Our family had a wonderful winter break stay! Unit and property are clean and beautiful! The rental process with Coastal Vibes could not have been easier. Loved having the oceanfront balcony and the large dining table for games. Would definitely rent this unit again.

We’ve been coming to Waterscape for 4 years now and I will say this condo has the best view and perks than any other condo we’ve stayed at! It comes with being able to rent a paddleboard/kayak for an hour and the beach essentials were perfect! Would highly recommend this one for any family planning on staying at Watercape!

Very happy with our choice of this lovely condo. Inside looks recently renovated. Furniture and decor is tasteful. Deck is large with plenty of outdoor seating. Would absolutely recommend!

I'm in a group of family and friends that stay in Waterscape every year for Thanksgiving. A602 is a great condo to spend a fall week. I had a perfect view of the beach and enjoyed breakfast every morning out on the balcony. The sunset view was spectacular too! The condo was clean and comfortable and had what I needed in the kitchen to make my contribution to our Thanksgiving potluck. I enjoyed the large dining room table which was perfect for jigsaw puzzling with my grandkids and their friends. Coastal Vibes never disappoints!

The stay was wonderful, relaxing and just what we needed. I love the condo being right in front to see the beach and water. Condo set up is great and in A602 the door to the bunk room was great to see as prior accommodations did not have one. The kitchen set up is great and easy to use, plenty of room. Bedrooms and bathrooms were large and inviting.

The condo was great, and everyone had a great time. A couple of suggestions, you may want to consider. The throw pillows on the couch had little feathers coming out and the couch was so uncomfortable. The cushions kept going into the back of couch leaving the iron bars from the pull out showing. Other than that everything perfect

My family stayed here over march break and were overly impressed with this place and the owner. Arriving and getting our first entry was seamless due to the emails sent to us by the owners previous to our stay. The place was spotless and very tastefully decorated. We can't speak enough on the views and feel of the place. Just stellar. On the second day as we went to use the dryer, there was a very loud sound coming from the ceiling. We reached out to the owner (who immediately received our call), and he walked us through getting the noise to stop and had a technician there the next day to rectify the problem. It in no way inconvenienced us or affected our stay and we were very please on how it was handled. The beach is spectacular with soft white sand and is raked every evening. No different than anywhere else, you do need to make sure to get up early to reserve a good spot. At the beach, to use our complimentary rentals for paddleboards or kayaks was very easy to do and appreciated. The pools were clean and well maintained around them. We have no complaints and only a glowing review. Do not hesitate to rent this space!!!!!

My family and I rented this condo for a week for our destination wedding. Everything was clean and the description was exactly as the condo was. I have stayed in a different condo before at Waterscapes but this condo exceeded my expectations. The location is centralized and there is a lot to do within walking distance. One of the pools is heated as well so the kids were able to swim in November.

This Condo has a great view of the beach and the pools. Very spacious with all the comforts of home. Beds are really comfortable and both bedrooms have private bathrooms with large walk in showers. Kitchen has all you need, although not much cabinet space. I Highly recommend coastal vibes vacations , the entire process with Coastal vibes vacations was so easy and stress free, Mr Jenn responds to any concerns quickly. This was our first time as snowbirds and chose to stay at Waterscape A602 for a month. It did not disappoint. The condo was clean, nicely decorated and stocked with about anything we needed. The VIEW was amazing with the sunsets being beautiful. We loved having the option of the beach and pools so close to us and the amenities of the fitness center, hot tubs, shuffleboard and grills to use. The Coastal Vibe Vacations communication was excellent from beginning to end. People were friendly and we took advantage of the many restaurants, golf courses, shopping and pickle ball courts in the area. We are looking forward to returning.

We just finished a week long vacation at A602 at Waterscape. I was impressed with the property and all the amenities! The pool and location kept our children occupied and we only left for dinner and fishing. The only complaint I would give is the master bed was not very comfortable and rather noisy. Luckily, our kids used the bunk beds so after a couple nights we switch over to the guest bed, which slept much better. Again, everything else was so nice and accommodating that I have a hard time mentioning the bed. Management should probably purchase a new bed for that room. Still, 5 stars easily.

I can not recommend Costal Vibe Vacations and Waterscape Resorts enough! We had a wonderful trip and really enjoyed everything about our condo and the resort. Great for families! The resort was pretty crowded but we never had an issue with finding a spot to sit at the beach or pool. We have only good things to say about the condo and communication with Costal Vibes. The condo was clean and had everything you would need to an enjoyable trip. The view was spectacular and I really enjoyed coffee and HH on the patio. We will be using Costal Vibe Vacations again for our next Florida trip and I can given their info to many of friends. Thank you for a much needed family vacation!

