Waterscape A205

Such a beautiful and clean condo! The hosts provided so many kitchen supplies that made cooking meals so easy. The bedrooms were gorgeous and our kids loved their bunk room. The view was great and the resort pools felt safe with their gate system. We loved our experience and will be back!

We were very disappointed that we were not able to use the two chairs and umbrella on any day that we were there. My son would go out at 7am to set us up and was always told that the chairs had been reserved and he couldn’t use them. If we wanted them we could call-to reserve the night before. I left one message. at your office Monday but frankly I was on vacation not there to chase around people for chairs. I had the reservation info confirmed at two different days by the workers there. One also said it was 15 a day to reserve. Because of this and little children, I don’t think I will return again.

We had to provide our own beach towels. I know this doesn’t sound like a big deal, but when traveling by air with a group of five it really made a difference in our luggage requirements.

We loved our stay at A205. When we walked in, we immediately loved the ocean view! The decor was very inviting and the bedrooms were spacious. Our kiddos loved the fun bunk room. We especially loved taking advantage of the 2 complementary beach chairs down at the ocean and loved taking walks to Okaloosa pier!

This is our 3rd year staying at Waterscape in February The Condo was very clean and nice. They do a great job of keeping the facility up to date and clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Our kids are already begging to go back! The condo had plenty of space and having 2.5 baths was so nice our boys loved the little bunk room with TV. Check in and out was simple and communication with Coastal Vibes was great. The pools were fun, we walked to several restaurants and the pier. We also loved having the complimentary chairs and umbrella each day.

This condo was perfect for our week at the beach. Two master king bedrooms each with their own bath. Our four year old granddaughter could sleep with parents or us and used the bunk room as her hangout space. My only negative comment is that there isn’t a place to put dry foods. We put all our dry goods on the bakers rack in the dining area. The beds were very comfortable, not too hard, not too soft.

Family of 7 stayed for 6 nights.
The condo had everything we needed, past reviews and descriptions were accurate as well. Clean and spacious for us.
Walk from garage is long but not bad, accessible location to Waterscapes pools and beach is good.
Waterscapes has minimal chairs at the pools, get there early. Most leave towel down and save the seats all day, against rules but no one governs them so better join them if you want seating during peak times.

We had an amazing stay at A205. Lots of amenities that made it easy to get your vacation started. Wonderful access to the elevator and pool stairs. The view is great and a perfect place to watch the seasonal Wednesday night fireworks. Loved every minute of our stay.

My family had a great stay at Waterscape. We enjoyed staying in this clean condo with an amazing view of the Gulf. Having the beach service was a great amenity to be able to take the kids down to the beach without having to carry down chairs and an umbrella. My young kids loved spending the afternoons playing on the splash pads and swimming. Waterscape is also within walking distance of several restaurants.

Very convenient, great food in the area. Stewbeys, Sax grille and Burrito del sol just to name a few. Condo was clean and was available early. This was our second stay at Waterscapes, we just love the beach, pool and all the amenities. Would highly recommend Waterscapes and VRBO for their seamless no contact reservation.

My family and I loved this condo and everything was nice and close! The only part that was a little hard is how far the parking lot is from the room, (when you can’t find any carts to use) but definitely not a deal breaker!! My kids loved the lily pads to play on in the pool. The weather was cooler than we were hoping but with the heated pool and hot tubs we still had a great time! We are hoping to come back!

We loved everything here. The condo was great. There was so much for all of our kids to do ages ranging from 3-13. It was easy to get to the beach and there was plenty of space for them to run and play. It was nice not having the company umbrella set ups taking all of the beach front. We were able to set up beach chairs right on the shore to watch our kids play. We loved how easy it was to get into restaurants without having to wait hours. We will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay here. My kids said their favorite vacation ever (even over Disneyworld🙂)The Condo, grounds and pool were all very clean and well kept up also walking distance to several shops and restaurants. Groceries were a 5 minute drive away. We definitely look forward to staying here again!

The condo was spacious and well appointed. Just as described. The views of the ocean right from the condo are lovely. Plenty of normal supermarkets and stores a few minutes drive away. We enjoyed the pools and the glorious beach right on site. Soft, white sand and crystal clear water. Friendly and available beach chair service. Calm seas and then some exciting waves. There was plenty to do in the area for the kids on a couple of rainy days. We had terrific take out from Stewbys, a great birthday dinner at The Shack and many relaxed dinners at home, catching the sunset on the beach. Highly recommend this for a family or couples. We liked the relaxed and unpretentious atmosphere of Fort Walton Beach compared to some other resort areas. We enjoyed Destin Harbor too. We'll be back.

Our group consisted of 4 adults and 2 kids and the space accommodated our large group wonderfully! We have stayed at Waterscape a couple times prior and loved it, but A205 provided a very pretty view of the ocean (something that is hard to come by at Waterscape). The condo was clean, beds were very comfortable and bathrooms were spacious. Second floor location made for quick access to pool area. Definitely recommend!

Stay was awesome! The only thing you should know about is the living room and left hand master bedroom had candy wrappers and used tissues on the floor. In the living room candy wrappers under the end table clearly visiywhen we walked in The floors felt dirty under our bare feet. You might mention to your cleaning company. Thank you Tammy
