach! You're in the pool area almost immediately and on the beach in a minute! If you want to grill out for lunch or dinner, there is a grill literally right in front of the patio within the pool area. We highly recommend B104 and if we go back to Waterscape, this will be our go to condo for the week!

We're an older snowbird couple. We have stayed in a number of other properties in Alambama and Florida. This unit was probably the best. We normally only stay in 4 or 5 stars places. The decor was very beautiful. David and his staff were extremely helpful and easy to contact. The beach was only steps away. I have some mobility issues and I could walk to the beach. We absolutely loved B104. It's perfect location next to the pool entrance and beach access made it so much easier with two little kids and two tired parents at the end of the day to just relax and enjoy the evening. That green space in the front of the patio our kids loved having access to, just to play with bubbles or stretch their legs when it wasn't quite time to enter the pool or the beach. The inside is comfy and clean and well laid out. We will definitely be back. We tend to try a new unit each time, but this one makes it hard to try a new one because it was just so perfect. My parents in their 70's stayed with us and this made it very easy for them to get to the pool and beach. I can't say enough good things about this much needed vacation. Thank you for the hospitality and cleanliness of the room. We really appreciate all the effort involved in making it such a memorable trip for our family. We are repeat renters from Coastal Vibe Vacations but this was the first time staying in this condo. It was perfect and easily added to the top of our list out of the 3 times we've stayed here! We have small children so being on the first floor is so convenient, not to mention easy access to the pool (gate right outside the room)and grill, also the beach access is one of the closest you can get with this resort. We started our week out in a hotel in pcb and canceled our week there as soon as the rental ban was lifted just to stay here! It was worth every penny! The rooms are always spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. The counterspace in the kitchen with this particular room is small. That may important to know for some but for us it wasn't a big deal, we made it work and only ate out once while we were there. Coastal Vibes is the best!! Already planning our September or October trip!

The condo was perfect! It was so convenient being on the ground floor with our 2 year old twins...right next to the pool gate and grill and a short walk to the ocean! The unit was clean and beautiful and the beds were comfortable. We also really enjoyed the nice high ceilings. We loved the proximity to the beach and the 1st floor was very convenient - REALLY nice with small kids. A laundry basket would be a nice addition and possibly some more hooks for towels in the bathroom. Our only complaint was that on the last day, we felt like we were tying to be pushed out. 10 am is already a pretty early checkout time and the maid arrived before 9 and then asked when we were leaving, when we said 10, she rolled her eyes and made a rude comment. She may have just been frustrated, but it was inappropriate since 10 am is the listed check-out time. Our flight wasn't until 5:30pm so we needed to stay as long as possible.

We had a blast with 13 and 5 year old boys and 22 month old twin girls, grandma and great-grandma! The room, resort, beach and ocean were all that we could hope for. I hesitate to write this review as if others read it.. my continued use of the facility may become even more limited. Overall, we greatly enjoyed our stay and this was enhanced by the ground level location of the condo. This is our fourth year using Waterscape as our early summer retreat and previous stays have always been beach side on upper level floors.. with the usual long hikes from the parking deck to the condo and from the condo to the beach.. But here you save hours of trudging stairs and elevators lugging roller totes of beach paraphernalia.. just step onto you porch and you're there.. access to everything... the pool, the grill and the beach... happy campers. A wonderful place.

This is the place that we will be staying from now on when we visit this area! The room was amazing, it was beautiful, clean, fully stocked and equipped. We loved the resort and all of its amenities (lazy river, zero entry pool, waterfalls, tiki bar/restaurant, provided beach chairs/umbrella on the beach. I can’t say enough great things about this property. CoastalVibesVacations and David Jenn were extremely accommodating and very quick to respond to any question or concern that we had. We had a great spring break trip and will be coming back!!

B104 was very accurately described and a perfect fit for our family! Both of the bedrooms offer King beds with plenty of room in both bathrooms. The kids really enjoyed the bunk area and the extra half bath was very handy for the little ones. The location is absolutely perfect! It's a ground floor unit, which puts you just a few steps from the pool area and the beach! I was a little concerned about being so close to the pool for fear that there would be noise well into the night; however, at closing time, the entire area was nearly silent!! This resort is very family friendly and we were comfortable with our kids enjoying all of the pools and the beach! It was so handy to be able to quickly step back to our room as needed, and we appreciated not waiting on elevators. David Jenn provided excellent customer service and I would completely recommend working with him to schedule your vacation. We recommend eating at Stewby's and Floyd's All You Can Eat shrimp from 3-6 and using the beach service for a nice kayak or paddleboat ride! Thanks David Jenn for a nice trip and lifelong memories!

Unit is on the first floor. At first we were disappointed that we didn't have full beach view. BUT after the first day, we realized that this was in a great location. Just walk out the sliding glass door and you're steps away from the pool and a SHORT walk to the beach. No waiting in line for elevators (which many people did). Unit is very clean and comfortable. TVs in all rooms.

We loved staying here! The pool gate was less than 20 steps from the patio and the beach was just a few more! We loved having so many swimming options! The condo had everything we needed to be comfortable and David Jenn was incredibly helpful. All Waterscape staff we encountered were more than pleasant. We were traveling with two teens, a tween, and an 8 year old and there was something to keep everyone happy the entire week! Shopping and restaurants were close-just a 10 minute walk or drive more or less depending what you’re looking for. The feeling of being in an oasis while in the resort is wonderful, and the activity at the beach is light hearted, easy, and fun. This is certainly a place for those who enjoy the sweet sounds of children and families playing together and we so enjoyed seeing many generations represented. One of our favorite activities was crabbing on the beach at night: there are people of all sizes shining flashlights, like fireflies, onto the beach in search of tiny gohst crabs, while squeals of excitement erupt in harmony, just like Christmas, as the tiny creatures are discovered! It was magical. We also took a walk down to the pier and were amazed to see so much sea life! Our youngest actually said, “Wow! That was worth the $12 for sure!” It’s only $2 per person and worth every cent! Don’t forget your fishing poles! Thank you for a wonderful family vacation! We will be back!
