Loved everything about our stay. The whole condo was clean and kitchen was well stocked with all the necessary items one would need. Toddler loved the splash pad and pools. We were able to check-in prior to the scheduled time which was amazing! Would definitely book again!

LOVEDDDD this place. I absolutely loved the resort we stayed on. It was super kid friendly. Also loved our room. It had an absolutely everything we needed. I loved having the room right off the elevator also! The living space was spacious and there wasn't anything I thought we needed and didn't have. (Except salt and pepper). The room was also ready early and that made this experience 100 times better especially because we had a 4 month old with us. Overall loved it here and would come back again.

We come every year to Waterscape for vacation, this was our first time booking with this owner. The location of the room is perfect, close to elevator and trash chute. The room is decorated beautifully. Air conditioner works fabulously. Large tv in bunk room was great. Master bed mattress had pretty big humps in mattress. Would definitely stay here again.

This condo was perfect for our occasion. We are based out of California but we were in town for a family wedding. The management group was very responsive with any questions. The condo was spacious and clean. We utilized the kitchen and it was equipped with all the basics. The rest of our group was staying within the same building so it made it easy to enjoy our time at the pool and beach. It was a successful family getaway.

We had a great stay at Waterscapes. The condo was the perfect size for our family of five including 3 teen age boys. It had everything we needed for the week. We came fourth of July week and the resort, beach, and restaurants were very crowded. At times this made parking a challenge. In the future I think we would try for earlier in the summer.

We enjoyed our stay for five of us at the condo for a week. There’s a lot to do in Destin but the restaurants in Ft Walton were easier to get into quickly. Groceries were easy to grab and bring into the condo with a wagon. The condo has a nice view of the jetty and the ocean. Rooms were pretty clean but could use a deep clean of base boards and dryer etc. overall we loved it and it had all the amenities needed. The kids love the tv in the bunk area. Chair service is also really nice to have at the beach. We had amazing weather so we enjoyed the time away just soaking up the sun and then dining out at night.

Met family here who have been staying for over 10 years. Facility close to restaurants, shopping. Staff was very accommodating for a cookout we were wanting for about 16 of us. Would definitely recommend to families with kids, seniors or Snowbirds.

The condo was beautiful and clean. It was exactly as shown in pictures and description. The beds in the 2 bedrooms were comfortable and roomy. The room with the bunkbeds was cute and nice. All rooms had a tv. Go to the top of the garage and look out for a beautiful view of the area! The resort was great. We used all the pools but mostly stuck to the heated pool since we visited in November. The resort is right on the beach. We did get a few beach days in as we had 2 perfect warm days. I would love to return again in November! There weren't crowds or waits for activities and restaurants. There wasn't a crowd at the resort either. Coastal Vibes Vacations offer a guide with recommendations for places to eat and activities. They were spot on! The Donut Hole was fantastic but their portion sizes are huge! We had breakfast for a few days with the leftovers. AJs dolphin sighting cruise was a lot of fun and well worth the $30. Check out the guide for other recommendations.

Location, Location, Location!!! Absolutely beautifully decorated, so homey, and an absolute perfect place for our family. The pool is amazing, so big and the Weber grills they offer are great for making lunch by the pool. The beach and beach chairs provided make it so convenient to walk out and relax with a cooler and a towel. This is a must stay. The balcony provided the most perfect shade in the evening to relax after a day in the sun. Can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed our week long stay. We didn’t want to leave.

This unit is wonderful!! From the parking, pools, beachfront, short walks to restaurants on the beach, cleanliness, elevator accessibility, comfort, etc., there isn’t much I’d recommend improving. My daughter (age 10) and I stayed here, along with my parents over Easter Break. The unit was plenty big for the four of us, and we could have easily had two more people join. Our family came down the Monday before christmas and left New Year's Day. What a way to spend the holidays! This will be our new tradition. The unit was the cleanest of any we have stayed at and the check-in progress was so easy. The parking was amazing and the heated pool and kid's pool were fantastic. The views were beautiful. No complaints at all. There was significant room and the kitchen was stocked with every thing needed to cook.

