We loved our stay from October 18-25th. Our condo was clean with everything you would need. The host was quick to respond to questions. The ocean view and access was amazing. Grocery is close by and we enjoyed many restaurants and even went on a charter fishing trip. I highly recommend for your vacation. I can’t wait to return! Thank you.

Ground floor was very nice, pool was right outside. Everything was clean and stocked with everything we needed. A minor complaint, but the trash bags were super thin and ripped every time I emptied, sturdier trash bags would be nice.

One of our favorites places we stayed (for 3 nights) during our tour of Amalfi coast & will definitely come back again. We loved the quieter local vibe, lemon trail, hike up to Ravello, great food and pastries etc. Perfect accommodation directly across from beach. Apartment was perfect for group of 4, owner very responsive and helpful setting up transfer from Salerno train station, check in/out process very smooth. Thanks for your hospitality.

My husband and I spent several weeks in Waters Edge !!! and we loved it. It was so convenient to the beach and the pool. The condo itself had very comfortable furnishings and parking was so convenient. There are many excellent restaurants within short driving distance. Coastal Vibe Vacations are great to work with. We wanted to change our reservation and arrive a week early and they quickly replied to our request. We had a small issue with the tv's and they responded quickly to that also. Highly recommend this condo and Coastal Vibe Vacations.

Fort Walton Beach is a beautiful, safe vacation spot.
The ground floor rental was perfect if you have children, older adults, or anyone who loves immediate access to the ocean or bay.
The bay was 1 block behind us & great to fish & crab in.
The pool was lit blue at night & splendid to behold.
We really enjoyed our stay!

Great vacation. Loved the ground floor unit, easy walk out to the beach, pool, and grills for cooking dinner. Beds were a little firmer than I usually like, but they were comfortable. Only real complaint was the pull out couch....we didn't use it for the bed, but it was kind of uncomfortable to sit on for very long. I would be more than happy to stay here again though!

This was my first-time using an airbnb, I was worried about how it would go up until I first unlocked the door. Everything was exactly as stated in the description, and very easy check in/ check out process. The area is absolutely beautiful and being there in December the crowds were almost nonexistent. The weather cooperated for most of our stay so the grandkids were able to play on the beach and in the pool( which was just steps away from our patio.
I would definitely recommend this unit to people with children, easy access to everything!

We have come to this area for several years in a row and this stay was our favorite! With young kids, the location of the first floor room to the pool and 1 minute walk to the beach could not be beat! The building was well kept, never had a problem getting a seat at the pool or the beach, and the logistics from check in, luggage, parking, and access to the pool and beach were so convenient, we couldn’t have asked for better!

Beautiful beach and water! Instructions were great from owners, communication was perfect. Cleanliness has a little to be desired upon arrival, there were mosquitos, mold/mildew in shower and washer could use a good cleaning, but overall decent.

We had the best time at in Fort Walton. The condo is the PERFECT location. You’re steps away from the pool and beach. Minutes away from local eateries and entertainment. If you have littles, being on the first floor was very convenient for the many bathroom breaks. The place was clean enough and had most everything we needed. Waters Edge 111 was very nice overall. We really liked being ground level, which made it very easy to get to the beach. We really liked that aspect. David communicated very well about checking in and checking out procedures. We would probably stay here again if coming to Fort Walton beach.

We loved our first floor condo this year. We have stayed at Water’s Edge before and the first floor is much more convenient. I condo was perfect. The furniture in the living room was different than shown online when we got there but it was fine. We would definitely recommend and will stay again !!

Stayed here with my husband, mother & 2 babies. Very pretty condo. Loved the king beds in both rooms & the bunk beds in an actual room, not a hallway or closet like area. First time staying on a bottom floor unit, which was VERY convenient with little ones. Only downside was we couldn’t see the beach from the patio, could see a little bit of the water, but the walkway is just a few steps away. Lots of beach toys & accessories for the kids to play with. We enjoyed our stay

This unit has the most convenience of any other we’ve stayed in. It’s not a super busy area. Parking, pool, & beach access were perfect since my father went with us. No stairs or elevators. We would recommend & would definitely stay here again.

Everything was absolutely wonderful. The condo was clean. We had everything we needed for the kitchen. There was beach and pool toys. We loved having the pool right outside the door and the beach was right there. The BEACH.. I cant say enough about how wonderful and clean the sand was. The whole area was beyond our expectations. They do offer beach chairs and umbrellas; its a first come first get type deal. From my understanding if you catch the person that puts them out the day before he/she will reserve them for you. I think if you tip they will get you a good spot right off the walkway. We never did that because we were all over the place doing family things. We will definitely be back. I highly recommend this condo rented by David.

Great location! We travel with a toddler and it was extremely easy to walk down to the beach area and back throughout the day (naptime means multiple trips back/forth). Loved the blackout curtains, definitely helped us relax and sleep past sunrise. Owner was very responsive when we had a few issues at the beginning of our trip. Only reason to not give this a perfect review is the cleanliness. At a quick glance everything looked clean but there was a lot of dust caked on the ceiling fan and several surfaces had not been wiped down well from previous guests. This was a minor thing compared to the overall positive experience we had. We would probably stay here again.

