Excellent view! Ate on the balcony everyday. Everything was fairly clean. Attention to some details could help such as replacing shower caddy in master bath, cabinets are starting to show some wear and tear, but none of it would stop us from staying here again. Husband and I were discussing how many people must come through here in a year’s time. It has to be a lot! Communication was excellent. Checking in and out could not have been any easier. Very kind with different start up supplies such as dishwasher detergent, washing machine detergent, trash bags.

The condo was as described. We have rented from Coastal Vibe Vacations before and this was our second stay at Waters Edge. We had a wonderful stay and the 4th floor is perfect. The pool is large and nice. We had a wonderful vacation and Coastal Vibe Vacations are easy, professional and wonderful to work with. Excellent communication.

I really enjoyed my stay. The view was amazing to wake up to and just be able to look out the window every day at the ocean. The condo is well stocked had everything we needed loved that it was halfway between the bridge and the end of the island. It was peaceful. There were chairs available every day. The pool was clean and big plenty of extra pillows and blankets there isn't a lot of room to hang clothes But if you're just folding and putting away, there's plenty of room. Oven did seem to take a while to heat up, so if you're cooking in the oven, just prepared to preheat early. Bedroom is close to the elevator and stairs so early in the morning when people start moving, you will hear them up and going just be prepared. It was not a big deal to me, but it is good to know. I love renting through coastal vibes. It's always easy and I feel like our room is always ready a little early.

We had a great vacation! This is a great condo for a small family with one bedroom and two bunks. We enjoyed the view from the balcony and parking on the top floor (4th) and walking straight to our room was so convenient. We also enjoyed some awesome fire works during our stay. Waters Edge keeps the condominium so clean. We really enjoyed the huge pool and beach chair service. The host were also very kind to bring us a new coffee maker when we realized it was not in working order.

We had the privilege of staying here for our honeymoon. It was exactly what we needed after the hustle and bustle of a wedding. It was peaceful and absolutely beautiful. The views are amazing. Beautiful condo over looking the ocean and the large pool. Ocean is clean and clear like the Caribbean, but beach is even nicer. During our stay in September beach chairs and umbrella were provided for free by the beach attendant. Parked on the same floor and just walked into the condo, no loading all our stuff into the elevator. Easy check in. Several good restaurants within a mile. This is the second time we have been to Ft. Walton Beach, but first at David's condo. When we come back we'll stay here again.

This was the perfect location for a beach getaway...and probably one of the better places on Fort, Walton Beach. First of all the accessibility to the beach was perfect with a nice and neatly mountain boardwalk. pool bathrooms, or constantly being cleaned and that was much appreciated. In my opinion the pool is the largest on the beach, and so nicely maintained. It was the perfect escape at the end of the day, or at the chop was a bit rough. Will, the beach service attendant, was very helpful. I gave him a daily tip(($10/day) and he had our chairs set up for us with our names on it for the week. Beach service was included but it is first come first serve basis, so it was nice to have our chairs ready when we were. These guys were hard-working and impressive carrying 12 at a time when setting up. Unit #415 was a great location for us for many reasons. It was very accessible to our vehicle parked on the top level. Second, it was very close to the elevator --we thought that this might be a downfall. We found the noise from the elevator did not bother us. The unit was neat, clean and representative of the photos online. Everything worked from lights to appliances. We were told to be notified that our unit was ready for us to move in earlier than the 4 o'clock check-in… Super appreciated!! If you were trying to football records. This complex and unit again.

This was a great first experience of traveling by myself. The condo I stayed at was perfect! Right on the beach. I did not rent a car. Utilized an airport shuttle and then Uber to go to the places I wanted to see. A wonderful trip!

This was perfect for our family of 4. My 2 boys loved the bunks and how they had their own tvs. The kitchen was well stocked down to the charcoal for the grills. Beautiful beachfront/ ocean view. This condo was great. We loved the balcony and beautiful views. The keyless entry was especially convenient. Costal Vibes was very easy to work with. We had a couple small things that we needed and they were quickly delivered and fixed. JT the maintenance man was extremely kind and friendly.

Overall I would stay here again, but would like to see a more thorough cleaning and a couple of minor updates. Dirt / dust was visible on baseboards, bathtubs/showers had natural build up of grime from old age in creases / corners and probably just need replaced. The washing machine needs a good detail as it had a faint smell of mold / mildew. The gasket / seal probably needs cleaned all around. Just a few minor things. I would still rate the stay a 9.5 out of 10. Great communication with owners, etc. Sheets, furniture, floors, kitchen, and toilets were all very clean.

Condo 415 Water Edge is simply beautiful, great location close to everything especially the beach!!!!!!
Covered parking garage was wonderful elevators to reach each floor. This whole property is well maintained from the grounds to the pool . Beach service was spot on very impressed with the whole property!!!!!! Oh and they even have luggage carts on the lover level of the garage for guest use. Our condo was spot on clean and stocked with everything we needed . David was spot on with his communication and very accommodating. I so hope we have the opportunity to stay there again.

This was our second time staying at water edge 415. We absolutely love everything about this place! This view is amazing, the convenience of the parking and elevator are awesome. The room is clean and has everything you need. David is extremely awesome to work with and is so quick to answer any questions or concerns. This has been a place we will continue to come too. There is so much to do around the area! We were there during hurricane Ida and saw lots of rain the first 4 nights but still had the best time! Ready to plan our next trip!