The property was great! Close to elevators and an easy walk to the parking garage and pool. Wish the condo would’ve had some blankets for the living rooms and the master bedroom could use a topper for the bed. It’s VERY firm. Everything worked great and we had plenty of room. This condo was awesome and fit our family perfectly. It was well stocked with dishes and plenty of towels. Located right next to the elevator so it was convenient to get to the pool and parking garage. Wifi worked great, which is a necessity with teenagers! We had a great stay!

This was a great place to stay with kids. My grandkids loved it. There is a small snack bar out by the pool with adult beverages also. Location was good. It could have been a little cleaner. The washing machine had an awful odor when we got there that smelled in the kitchen and laundry but I just ran it with some washing detergent and left the door open and it was fine. The floors were not swept up very good. You could feel sand on the floor but I just swept it up and we were good to go. All in all it was a great place to stay and we will definitely bring our family back here.

Renting with Costal Vibes was easy and hassle free! The condo & resort exceeded our expectations with cleanliness and amenities. There was ample space for our family and it was nice to stay in a rental with a fully stocked kitchen, making it easy to cook breakfast and dinner daily. I loved having the full size washer and dryer to rinse & dry beach towels. This was our first stay in a high rise complex so I was a bit apprehensive about the loading and unloading upon arrival and and departure, especially being on the 6th floor. However, this resort has entry to each level from the parking garage and plenty of luggage cart to help transport belongs to & from the car. This was our first trip to the area, but we will definitely return and would use and recommend Costal Vibe Vacation rentals to others!

The condo is just as it is pictured on the website. It is very spacious & clean. It was nice to have 2 full baths that you can actually turn around in. The amenities at the resort were great and it's walking distance to restaurants. Even though the view isn't a direct gulf view, you can still see the water & we had a nice breeze. From start to finish, our experience was delightful. Condo space and amenities were precisely as described. Parking was easy. Felt safe. Our only wish was for a better beach view from the condo balcony. Access to the beach was easy, Waterscape pools and hot tubs were easy access. This unit was very spacious for a family of four. The unit is clean and updated. The rest of the property was nice also. The beach and pools were great. We would stay here again if we visit this area in the future. If you’re driving bring a few cleaning supplies along with some laundry and dishwasher detergent. None of this is provided.

The condo was wonderful for a family with teens. We each had our own space but could also come together. The Netflix and amazon prime were a nice addition. We went parasailing, bowling, to a movie, shopped at outlets and on a dolphin cruise in November. It was warm enough two days to go to the beach and my kids went in the heated pool and hot tub almost every day. We had a great time!

We absolutely loved our stay in waterscape A615! We have been coming to Okaloosa Island for 6 years now and this is the nicest condo we have stayed in by far! They had absolutely everything you could imagine needing. All decor, furniture, and appliances are up to date and clean! The view was not our favorite, but they are not deceptive about this. It is exactly as pictured and we knew this going in! Still a comfortable balcony and great place to enjoy a nice breakfast! Location to elevator was great! Right outside of the room. Easy short walk to pool access. Would definitely return and recommend to others! Thank you so much for an amazing stay!

Waterscape is a great family vacation location with multiple pools and easy beach access for adults and children alike. Unit A615 was very comfortable and had updated decor. The unit had easy garage/elevator/pool/beach access (via pool). The only downside is that the balcony receives a large amount of noise from the adjacent hotel's water chiller unit. This was not a factor for us since our focus was the beach and pool with young children. We would highly recommend this location.

