My family and I enjoyed staying at the waterscape resort, the pool area was great for kids and very clean. We stayed in A407 which was hosted by Coastal Vibes. Coastal Vibes were great to work with and very responsive. The condo unit was very clean, exactly as described and the unit was very nicely decorated and had all needed amenities. All around great condo, great host and an awesome resort to stay at. Very well maintained.

the unit was great! clean and the kitchen was well stocked with anything we might possibly need to use. If I needed to give one suggestion it would be to offer beach toys for the kiddos. However, that is also something easily purchased from a local store or souvenir shop. The staff was always available and checked in to ensure our stay was going well! Definitely would stay here again.

I can't say enough great things about Waterscape A407. The hosts were communicative leading up to our stay, provided us with all of the information we'd need to arrive and settle in, provided great recommendations for places to eat and things to do while visiting, and most importantly...the accommodations were outstanding. Clean place, exactly as pictured online, plenty of room, and welcoming atmosphere. The pool options were fantastic and the beach is so close. Everyone in the family enjoyed our time and we plan to book with them again in the future.

We had a wonderful stay in A407. Every square inch of that place is beach chic cute AND clean!!! The extra large balcony was a nice place to enjoy coffee in the morning. This was our first trip with our baby and she loved all the kiddy pools and beach. We used the pack and play provided and there was plenty of room in the bunk room for it. Just remember to bring a crib sheet if you plan on using it. We will definitely stay at this condo again. Already dreaming about our next trip to the beach! Unit was nice, clean and comfortable. View from inside the unit was beautiful. On the porch though, you get a close up of the back of the building next door, the HVAC units and the loading lot. The unit is a hike away from the parking garage so keep that in mind. It is conveniently located to the pool and beach though. There's not much storage for food supplies so if you're planning on stocking up on food, you will need to be creative. Read up on June Grass if you plan to visit in June. It struck during our stay and ruined the ocean.

The condo had great view of the gulf and the condo was very clean! The beds were super comfortable. There was a door on the bunk room which was great for kids bedtime. Adults could still hang out in the living room without disturbing their sleep. I will defiantly book with Coastal Vibes again!

Gorgeous gulf views!! Pictures do not do this place justice. Very clean and had all the essentials. I loved having the two free beach chairs everyday - just bring your own beach towels. Bunk room had a door and tv so it almost seems more like a 3 bedroom condo. Our party of 8 had plenty of space to spread out and enjoy a relaxing week at this beach condo. Coastal Vibe did a great job making everything so easy and smooth from start to finish. Bonus, there are plenty of great restaurants walking distance from Waterscape so we didn't even need to rent a car. There also is a seasonal tiki hut on property that has good pizza, hamburger and tropical drinks.

The inside of the unit was very clean and well maintained. Parking and access was easy and David messaged us to let us know we could get in early. We arrived late on Sunday and had no issues getting in. Overall our stay was very nice the pools and beach are beautiful. This unit has a partial ocean view and it's still very beautiful.
Once we were in the unit we noticed a few things were missing that we expected to be there. There was only one bottle of hand soap in the half bath. There were no hand cloths in the guest or half bath. There was no dishwasher tab or liquid detergent, but guests are asked to do laundry and dishes as part of their departure. The kitchen has a small waste basket with a full garbage pail sized trash bag as the only bag provided. While I don't mind buying these things the description stated one soap per bathroom, 2 dishwasher tabs, and 1 trash bag to be provided. We left behind toilet paper, paper towels, napkins and plates for the next guest.
The kids loved the bunk beds and we thought we'd have issues with their not being a door on the bunk rooms, but overall the building is pretty quiet and you can't hear other guests.
The master and guest bedrooms were king beds that could be replaced. They are worn/indented where others have slept, but they were relatively comfortable. Each room has a TV and Netflix was available.
Lastly, we did have an issue with the guest bedroom balcony door not locking. I think that needs to be repaired.
The master bath shower and tub are huge and have great water pressure. There were plenty of towels, but could use a few more washcloths.
Being a family friendly resort I was surprised they didn't have any beach toys, so we left behind the ones we purchased for others to use. The heated pool is above the gym, in late October the other pools were too chilly to use. The resort also hosted a movie night by the pool which was great.
Overall it was a great resort for a family vacation, but could benefit from a few additions.

