This location was perfect for our family. EXTERMELY convenient by having private beach access and a large pool with multiple places to play for a family of all ages. The pool has accommodations for kids of ALL ages.
B103 is PERFECTLY located on the first floor of the south end of one of buildings. The unit is super close to the pool (literally steps), and beach access whereas most other units are on higher floors or not close to a pool entrance.
Impeccable communication and responsiveness. Information for the unit is accurate THERE WILL BE NO FOOD SEASONING, and there is limited cook ware. Other than that B103 has everything else you will need.
Waterscape is located directly across the street from multiple restaurants, and a 2-4 minute drive to Publix and shopping (depending on traffic). Close proximity to Destin as well.

We had a nice time at this condo! The condo was clean when we arrived and we didn’t have any issues. Plenty of space for everybody. The kids loved the pools and had tons of fun. It was nice having the beach service chairs and umbrella, and the attendants were very friendly and helpful to get our spot picked out.

Very nice place and location was great. I must add we were ladies in our 60’s and the heated pool was full of parents with little children. The other pool was too cold to get into so that was a disappointment. Beach was great. Location was convenient to restaurants and grocery shopping.

This unit is in a perfect spot for young families. You have a great view of the water, but there's also plenty of space for kids to run around or throw a ball just outside the back doors. It's also a quick walk to the pool and the itself is very well stocked And has plenty of space. We loved it and will definitely be back.

We absolutely loved our stay at Waterscape! We were in complete awe at how beautiful and spacious this place was. Every night we got to see the sunset right at our back door. We did have a few weird moments here. We caught one of the family members in the next building looking at us. All we could see was just her head. Even after we made eye contact with her she stayed looking at us slowly moving her head away until we could only see one eye. The other moment happened when I took out trash. A guest asked me, "Did you guys break the elevator?". I just thought he was trying to start a conversation with me. I laughed and said no. He did not think it was funny. He was genuinely mad at me. Um sir I do not work here. Other than that, our stay was amazing! The kids absolutely loved the pool area and how close to the beach we were. We will definitely be coming back!! We had a great time at David's place! it was very spacious and close to the pool and beach. I did think we would be able to see the beach better but it was just a short walk and it was right there! You could hear it great! The pools were very nice, we used the heated one and that was awesome! We talked about coming back in the summer so we could use them all! We really enjoyed our time and hated to leave.

The resort was beautiful. We were there in Dec. so it was cold there, we knew that ahead of time. We loved the condo. We went out and watched the sunset which was beautiful there. The water was really pretty. We walked the beach one day that was a little warmer. We found plenty to do in the area, we did some shopping and walked around the outlet mall and the commons in Destin. It was a good vacation for us.

Absolutely zero complaints from me or my family! The location of this room is perfect. Steps away from the pool area and beach access. Room was plenty big and was very comfortable. The only complaint is that we had to come back home! The condo was spotless when we came in. The cleaning crew does a great job and got it done 2 hours before expected check in. 100% will stay in B103 again

We have stayed at Waterscapes several times and loved this unit! The decor was very nice. Being on the 1st floor, directly across the hall from the pool/beach access door was convenient. I did miss the view you get on higher levels but the patio area was nice. We had to reach out to management due to a frozen ice maker and they were receptive and responded timely.

This was perfect for our family vacation. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook breakfasts and lunches, even grilling utensils for the pool area, and they gave great recommendations for local restaurants we tried several for dinners. We loved being on the ground floor it was so quick to get to the beach or pool, with toddlers that was amazing. Everything was clean and the communication was great. Would definitely recommend!

Three generations of our family had a wonderful stay at Waterscape! Our young grandsons LOVED all of the pool areas while we enjoyed our beach time. The first floor location of the condo put us just steps away from the pool, but it was still quiet enough for the toddler to nap in the afternoon. Having two master suites in the condo along with a bunk room was a real plus and it gave each family the space we needed. We would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely loved the location. It was a short drive to many restaurants and other fun attractions with a lot being within walking distance. Our unit was spacious and very nice! The bathrooms in both bedrooms were very big with walk in showers AND separate garden tubs Our unit walked right out to the pool area and had a very short walk to the beach. The pools were large with many things to do for the kids at each one. The lazy river was big and so relaxing. This is our second year at Waterscape but first time with this particular property. We will definitely be trying to book this again for next year!