My whole family loved the Waterscape resort! We typically never stay at a resort more than once but we will be back. Everything you need is right on property or just a short walk away. The condo A602 had a beautiful view of the ocean and perfect for our family.

Waterscape has something for everyone! The pools and grounds are very well kept and beautiful. A602 is a beautiful condo and well appointed and decorated. The beds were comfortable and the living room furniture too. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. This is my 3rd year renting with Coastal Vibe Vacations and they are first class. We had a light out in fridge and called and they sent someone right out to replace it. The view from the balcony in the ample patio furniture was a highlight for me. My husband loves the fact that you park on the floor you are staying do there are no elevators needed when unloading and loading at end of stay. Thanks Coastal Vibe Vacations once again!!

We had a wonderful stay at A602 through Coastal Vibe Vacations once again. We chose to book with them again this year due to how amazing they were last year getting us rescheduled during the pandemic, and we love their updated condos with accurate online photos. The condo was clean, fully stocked and had the most amazing view! We also love the fact that a pack n play was included in the unit and doors were on the bunkroom so we could move around the condo in the evenings without disturbing the kids. You can't go wrong choosing Coastal Vibe Vacations or any of their units.

We had THE BEST time in A602. Weather was great, and even on the days it did rain there was tons of stuff to do around town. The kids never wanted to leave the pools, and there's so many pool options you could do a different one every day. Food around town is fantastic, and the rental and pool areas were SO clean and well maintained. We would absolutely book again thru coastal vibe.

Despite the quarantine going on around us, we had a fabulous time in the condo and at the resort. Everything was so clean and there was a ton of room for the family. The location of the condo inside the resort was perfect too. Great views of the pool and and the gulf. I could stay there forever.

Waterscape A602 is a beautiful unit. This was our second year staying there & we have rebooked for next year. The unit has everything furnished that we need for our 2/12 month stay. The bed is comfortable & the couch & loveseat were replaced this winter. David & Josh are very easy to work with & we recommended two of our friends to book with them next year at Waterscape.

The place was as pictured. Nice beach feel throughout. Great view from the balcony to watch sunsets. Easy access to beach and pool. The only negative thing we would mention are the mattresses and couch cushions. Each mattress was terrible. Very worn out with sunken spots and super loud creaks with every move. Made for very restless nights. Same with couch cushions. It was impossible to sit. It's like the cushions were depleted . Other then that, everything worked and was just as indicated in the booking.

The property is well decorated and maintained, and the owner was responsive to our requests. The kitchen is well equipped and functional. The spacious balcony is private and furnished comfortably. The views from this unit are stunning, both toward the Gulf and into the beautifully landscaped water park. Everything we needed was right there and there was no need to leave the property. The children (aged 4 ½ and 8 ½) loved their bunk room accommodations. Waterscape is beautiful, especially unit A 602, and we would love to come back in the future.

The property and facilities were nice and clean. Staff was very helpful. The condo was very clean and has incredible views. The rental process was very easy. The only negative experience we had was Fort Walton is extremely crowded. Way more so than we are used to. I guess if you come here often you would know that so you just have to plan ahead for going out to eat, etc.

We had a wonderful week here with our daughter's family of 4 and the two of us. Our grandchildren loved the little bunk room which left the two bedrooms for the rest of us. The view is stunning and you're at the beach end of the complex - so easy access to the beach and the wonderful pool. The pool is truly a resort style pool, but we actually ended up spending most of the time at the beach. We would certainly go back and highly recommend this unit!

The Waterscape property and Unit A602 are everything they're advertised to be. No disappointments of any kind. The property is perfect for families and children. There are several pool options, zero entry pools for toddlers, and the lazy river always had plenty of tubes. There were plenty of carts available for check-in & check-out. There's plenty of parking available in the 6-story attached garage, and numerous elevator options throughout the property to help you get around. The beach service was great, never had to worry about finding empty chairs w/umbrella. There were daily onsite activities for kids, including an outdoor movie night at the pool. A602 was a great condo. It's in a quiet location at the end of the hallway, top floor, with a fantastic view of the beach and gulf. The amenities and décor were great, as advertised. There was plenty of room, modern TV's with Netflix, good cable, and good Wi-Fi. We have 2 toddlers and this unit was great for little kids. Most of the unit has wood laminate flooring, which besides looking great, provided a softer landing than tile flooring for our 1.5 year old who constantly climbs and occasionally falls. The walk-in shower in the master bedroom is huge!! It made it very convenient for showering with the kids when returning from the pool and beach. Most importantly, the customer service was incredible!! David, from Coastal Vibe Vacations, was amazing. From the initial booking inquiry to check-out, he couldn't have done been a single thing better. Booking, arrival, check-in, local activities, check-out, all came with timely and informative emails from David. Upon arrival, our condo was ready early and we were notified that we could check-in early. One of our days was completely rained out, and we were surprised with a gift bag delivered to our room from Coastal Vibe Vacations that contained free movie rental vouchers, candy, word puzzle books, and a coloring book with colored pencils. It was truly a nice touch! A few things not mentioned in the condo description, is that they provide two rolls of toilet paper and a full hand soap in all 3 bathrooms. In the kitchen, they provided dish & hand soap, a couple tablets for the dishwasher and washing machine, a couple garbage bags and rolls of paper towels. It was nice not having to buy/pack these things for the initial arrival. We wouldn't hesitate to use Coastal Vibe Vacations (David) again for future vacations! Don - Ohio

