We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Waterscape! We loved being in the top floor with views of the ocean so we could see the sunset each night and listen to the waves from the balcony. There was something for everyone - lazy river, lily pads, heated pool, hot tubs, and steps from the beach. It was an incredible low-key and relaxing vacation! The hosts made it so easy to check in, stay, and checkout and were very quick to respond with any questions. It was a very quiet time to visit (early November). We absolutely would choose to stay here again in the future!

We had a wonderful time staying in 606! The condo was clean, kitchen well stocked with anything we needed for cooking, beds were all comfy, and the rental process was super easy! Waterscape is a great place for anyone with children. The options for the different pools, lazy river and of course the beach make for some happy kiddos! This is the second time we've stayed at Waterscape and our girls made new friends to play with both times!

Nothing less than Great customer service with prompt attention with this company. The condo is clean, organized and some of the best views at Waterscape property. This is a front beach view property with only one building in front your view is open to the beach and pools. Highly recommend walking to the friendly Ice Cream shop with mini golf! Few restaurants down the beach also in walking distance. Would stay here again or will try for A604 directly front next time! :))

Beautiful view and just as described in the listing. So many units are not actually beachfront, but this unit is! Very easy check in/check out. Owners/property managers were very responsive. Unit is in walking distance to everything. Pool area/lazy river were clean and had a nice little snack shack onsite!

We very much enjoyed our stay and the host was super responsive. I realized on my way home that I had left my wedding band in the room. I contacted the host and they got in touch with the cleaners, found my ring (and a phone charger we left) and mailed it back to me, no charge! They also notified us as soon as the condo was clean so that we could check in early. Just super, super hosts. The room itself was beautiful and comfortable. Waterscape is a popular condo (i.e. crowded), but if you have young kids they will love the pool area. It's in a great location too, easily accessible and felt super safe. The view from the room is amazing.

This condo was in a really nice complex with several pools and amenities. There were many great restaurants very nearby without the horrendous traffic in Destin. The unit we stayed in was exactly as pictured with everything we needed in it. It was very clean and well maintained. I think this is the most like what I expected from pictures of any rental I have done in the past. We were very pleased and would definitely stay here again.

All I wanted to do was sit and watch the waves and I had that. The condo was lovely, the view to die for. The time of year that we went was super quiet and exclusive, which was fine. Only thing missing was a blow dryer and some wine glasses! Would highly recommend this unit for a family or anyone needing some vitamin SEA

From the moment we walked in the door the view is breathtaking. Plus what a quick and easy check in process! The unit was clean and perfectly stocked with all the necessities. We enjoyed breakfast on the balcony before taking full advantage of the pool and beach service daily which were exceptional. It was amazing to be able to have such a wonderful view while our little ones napped mid day and we didn’t feel like we were stuck inside waiting for naps to end. Evenings were relaxing by the pool while making dinner plans. The on site pool bar saved us from having to leave the pool for meals a few times! Our little ones loved the pool and all of the fun activities: the duck race and movie night were a huge hit! Check out process was the easiest out of any rental we have stayed in. Reasonable hour and painless. We will be returning and have raved about your hospitality to our friends and family.

My family and I just recently stayed in A604. The condo looked exactly like it appeared in the pictures. This is my first time using this site so I’m still learning. The booking process was easy and I appreciate how attentive David was with sharing information and making sure we enjoyed our stay! I think I will definitely use this site again. I do have one suggestion though. I think the couch should be upgraded. You could hear the springs every time you sat down and it wasn’t very comfortable to sit on. I hate to say something negative because overall the experience was very enjoyable but I think that may be helpful to know.

We are 65 and brought 6 teenagers with us. The property is a beautiful and safe place for them to enjoy water sports and socializing without adult supervision all the time. This unit has a amazing view of the ocean/beach as well as the lazy river. The only thing I always wish for in condos is that a huge ice machine would be available on every floor! The one in the fridge works perfectly, it just doesn't quite keep up with hungry teens. Everything was absolutely great for a beach vacation. The only communication necessary with the property manager was the building codes and they were sent before we left for the trip. I am not sure how easily they could have been reached if needed.

Perfect for our family of 4. Everything we were expecting. Beautiful views of the ocean from the balcony. Furniture outside and inside comfy and updated. Love the views from each bedroom of the ocean. Very nice to have the beach chairs included! The lazy River was not open since they were doing repairs so Coastal included 2 Extra beach chairs and umbrella daily for us. I would definitely use Coastal Vacation in the future.

