Waterscape B101

This resort was wonderful with beautiful pools and easy access to the beach. We liked being on the ground floor, where the kids could play in the yard. Beds were comfortable and plenty of them. Kitchen well stocked. We plan to be back!

We have stayed in this area multiple times, but this might be our favorite place. The space is fantastic for a larger group, especially if you have multiple children like us. Being on a ground floor was a first for us, but we loved the green space for our kids to play on behind the condo. Another major plus was the accessibility - our daughter is in a wheelchair, and there was a full ramp all the way to the beach with zero steps, a rare find. We have zero complaints, and we will definitely be staying again!

The grandson's loved the bunkbeds, and they're own tv's! They enjoyed both the beach and the pools. Enjoyed the beach chairs and umbrella. Places to eat near by. Beach store and souvenirs close by. We all had a enjoyable time. Thank you for having us!

I rented two suites again this year and will continue to do so. We have such a great family fun time of beach-combing, flying kites, soaking up the relatively warm winter sunshine on the Emerald Coast. I've decided to make this a family tradition and bring my children, grandchildren, and great grandchild every winter that I have left to live. The facilities are thoughtfully designed, convenient, clean, and support staff are the best. Booking is super easy. Best kept secret!

We have stayed here for several yrs…love the ground floor, close to the pool and beach.. Five minutes from the boardwalk with lots of great places to eat.. We will return again next year!…it is perfect if you have small children. They have a small yard to play In.. Dave and his team have always been excellent in returning calls or to the rescue if something wasn't working..

We loved our stay at this beautiful condo! You really cannot beat the location. It is a short walk to the beach, the pool and even some restaurants. Anything else you need is just a short drive away. The guys doing the beach service were very friendly and helpful. The views from the unit itself are wonderful! It was very clean and communication from start to finish was great. We had a great vacation and would definitely come back!

This condo was overall fantastic! Very easy check in and check out. Lots of room for little ones to run and play. There isn’t a lot of room to set up suitcases, pack and plays, and such in the bedrooms (other than in the spacious master suite), but the view and location made up for it! Great experience with this place!

The proximity to the beach could not have been better—we had lots of back and forth between 2 families with 6 small children, and the closeness made it easy. Condo was exactly how it looked, it was convenient for the pool and beach. When the ice maker quit working they were quick to get a counter top maker the next morning and make it right. The activities and pool was great for our kids aged 6 and 8. The beach chairs were nice to have close to the ocean where our teenage girls wanted to be most of the time. Will likely return.

This Airbnb was absolutely perfect for our families (3 adults & 5 kids ages 1-11). The condo was beautiful and extremely clean. There are plenty of places to sleep, the kitchen has everything you need, & having a washer/driver is a game changer with kids! It has a beautiful patio overlooking the ocean/beach. Perfect place to sit & drink coffee or relax with the kids. We spent everyday between the beach & all the pools at the Waterscape Resort. David was so responsive & had a ton of recommendations on things to do & places to eat! We loved it so much & will absolutely be back!

Being able to see the Gulf is always a benefit, and we took advantage of being able to walk out the balcony to the beach. Two tips we learned that should help others staying here for the first time. 1. The unit is in the southwest corner of the complex and is easiest to access on the far west side entrance closer to the Gulf. 2. The trash chute is located close to the entrance to the parking garage next to the elevators closest to the surface parking lot. All other info and details you need are very well covered in the information provided by the host management company. We had a great long weekend in the off-season.

This is our new favorite! We had two small children with us and the grassy area in the front was a definite plus. The beds are comfy. With the 3 bedrooms, everyone could have their own room and privacy. The view from the room is amazing. We came kind of late in the year so some of the pools were a little too cold, but the heated one was great, and a lot of times we had it all to ourselves. If we ever get to go back to Fort Walton, I would choose staying here again.

