We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this condo. Lots of space for two toddlers and five adults. The rooms are well appointed. It's a bonus having a door on the bunk room and yes there is air conditioning and a TV in this room. The kitchen had everything I needed. Appreciate the option of Keurig or pot coffee. Easy access to the garage and very easy access to enter the pool area. I will definitely book this condo again.

We rented a one-bedroom and a two-bedroom unit. Both were very clean and nicely furnished. I can't express enough how much we were impressed with Coastal Vibes! We were kept informed of Waterscape events. What was truly appreciated is that when we had a door that wouldn't lock a very nice and efficient repairman arrived within thirty minutes to make the repair.

We loved A221. The room was big and clean. Close to the upper level pools and close parking. The kids loved all the different pools and lazy river. We love Waterscape. We usually go twice a year. One family vacation and one girls trip. You would not be disappointed with A221 or Waterscape. Try them out

We have been to Waterscape quite a few times and there’s a reason we keep going back. We loved our condo A221; well decorated and stocked and convenient access to pool/outside and garage. We like that it is within walking distance of several restaurants, especially Stewby’s, as well as the pier. It’s a great pkace for families to stay!

We had a string of bad luck with booking vacations that weren’t what they were advertised, so we were a little nervous walking in, but this was great! Cleanest one we have stayed at, all appliances worked, no facility issues, received the gate codes BEFORE arrival, everything was perfect!

Our stay at David’s place in Waterscape was the perfect family getaway with our two toddlers. A221 was a close walk to the splash pad and parking garage. Being most familiar with the Destin area, we were glad to have David’s recommendations for Okaloosa dining and things to do. Every restaurant we ate at was delicious and less than a 5 minute drive. The poolside tiki hut snack bar at the resort was a pleasant surprise and having the included umbrella and chairs on the beach each day was beyond appreciated. We will be back!

Highly recommend renting through Coastal Vibe Vacations for Waterscape! The resort is great. But even better is renting through this group. Avoid all the extra fees from using a bigger website and have a person you can call/text/email if you need anything. The whole process was so simple - just show up and use the code to enter! Unit was perfectly clean and had gorgeous updates. We had a great time and will be back!

A221 is in a great location for both the pools and the beach. The location to your car for loading and unloading as well as waking to restaurants is unbeat. The unit has everything you need. The kids loved the bunk room. If you sit on the back corner of the patio you can see the ocean. Also have a direct view of the lifeguard flag. Beds and pillows were super comfy for all.

Waterscape A221 was perfect for our family's spring break getaway. The unit exceeded our expectations and we greatly appreciate all the attention to detail that went into our stay. The location of the condo was wonderful, as it is very close to many of the great restaurants and retail that the Emerald Coast has to offer. We absolutely loved our stay at Waterscape! The splash pad pool, lazy river, and heated pool were perfect for our kiddos. Easy access to the beach, too. The property was super clean - even the grills on the pool deck were clean! We loved the unit and it was the perfect size for our group of grandparents, us, and our two kids. Two huge bathrooms. Very comfortable. A well stocked kitchen made cooking easy. The unit’s location in the resort was also ideal. We had a private balcony while also having easy access to the pool area. We would definitely stay here again in the future!

This was a great getaway. The area has lots of great restaurants and other activities. The condo was well laid out with lots of room and storage. It is also easy to get in the parking garage, to the room, and to the pool or beach. I hope to return next year and will try to get the same room. Also the whole process of renting, checking in and out was very simple and quick. One last note if you have time, a trip to the Air Force museum is well worth the time

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Waterscape A221 and will most definitely be back again. You will not be disappointed. We have two kids (8 and 2) and they had the best time. Our 2 year old loved the slide at the splash pad. This condo is perfect - nicely decorated, clean, plenty of bath towels, no steps or elevators to the parking garage, just steps to the pool, and short walk down to the beach. Everything was so convenient. The tiki bar at the pool was nice and not as expensive as one would think. David and Coastal Vibe Vacations have been super responsive at all points and an absolute pleasure to deal with. We cannot wait to book another trip with Coastal Vibe Vacations at Waterscape.

We have two year old twins, so a big priority in where we vacationed was that it was toddler friendly. This condo didn't disappoint at all. The location was great- proximity to the pool deck and parking garage with a short walk to the beach. The furnishings were not dangerous to small kids (glass, sharp corners, etc), the unit was clean, the bathrooms are huge, kitchen had most everything we needed. We chose waterscape because of the kiddie pool and I'm so glad we did! My girls spent countless hours there, and the main pools were very nice too. We didn't get a chance to use them this time but there were gas bbq grills everywhere for use. The beach chairs and umbrella were something we didn't plan to need but they ended up being well-appreciated. The only possible negative things I can think of were the weather and my kids being too excited to sleep late in the mornings! Our girls' first beach trip was fabulous thanks to waterscape ans coastal vibe!

