Waterscape A420

This is our second stay in A420 at Waterscape and it was a FANTASTIC stay. We are loyal vacationers to Waterscape and will continue to return and stay here in Coastal Vibes Vacation condos. Each experience with them is easy and streamlined and we are never concerned that the condo will be exceptional. All information is provided ahead of time for arrival and departure ensuring a no stress experience. We cannot wait to return to A420 - it is the perfect size for our family of four with great views of the pools and beach. Thank you to the Coastal Vibes team for being fantastic hosts.

We will never stay anywhere else! The condo has everything you would need for your family on vacation for kids of all ages. The tiki hut provides quick food for convenience. The beach chair and umbrella that is already set up is such a great perk! The resort outside is always clean and staff is very friendly. It is walkable to several different restaurants. This is our second time staying here and we plan on coming back next year. Our only very mild complaint is the hallway/carpet in the building to get into our room was very wet and had a very musty smell during our stay there. But our room itself was extremely clean.

We were here for a softball tournament and had a great stay! Close to the ball fields. The resort had plenty to do and the kids had a blast. The resort and condo was very clean. The kitchen had everything you need. Love that it had a washer and dryer. And liked how the bunk beds were in its own area for the kids. The beds were comfortable. We would stay here again.

We have been to Waterscape two other times and this condo was exceptional. The floors and all rooms were very clean, which is very important to us on these trips. The balcony view included the resort pools in the interior and the ocean.Parking was easy and getting down to the pool/beach was relatively quick, with an elevator right down the hall. We visited all of the pools, the beach, mini golf across the street and the gulfarium a short drive down the street to see the dolphin and sea lion shows. Would highly recommend this unit for others and will be on our list for next time.

We enjoyed our stay at Waterscape so much! The condo was one of the cleanest I've ever rented. Convenient location to beach and a few restaurants and short drive to a lot of other stores and restaurants . We stayed mid April and the water was still cool so the heated pool was a hit for the kids. They also enjoyed the activities each day. We hope to come back!

Cleanliness is important to us and it was nice to come to a clean condo (have had bad experiences in the past at other places). Communication was convenient. This is our 4th year vacationing at The Waterscape on Okaloosa Island, Ft. Walton Beach, Florida. The condo we booked this year was A420. The condo had 1-bedroom with bunks and two bathrooms. The entire condo was updated. The kitchen had beautiful white cabinets with quartz countertops. The bathrooms had the same cabinets and countertops. The condo had everything we needed for our stay, and we had no maintenance issues. We would love to book this condo again!

Everything from start to finish of our booking/stay/checkout was easy. The condo itself was beautiful, recently updated, and had a nice starter set of essentials provided. The provided beach service of chairs/umbrella was a great benefit! You will be glad to have a periodic break from the sun! We did have a slight issue with the AC but once reported there was quick response and resolution to the issue. Waterscape is within a close distance to several restaurants, attractions, and shopping. We especially loved Boshamps in Destin, but definitely get there early! We had a great vacation and highly recommend this location/condo!

Wow! Our week was FABULOUS!! A420 is BEAUTIFUL!! It was extremely clean, which is huge to me! Even the appliance, utensils, dishes, etc…CLEAN! We had one SMALL issue with the bathtub faucet and maintenance was there in no time and took care of the issue immediately! The view from the patio is beautiful! Everything was so easy from the beginning with the booking process to checking out! Coastal Vibes is wonderful and highly recommended. This is our 3rd year coming to Waterscape and we will be back! A420 is highly recommended if you're looking for a bright, airy, beautiful and clean condo!!

We had a wonderful stay last week! Condo was beautiful, view was great and it was very close to lots of dining options. Owners were easy to work with and gave information well ahead of time so we didn’t need to worry about anything. The only problem we had was that the master bedroom shower was clogged. My husband is a plumber and fixed it on the first day and we had no issue after that!

This was our first time at Destin area and we loved it. Very close to restaurants and only 15min from Destin main area. This resort had plenty of parking space, the apartment is as described, very clean and beautiful views of the pool and beach. Will definitely plan to come back again.

This was our second time renting this condo! We love the location and view! It was clean and comfy! The only two things was we vacuumed out the edges of the bunk beds because there were crumbs and things all in there. The washer has mold in it. Otherwise everything was awesome!

