We had an absolutely amazing stay at Waters Edge! The location was perfect, just a short walk to the sandy shores making it easy to enjoy the beach everyday. The condo itself was clean and equipped with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable vacation.
The host was incredibly responsive. We truly felt at home and can’t wait to return for another unforgettable getaway. Highly recommend!

We have enjoyed staying in several different units at Waters Edge for many years now and this was one of the cleanest and best stocked units we have rented! Check in was available early for us so that's is always a plus. Great condo location in regards to the amenities (grill, pool, boardwalk to beach, ice machine, parking, etc.), outstanding AC to come back to after a beach day or night out, excellent water pressure in master bathroom. If staying over the 4th of July, make sure to head to the top of the parking garage for an outstanding view of fireworks from all over, but it has a prime view of FWB firework show! Can't wait to return to Waters Edge!

We have been coming to Waters Edge condos for 15 years, but this is our first time staying at unit 109. For those coming here for the first time, I would have to say our host was great at preparing us for our trip with all the things we would need to know before we got there and when we got there. We were provided with all the details of things to do in the area, great restaurants to eat at, information about the pool, gym, and beach services. The condo was very clean and accommodated all of our needs. I was impressed with the host contacting us on our first day there letting us know I was able to text if I needed anything. My husband and I discovered that a few repairs needed to happen, but both were very minor and didn’t need to be fixed during our stay, however, they came to fix things the same day. We definitely would stay at 1:09 again!

The condo was perfect. Loved the short walk to the beach, the complimentary beach chairs and umbrella, the proximity to the pool. Kitchen was adequately stocked, beds were comfortable and unit was clean. Check in/out was a breeze. Fast and timely communication with owners. Answered all questions we had. This was our first stay on Okaloosa Island. We normally stay in the middle of Destin. We loved the smaller crowds and the resort pool was huge! Loved loved loved staying on the first floor. The trade off of the view was well worth it with the ease of the kids coming and going to pool and beach! Will definitely be back! Thank you for sharing your rental with our family!

Perfect location. Loved being on ground level, patio poolside and only steps to the beach. Beach chair service was great as well-very friendly and helpful. Easy in and out, great instructions and quick response from the host. Bunk bed room was pretty small for 2 teen girls and their stuff, but certainly not a deal breaker. Definitely would stay again!

Not sure where to start, because everything was wonderful!!! The condo was located on the ground floor, which was absolutely perfect for my young family. Being able to just open the patio door, with my 3 and 4 year old, made the short walk to the beach extremely convenient. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking all of our meals, and there was an in unit washer and dryer, which you will definitely utilize for all your wet clothes and towels that accumulate daily! We were there during the first week of December, so we only swam in the pool one time, but it was heated and clean. There were absolutely no crowds on the white sandy beach, and we spent most of our days playing in the sand and hunting for sea shells. The beds were comfortable, and every room had a tv with all the streaming apps available for you to sign into. We were so close to restaurants and shops. Our visit was 10/10, and we are counting down the days until we return!

We stayed in this unit with our family on fall break. It was the perfect location, first floor, right in front of pool, and a short walk to the beach. Complex is gated, so we felt comfortable letting the kids have a little bit of freedom. We also traveled down with 4 other families, who all rented in the same complex. Lots of bars and restaurants within a short drive distance. Beautiful beach! Enjoyed the dolphins and manta rays daily! Close to airport. We will be back!

Beautiful Condo right next to the pool. The walkway to the beach is so close. The kitchen had everything we needed. The closet is stocked with all the sandcastle toys my kids could've asked for which was a great surprise. I have zero complaints and cannot wait to come back.

David's Condo at Water's Edge was perfect for us. Ground floor opening up to pool (the heated one) was a hit with my grandson. My teen-age daughter loved the beach which was only steps away from the pool!! Me.. coffee on beach every morning with amazing sunrises. Highly recommend David's place! David also responds quickly and even dropped off a cable we needed for the Xbox. Unfortunately we weren't able to get it working but my grandson found lots to do during sun breaks anyway! Puzzle was a hit! Beds were comfy and I found everything needed to fix a few meals. Beach toys were enjoyed as well. The sunsets were glorious!! We will definitely be back! Thanks David!!

In Destin For an early Thanksgiving celebration. Staying at the condo allowed us to have some space to ourselves and great beach time. We met up with other family members and their friends for the week. We spent lots of time at the beach and even played some beach volleyball. The chairs and umbrella that were furnished by Waters Edge was a plus. We swam in the pool, had some really good food, watched the sunset every night and went hunting for sand crabs. We visited "Alvin;s souvenir shop and ate at the "Back Porch" in Destin one night(yummy)and we had "Beachgiving" on Thursday evening(like Thanksgiving, only at beach). We ;had a great time and the weather was awesome! Thanks for letting us stay at your condo. Looking forward to a return visit next year.

