The condo was very nice & spacious. The kitchen could use more cookware & we had to buy all the basic spices needed to cook. First time I've had to do that. Bathrooms were great with the huge showers & tubs! We absolutely loved the amenities the resort had to offer. Beach was beautiful of course! Next time I would like to try another one of the Coastal Vibes condos with a better view! Overall a great vacation! I would definitely recommend!

Overall we had a great time! The location of the unit was very convenient, it was across from the trash shoot, elevators & close proximity to the parking garage. The unit does lack the gulf view but it does have a little peak-a-boo view of it.
The grounds were very clean & well maintained. There is a shared toy bin downstairs, through the waterfall on the left with free beach toys. The grills down by the pool came in handy as we ended up grilling out 2 out of the 3 nights! The 2 king size beds were comfortable however the bottom bunk mattress was very springy. The unit has almost everything you need however I feel it could really improve your experience by providing beach towels, a can opener, at minimum salt & pepper, coffee filters, body wash, shampoo, conditioner & lotion. All & all I would recommend & stay here again.

We loved our stay at this beautiful condo. The only things we had go wrong were just few minimal things that the agent/owner had no problem addressing and making my spouse and I feel welcome and really learned why we were there and what we really wanted to get out of the vacation and we got just that! We had a great time walking on the beach and swimming. We are a family of 6 with ages ranging from 14 to the mid-40s. Condo A317 was great for our needs. There was enough space for everyone to sleep comfortably and have their own space. A few maintenance items arose while we were there and Dave was quick to respond and have them taken care of so, they would not interrupt our stay. The resort location is fantastic and all of our kids (teens and young adults) were able to find something that interested them while we were there. We would definitely love to come back in the future.

Everything was amazing from the clean updated condo to the awesome kids pools and beautiful beaches. We are already wondering when we can come back. They made the checkin/ check out process very easy and were very reachable throughout our stay. We had an issue with the ice maker making a loud grinding noise. The issue was address within hours. I would recommend this property to everyone. We enjoyed our stay with a 5, 3 and 1 year old. The pack and play was provided and the bunk bed nook was perfect for the older kiddos. Great place for a family vacation.

The stay was great! The condo itself was very clean and updated, the walk down to the pool/ beach was easy. However some of the kiddie pool things were turned off like the mushroom (probably due to it being off peak season we stayed the second week of September). However the pools were nice and the kids really enjoyed them. Beach chairs were great to have already out for you, but like noted in the description it’s first come first serve and so if you’re wanting a front chair you should expect to be down at the beach around 630/7am to put your beach toys/ towels on the chairs to reserve your spot. Otherwise there was lots of chairs not directly in the front open throughout the morning too. Super close to the Gulfarium/ Boardwalk shops/restaurants. The closest grocery store we used was the Publix and we were able to instacart groceries too to make it easier. Lots of smart TV options for us to sign into on our one rainy day: Disney+, Hulu. The poolside bar/ grill was nice to have too, it’s hours were 11-5 during our stay. Overall a great experience, would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay in the condo! Our boys loved the bunk room & thought it was so cool to have their own tv! The kids enjoyed the pools! It was great that we had access to the beach chairs and umbrella!! Perfect place for families! We had a small area on the balcony where we could see the beach. We contacted the owner about a few issues....all minor stuff that didn't really effect our trip, just to let them know. They were every receptive and responsive. The room only had 4 glasses which was fine for us but I wanted to let them know for future larger groups. They came that day and brought a whole new set of glasses!! We hope to come back in the future. One thing I would recommend was a full length mirror.

We had a fun, relaxing vacation over Thanksgiving in Waterscape A317! The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped, and there was plenty of space for our family of five. Our kids loved the pool area. The beach and Gulf water are gorgeous in November!

This was the perfect getaway for our family. The beach was amazing. The heated pool offered hours a fun for the kids to burn off energy on the cooler days. Unit was very close to the heated pool access as well. Our only complaint was the view. You can barely see the ocean, and what you could see was covered by a palm tree. Although we did have a great view of the firework show on NYE. The owner or property manager was very responsive to all our questions. Plenty of bath towels and the convenience of in unit laundry is always a bonus. Would definitely stay at this property again but try a unit with a better view.

The property was exactly as described. All was clean and really beachy. Easy to get to the pool and beach. The only items I might suggest they update are the 2 king mattresses and the tiny coffee cups 😊 I like a tempure pedicure mattress and I like my coffee😁🤷🏻‍♀️ I would recommend it to anyone.

We had the most wonderful rental experience and stay! There is a no hassle check-in/check-out process, no returning keys. Just follow the directions in the e-mail that is received prior to arrival and you're all set! Very responsive to the few questions we had (where is the pack n play an how do we access the beach items for guest use). The beach cart that we were allowed to use is absolutely the BEST quality and glides across the sand with ease! We would definitely recommend Waterscape A317 to anyone! The condo is beautifully decorated and provides easy access to the pool areas or the beach.