This was our first time staying at Waterscape and we loved it. Property listing for unit A420 was accurate and we loved the condo! Owners responded quickly to the couple of questions we had at check in. Our 2 year old loved the kids pool area, especially the frog "fountain",and the bunk beds with her own personal tv. We fell in love with Waterscape and the surrounding area during our recent stay. This unit was awesome! Communication with Lanny and Ann was great and they responded quickly when we had a few questions/issues. Getting around was a breeze as it's conveniently located from parking, elevators, pools etc. I loved the beachy decorations. The unit felt bright and fresh and was very clean. It was also well stocked with kitchen basics and dishes. My daughter loved the tv in the bunk bed area. It was great to have the tiki hut onsite for snacks and drinks. The splash pad and heated pools were amazing for the kids. The beach right off the resort is well maintained and we really liked that this rental included chairs and an umbrella! Some of our favorite restaurants close by were Stewby's (which is practically right across the street), Oasis on the Boardwalk for coffee (a quick 3-minute drive) and Rockin' Tacos (also on the Boardwalk). Waterscape is also right around the corner from Gulfarium. We would stay at this unit again in a heartbeat!

The beach is beautiful, the condo was homey and clean, and the property and pools were kept and clean. We love to visit Okaloosa in the “off season” so there is plenty of room and not fighting the huge summer crowds. We would 100% rent this condo again and recommend it.

Our family loved our beach vacation at Waterscapes. Our kids loved the pool and didn't want to leave. The property was clean and well cared for. The pool was not heated (traveled in April) but my kids did not seem to mind. The beach service (chairs and umbrella) was fantastic - so nice not to have to worry about carrying all that extra stuff to the beach. The view of the ocean and pool area from the balcony of the condo was perfect. We loved sitting outside and enjoying the view in the morning. The condo has everything you need and fit our family of 4 perfectly. We had a great week and would book again.

My family and I recently visited unit A420 and had a wonderful time. My young kids loved the bunk beds and the master bedroom was very large and comfortable. The décor was beautiful and very relaxing. The condo was equipped with everything we needed for cooking and enjoying our stay. The owners were very responsive and answered the phone whenever we had a question. They even offered some great dining recommendations, Stemby's was close to the condo within walking distance and was excellent! We will be back for sure!

This condo is just as described. Great location within the complex overlooking heated pool and a view of the beach. Exceptionally clean unit, great furniture, comfortable beds. We were there over Thanksgiving. The location was perfect and the condo was clean and exactly what were were looking for. Plenty of room for our family of four. Our kids loved all the pools. I consider myself a bit picky when it comes to cleanliness and this condo hit all the marks! The bedding was clean, floors in all rooms were spotless and it smelled fresh throughout! The amenities here are what pulled us in because we have a three year old. The owners were very responsive when I had questions and the check in was breeze! The extra bathroom, even with just three of us, was very convenient. The bunk area was more spacious than I had anticipated and would be perfect for even adults to sleep in. We will definitely stay here again!

If you do need to leave, everything is in close proximity; Publix is 1.2 miles, shopping and restaurants abundant within 7 mile radius. The property owners were fabulous. We had a small issue with the dryer on our first day and they responded in a few hours and had a repair person in the next day. Truly went above and beyond to make sure we had no issues.

I believe we have found a new favorite vacation spot <3 Everyone in the family loved it and that isn’t easy to do with a 15 yo and 6 yo!! The water and beach are absolutely amazing! Having the upgraded beach service was the final selling point to choosing this condo over some others and I am so glad we made that decision. The ocean view from our room was better than I thought it would be so that was a nice surprise! Room had everything that we needed. My son thought having the TV in his bunk was super cool! It was helpful to entertain him in the evenings when we were cooking or showering. All the beds were very comfy, including the bunks. Washer & dryer are a nice convince. Property is clean and well kept. Plenty of pool space and options to keep everyone happy. Walk to the beach was easy and the large showers were a huge plus! The food At Fudpucker’s was just mediocre but it was nice to have that option. We will be back!

After having to cancel our Disney World vacation for the second time due to Covid, we decided to get away to the beach. I’m not sure how we lucked out finding this amazing unit with only 10 days until our travel date! It was just what we needed! I was a little concerned it might be too small, but it worked really well for our family of 4. Our kids are 9 and 6. They absolutely loved their bunk area and the TV with Disney+ in the bottom bunk. The decor was very soothing, the kitchen was well stocked, and the unit was very clean. The large TV in the living room was fantastic for watching family movies after dinner. The master bed was a little firm for me, but that’s just a personal preference. The washer and dryer were a huge convenience for us. They are small front loaders, but worked well for tossing a small load in each evening. The AC worked extremely well and the unit never had that damp musty smell that can come with being near the ocean. The patio was perfect for drinking coffee or eating a meal. We really enjoyed the ocean view and watching everyone have fun at the pools. The resort itself was perfect for families. My only complaints would be that the guests are bad about reserving multiple chairs with towels and not returning for rather long periods of time and the elevators were a little unpredictable. We were actually on an elevator when a power surge occurred, but luckily it powered up again rather quickly. The walk to the beach was quick and the beach service was really nice. There was a tropical storm that prevented us from getting in the water the first few days, but the water was absolutely stunning once the weather improved. The owners were always quick to respond and incredibly nice. We would stay here again in a heartbeat! We’re already discussing coming back in the next year or two with other family and friends.