This was our second stay with Coastal Vibe Vacations, and our first time at Waterscape, and it was again an outstanding experience. The condo was clean and tidy, and VERY spacious. The beds were comfy. And the location - excellent, as we could see the waterfall, main pool, lazy river, beach, and ocean. We enjoyed breakfast on the balcony every morning, and were able to watch dolphins swimming right off the coast. With multiple grills and the Tiki Bar at the pool, and wonderful inexpensive seafood within walking distance, there were always plenty of food and drink options to consider as the days unfolded. And the beach - we were right there beside it. Easy to get to, with beach chairs and an umbrella awaiting us every morning. My 12 and 8 year old kids had a blast, and my wife and I were able to truly relax. We will be back!

My family of 5 travelled from New Jersey to Fort Walton beach. 19 hour car ride was well worth it. Emerald blue water greeted us upon arrival and even though there was some questionable weather during the week the condo, resort and beach are incredible. Clean and well stocked condo, comfortable beds and plenty of living space when the weather wasn’t cooperative for us. Will absolutely be returning and renting from David again!

We came the week of Memorial Day. The condo was very clean and beautiful! Plenty of space for our 2 families of 3. The 6 year olds were both a little nervous for the bunk beds, but they were low and wide and both girls felt just as safe on top as bottom! The beds were comfortable and the showers were good. The balcony had the best furniture of any of the units we saw! Waterscape is a beautiful resort, the pools and lazy river can't be beat! The beach was spectacular! My first time to the emerald coast and I can't wait to come back!

Pros: This condo has an incredible full balcony view of the ocean as well as the poolside. Lazy River is a lot of fun. Excellent location to everything at ft walton. Cons: Washer and dryer were pretty worn out and needed replacement.

Everything about this place was fantastic! The condo is set up perfectly for families with the double masters with king beds, and bunk room for kids. Everything was clean and comfortable. View of the gulf was beautiful! We especially appreciated all the kid friendly areas of the pool. The kids (age 6 and 3) thought we were at a water park!! We’ve never stayed anywhere with so many great things for the kids to do! We can’t wait to come back!

My family of 4 rented this condo for a week and it was perfect for us. The dual masters gave our oldest teenager privacy while the younger one took over the bunk room. The condo is very nice, recently updated and hard surface floors throughout. It had everything we needed for our stay. We spent a lot of time on the balcony staring at the beautiful view of the ocean. The furniture on the balcony is very comfortable. A few items needs some attention; the washer and dryer are quite old and the dryer took a long time to get things dry. The vent for the exhaust fan in the master bath was very dirty, just needs vacuumed. The unit is lacking a full length mirror. I recommend adding antibacterial soap for all the sinks. We had to go out and buy soap. Very important during the pandemic. The property manager was extremely responsive when we arrived a day early. He was able to book us for the extra night and get us in right away. Regarding the Waterscape complex, we found the pools to be crowded, even though the complex wasn’t very full. Definitely a place geared towards families with young children and the noise level is quite loud. Would be nice if one of the pools was reserved for adults only. Very nice complex, well taken care of and excellent location.

We've stayed at Waterscape 10 times. A604 was the best yet. Beautifully remodeled less than a year ago. The only better view would be one of the 3-BR units on the very end. We'll definitely be requesting this unit again. If you haven't stayed at Waterscape, you're missing the best of Ft Walton. If you have children, you have to give this resort a try. The pool is outrageous. You won't regret it.

So glad to have found a room with 2 King beds. The views from the room were amazing. The room had everything we needed including a pack n play (too bad baby girl slept with us instead 😜). If you want an awesome view or are two couples traveling this room was perfect.

Our family of three and my in-laws enjoyed a week in this condo for spring break. Plenty of space for everyone, and the two master bedrooms with their own baths were great to have. My son absolutely loved having his own little room with a tv! We never had any problems finding chairs at the beach, and the view is absolutely amazing! Because the condo is so close to the beach, it’s a bit of a walk to the parking garage, but that’s a minor inconvenience. We would definitely stay in this unit again! Beautiful area. I’ve never walked on such fluffy, white, powdery sand!