Great condo! Everything was a breeze from communication to check-in. Unit was clean and ready upon arrival. We absolutely loved the location of this unit. It is close to both the beach and the pool. My family loved the grassy area right out the back door. The kids were able to feel that they had a little back yard and room to play outside even if we weren’t at the pool/beach. B101 will be our forever new place to stay from now on!..we've stayed on okaloosa island for 30 yrs and this is by far the best..all my kids got to come and we had plenty of space..loved the yard for my grand baby , plus right around the corner was the lazy river which even the adults loved!.. loved the short walk to the beach, and we had no problems setting up our tent beside our complementary chairs..the dryer belt broke on our 4th day and Dave and his crew were spot on..they had it fixed within the hr!…love that we were close to all the eating, and a10 minute drive to destin to do the dolphin cruise..we grilled out one nite since grills were close to our condo!..loved loved loved this condo!..will for sure return next yr,..❤️❤️❤️ It's great for your large family and we all said our beds were so comfortable…I wanted to know what kind they were so I could buy one..👍👍

I have to admit that I was a bit skeptical of a first floor unit, but this condo has it all and superseded every expectation I had for a perfect first blended family vacay! We felt like we had our own private secluded yard with beachfront views while still having all of the perks and amenities of an amazing resort! The location is perfection! We were literally steps away from accessing the pool and beach! We also utilized the side parking versus the parking garage because it was so quick and easily accessible. The unit was clean, decorated so cute, the beds were comfortable, and we had everything we needed. The entire process from booking to checkout was a breeze! Coastal Vibe was quick to answer any questions I had! I will definitely be booking with them in the future and can't wait for my family to return to B101!

We had a family of 9 staying at B101. I have stayed at numerous condos at Waterscape and this was the best by far. What made it so spectacular was the location. You could hear and see the ocean waves, feel the ocean breeze and feel as though you were sitting right on the beach. The condo itself was awesome, perfect for our family, especially the bunk room for the teenagers. I was pleased with the well stocked kitchen. We will definitely be staying at this condo again!!

This was our first stay at Waterscape, and we will definitely be back!! This first floor unit was perfect! It was so nice for the our kids (ranging in age from 1-13) to have a little corner yard to play in. The view was fantastic and the beach is just a very short walk away. We loved all the amenities and the property is beautiful! The condo is beautifully furnished and very cozy, plus it has pretty much everything you would need for your trip. The grassy area right off the back patio was so great for our young kids to play and the ocean view is beautiful, we were close enough to see dolphins swimming in the ocean while eating breakfast! We were around the corner from access to the beach and pools (so many great pools!), so we had some privacy, but they were both so close to the unit it was always just a quick walk! We highly recommend this property to anyone that loves both the ocean and pools!

We just returned from staying at Waterscape B101 for two weeks. We have enjoyed vacationing at Waterscape for the past ten years, in various condo units, and this was our first experience on the ground floor. We loved the beach front patio around the corner from the pool activity - wonderful view and privacy. The three bedrooms and full bathrooms accommodated all of our visitors. The grandkids loved the third bedroom bunks, not only for sleeping but streaming their favorite movies on the large screen TV. All TVs were large and ROKU functioning. All beds were comfortable and kitchen was well equipped. Management provided us with check-in information in a timely manner and alerted us to any changes in resort amenities - such as the lazy river being repaired during our stay. Waterscape is a great resort with 4 pools, a beautiful beach, and a terrific location. There are numerous restaurants, shops, and attractions all within walking distance. That is why we keep returning to Waterscape and hope to do so again next year.

Our 8-night stay at this property was outstanding. Of the five places in Destin that we have rented through VRBO, this was, by far, the best. What's more, this is probably the cleanest property we have ever rented anywhere. The pictures are very accurate with the sole exception being the patio. They have subbed out one table and chairs combo for two patio recliners. This was not a problem in any way. We would happily rent from these folks again; and may look to book very soon in the future.

You can expect paradise when staying in this condo. Myself, my partner, and my kids loved it! It had plenty of room and was a beautiful condo. The location is what sold is most of all. The place was as pretty as the photos of it online, right on the beach and laid out great for families traveling with children of all ages! We really enjoyed our stay there! The only downside was that I tripped coming in the back glass door the first evening and broke a toe, so it made walking very difficult, especially on the sand, so I missed out on almost all of the family beach time...I just wished there'd been a sign posted to remind people to "watch your step" (it seemed higher than any other place we've stayed before) Other than that, it was a great experience, large beautiful condo, with a nice pool and grilling areas, plus splash pads for little ones and best of all, the beach was literally a few steps away!