We really enjoyed our stay in the condo and at Waterscape, it was a great place for our kids ages 2,7,9 and 11 to spend the week. The condo was as described. Didn’t have great weather due to Hurricane Elsa but the second half of our trip brought some nicer weather. Walking distance to some good restaurants and shops. Very close to the pools which was nice. Overall fun time for our family and friends!

Waterscape was suggested to us by two friends that had stayed there previously. It was absolutely beautiful! Very family oriented!We were able to walk the beach almost every night to go get something to eat at the boardwalk instead of fighting with traffic! Or you could walk across the street to A.J.s. it works out perfectly. Fort Walton has awesome stuff going on at the boardwalk every night starting in June. They have a pirate show on Monday, a movie on the beach on Tuesday, fireworks on Wednesday, a luau on Thursday. Fun for the whole family! If you have a bunch of beach stuff to haul down everyday I suggest getting a room and the first or second floor. It is super easy access to the pool and beach! We stayed in A221. We loved it! I would definitely recommend it! We also did a dolphin boat and shelling tour with Destin Snorkel, and it was very fun! Worth the money! Thank you Coastal Vibe Vacation for making our trip so much fun and easy to plan.

We had a wonderful, wonderful week!!! What an amazing condo and resort! Two thumbs up!!! The pools and beach were so nice! You have to get out there early to get a good spot but it's some nice relaxing time while you wait. Good times! Stewby's is wonderful food and you can walk there. We also enjoyed wild willys with our two kids. The owner was very helpful and courteous. Thanks sooo much for a memorable vacation! We will be back for sure!!!!

The condo is in a great location! There's still a tiny view of the ocean if you look over the balcony. Parking is super convenient and we never had to step foot on an elevator. You're steps away from the pool. The condo itself was clean although the house keeping could do a little better to make sure the old guests toothpaste is cleaned off of the mirrors and the stovetop was a little dirty. A couple of the bathroom sinks were slow to drain but overall we'd stay here again. The decor is very trendy and the beds were comfortable.

My family and I were very pleased with this property! It was definitely more updated than most rooms I had seen while there for the week. It was very clean as well which has to be tough when dealing with Florida and pool/Sandy beaches. Highly recommend staying in A221

This was a beautiful condo with nice amenities, plenty of towels. The property manager answered messages promptly. they were able to get the condo ready a little early for us and everything went smoothly. there was some miscommunication over the pool bands but the weather ended up being so rainy we didn't even go to the pool. the floors were a little dirty when we got there. but everything else seemed very clean. the location is right on the beach. this particular unit faces the Hilton Garden Inn and the parking lot next door so the views aren't the best, but you can walk to the beach in minutes for great views. i'd stay here again, and my friends were also impressed.

The accommodations for our stay were excellent. My family of 4 have nothing but good things to stay about the room and the resort. The perks of easy access to the beach, a myriad of pools, covered parking garage with quick access to the hallways, a little fitness facility with everything you need for a decent cardio session/full body workout, and well maintained areas with GRILLS made this a must revisit choice. The condo had nice accompaniments with cooking utensils, cookware, and a few beach packables. I am hard pressed to find a complaint and I'm sure future vacationers will feel the same. We were seriously enthused with the spot if it had a boat slip or dock on the premises I'd of found my retirement home within the premises, but as a few Seniors we met in the area it wouldn't be a bad place to call a permanent home.

The Waterscape was a perfect place to vacation with the family - pools, splash pads, hot tubs... even a lazy river! The Waterscape is ocean front, which helped us maximize time at the beach, and there are plenty of dining options within walking distance as well. The unit we stayed in, A221, was sparking clean and very spacious. We liked that being on the second floor, we could get out to pools without using the elevator. We will definitely be back.

First of all, David Jenn from Coastal Vibe Vacations was great to work with. A very charismatic person/manager! Just made sure everything was taken care of and explained both check-in & check-out procedures, which are so simple & easy! I cannot say enough about this property, my wife just fell in love with the way this condo was decorated! We have stayed at the Waterscape property the last 2 years with friends & family and this condo was the nicest by far. All appliances were in good working order, even had a Keurig coffee machine & a nice blender. Beds were very comfortable, all TV's worked with Cox cable with over 100 channels. Bunk beds were great! Kids para-sailed over at Destin and used "Just Chute Me" company recommended by friends. They were great! Restaurants: we highly recommend McGuire's Irish Pub (its worth the wait) and Tijuana Flats for the atmosphere and the sauces! The complimentary beach chairs & umbrella were nice, the only drawback about the beach was: the volleyball net & poles were removed and being replaced with new ones so we did not get to play volleyball. We grilled out twice and had no problems with wait or cleaniness, we had a great week!