We stayed at Waterscape Resort in unit A604 for two weeks in March. We had a fantastic vacation! This was our 8th time to rent a condo at Waterscape - each time, renting a different unit, based on availability. This unit checked all the boxes for cleanliness and comfort. It provided all the amenities our family required, along with the extra bonus of free beach chair and watercraft rental during our stay. The decor and furniture are casual and comfortable. The two king beds and large private bathrooms were welcomed by the adults, and the bunk room, with TV, were enjoyed by our grandchildren. There were plenty of quality towels, dish soap, dish washer detergent, laundry detergent, paper towel, and trash bags for our stay. We always bring these items along, but were pleased that they were available. Some extra toilet tissue is also provided. Not every unit is as generous with these items as A604. The kitchen is nicely appointed and refrigerator and stove were clean. Two types of coffee makers, hand mixer, blender, toaster, iron etc. were provided as well as adequate pots and pans and utensils. Everything was in good condition. The dining table was large enough for our family meals and also allowed a puzzle to be worked on one end and a board game to be played on the other. We very much liked the laminate flooring throughout the unit (tile floors in master & guest bathrooms). Spills, crumbs and sand were easily apparent and allowed for a quick vacuuming or paper towel wipe-up. During our stay, our heating/AC unit froze and then created a bit of a water problem emitting from the utility closet. Once reported to the unit manager, David Jenn, maintenance reported within 10 minutes and provided towels for the wet floor and diagnosed the problem. They sent for a local company to come fix the problem within the afternoon. They supervised the repair, which enabled us to enjoy our day at the pool and beach and then maintenance checked in with us twice in subsequent days to ensure the problem had been fixed. Waterscape is a great resort for young children, as well as older adults. Groups of all ages enjoy the pools and beach. The numerous gas grills provided, are used and cleaned daily. There is a DVD rental and a pool side snack bar providing light meals, snacks and both soft and hard beverages. Mini golf, beach shops and two excellent restaurants are within a short walk. We truly enjoyed staying in A604 this year!

We enjoyed a family vacation here. Excellent view, condo, and location. David was very responsive on communications and had excellent referrals, especially the fishing guide we went out with for a day. Fun restaurants and options all around the area. Beach was beautiful and the beach service works hard to make sure you are comfortable and have what you need to enjoy.

A604 is a great unit. The location makes it great for unobstructed ocean views but also views for the pools. It is right across from the elevator, maybe a 5 min walk to the pool and a 7 min walk to the beach. The condo was well equipped and there was nothing that we did without. Our little ones loved the bunk room with the Netflix for the few rainy afternoons we had(the bunk room does have a door on it so essentially you have a 3rd bedroom). The décor is current and the rooms are in great shape, there are TVs in all of the rooms. The bedrooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable after those long days on the beach. My only complaint has nothing to do with the condo or management itself, on rainy days the balcony is unusable due to all the water pouring over the roof on the balcony(Id say its a building issue). The beach service was a lifesaver, and the beach was beautiful. The pools are great and in good shape. What impressed my wife and I was the great lengths the resort went to make all the pools and property handicap accessible, all pools had accessibility and there was a wheelchair ramp to the beach. The concessions at the pool were a nice amenity also, prices were a tad high but not outrageous for the convenience. Our family rented A602 and A604 for our trip, David Jenn was great and provided any information we would need for the trip in a very timely manner. Waterscape is a great location out of the bustle of Destin but a very short drive. We will definitely rent from Coastal Vibe again, thanks David!

This was our 5th visit to Waterscape. We rented both A604 and A606. The units were clean and nicely updated. The location and view were the best part about these units. We look forward to renting these two units on our next trip to the Emerald Coast!

Waterscape is our favorite vacation spot. A604 is nice but the price increased substantially from 2017, probably won’t choose it again

Our family had the best time staying at this property! The location was perfect, the condo was immaculate, the entire property was amazing and the owners were very helpful prior to and during our stay. We had a couple of minor problems come up which they immediately addressed and helped us with. Our family loved that there were 4 pools and at least 2 hot tubs and that we had beach chair service every day. There is even a poolside bar with drinks and various menu items. The property had different events while we were there for the family - they had a scavenger hunt, jewelry making afternoon, dance parties, movies by the pool at night, etc. Their staff was very friendly. The beds in the condo were super comfortable. The balcony view was awesome. Our kids loved the extra room with the bunk beds and Roku TV for streaming accounts we already have. We also loved having covered parking with plenty of spaces to park. Overall, this place was top notch! We definitely would stay here again!

We came here to make wonderful memories with our son and granddaughter. This certainly lived up to the task. The condo was beautifully decorated and the view of the ocean was magnificent. The only thing lacking were the dolphins...didn't see any this time! God willing, we will be back.