Waterscape A602 is a definite jewel! My family enjoyed our stay in this beautiful oceanfront condo. Relaxing at the pool side, walking on the beach, & enjoying the spectacular views from the balcony. Location of the condo is perfect, sunset viewing from our balcony. Overall very nice condo, kitchen is a little tight and storage of groceries was small. Kitchen pots and pans and many other appliances were in great supply and we appreciated them. Two masters came in handy for guests as well as the additional 1/2 bath. We would stay here again .

All of the "extras" we needed were available and the stocked "beach toy" closet was wonderful as we were traveling with four small children. The pools and beach access at Waterscape are perfect and allowed us the options we needed for our crew. I can't sing the praises of A602 and David's team enough. This is our second time staying at waterscape. If you have kids, there’s no better place to stay! This condo is beautiful, and has a stunning view. You can look out and see the ocean and the beautiful pool areas. Owner is great to work with, and we’ll be going back next year. If you want some great seafood check out Stewby’s Seafood Shanty in Ft. Walton Beach.

We stayed last week at Waterscape Condo unit A602. David Jenn was wonderful to work with and we had great communication regarding reservation, check-in, check-out, he answered all my questions, and he provided information regarding the area for dinner, shopping and activities. The condo is exactly as pictured in the VRBO photographs. Plenty of bath towels are provided, and everything was clean upon our arrival. The condo was equipped with more than everything we needed, plus, paper towels, TP, and hand soap were already there when we arrived, which helped get us started before we went to the grocery store. We did use the washer and dryer mid-week, because our beach towels were getting a bit yucky with beach use. The beds were softer than our own, but comfortable. The balcony was awesome! It is plenty large for a group (we had five of us), and the patio furniture is comfortable. The balcony is in the shade in the morning, so we always ate breakfast outside. We were very happy to find two beach/surf chairs and boogie boards in the closet for our use. We flew to Florida so we could not bring our own. I used the surf chair everyday so I could keep my feet in the water and the kids used the boogie boards. The Publix grocery store is back over the bridge in FWB, about one mile away. It is very busy on a Saturday evening, but it was well stocked with the essential items for breakfast and lunch. The Waterscape Resort was very nice! We parked on the 6th level, so we could walk directly into our floor. There is an elevator in the parking area and another near the condo. The resort hallway is indoors with A/C which was nice. There are luggage carts around to help you haul your luggage and groceries to the condo. Condo A602 is all the way at the end of the building towards the beach, so it is a decent walk. There are multiple pools at the resort and a lazy river. This area was nice and kept clean by the resort staff. The restaurants we ate at were McGuire's, The Gulf, Tijuana Flats, Hogsbreath BBQ and Landshark Pizza. Tijuana Flats is a local Mexican place and it was excellent! McGuire's is in Destin, very busy, but our steaks and burgers were excellent! The Gulf is locally sourced sandwiches of fish, etc., simple but very good. The atmosphere at The Gulf is fantastic! Outdoor seating, in grass, beside the bay, also couches, comfy chairs. It was great! We highly recommend condo A602 and this area for vacation! We had an awesome vacation!

We have been to the Fort Walton/Destin area many times but this condo is our favorite! It's beautifully decorated with a very warm, inviting living space (2 master suites!) and a great view of the ocean. Our three young kids slept in the bunks comfortably and loved all the pool options! We enjoyed eating meals out on the balcony while watching the dolphins. The weather was absolutely perfect in the mid 80s with no rain and clear, blue water. We can't wait to plan our next trip back!

My friend and I stayed in this beautiful condo last spring, and were delighted to be able to stay in it again this spring. It is well equipped with everything we need and professionally decorated. The two master suites are perfect for us. My friend again enjoyed her morning coffee in bed with the wonderful ocean view while I went for my morning walk. We had a couple of cool windy days that weren't ideal for sitting on the beach, so we sat on our balcony, and it was perfect! This unit is so close to the beach, you can hear the ocean sounds on the balcony! David, the rental manager, is easy to work with. My friend and I hope to have a 3rd visit to this condo next spring!!

