This was by far the best vacation we’ve had in a long time. Location to the beach was amazing and the pools were beautiful! Late night movies for the kids by the pool, while we grilled, was the perfect family fun. Double sliding doors in the living room opened to give a full beach experience. Any questions or concerns we had were met quickly and with great customer service. We had 4 adults plus 2 kids and still didn’t feel like we were on top of each other. Definitely recommend this condo! We will stay again.

We had such a great time during our stay at A201 Waterscape. We were able to get into our room a bit early, which was a surprise and let us get to the beach sooner. The floors felt noticeably cleaner than other properties we stayed out, which I noted immediately. The beds were also SO comfortable!!! I have a connective tissue disorder and persistent neck/back pain because of that. My parents slept in the primary bedroom and I was in the secondary room and my mattress was so excellent. I woke up with feeling like a new woman and I'm actively trying to speak with management so I can find out what kind it is to purchase one for my home. We had plenty of room for just the 4 of us and the location on the property was excellent as we were able to see when chairs were getting set up to grab some in the mornings. The kitchen was well-equipped with a variety of things.The patio was a great size and a comfy spot to watch the sunrise. The beach/water was gorgeous and fairly shallow for a bit, which was nice for my 4-year-old. He also really enjoyed ALL of the water features! We were in the lazy river, zero-entry pool, heated pool, and splash pad over the course of the week. The only downside I could find is it's a bit of a walk to get through the building and to the pool or beach, but something we got used to.Overall, my kiddo loved it, which was our sole purpose for booking this property and we would definitely come back again!

Spring break for family and first time in Destin although we didn’t have good weather Destin beaches are beautiful the condo was perfect exactly as described and pictured. The pool area was great and beach area had plenty of chairs we would definitely stay again Easy drive to lots of shops and restaurants the harbor walk was the best. Main primary bedroom bed is super uncomfortable and needs to be replaced is our only complaint

We had two families stay together in this unit, 4 adults and 5 kids. We did not feel cramped and had plenty of room. We loved the ocean view! This was our third time at waterscape. Upon our arrival, we had some issues. Coastal Vibes management and a cleaning crew responded immediately and addressed the situation. I don’t know what the deal was with the cleaning crew but Coastal Vibes made it right. After the initial issues, we had a great vacation and would stay in this unit again!

Our group was 6 women celebrating a 40th birthday. It was the perfect setup for the 6 of us (2 people to a bathroom). The proximity to the beach was perfect. The starter supplies were helpful and the beds were relatively comfortable.
There wasn’t a lot open because it was the off season, so would make sure that you take that into consideration. The positive trade off was not having to deal with crowds. The beach chairs in the off season can only be rented until 4pm.
The hosts were extremely responsive and accommodating. We would recommend the property to other travelers.

Great location we loved sitting on our balcony every morning having coffee and enjoying the view of the beach and gulf waters. The condo was large and comfortable especially the master bedroom. The grounds and pool area are clean and well maintained. We used the bar-b-q grills (very clean) frequently to prepare our meals. The location is great for long beach walks with bars, restaurants, and shops along the way. Last but not least a big thank you to Costal Vibe Vacations for being so kind, so easy to do business with, and responsive to all of our needs.

Great stay! David provided a writeup of restaurant suggestions nearby and even some activities to do on a rainy day! He communicated well throughout so we were never left guessing about what to do. The condo was clean and had great views! We even had access to the Pirate Magic show and the "after dark" movie at the pool. Kids had a great time, and so did we!

This was a wonderful condo and resort. My husband, daughter and her three kids came from Houston, TX and our son came from Steamboat Springs, CO. We loved the pool, beach and pool side food and beverage stand. The water was so clear it was amazing. The condo was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the balcony views at all times, especially with the fireworks on Wednesdays. You have been so informative about everything that you have made this trip more enjoyable. En route to Fort Walton, we realized we could make it down earlier than we anticipated. We reached out to David to ask if the condo was available for an early arrival, and within 30 minutes we confirmed an additional night’s stay. This really made our week, since we had an extra day to spend at the beach. The condo is well appointed and the beach view uniquely captures sunrise and sunset; we were greeted warmly each morning and evening! Waterscape is an excellent spot for families with small children, and A201 served all of our needs. Thank you to David and Co. for speedy communication and support.