The condo is beautifully decorated and is modern. The furnishings are great and it gives you a feel of home instead of one of the typically out dated condos you commonly find. It is well stocked with anything and everything you would need. The bunk room is awesome when traveling with kids and gives them a space to crash and sometimes a much needed quite place. The patio is also a nice place to chill and relax when not at the pool or beach. This is a great condo inside an amazing compound. Thank you for letting us stay and we hope to be back. We would suggest this condo for any spring break family.

We loved this unit, the whole complex, and Fort Walton Beach. This was our first trip to Ft. Walton beach, but many times we've been to: Destin, St. George Island, St. Pete, Orange Beach... and we loved it; definitely plan to return. Everything is so close, the traffic is not bad, and the resort provides activities for younger kids... the multiple pools and lazy river were enjoyed by our teen and younger kids. The shared elevators were sometimes slow and/or crowded, but the stairs were nearby and we just ran up and down the 3 flights of stairs most of the time. We could be from the beach or pool to the room and back in mere minutes. The bunk room is terrific for kids... I've seen closets bigger than this room, but it was all the room the kids needed to lay around and watch the tv mounted on the wall when they needed a break from the sun, or at night. A unit on the other side of the A building would have a better view (if you're into views) but you could see the water from A317's balcony, though mostly you saw the parking lot of the place next door. We really enjoyed our trip. We would recommend Waterscape. We plan to return.

The property overall was absolutely stunning, and the pictures and description were accurate. This was our first family vacation with our 16 month old and I do not think we could have picked a better condo or location. The condos location on the property was in the middle of the pools and parking lot, so it was easy to get place to place. We had a partial view of the ocean and the morning sun, which was perfect for coffee and breakfast on the patio. Also, the condo was clean, spacious, and had everything you needed. We were close to area attractions and restaurants making it very convenient to get place to place. The beach area and pools were clean and had lots of comfortable seating. We loved hanging out in kids splash area with our little one, because there was so much to play with. The pier was close enough to walk to where we were able to check out the beautiful water, and grab some delicious food (especially at the Crab Trap). The property manager made sure all my questions were answered pre-booking and assisted me in finding this perfect condo for our family vacation. Lastly, the property manager made the rental experience and check in/check out extremely easy.

A 317 Waterscape was an immaculate unit at Waterscape. The decor was recently updated. It has a very pleasant color scheme. The whole facility has great amenities. Coastal Vibe Vacations is great to work with when it comes to renting. You can deal directly with them. If a situation arises that needs their attention, they respond immediately. I would highly recommend them and we are definitely using them again for next year.

Our family vacation to Waterscape Resort A317 for the first time and it was absolutely amazing! We traveled here with my parents, my brothers and their families and had a relaxing and fun-filled vacation. The condo was beautiful and very spacious. The beds were comfortable and I loved all of the heavy shades that kept the bright morning sunshine out so we could sleep in a bit from all of the fun we would have on the beach pools all day. The keyless entry was very convenient as well as no one needed to worry about keys or cards. The beach supplies closet was also incredibly convenient as we did not have to lug extra items from home with us. David was very accommodating and very easy to work with. Coastal Vibe really goes the extra mile for their guests to have a relaxing and memory filled vacation. After we picked up our click list grocery order from a nearby Walmart (pre-ordered groceries online at home) and picked them up at curbside at no extra cost, we literally did not have to get in our car again. There were amazing restaurants all around us. A personal favorite was AJ's Oyster Shanty directly across the street. Great food, outdoor seating, and live music every night. Angler's at the Okaloosa Island Pier serves delicious breakfast and dinner was great too!. It was so nice to walk everywhere and not worry about driving or parking. Fudpucker's On-Site Tiki Bar and Grill served the best frozen cocktails and lunches! Also a great convenience. The beach was beautiful and we loved playing in the surf and waves! My kids (ages 9 & 12) loved the lazy river and lily pad rope climb. Couldn't get them off or out of the pools! My family already wants to come back again next year! The staff and other guests at the report could not have been more pleasant and kind. Thank you David for such a hospitable stay in your condo and allowing us to make great family memories at such a beautiful facility!

This was my families first time to the Waterscape property and we were extremely surprised and impressed! From the very beginning to the end of our planning and trip, everyone and everything was very pleasant! This location is extremely convenient to activities and restaurants. One of our biggest joys, especially for our boys, was the pirate ship two hour adventure. We will definitely be returning here on our next trip to Ft. Walton Beach! We've taken family vacations for a few years now. Each year we've been somewhere different in hopes of finding a place that felt like it would be the perfect spot for our children to grow up vacationing in and had yet to find it until now. After just a day here I knew this would be it. The condo was beautiful, clean, spacious, fully stocked & easily accessible. The resort offered more than we could have asked for.
