We had such a wonderful family getaway at Waterscape Resort in Ft. Walton! The location couldn't have been more perfect — we had a beautiful view of both the pool and the ocean right from our unit, which made every morning feel like a dream. The resort itself is incredibly family-friendly, with plenty of space, clean amenities, and an amazing pool area that the kids absolutely loved. It was the perfect blend of fun and relaxation, and we're already looking forward to our next stay.

The room was clean and updated and nice. The beach was beautiful and our kids had a blast. We booked this place for the pool but we only used it on our first day. The resort itself was a little outdated and the hallway floor was soaking wet and smelly upon arrival. The crew had fans set up to try and dry it out. The smell was gone by our last day. Location was nice with several restaurants and stores nearby.

Had a great time again at Waterscape with my Mom and sister. We luckily missed the snow in January! The unit was great tho a lounge chair or 2 would be appreciated for the balcony. Coastal Vibes is always great to work with and responsive to any needs. We did feel that the hallways (could use new carpet) and stairwells are starting to look a little dingy. Was so nice to finally have the heated pool be warmer than other years so hopefully that continues and it could even be a little warmer but so wish the kiddie pool and lazy river were heated because both are too cold.

We have stayed at Waterscape 4 times over the past few years and this unit was by far the best one we have stayed in! It was well maintained, soft beds, fully stocked with all the kitchen essentials. Overall great stay. 2 of the pools were down and I wish we would have been informed but with it being December it didn’t affect our trip too much.

We enjoyed our stay at Waterscape...again. We have been coming here since 2009 and seem to gravitate to this area and the Waterscape appeal. This was our first stay in a Coastal Vibes unit and everything was in order. The unit was clean and beds were very comfortable. Coastal appears to be ahead in making upgrades to their units as the facility ages. The booking experience was easy and the staff was very friendly. They checked in with us during our stay to be sure everything was to our satisfaction and encouraged us to bring any issues to their attention. They even brought in a new glass dining table top while we were there. The wood surface had become tacky probably something to do with cleaners reacting with the finish. The point is their cleaning and management team identified the problem prior to our arrival and proactively acted to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Our stay was trouble free, fun and relaxing...exactly why we have been coming here for 15 years and plan to in the future.

Resort- Top notch- pools were wonderful, accessible beach acess easy and quick, with accessible ramps to beach access. Resort staff keep the area clean and are visibly seen throughout the stay caring for the resort and grounds. There is also an onsite tiki hut that sells drinks and food during the day which is nice, and onsite activities offered by the resort during the week like pirate show, glow party, fireworks, etc. Parking was easy in garage. Room- We had a party of 5 and one that was special needs. Condo was clean and spacious. Coastal Vibes were easy to work with and accommodated some of our additional needs for our son's medical needs. They also provided an array of starter items like laundry detergent, trash bags etc which made it so nice to not have to shop immediately upon arrival. The ocean and pool views from the room were beautiful. Loved having a large table to accommodate our party both on the patio and in the house. Room is very close to elevators and stair access to pool area. The hallways to the rooms are indoor and air conditioned. So nice when coming back from day in the sun. We can't wait to come back.

I was blown away by coastal vibes from beginning to end. The booking process was easy and the information that was emailed before the trip was detailed, helpful and easy to follow. Our stay was great. Unit was nicely decorated, clean and had everything as promised. The team members I spoke to on the phone before the trip to ask some questions were prompt and helpful in answering my question. When we realized we made a mistake and left something behind after our stay, Karissa went above and beyond in helping us get that item back for our son. This is our second year staying in this exact condo.... it is simply the best!! It had prime location with an excellent ocean view. Close to the elevators and stairs... brings you right out to the entrance of the pool or the walkway down to the beach (about a 3 minute walk). Love the fact that it comes with the 2 chairs and umbrella for the beach!!! Working with Coastal Vibe Vacations is the way to go... they answered all of our questions promptly and make the process so easy for check out! Cannot wait to come back again next year!

Overall our stay was great! We did have issues with the cleanliness of the property but it was taken care of very fast and appropriately! The property manager was prompt in responding to my email regarding my concerns. The view was amazing for the location/price. The pictures in the description are not misleading of that view. We love Waterscape! The only things I wish were different with this particular property would be family fun items within the condo (maybe games or beach toys) but I completely understand why they wouldn’t have those things as not every visitor is appreciative and responsible with small items like that (i.e. damage or loss) and cleanliness.

The location, the condo, the VIEW! Absolutely the best place I’ve ever stayed. The condo was exactly as described and in the photos. The complex even had different events around the pool for everyone which just added another experience for us (mostly kids related). My son in law ended up getting to come as a surprise after we arrived. I emailed to see if we could get another pool band and they dropped one off for us! Definitely rebooking here for my next vacation!