Our condo was clean/fully equipped and it looked just like the pictures. The views from our balcony was amazing! It doesn't matter when you go because they have a heated pool and two huge tot tubs. The underground parking was nice and safe. They offer carts for you to carry up your groceries and your luggage. The beach was nice for finding sea shells and long walks. To finish your day you have an amazing view of beautiful sunsets.

You will not regret paying the extra to get a larger space or the beach view. The pictures are accurate and the owner was responsive and incredibly detailed in communication before arrival. The only thing I would say for future people is that the kitchen is will stocked with plates, skillets, utensils, but I would not expect to find coffee filters, oil, or other types of cooking items. Publix is a three minute drive. Come prepared and enjoy the stay.

We have booked through Coastal Vibe Vacations several times and have stayed at Waterscape for several years. A201 was by far the best condo with the most amazing view that we have experienced at Waterscape. We tried to book it for our stay next year but it was booked for our dates. We did find one a floor lower though to stay in thankfully! We cannot wait to go back to Waterscape and enjoy some amazing family time yet again. Thank you for this gorgeous, perfectly decorated condo. We made memories to last a lifetime. We are looking at off season booking to get a way for the first time and we can't wait!

AMAZING VIEW. The best location in the whole resort in my opinion. Right on the beach, both up front but also on the side for privacy. Loved all the TVs, bedrooms, large tub in the bathroom. Washer dryer came in handy. Great restaurant options within walking distance. David was very responsive as well! 5 stars ⭐️

Wonderful property overlooking Ft Walton Beach. There is a large balcony with an amazing, unobstructed view of the beach and the ocean. Property is fully stocked with kitchen cookware and dishes, utensils and small appliances if you’re interested in preparing meals. Our family of 6 fit comfortably with room for more if you have a larger group. The kids enjoyed the pool on the property, and there is also a nice fitness facility. I would highly recommend the property!

Easy to find. Rental process was seamless. More than enough room for 4 adults and 2 young children. Pools were very accessible and well maintained. Beach area accessible without annoying steps/stairs. But the part I’ll remember most is the view from the balcony. I’ve stayed in many FL beach condos before and this one has the best view ever, hands down. We really relaxed on balcony and hope to return again.

My family and I had a wonderful time this week! Room was nice a clean. Very roomy. Condo owner was very attentive and responds quickly. Wonderful pool area for kids! We will definitely be back!!!

My family has now stayed at Waterscapes renting 3 condos a year, for the last 4 years. This unit by far, was the nicest one we have stayed. The owner, David was very accommodating with questions, and the unit was furnished with whatever we needed. Except hangers. I bought 2 sets of 10 for the unit (a total of $4) and left many of them there for next guests. Typically I am out getting more than that each year, with no complaints, but that was the only thing! The view was perfect! The space was awesome, the owner is very nice, it was a wonderful family vacation and even better with this beautiful unit, with great furniture, comfy pillows, and perfect views!

Absolutely love this property! This was our second stay in this condo & we will most definitely be back! It has a beautiful view & it takes no time to get down to the beach! We enjoyed many local restaurants like Dewey Destin, the Crab Trap, & the Back Porch! We also loved fishing off the pier as well!!

Our family of 12 rented this unit and it was awesome!! The unit is equipped with everything you need. The view from the balcony was amazing. We were able to see dolphins and the clear blue green water and the pier. Waterscape is conveniently located and walking distance to the boardwalk/pier area which has shops and restaurants. Anglers had the best food local fried grouper and grilled shrimp. The unit was clean and spacious and the kids and adults loved the pool area especially the lazy river. We had perfect weather and the ocean water was crystal clear and beautiful shades of blue and green. David Jenn with coastal vibe vacations was a pleasure to work with and the rental, check-in, and check out process was a breeze. He provided excellent customer service! We highly recommend A201 and our family made amazing memories to last a lifetime!!

From the instant that we reserved the property the customer service has been top notch! David and Lisa always responded very quickly to every inquiry. The condo was meticulously decorated and furnished with the most comfortable beds we've ever had in a rental. The kitchen was very well stocked with every appliance we needed, including a Keurig! While looking for a crockpot we realized our room was missing one. They delivered one that night! The resort is amazing and is the premier location to stay at in the Ft. Walton/Destin area. We highly recommend not only this resort but especially this condo!

