Accommodations were outstanding, check in and check out is the easiest ever. Very roomy we had two adults and 6 kids. The kids loved the pool area and the easy access to the beach. We will definitely return again.

Condo was beautiful. Very clean. Ocean view. Nice size for 10 people. Only negative was the parking. Most of the parking garage was closed off which made it a far walk to the condo. This is out of the condo owners control. But overall, condo was great! We would stay there again.

We stayed in B101 last year and A101 this year. My grandsons & daughter always come with us, and they were the ones who requested we return to Waterscapes this year. They love all the things you can do at the pool. A101 was definitely bigger, so each grandson (now that they're teenagers) got their own bed, and our daughter had her own room. We had a mosquito problem initially, but I sent one email, and someone came that afternoon. They returned (we weren't there) and whatever they did worked. The railing on the porch had no exit, which caused lots of extra walking, but the condo was a lot quieter and much less foot traffic than last year's condo, so that made up for the walking.

We loved our stay at A101. This is the first time we have come with a total of ten people and this condo was wonderful. We could not not have asked for anything better. It was very nice and very clean. We have stayed in David's other condo's and they have always been 5 stars as well. The beach is nice, the pools are nice and clean and we love the lazy river. We will continue to come back.

The Waterscape was the perfect family resort and unit A101 was the perfect unit for our family with a 4 and 2 year old. Ground floor and railing around the balcony. We couldn't keep the 4year old out of the pools and lazy River. The gulf was divine and the weather perfect. Only need to decide on dates to return next year. Great vaca

This location is wonderful, we had a wonderful vacation. Not that we spent much time in the room watching tv, but when we were ready to settle in for the night, we could not get the tv in the master bedroom to work, it stayed on one channel and only the volume would work. Also, the tv in the bunk area by the laundry room didn't work, it didn't look like the tv was hooked up at all. Thank you so much!

This condo was clean and well-kept. Open and quick communication between the management and renters was much appreciated. We loved being on the ground floor, but do take note of the metal fence that surrounds the patio area. You cannot access the grassy area/beach directly from the patio without going inside through the hallways or jumping the fence. This was noted in their description and not a surprise to us. But it did kind of defeat having a ground floor condo in terms of direct access to the outdoor area. This was one of the best condos we have stayed at in Waterscape in terms of the "roominess". The enlarged laundry area and additional storage/cupboards back in that space cleared up a lot of room in the kitchen and made the condo feel less crowded overall. The bedroom with the double bunks and trundle was large in size and could fit numerous kids and their "stuff" comfortably. The twin bunks were also more spacious than other twin bunk rentals we've had in the past. Overall I would recommend this condo, but just be cognizant of the fenced in patio area (this may be a nice feature for families with small children though, so you can enjoy the patio without fear of them wandering off).

Property was exactly as described. The kitchen was fully stocked and the beach toys/floats were great to have on hand so we didn't have to purchase anything. The unit was clean upon arrival and check in was easy. Great location, close to everything.

the property was nice. A few minor issues. The ceiling fans and vents have not been cleaned in some time and have layers of dust. This is a bottom floor property but has no direct walk out to the walk path which meant walking down the hall every time we wanted to go to the beach. There is only a high top table on the patio which means “lounging” was not an option

The resort is great for families once you learn your way around. There are unposted rules about reserving chairs at the pool, so don't leave your things unattended! The A101 unit is great for a large family, but we were surprised that we couldn't walk out to the walkway directly from our patio. The room could use a few updates, but it's clean and perfect for a getaway week with family! My tip: buy a stainless cup from the tiki bar and save money on refills your entire vacation!

Our week was wonderful. We had 10 people in our group and we were very comfortable. The beds were wonderful and the kitchen had everything we needed. We loved being in the front of the complex. Easy access to the pool and beach and easy drop off to our balcony. All the amenities at Waterscape were great. It was the 4th of July but found room at the pool and no problem with beach chairs. We did use the outdoor grills and they were clean and worked great. We would definitely stay again and we had many other people who were with our group that were staying in Waterscape that checked out our condo for the future.

We have stayed in Okaloosa Island 1-2X/year for the past 15 years and love the Waterscape condo unit though realize with a lot of people there is wear and tear of the individual units. This one was very impressive with the recent re-model and so spacious for our family with teenagers and younger children. David was very responsive and helpful with any questions that we had throughout our stay. Will be staying in another one of their units and would recommend.

Although we really enjoyed our stay, there were a couple of items we noticed. Two of the shower doors would not close and a few areas we thought could have been a little cleaner. We would definitely recommend this condo to anyone and would come back ourselves.

Our family really enjoyed our week. There was plenty of beds to accommodate all of us with room to spare. The condo was very clean and we enjoyed how bright the interior was with the shades open. David Jenn and his people responded to our requests quickly. The washer needed to be replaced while we were there, but it was and handled professionally and with plenty of warning, not disturbing our vacation even the slightest.

This was our first family vacation to the Gulfside and we loved it! The property was just lovely and exactly how is it described online! We found the condo to be clean, super spacious, family friendly, & decorated very cute! The addition of the high seats on the balcony were perfect to witness the beautiful ocean & sunrise. We also loved the full size laundry area! All in all...a simply beautiful property and we will absolutely be visiting again!

David was wonderful to work with. This condo is very nice. Two king size beds, 1 room with full bunks and a trundle underneath and a bunk room. Sofa makes into a bed also. 3 full baths. Plenty of room. Very nice patio with ocean view. Everything you need is provided and free beach service. The only thing we needed was extra toilet paper, paper towels and laundry detergent. We will definitely work with coastal vibe vacations again!

We loved this condo! Amazing views of the gulf. Located in an area of the resort where you had privacy even though it is a ground floor unit. Interior was just remodeled and was pristine. Resort is first class!