Great stay with our family at Waterscape. A few of the highlights: condo size (this was perfect for our family of 4 but could comfortably fit more. Our son loved the bunk beds and having his own TV in his room. The location of this unit is central to everything and directly overlooks the pool complex while also having a great view of the beach. When the doors to the balcony are closed, you hear very minimal outdoor noise (something I was worried about initially). The beds were very comfortable and the condo was clean upon our arrival. There were a few minor things we noticed, but nothing that would prevent us from returning. Also, this condo is well-stocked for those looking to eat meals in. I might recommend some extra toilet paper, paper towels, laundry and dishwasher pods for an extended stay, but Publix is right down the road, so it was easy enough to grab those items. Waterscape itself is largely families with kids (you see why once you see the amazing pool complex in person). We are already planning a return trip!

This is the perfect location for younger kids. We spent most of our time hoping from pool to pool. We loved the lazy river. Our 7 year spent most of his time crossing the Lilly pads. I suggest packing a pair of lifting gloves or bike gloves bc our sons hands got blisters from doing it so much. The condo was pristine and our daughter cried when we left. They loved the bunk beds and having the largest walk in shower ever! It was great having beach chair service included and we never had a problem getting a good beach view. Oh and the condo'a ocean view is incredible, especially in the morning before life at the pool begins. You won't regret renting this unit or a trip to waterscape.

We had a WONDERFUL vacation in this condo! The beds were super comfortable, our daughters (5, 4, and 2 years old) LOVED the bunk room, and the condo smelled nice. In fact, we had to entice the girls to come out and join us in the living. The condo is nicely decorated and well-stocked. The location from the stairs and the elevator down to the pool was good, too. Despite a few families staking out chairs at the pool every morning at 7:30am and claiming WAY MORE than they ever needed, we had a great time. We were usually able to get at least one chair each time we went down. With our kids' ages, we were never in the same spot for long anyway. Having the chairs reserved at the beach was great as well. We never had an issue procuring a chair down by the beach and always got one with a good view, even at 9-10am when our family typically headed out. We like to relax and go at our own pace on vacation, and this resort permitted that. We would definitely return and totally recommend this condo for your family.

We like that we could see the ocean from the balcony, and we were close by the pool and lazy river when we went to the pool deck. My kids said they wanted to stay forever! The best condo I’ve stayed at in a long time! Custom blackout curtains, fluffy towels, and memory foam beds were excellent touches. All the furniture and kitchen items were in great condition. Upgraded fans, light fixtures and tasteful decor! So refreshing!!
Perfect location to Waterscape pools, beach and has a great view! David’s communication was top notch!

This property exceeded all our expectations. Check in was a breeze with the email that the room was ready a bit early we were able to go straight to the room and enter our code. Everything was very clean and well stocked. The decor and furnishings are modern and very comfortable. Location on the property was perfect with a great view of the pool and the ocean. A short walk from our door to the beach is great when you have so much to take down. We didn't have a single problem or any reason to even contact the owner while we stayed. We had a beautiful unit. David and Josh were awesome to work with. Anything that needed fixing was addressed in a timely manner. We will continue renting from Coastal Vibes.

This condo was exactly as pictured. It was spacious and perfect for our family. We were provided with everything we would need prior to checking in (WIF passwords, door codes, rules, advice, tips, restaurant recommendations). The only thing we weren't prepared for was how busy this complex can be. We knew the chairs were a first come first serve, we didn't realize there would be lines forming in the mornings to claim them at the beach and pool. It wasn't a problem for us because we were up with a 3 year old anyways, just something to be aware of. The pool rules are strictly enforced! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely revisit.

Came down from Texas with family for our summer vacation! The room and view was even more beautiful then the pictures! The weather was perfect. Only had one evening where it rained. We all had such a good time and are already planning our next years trip! The kids loved the lazy river and other pools! We would definitely be back! Great resort for kids of all ages! The owner was very friendly and got back quickly to all my questions. Would definitely recommend this condo to everyone and anyone!

I had done a single google search with all of the amenities we were looking for: family friendly condo on the beach with pools, splash pad and play area. Waterscape came back #1 in my search. Once we found A408, we knew it was the place to take our 3 boys - 4 1/2, 2 1/2 and 9 months. The condo looked beautiful and was just as nice in person as the pictures showed. David was a wonderful host, had thought of every detail and was very attentive to our needs. We are already talking about our next trip back.

Waterscape A408 was impressive. This was our 3rd time at Waterscape and this was our favorite condo. It was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. Coastal Vibe Vacations were always there when we needed something a were a pleasure to do business with. We will definitely be back.