Very comfortable and roomy, easy access to stairs and elevators, parking garage was never full always open spots. Beach view from balcony and bed rooms were 10 times closer than what appeared in the photos! We traveled down for a softball tournament, so the washer and dryer inside the condo was definitely a life saver! We’ll definitely be back when we visit the Ft Walton area in the future!

Wonderful 7 day vacation at Waterscape. My wife, our 2 young boys and myself stayed in A407 and thought it was very spacious for us all and the boys took turns sleeping in all the different beds. Wonderful view of the ocean and the décor and layout was perfect for our family. Easily could of had 2 couples with kids in the room, but we liked the space, especially since we were on a family vaca with my in-laws :). Would definitely recommend A407 , as well as the resort. If there were any negatives, I would just say it was more on the resort side with the strange layout of exits getting to the pool, them closing certain pools throughout the week (most likely for maintenance) and the very dim lighting in the hallways that always smelled a bit musty. But none of that would deter us from visiting again. Beautifully set right on the beach and plenty of pools to lounge around in.

We only wish the chairs would be able to be used in the evening. We went out to the beach around 4 to avoid the hottest part of the day. Chairs were taken at 5. This is a beautiful unit with a beautiful view.

Great stay! Kids had fun! The included beach chairs were nice to have. There is only one heated pool, and it was a little too cold to use the other pools, in early April. Beach was beautiful. There are a couple of restaurants within walking distance, but no restaurants on site. We especially liked walking down the the pier for lunch or dinner.

Property is as pictured. Not over cluttered with stuff, as have found elsewhere. Location is perfect, right on the water...great views, quiet even though busy resort, everything you need. No carpet!! This was huge for us. We've stayed other places with carpet in bedrooms and it is always old, wet, smelly...not here ..all tile!! Good communication with owners, quick resolution to a couple small issues.

We loved our stay at Waterscape A407! Housekeeping does a very good job of keeping it clean. They even do extra sanitation to unsure a safe experience. The unit had a wonderful view of the gulf and it was nicely decorated. There were plenty of supplies and kitchen items. David with Coastal Vibes is very attentive and answered all our questions. It was nice to have beach service included! Plus, one of the pools was heated to a nice temperature. We are looking forward to our next stay. Thanks for everything Coastal Vibes!

This is a two en suite condo. It was perfect for two couples escaping to the beautiful white sand beaches of Destin! There is also a half bath and two bunk beds for the kids (small or big!). Eight people could realistically sleep in this condo. The balcony has a nice view of the beach which is steps from the pool. The condo has everything to cook meals, eat, have a glass of wine, a cup of coffee, and do laundry. I highly recommend this condo!! The management company was fantastic!!

Only issue we found, which happens to be an issue no matter where we stay, are the pans. Bring your own nonstick pan for easy cooking. I’d also suggest to the owner to invest in a set of nonstick pans. It would make cooking breakfast a whole lot easier.

Great property! Kids love the bunk beds. We brought a tension curtain rod and black out curtains to give them a little privacy and block the light to sleep. Love the dual master bedrooms and bathrooms. Bring your own beach chairs and beach toys. None provided, not that they said there would be. Super close to pool and close to the beach. Love the decor! We just returned from a stay at this property and it was exactly as pictured, possibly even better than pictured! The unit was so clean, the decor was beach themed and current. The rooms had enough storage and the view was perfect from the balcony. We are already planning our next visit! Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great beach getaway, great for a couple or family with young children.