Our family of 7 had a great stay at Water's Edge. We love a first-floor unit, but especially in a building like this with a big pool and wide beach to spread out all the umbrellas/chairs. The condo is well-stocked and everything was in good working order besides one of the hair dryers (which had a replacement in the cabinet). The furniture is looking a little worn in the living/dining area, as I'm sure the sand/water is tough on any furniture. All procedures were easy and well-communicated. Great stay! Location, ease of check in, super clean, right off the pool and right on the beach. Could not have found a more outstanding condo for my mom (Who has mobility issues) and so convenient to grocery stores, restaurants and shopping! I loved how clean and seamless our trip was and the host has great communication skills and the condo is super well equipped with everything you need, minus your beach towels. This place was so beautiful and located in such a nice area. Literally close to everything. Bars and restaurants, shops and just down the road the the famous crab island and fishing pier! Perfect location. We especially enjoyed being on ground level in the unit we stayed in so we could walk right out to the pool and were just steps away from the beach.

Perfect for families! We visited with our 10/7/4/8month old and the proximity to the beach and the pool were wonderful! 30 second walk to the beach and you can watch your kids play in the pool from the porch.

Our stay was great! Check is was as easy as it could get! The condo definitely made you feel as though you were on vacation, even in December! The location was fantastic and very close to Destin. There was easy access to the pool and beach. This was mine and my family’s first time in this area and the recommendations of food and activities was extremely helpful! We would stay here again!

This place was absolutely perfect for this young family of 5. The ground level gave us fantastic access to the pool and beach. David was very quick and responsive to our inquires and requests. We love Fort Walton so much that we hope to eventually buy a place there...until then we will book this condo every time!

Our stay at Waters Edge was nothing short of perfect. Great location, easy and quick walk to the beach, and pool is only a handful of steps away. I highly recommend the setup if you are traveling with kids. The condo was well appointed with everything we needed. We will definitely be back!

Loved the condo! Great location in Ft. Walton away from the busiest area of Destin but still only a short drive to everything we wanted. Very convenient to park on the floor of the unit and having the first floor was great for going back and forth to the beach. Very clean and the owner interaction couldn’t have been better.

Loved working with coastal vibe vacations as they made check in and check out easy and always responded promptly to any matters. The condo was beautifully decorated with all the amenities, soft towels, and ample space for our party of 7. The ground floor location is so convenient when it comes to getting to the large pool and beautiful beach. So wonderful that beach service (chairs and umbrella) are included!

Roomy, comfortable condo by large, very nice pool. You can see the ocean, too, altho not like if you are on a higher floor. Very short walk to the white sand anf your umbrellas. I love Okaloosa!

Convenient in every way !! From reservation checking in, parking , having everything needed to function like a home ! This place was decorated beautifully everything was good quality the sheets, pillows, mattresses (EVERYTHING) ! Literally 1 minute walk to pool and beach !! The free set up for the BEACH was icing on the cake !!

As soon as we opened the door to Unit 111 huge smiles came upon our faces and never left! This condo is decorated beautifully, well stocked, and had a view of the sparkling waters making it a treat to sit back and relax. There was plenty of space for 2 adults and 4 children (3 of them teenagers!) and we all loved having the pool and walkway to the beach so close. No need to walk up stairs or wait for an elevator. David Jenn provided excellent customer service with a detailed list of recommends and check-in/check-out instructions and quick response with any questions. He recommended Captain Gary for a fishing trip which was fabulous - Capt Gary provided an amazing and memorable day on the water! We look forward to our renting again from Coastal Vibe vacations.

We truly enjoyed our stay in this condo! The location was great, we had easy access to the beach, parking, and the pool. All 3 were just steps away! The condo was fully stocked with kitchen utensils and enough supplies, such as laundry detergent and dish liquid, to get your stay started. The condo was clean and comfortable. You really do just need to bring your clothes and personal items to enjoy your stay! Also, I must say the property manager was very easy to work with and quick to respond to any questions that we had. I would definitely recommend this unit and would gladly stay here again!

Truly enjoyed the condo...location is perfect. Owners very accommodating to any needs. We had one minor issue but they answered immediately with response email and repair guy was there within a couple of hours of the email. Will visit and use this condo again in the future!

The condo was clean and loved the decorations. The bedrooms are nice and large and enjoyed having large tv's in the bedroom as well as the living room. It was easy access to the beach. Loved the location. We actually stayed during the time of Hurricane Michael and the owners were excellent about informing us what we needed to do and compensating us for having to leave early. I would recommend this condo to anyone thinking about going to Ft. Walton.

I loved being able to walk straight out to the beach and not have to wait for an elevator you may think you get a better view on a higher floor but we could see the ocean from the kitchen and it was beautiful

Love Waters Edge! This condo was updated and well kept. The decor made the vacation even better. Loved the updated tile floor and beach feeling throughout the condo. Manger provided prompt service with any questions we had and was very flexible with our travel plans.