We love the view from this Condo. The sunsets are gorgeous from the balcony. Place is beautifully decorated and fully stocked with all of your needs. My family and I just got back from a weeks stay at Waterscapes A602 - it was PRRFECTION! The condo looked exactly as it does in the pictures with evetything you could possibly need for a comfortable week. Also, David was easy and wonderful to work with! Easiest condo rental I've ever done! Oh - and our room was ready 2 hours early!!! Waterscapes is a clean and fun place for any family. We enjoyed the beach and pools! We've only been home for a day and kids already want to go back! We will be back in 2017!

The minute I walked into this condo, I knew I had made a good choice! The furnishings were all new and the colors were so pleasing--clearly a professional decorator was involved! I loved all the extras-- liquid hand soap at all sinks, fully stocked kitchen with a blender we used every day, extra paper towels, plastic bags, paper plates, etc. Little extras mean a lot to me, and this condo had plenty of them! The linens were plush too, and I wanted to take the mattress home with me! We loved the easy walk to the beach, and used both the included beach service and the beach chairs we found in the condo. The view of the beach from the balcony was wonderful. We spent a lot of time out there, eating meals and relaxing on the comfy lounge chairs. David promised we would be pleased, and we certainly were! We plan to return to this condo this fall!

I cannot say enough positive things about this unit! We chose the unit for the location/view and it was beautiful! The unit itself is not only beautifully decorated but also has many amenities that most condo units do not. The dual king masters were a great feature when traveling with multiple couples and having a door on the bunk room was fabulous. The beds were also very comfortable. This is the 4th unit we have stayed in at this resort and it is by far our favorite. We usually have to spend a fortune on dish detergent, paper towels, garbage bags, etc. just to function for the week, but all of this was conveniently provided for us in this unit. It also had full size washer/dryer instead of the mini sets in most units. There was extra beach chairs, a Keurig, blender, toaster, and multiple other extras that are normally not included. This is a great resort for vacationers of any age. The water amenities, snack bar, and children's area make it great for small children, the pools, and lazy river make it great for all children, plus the beautiful beach with chair service and hot tubs are wonderful for adults. We love the location because it is close enough to walk to a different nice restaurant every night without having to drive and a short drive from other restaurants and activities for those who want to do more. The grills are plentiful and clean if you want to grill out. David was super easy to work with and so helpful with our questions. We cannot say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay and cannot wait to visit FWB and "Crown Jewel" again.

The property was wonderful and clean! The pools were a ton of fun for days you didn't feel like getting in the sand. The condo was beautiful and full of everything you need and clean. David was wonderful to work with and made sure everything was perfect! Lots of good restaurants in the area! Our 2 favorites were Rocking Tacos and Floyds. We also enjoyed the Gulfarium that is nearby. We hope to go back again and would definitely recommend to our friends!

I had the privilege to spend 6 days at this amazing condo. The view of the Gulf was absolutely breathtaking. I was told by David the owner the furniture, mattresses, bedding, flooring basically everything was new and David was right, the condo was amazing. The kitchen was also extremely well equiped. Waterscape grounds were fantastic with lots of amenities. The owner David was a pleasure to work with. Overall we had an sensational trip and I plan to return as soon as possible.

We had a wonderful stay in this condominium. The new hardwood floors and lovely décor made it a great home away from home. The beds were very comfortable and the bunk area had a door to give it more privacy which was a really nice touch. The beach view was amazing and the balcony was equipped with comfy patio furniture with plenty of seating. The large dining table with combo bench and chair seating added to the ambiance and went well with the shabby chic décor in the spacious living area. The kitchen was well equipped with dishes, cookware and flatware as well as blenders, mixers, coffeemaker, and even a Keurig machine. We would definitely stay here again as this suited our family of four very well. The owner, David Jenn, was very accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed.

We were the first guests to stay at this condo since David Jenn bought it, and we couldn't have been more pleased. They had done a significant amount of work on the unit, installing hardwood floors throughout and updating all of the furnishings and décor. It was clean and modern, and we felt that we had one of the best units at Waterscape. The location of the unit in the complex was great, because it gave us an equally good view of the beach and the pool area. Both bedrooms have a king bed, so no one feels like they got the "lesser" bedroom. We went with my parents and my toddler, and it was an ideal space for our family. The unit has a door on the bunkroom (instead of a curtain, or nothing, as most units), so it made it a quieter space for our baby to sleep. A pack and play will fit in the bunkroom beside the bunk beds.