Waterscape is a top of the line resort. We have been snowbirds there for eight years and will return. Most importantly is the company you tent with and exceeding we found Coastal Vibes to be the most responsive in exceeding our expectations.

This is a great place for kids, there are pools for all ages. My 2 year old daughter LOVED it! Especially the lazy river. The unit came with beach service, so that was nice to have included, I prefer to spend a lot of time at the beach and having the chairs and umbrellas already there was a bonus. This is a large resort, and this unit is a bit of a walk from the parking garage. Which is no problem for young folks and not an issue for me at all but if you have trouble with knees etc, be mindful of that. We used our umbrella stroller a lot for my daughter so she didn't have to walk as much. The flip side, it is closer to the beach and has a nice view of the beach. The condo was as described in the listing. Check in was easy breezy. I would recommend to families with children!

David provided detailed information regarding the facilities, check-in procedures. The condo is conveniently located near the elevator for beach and pool access. We had a wonderful stay at condo A407. Originally we were planned to go to Myrtle Beach, but hurricane Dorian had other plans for us. So last minute I scrambled and came across this beautiful property. It was perfect in every way! The 2 king suites came in handy because my parents came to stay with us so they could spend time with their grandson that lives 10 hours away from them, they are in Wellborn, FL. We squeezed our pack n play for our 17 month old in to the room with the bunks, it was tight, but it worked. He loved climbing on the bottom bunks, so that will definitely come in handy in the future as he out grows a pack n play. The pools were beyond what we could imagine. The beach was beautiful and the beach service is a nice touch! The only thing I would mention is one day we had a random knock on the door and we didn't get there fast enough so they rang the doorbell while our baby was napping and it was someone there to do weekly pest inspections. We turned them away because our child was sleeping, but we were caught off guard by that nap time interruption. We enjoyed our stay tremendously and look forward to another stay in the future!! This may be our new favorite place over Myrtle Beach!

We loved this condo and had a great time! Beautiful decor and comfy beds. The recliners were just what we needed to rest our feet while enjoying the ocean view. Very convenient to fabulous restaurants and the Gulfarium. Beach service included chairs and umbrella. Highly recommend this condo. Waterscape pool is gorgeous and kids loved it!

We loved everything about our stay at the condo. The pictures don’t do it justice, its beautiful. Everything was very clean and newly remodeled. This condo was absolutely gorgeous. It was also spotless and extremely spacious our two children , ages 13 and 12, brought friends along and everyone had a wonderful time! Not only that, the booking company was so easy to deal with. We had such a great time that we extended our stay two days, and since it wasn’t booked until the week after we were able to do so. We have stayed at at several other places in Fort Walton amd this one came highly recommend by a coworker, and we will never stay at another place again!

This property was perfect for our family of four! Steps from fantastic pools and the private beach...it couldn’t have been better for our small children. Was extremely thankful for the complimentary beach umbrella and chairs that came with the reservation for free!! I would recommend walking across the street to AJ’s for dinner too...great seafood! We will definitely be staying at this property again!

We stayed in this unit March 16th, 2018 to March 24th, 2018. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can not wait to return! Our family has loved Waterscape since our first visit in 2017. We were impressed with the timely communication David provided. We had a great view and everything we need to cook in or out. My husband loved that there was grilling gear in a little case so much he wants one as a gift! The unit was clean and felt “beachy.” I felt I was able to let my little ones roam in the unit with out breaking anything which is a plus. We will be using Costal Vibes Vacations in the future and reccommemd you do too.

Fantastic remodeled unit and the listing is very accurate. Amenities are great inside and out and the unit was very clean and well-maintained. For the kiddos... two pools, lazy river and splash pad are a MUST! Easy booking, easy check in and out, great vacation for my family. Try AJ's across the street for raw oysters and the Donut Hole in Destin for breakfast. Free chairs on the beach and water sports like paddle board are great. Definitely would recommend A407 and Waterscape to friends and family, we have many that have already stayed here!