This was an our second time to stay in B103 and we were just as satisfied with our experience as the first time. The condo has everything we need to feel like our home away from home. B103 has a back porch that is quiet and feels private, and the kitchen is well stocked with the equipment needed to cook meals and serve our family and our guests. It's a short walk to the beach and pool as well as restaurants and souvenir stores. We love B103!

This is the fourth property we have stayed at at the Waterscape. The location was perfect. This is the best one out of the four. Everything was great! A couple little things…there were 3 lights out in one bathroom and 1 in the other. None of the ceiling fans worked correctly or at all. It would be nice to have a tote on the patio for beach toys that can be recycled and reused.

WOW... This condo couldn't be more convenient especially for those with kids. Located steps away from the beach, pool, elevator, and parking garage is what really made this condo. (When I say steps I really mean steps away from everything) The condo was clean and well maintained. The Waterscape facility is like no other and we were very impressed with the amenities offered. Once you stay here you will never go anywhere else. Issues were quickly addressed. Starter supplies (TP) were missing from 2 of the bathrooms however I was given the option to have someone return with the supplies or a small refund for the trouble could be offered. I elected no need to return with the TP as we had already adjusted our grocery order that was being delivered to the condo. I didn't see a refund either but wasn't too concerned about this as we adapted to the situation. The kitchen was missing a few items and without even knowing these items were dropped off to the condo while we were out one day. Overall this place was amazing and I can honestly say I hope my family can visit again in the future and for many years to come!

This is an incredible property. Updated, functional and easy to relax in. You have an ocen view and are ground level making it easy to walk to the beach and pool. The property has everything you need right in the room. A full kitchen, washer and dryer and plenty of space outside of the bedrooms. 10/10

This property is just a few steps from the beach and a short walk to restaurants and a few souvenir shops. We really didn’t need to drive anywhere except the grocery store. The condo had everything we needed to feel at home and was big enough for us to have space and privacy. There were 6 of us, 2 in each room, so I didn’t have to worry about waking anyone when I got up in the morning to have my coffee on the porch. It really was perfect for us!

This is definitely the place to go to with your family, especially with little ones! For example there is easy access to the beach, multiple pools/play areas for kids, the atmosphere of the place and of course the clean beach! The room was very clean and spacious as everyone has a place to go to wind down from a busy day. This room is very great for kids due to being on the ground floor and the children being able to play outside in the grassy area with toys. We loved this room, the place, and the location. We will be back in the future for our family vacations! :)

This condo was such an amazing find for my family. We have already decided that we will have to be repeat customers to this particular unit. The unit was clean, decorated so tastefully, never felt cramped (even with 5 people!), and Waterscape itself is a great area for couples AND families, alike. The beds were all comfortable (the bunk twins could be updated soon, but the kings were wonderful). All of the furniture and appliances were very nice for a rental. The location of the unit was also great, because you are close to the beach, pools, AND the parking lot for unloading.. But also very private compared to others. Overall, we were VERY happy and cannot wait to visit again!

We booked a last minute get away and little did we know we’d hit the jackpot!! The condo was the perfect location and easy to get to. Patio could’ve been cleaner and there was some sand left in the floors but it’s the beach! Owner was quick to respond to any questions. We’ll definitely be back!

What a great place to enjoy a week of vacation . The condo was perfect for my family with 2 kids. The ground floor was excellent with the ability to walk right outside and have no stairs or elevators to climb or ride. We were also able to see the beach and walk right out to the pool. It was condo that was decorated perfectly and had so much comfort. The chairs at the beach were also added bonus! Could not have enjoyed our stay more!

Our unit was perfectly located to beach and pool area! We were close enough to the pier to walk and the beaches and property were beautiful. The only downside was for party of 8 to go out to dinner we were guaranteed to wait at least an hour. To avoid this go out earlier/ later, or prepare dinner at home. The condo was equipped with just about everything you would need to prepare dinner.

There is a little grass area that was perfect for the kids to run around and throw the ball. Plenty of space indoors as well.