This place has one of the best locations in the entire place! The ground floor is great for kids, as they can run around in the grassy area right off of the patio. The unit is close to the loading area, which was very convenient for unloading everything out of our vehicle when we arrived. It's also very conveniently located to the pool area and the boardwalk access. As for the unit itself, it is nicely decorated, has all the kitchen gadgets you would expect and then some (we were pleasantly surprised to see that they even had plastic plates, bowls, and cups for the kids), and the 3 full bathrooms was a plus. We had one maintenance request during our stay and it was promptly fixed and the maintenance employee was very kind. Overall, we had a great stay and all agreed that we would definitely stay here again!

This was the fourth time staying at Waterscape. We’ve always enjoyed it. We didn’t realize that this condo wasn’t managed by waterscape property. There was a mixup with the entry code into the condo upon arrival but we were able to get it taken care of pretty quickly. I was a bit disappointed that some of the beds didn’t have sheets but overall we enjoyed our stay and will be coming back.

Great location and access to the pool and beach. Enjoyed the private yard. Laundry room was nice but would recommend an upgrade on washer and dryer. Condo was spacious with plenty of room for our teenagers and 2kids under 10. Loved the bunk room with the four bunk beds. Would definitely rebook this unit.

This condo fit our family of 10 perfectly. The access to the beach and the patio with grass is a huge bonus! The beds are way comfortable and the resort can't be beat! Highly recommend!

The whole experience was a piece of cake from booking to the actual vacation. Information that we needed for our stay was sent in an email. Anytime I had a question I got a quick response. B101 was a great condo to stay in. Easy beach/pool access. It was less than a minute walk. I've stayed at other locations on the property but this was by for my favorite. The views were amazing, even from the first floor. The condo had everything we needed. This will be my go to next time we book.

My whole family including parents, brothers, and their kids were all able to stay in this beautiful condo. We had everything we could possibly want in this room as well as this location. From the ground level with a grass area for the kids to play at. The easy access to pools which my kids called the water park ( which is truly is) and the short walk to the beach with a provided umbrella and chairs ( the less we have to carry to the beach the better). The room was very well cleaned and stocked with the essentials. We had a smooth check in and were able to start our vacation quickly. The pier is so close we walked to it daily and they even had fireworks we were able to see from our rooms. We explored area restaurants and walked to the Gulfarium on an overcast day. We snorkeled and even saw a dolphin about 20 feet away from us. This has been our best vacation by far and our first time in this area. We can't wait to come back. Thank you SO much to David Jenn who you can tell loves what he does and does such a great job at communicating and providing the best opportunities for a great vacation.

I normally don't take time to review, but we were so blown away by this unit that I have to. Being from Alabama, I have spent time at countless hotels and condos along the gulf coast. None of them can even compare to this unit or resort. This ground floor, walk-out unit is exceptional. It is roomy, well appointed, and very clean. The pool area and Fudpuckers tiki bar with drinks and snacks set this place above the rest. It truly feels how a beach vacation should be. Such a short walk over the sand-dunes (with ramps for wagons, etc) is so nice compared to the long walk to the beach in some other areas. This place has it all. The booking company is so cheerful and informative. My whole family agrees that we have no reason to ever book another place again. This is the one. We will be back again and again!!

We enjoyed our time at Waterscape recently. The accommodations were very nice, well appointed and as described. The furnishings were upscale, location on the property hard to beat (walk out to a semi-private lawn and straight to the beach) and the pools were perfect for the kids. We hope to be back again!

We stayed at this unit over the week of Thanksgiving. This place exceeded all expectations in every way. The unit has a great design and has been tastefully remodeled and updated. The bunk beds were a big hit with the kids. Waterscape B101 has the most amazing sunsets and views. This was highly surprising, from a first floor unit. The yard was a big plus, as the kids would have a place to play, when they wanted to run around, and not bother us in the condo. David and Coastal Vibes was also, amazing and answered all of our questions, and got us anything we needed. The several pools were also a big hit with the kids, and the heated pools and hot tubs were great for the adults, on the semi chilly November evenings. The first floor unit made access to the pools and beach, extremely easily, especially with all of the kids, and items to and from the beach. Waterscape b101 is the only place we will ever stay, when we go to Fort Walton/Destin.