This was our 11th year vacationing in the Ft. Walton area and the 14th time to stay at the Waterscape. I would have to say out of all the condos we have ever stayed in at the Waterscape, this one tops them all. We felt like we were at home. The owners thought of everything! The unit has a new washer/dryer, dishwasher, and it has multiple small appliances in the kitchen, plenty of dishes, utensils, non stick pans (never have had these at any other condo and always bring my own). The shelf on the wall in the master bedroom on the side that does not have a nightstand was perfect. There are great TVs. The unit is beautifully furnished with a large dining table able to accommodate up to 8 people, comfortable mattresses even on the bunk room beds and fold out couch, makeup towels, double towel bars in both main bathrooms, new shower heads, etc. I could go on and on. It was a perfect stay. Our family loves the Waterscape and our children who are now 12 and 14 have grown up coming here. This resort has grown with them because it has so much to offer with the children’s splash area for when they were little, two pools, lazy river, children’s activities, movie night, etc. The beach is wonderful and the owners including beach chairs/umbrella was super! Sugar white sand is the best! We wish the two hotels had not been built next door. It impedes the views but overall we spent most of the time outdoors at the beach or pools so it was not a big issue. I would highly recommend this condo for anyone seeking a fun, relaxing vacation in this area. There is plenty to do around the area with fishing off the pier, good restaurants, an arcade for the rainy days, and Destin is close by for other activities. The owners were great to work with. They provided all the information in advance and the unit exceeded our expectations.

This condo was by far the best place our family has stayed since we've been coming to Destin/Ft Walton Beach. It was clean and well maintained. My 3 year old son absolutely loved the pools and it was nice having the tiki snack bar nearby for lunch around the pool. We cooked a lot of meals in the condo and we had everything we needed. Publix is close by for grocery shopping. The beach is just a short walk from the pool area. It's a lot easier to get to here compared to other places we've stayed. It was nice to have access to the umbrella and chairs down on the beach and the guys working the rentals were very nice and helpful. They told us where we could set up our canopy on the beach and even offered to help us put it up. Overall everything was excellent and we will definitely be back in the future!

Liked this unit, we have stayed in several in this resort. Stinks that they put the hotel next to it as it would be a beautiful view out the balcony otherwise. Owners were always quick to respond to questions before and during our stay. Beautifully decorated. Very clean. No noise from others units could be heard while we were there, even from the elevators close by. Kitchen well stocked and the washer and dryer rocked, they clearly were not the bottom of the line like we have had in other units.

My family enjoyed staying here. The only complaint I had was the pool staff wasnt very friendly and the condo needed a nonstick pan as well as a few bath wash rags. Other than those minor things, the stay was great. Great location! And the owners were so helpful and friendly. I would recommend staying here again in the future.

We stayed in this unit the week of 4/29/17. All info provided was correct and concise and letting ourselves into the unit was a breeze. Unit was cleaned and stocked with everything you could want. We have stayed at other properties before and this one had all the necessities that the others had- plus more. The only thing we had to bring was beach towels. Our only issue with the layout was the curtain between the bunk area and the kitchen. It was a nice curtain, provided great visual privacy, but we had to do a lot of top toeing after bedtime. We will return! Thank you!

First, I want to say the condo is exactly all we hoped for. This was not our first trip to Waterscape but it was our first trip to the beach with our 2-year-old grandson. He absolutely loved the bunkbed alcove, he had his own little space, the 2 king master suites is a big plus for couples and the beds were very comfortable. The elevator is right outside your door, down to the garage, or 1 door away to the elevator which takes you down to the pool. Super convenient location. We utilized the grills at the pool and the children's area is very nice for families with small children. The beach was beautiful as always but I was a bit disappointed in the view from the balcony since the hotel has been built next door. The location to restaurants, grocery store, wal-mart was great. It was a bit cool the first couple days and we went to the Gulfbreeze Zoo for the day, which was really nice. You can get really close to the animals here and my grandson loved it! The dining table is quite large, and eating out with a 2-year-old is not always fun, so one night we went to Destin Ice Seafood and got 2 lb king crab legs, 4 lobsters, shrimp, new potatoes, and corn, they seasoned it, steamed it, and we laid it out on the table and had a feast! I highly recommend this if you want seafood and have children, dont want to wait for a table, wait for food to be prepared, and as patient as children can be, they eventually get restless. We did this more than once honestly and saved lots of money. My husband and I did sneak away one day and had lunch at Dewey Destin, which is one of my favorites. I parasailed with my daughter-in-law and went shopping at Silver Sands outlet mall for our birthdays (1 day apart) and had a great time overall. I love this place and will be back again!!!