For our first family trip we could not have picked a better unit to stay in. It’s clean, it had all the amenities of home, the beds are comfortable, the washer and dryer was a big plus especially if your traveling with children. It has a excellent view of the beach and it overlooks the splash pad and pool area. Everything about this place is perfect, we felt safe, the owners are great and was very quick to respond to any questions we had. They was a pleasure to deal with from day one. This property is amazing and very family friendly. The beach service that comes with the unit was great, a lot of places charge extra for that. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone, and we are really looking forward to our next trip here!

For my family of 4 including 2 adults and 2 small children, this property worked very well for us. The unit was clean, and comfortable. The balcony offered a great view of the kiddie pools and the ocean. The unit is very quiet, even though the pool goers were out until the pool closed at 10pm, we weren't bothered by them at all. The kitchen was stocked with all of the items we needed. The bunk beds worked perfectly for my kids, and having 2 bathrooms also worked in our favor. We had a small issue with the refrigerator not cooling properly, but the owners responded right away and it was fixed within 24 hours of reporting it to them. We highly enjoyed our stayed!

The condo was perfect for our family of 4 to enjoy a beach vacation. The owners responded quickly to my questions I had beforehand too. We had plenty of room and the kids loved the bunk beds! The view of the beach and pools was nice as well. We loved having the umbrella and chairs set up everyday on the beach for us - so nice not to have to bring our own and worry about setting it up! The resort was nice and our kids loved the splash area as well as the zero entry pool - it’s a great resort for both young and older kids. The next time we are in Ft Walton Beach we will certainly stay here again!

A420 and Waterscape were the perfect get away for my family for our fall break vacation. The unit was very clean and had a great view. We will definitely stay here again! This is 3rd or 4th stay at Waterscape, but our 1st in a 1-bedroom. The 1-bedroom was perfect for a 4-person family with elementary aged children. My only suggestion would be to put a TV in the bunk bed area or in each individual bunk area as some of the other units we have stayed in have had. The addition of Netflix was great for the kids and the adults - especially on a rainy evening. The beds were super comfortable and the decor was updated. The one drawback to going from a 2-bedroom unit to a 1-bedroom unit is the size of the bathrooms. The bathrooms were a lot smaller in the 1-bedroom but were ok for a week stay. This would not be a deal breaker for us. In the 2-bedroom units, both bedrooms have a large walk in shower and large vanities. This unit has 2 bathrooms. The master has a single vanity sink and a regular tub/shower combo. The 2nd bunk area bathroom has a pedestal sink and a small walk in shower - perfect for the kids, but storage was an issue in both bathrooms. This is definitely not a deterrent for us, but may not fit the needs of others going from a 2-bedroom to a 1-bedroom. Thank you Lanny and Ann for an awesome unit that we will definitely visit again!!!!

This was our 6th visit to waterscape over the last several years. Unit A420 was by far the nicest unit we've stayed in - everything seemed fresh/new. The unit was perfectly located near the elevators with quick access to pools and the beach; and has a great view of the property and beach. We have found our new "home away from home" at Waterscape!

We had an amazing time at Waterscape! Our unit A420 was perfect!! We stayed Aug. 18th-25th of 2018. It was clean, had all of the kitchen basics, beautifully decorated, comfortable beds, washer dryer, and so much more!! Our kids enjoyed all of the different swimming pools and lazy river!!! We loved the beach being just a short walk away with chairs and umbrellas awaiting! All of the waterscape employees were very friendly as well!! The owners of the condo provided very detailed lists of procedures/ information about the unit and waterscape as a whole, and even a list of their favorite restaurants near by (which we enjoyed as well). I would highly recommend staying here!!! Our family had a wonderful vacation!!!

It was nicely decorated, comfortable, decent ocean view and the kitchen was well stocked with utensils and small appliances. The complex is fantastic for families with many amenities and activities.

I would highly recommend this place based on all of the amenities and proximity to the beach. It was a quick walk through the water/Pool area and the beach is right there. It comes with 2 chairs and an umbrella set up on the beach for you everyday which was so nice. The owners were very helpful with giving lots of information about our stay/checking in. Everything was very nice. I would definitely rent this place from them again.