Our family just returned from WatersEdge 415 and our experience was amazing. Booking was easy and the way they allow you to pay in payments is great! We arrived earlier than check in but our room was ready and we were able to get our stuff to the room and get on the beach. The room was clean and spacious for my family of 3. The oceanfront views are just like the pictures from the listing! The beach chair service that comes with the room rental is perfect, not having to worry about chairs, umbrellas, ect. Is so worth it. As far as the resort, the employees are there cleaning sun up to sun down. Picking up trash, spraying away sand, sanitizing, you name it they were doing it. They were also so friendly and helpful! We would definitely stay here again and recommend family & friends. We are already planning our return to the FWB/Destin area and will book with Costal Vibe Vacations in the future, whether it is this location our another one of their beautiful condo rentals.

The condo was perfect! Very nice and had everything we needed. My only suggestion is to the management company. My suggestion is to add the checkout information in the beginning packet that some people may print out. Just makes it easy that looking for another email at the end of the stay. Also, use text messages if the condo is ready earlier vs. emails. That is what everyone else in our group recieved. Just a suggestion moving forward. Again, the condo was lovely and super clean. Everything was as advertised online. Beautiful view of the ocean right outside the backdoor. 2 pools, easy access to the room from the parking garage. Our honeymoon was a blast and the awesome condo just added to the great experience even more. Couldn't be happier with the process, will definitely recommend this property to friends and family. Unfortunately we did not see the final email to sign the guestbook and to tip the cleaning crew until after we had already left. We did our best to make sure the property was clean as possible upon departure... Thank you again for having us!!

Everything was perfect! The view is amazing! We saw dolphins everyday and stingrays the last day. Beach service is such a gift! Everything that we needed was provided. Easy access to the condo from parking. Easy to get to the elevator. We had three kids with us and they did the great.they loved the bunk beds, and we would definitely stay here again if we visit Destin! Perfect place, perfect location, and customer service from David was fantastic! We couldn’t have asked for it to go better.

Okaloosa Island is a beautiful family friendly destination for a beach getaway. Waters Edge is a great building. And this unit want fantastic for my son and I. He loved the bunks with their own TV. The view was amazing. If you like to people watch, this unit is great as it is situated above the walkway from the beach and you can watch all the comings and goings. Everything was just as it was pictured and I would highly recommend.

It is a great space with a phenomenal view of the Gulf with easy access to parking and the elevator, with all kitchen utensils and equipment needed to easily cook meals. They even provided extra garbage bags which lasted us our whole stay and small travel soaps and shampoos to get us started on our stay. David was really easy to work with and responded promptly when needed.

The BEST view! Hands down the best part of my stay was the Oceanside view this room had. Absolutely breathtaking. The condo was SPOTLESS! It felt like i was right at home. It had everything we needed. I will definitely be staying in this room again for future vacations.

I cannot say enough about this room! We stayed in Unit 415 and everything about it was awesome!! The parking garage was FANTASTIC....being able to park literally right outside your door and having the carts there to carry your stuff in was an added bonus!! This room is right beside the elevator which is always a plus and the walk to the beach was right there once you come off the elevator. Another huge bonus was the ice machine they have on the property that sold bags of ice! Room was very clean and very modern and having a washer and dryer was great! Also very well stocked!! Great vacation and looking forward to staying here many more times in the future 😊

Highly recommend staying here. We loved it and can't wait to go again! The room was extremely clean, a great size, and it was conveniently located to everything with easy access to the pool/beach. We really enjoyed our stay. The condo is centrally located and the view from it...amazing. The condo and property was well-maintained and kitchen had everything we could need for our one week stay. This rental worked perfectly for my family. The kids loved the bunk beds with their own tvs! The property had everything we needed to make our stay perfect. I also loved the full sized washer and dryer to keep up with our laundry! The views from the balcony were amazing, we could watch dolphins and rays and the beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Since we went in November, the heated pool was perfect once the sun started to go down and it was a little too cool to stay on the beach. Overall, we loved our experience and hope to return again someday!

This place is perfect! Gorgeous views with great amenities. The kitchen is stocked with every type of cooking utensil and appliance you will need, and the keyless entry makes getting in and out of the condo a breeze. David was fantastic with communication throughout our stay, and suggested restaurants and places to go. I highly suggest!

Condo was excellent! The condo had everything that we needed. It is located next to the elevator which has its ups and downs. Quick access to get to pool and beach quickly but if you are a light sleeper you could be woken from the elevator traffic. Condo has a large pool which was great and beach service was a great added bonus. The staff at the facility was friendly and did a great job keeping the common areas very clean. I would recommend this condo and facilities to friends.

The view and location was what had me sold on this condo. It sits on a beautiful and clean private beach. The pool is huge and well maintained. The condo itself was decorated tastefully and had everything we needed. The owner responded to every text message quickly. I'd love to stay again!

First time at Waters Edge complex. Well kept & maintained grounds. Large parking garage just steps away from condo building and one of the largest and nicest pools on Okaloosa Island. The condo itself was excellently decorated in coastal/beachy colors and decor, not the weird red or green carpets, cheap wicker furniture and weird paintings you see in most rentals at the beach. Well stocked with everything we needed. All communications with and materials from the owner were clear, timely and easy to follow. Would stay here again, which is the best rating you can give I think.