It was a great place to stay! We have stayed throughout Gulf Shores, Orange, Destin, St. Mary's Beach and this was one of our favorites. The 2 bedrooms were large and had King beds, the Master Bathroom was huge. Bunk Bed alcove with TV. This is not what we expected with a beach condo. Complex was quiet. The elevator was near unit for convenience and we never heard it or people. The parking garage had security, plenty of carts to transport your luggage, ease of in and out. We walked to Waffle House and restaurant across the street. We were there over Spring Break, so the weather was cold and weather was bad. At night we watched movies as a family. Lots of things to do nearby bowling and shopping. Publix grocery (2-5 minutes away) and Wal-Mart (10 minutes away). Definitely use the GAS grill by the pool. Dining Room table sits 8 so no need to eat out all the time. We probably ate out one meal every other day. Stay away from driving east to Destin and Watercolor etc. unless you like traffic and averaging 5 miles per hour at best. Our group was my wife and myself, our 19 year old daughter and 3 of her college friends. If your child asks you to chaperone, definitely say yes! The only negative is that a new building is being built next door, so if you are looking for a FULL view of the ocean, this is not for you.

We have stayed 2 times at this unit and have enjoyed this unit each time. The owners have installed some very attractive tile in the dining room and living room which really looks great. This unit always looks great and I think most important the owners are concerned about the unit being in good condition for the renters and is equally concerned about the renters. We thoroughly enjoyed our week long stay in your condo. We loved the location of the resort and found it to be very accommodating. We appreciated the code entry garage parking and the abundant number of elevators! The condo was "as advertised" and very clean when we arrived. Things we enjoyed the most: king sized beds, large bathrooms/showers, spaciousness of the condo, view of the beach/pier from the balcony, very private aspect of the balcony and the awesome comfort of that recliner and foot stool! Things that would add value: cushions for dining chairs and outdoor furniture, more counter space (not much that can be done about that now) and better cable service (picture quality on most channels was not HD). All that said, we would definitely come back to Waterscape and this unit! One tip that I would like to pass on to those staying in this unit...it is directly across from an elevator which opens to a garage access door on the first floor. We parked as close to this door as possible on the ground level of the garage and would take the elevator that opened right to our condo. Extremely convenient! Restaurants we visited and enjoyed the most: Dewey Destin's (great seafood at very affordable prices), Maguire's Pub (cool atmosphere and affordable food), The Crab Trap (always consistently good seafood). Overall another successful vacation at FWB! Thanks for the use of your beautiful condo!

We will evaluate the feasibility of each of your recommendations. The condominium association provides internet and cable service to all units at Waterscape. Unfortunately, the cable service is with limited HD channels. We will explore our options in that regard. Most streaming video via Netflix or Amazon Instant Video is in full HD and available on every TV in our unit.

Waterscape has been a family favorite for the past 3 years. The convenience to restaurants, the pools and accommodations are super. I was a tiny bit dissapointed with the condition of our unit. Typically everything is in tip top shape, but this time the carpet was in bad shape and the dishwasher almost completely fell out into the floor when I opened it to load. I have discussed the carpet issue with the owner and I understand that it is problem that he has been dealing with. I do think that the cleaners that are hired by Resort Quest could make the beds a bit more neatly. My observations are just tiny little quirks that did not affect my fantastic time with my family. We will return to Waterscape and possibly this unit in particular. Hopefully by next year, the construction next door will be complete.

We are sorry to hear of any disappointment with our unit. We purchased this new unit in February 2012, never lived in, new carpet and new appliances and we got to decorate to suit our taste. Since it is our winter getaway, we wanted our unit to reflect our style and personality. We wanted a coastal décor so we changed the paint color and added furnishings in excess of $35,000. We continue to make upgrades to set our unit apart from others at Waterscape. Since we are long distant owners, we must rely on ResortQuest, our management company, to handling the cleaning and minor maintenance of our unit. Like you, on our visits we have not always been completely satisfied with the results. We appreciate your feedback and have already brought these issues to the attention of the rental manager. We see this as an opportunity to address an issue and achieve the results we expect even if it warrant a change in our management company.
