The beach view is very limited. Kitchen had adequate supplies. Could use a small skillet and a pitcher to be added. Otherwise it had what we needed. The condo was very clean, the communication was excellent.

This was the perfect condo for our family of 5 while we were in Destin for my son's baseball tournament. Most of his team stayed at Waterscapes, which was convienent! We have 3 teenagers and they slept comfortably in the bunk beds and extra master bedroom. We enjoyed being right on the beach and having 2 beach chairs and umbrellas included in our stay. There were a few times where I needed to get in touch with the property managers and they responded to my texts every time within a couple of minutes. I also appreicated that they continued to check in with us throughout our stay to make sure that we didn't have any issues or to ask if we needed anything.

Great place to stay with kiddos. We have a 4 and 1 year old and this was prefect. Great condo, lots of space, beds and bathrooms. Super short walk to beach and pool which was a must for us. Beach service was nice to have. Beach was beautiful. Kids enjoyed the splash pad and hot tubs. Restaurants and grocery stores very close.

This condo was beautifully decorated with modern upgrades and fully equipped with anything you might need. We had one minor maintenance issue that was promptly taken care of. We had a wonderful vacation making family memories in this condo. My kids love all the amenities that waterscape has to offer. It was unfortunate that one of the two hot tubs was out of service while we were there since it was a little chilly but that is no reflection of the host or condo itself.

We had the absolute best time at Waterscape! The condo was perfect and slept the 7 of us comfortably. We were within walking distance of several restaurants, the boardwalk, and souvenir shops. Last minute location decision for our family and I stumbled upon this place. We could not have been happier. The beach service w chairs and an umbrella was a superb amenity. The pools and hot tub were used daily. While we wish there was one more heated pool our children spent time on the lazy river and walking across the logs. The condo was decorated modern and fitting for the location. The rooms were spacious. The reservation, check in and check out process was top notch. The pre arrival information with restaurants and things to do was a warm welcome. We would stay here again in a heart beat. Highly recommend.

I highly recommend Coastal Vibe for your vacation rentals. The booking process was so simple. They even sent reminders about payments due and you can make payments online. Their check in/check out procedures were detailed & easy. They even provided a list of recommendations for restaurants, shopping, and things to do in the area. But the condo was the best part- absolutely flawless! Even more beautiful than the photos! It was perfect for our family and we honestly had the best vacation! We will definitely book with them again!!

Love this property! Really like the double master layout and the furniture/decor choices. Looks classy but is comfortable. As a family we couldn’t have asked for more from the property, it’s right on the beach plus has several different pool options. Can’t go wrong with booking this unit. Condo was as good as advertised, very clean, very comfortable, no issues needing any thing in the Kitchen, we had no issue with the view off the balcony, was nice, we had a self inflicted issue when we arrived, did not have our code to open door, we called Dave and he immediately help us out, very good people to work with. Just stayed here last week with our young kids ages 7, 3, and 4 months. The condo was exceptionally clean (I’m a tough critic and I was pleasantly surprised). The check-in process was seamless. The pool area was awesome and designated Waterscape beach area was clean and the waterscape beach service guys were very helpful. All the staff on the property was kind and helpful. The only thing that was a minor inconvenience was the condo came with a starter pack (2 dishwasher pods, 2 laundry pods, some trash bags, and a travel size bottle of dish soap, clean sponge). If you need more than that during your stay you have to buy more. I wish it came fully stocked with those basic items.

This condo is one of the very best VRBO properties that I have rented. I rented several. Beds are very comfortable and everything is very clean. Only issue was that remote to TV in master bedroom did not work and had to share one remote from living room. Condo comes with 2 beach chair rentals ( I think at least 4 would be better since the condo sleeps 8) and we used them daily. They were great! The pool area is very nice but definitely is for families with kids that are 10 and younger. Having 2 hot tubs this time of the year is nice though. They were very busy! I would highly recommend this condo. We were there for high school baseball and we had multiple families staying there. It was a good time! I RATE THIS “5”!!!!

Reservation communication and check-in were seamless, the unit was clean, spacious, well-stocked, and decorated smartly. Waterscape is amazing with everything you could want.....pools, hot tubs, lazy river, gym, easy beach access, and lounge chair beach service included.