Waterscape exceeded all our of expectations. We travel every spring break and fall break to destinations in Florida, and this by far, had the best accommodations for all of our children. Condo: The condo was very clean and had plenty of room for everyone - spread out with helped avoid sibling fighting. ;) We had 10 people (ages from 7-70) stay here very comfortably. Love that everyone had their own bedroom and tv for that rainy day/down time. The view was AMAZING - the huge balcony was right on the beach - perfect view from both master bedrooms and living rooms. Condo had everything we needed and more. Beds were very comfortable and condo decorated very nicely. Property amenities: great variety of pools - toddler/baby pool area, large pool with waterfall and lily pad to play on, lazy river, 2 hot tubs, and another pool that is heated. Plenty of chairs to lay out in around the pool (but get there kinda early to get the prime location spot). Onsite restaurant was great on the first day before we were able to go to the grocery. Property was very clean and well-maintained. Beach was just steps from the pools. Loved the 2 free beach chairs and umbrella. If we return to Destin again, we will definitely rent this condo again. I have already recommended this condo to other people. There were shops and restaurants close and helped us avoid the crazy traffic around Destin.

This is an immaculate condo!!! I honestly can’t say enough good things about not only the condo but the resort as well!Everything at the resort is so clean and the people are super friendly! My family of 5 and my sister’s family of 5 stayed for 1 week and there was plenty of room for all 10 of us. The kitchen is fully stocked with all of the necessities for cooking although we did eat out a lot at the local restaurants with Fudpuckers being our favorite! The view from the balcony is absolutely breathtaking and each morning we saw dolphins swimming in the ocean! The owner David was fantastic to work with and responded very quickly whenever I had a question! I would highly recommend this condo as it is even more stunning then the pictures!!!

What an amazing condo! We loved everything about it and had an awesome vacation with family and friends!! We knew already we loved the resort, as we stayed at Waterscape in a 1 bedroom condo last year (summer 2016). We love the amenities they have (great pool, splash area for kids, lazy river, close to lots of great restaurants, and right on the beach!) We really missed having an ocean view last year though. This year we decided to go with some friends and find a bigger condo to rent. We stayed from 9/15/17 to 9/21/17. This one looked great in the pics and happened to have a beach view. This condo is just as great in person!! The view is amazing!! I loved having my coffee on the balcony every morning while watching the pelicans and the dolphins. It's really a breathtaking view! We loved how the condo was decorated, loved the flooring (looks like wood flooring instead of usual tiling), and it was stocked with all the utensils and supplies we needed for making breakfast and lunches everyday. We took advantage of the great seafood around and ate dinner out every night. The owners are really nice and easy to work with. They sent a detailed letter of recommendations for food and activities which we really enjoyed. And of course the beach is just perfect. We love the white sand and clear water that Fort Walton beach always has. The weather was perfect all week for us too. It was a perfect vacation! We hope to be back again next year!!

We were incredibly pleased with this condo! Everything looked exactly as the pictures showed. It was very well decorated and the construction updates look amazing from all the new finishes to the decor. The brand new pack and play was a huge lifesaver for us. We even put it up in the master bathroom for our nine month old and used the exhaust fan as a white noise machine. That bathroom is so big that it could serve as an additional bedroom, ha ha! Our toddler and her aunt slept in the bunk alcove and both sets of grandparents stayed in the other two bedrooms. We loved having everyone in one unit! The huge balcony looking over the ocean is the perfect way to start and end your day. We couldn't have been happier and hope to come back next year!

We loved this condo! Interior was exactly as expected from the photos and description. Clean, comfortable furniture and beds, very nicely updated, light/bright. True water front view with big patio/balcony! The complex amenities (pool/splashpad/lazy river) are so great for families. Loved having chair/umbrella service on the beach too! Love the white powder sand and aqua water in Ft Walton! The condo's balcony is the best view for the Wed night summer fireworks on the pier! Fantastic location for restaurants, activities, pier, Publix, bayside boat launch, etc. Most even walking distance! Great instructions from the owners for check in/out, amenities and access, etc.