Family loved all aspects of condo and property. No issues with property. Remote checkin and checkout was a breeze. We enjoyed our stay at the condo. The condo was clean just not noticed there were not extra things that were mentioned in the actual email for example. . No extra toilet paper. Trash bags or paper towels. Wasn’t a big deal to us as we just purchased from Walmart but I know it could be an inconvenience to some. The unit was very quiet and we loved the location right by the pool

Waters Edge 109 was the perfect place for our family vacation! Everything was very clean when we arrived, great location, awesome staff (especially the pool man!) We had kids from 2 months to 13 years old, everyone loved it. The large pool was very convenient for nap times, being on ground floor was ideal. Brought the monitors to pool, no problem. Perfect for my family of 7. With younger kiddos this is the perfect spot having the pool right outside your door and the beach within a few steps. Huge plus having the sand toys and floaties in the closet. Prepare yourself for some sandy beds but that is to be expected staying on the beach.

This was one of our favorite condos that we have rented. It is on the ground floor, which makes going to the beach amazing. The pool is right outside the door and the noise isn't bad at all. We loved the accommodations. We loved all the space to store our clothes and luggage. The room was very clean. We will be returning.

Loved this property. It was so convenient being on the first floor! Who knew. Never had a first floor. We had a 2 year old with us and thank you for your beach closet. Steps from pool and so easy to get to the beach. Great place!

Great condo ! Only two things that need to be addressed . The bunks had a lot of sand in them and very uncomfortable and the bed in the master very hard as well . Other than that perfect .

We absolutely loved this property! We had everything we needed and the location was amazing! We had short <5 minute drives to dinner each night and we could walk from the car, through the condo, and down to the beach in less than a minute!! We definitely will be staying here again!

There were 4 adults, a 4 yr old and 2 yr old on our trip. The kitchen is well stocked with items for eating in. The TVs in all rooms were great especially for the kids. The ground floor was a great convenience for the beach and pool. The condo was very clean and we enjoyed our family vacation. I love how close we were to restaurants and Publix. I would definitely stay here again.

It was an awesome condo !! It had everything we needed ! The kitchen was stocked with all proper kitchen utensils we ever need! TVs in the bedroom which was really nice! The bathrooms are nice and big. The decor in the condo is super cute, not out dated and not cheesy beachy at all. It gave a very homey feel, which we loved! The floor is title through out the entire condo, so there’s is a broom and vacuum in the closet to help clean up the sand that comes in. A giant area rug would have been nice in the living to help a little with that. That’s just a minor tweak though. This condo was a perfect fit for our family ! I hope to rent it again on our next family trip to Fort Walton! 😁

We stayed in unit 109 April 23-May 3rd and loved it!!! We had 4 adults and 2 children (4 year old and 1 year old). We loved the fact that both rooms had king size beds and the third bedroom with the bunk beds was nice for the boys. The unit was well stocked and had all the kitchen stuff including a blender (yummy pina coladas). You walk out of the door straight to the pool. Beach access was so close and easy which was a must for us with 2 kids and a ton of beach crap. The check out process was so easy which was nice since we were all exhausted from a week in the sun. This was our first beach trip with the kids and it was better than I could have imagined. We will def be coming back to unit 109!!!

loved this unit..We have a toddler so it was great putting her down for a nap and stepping right outside to still sit by the pool..I love the covered garage is right outside the front door, which was great on the day it rained. We were able to pull the car up to the door to unload groceries. love the fact that the walkway to the beach is not very far... We have stayed at Waters Edge for the last 3 years in a row..Love it. Will be returning again next year..

Loved the complex. This unit was close to the pool and bbq pits. I was worried about pool noise being so close, but not an issue at all. We were able to sit on patio and watch the kids swim (9-12). It was perfect for our two families. The xBox was a huge hit with the kids on the rainy days. Already planning 2019 and hope the unit is available for us!

The unit was very clean and well stocked. We loved the deep soaker tub and large master closet and separate vanity allowing everyone to get ready for the evenings out. Pool access was so convenient with our small children and they loved the green space to play and run around. The kitchen had everything we needed. The washer and dryer were lovely and so nice to go home with loads of CLEAN laundry. David was available for our every request and question.

This is by far one of the nicest condos I have stayed in. The location is perfect right outside the pool area. There are two pools side by side gulf side. Inside, the condo was decorated with taste and was very comfortable. Everything you would need was provided. Loved the towels! How often can you say that when traveling? David was so easy to work with. I am definitely booking for next year!
