Our stay at Summit Swagger was amazing. We had a large family gathering of 16 people and the house had more than enough room for all of us. The movie theater, indoor pool, game room, and pool table were big hits with the kids and adults alike. Every need was met and my family had a wonderful time. Coastal Vibes was a great host, a family member left an item they were on top of it and helped to ensure the item would be returned. Our family will definitely keep this house in mind on futures trips to the Pigeon Forge area.

This was the perfect house for our couples getaway. Rooms were spacious and beds very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to prepare meals for a large group. Loved the house. Would rebook in the future. Please be mindful of the wildlife. We were visited by deer and bears at night.

Everyone in our group was blown away by this amazing home! We watched NFL football in the huge theater room, played some very serious Golden Tee games, and enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub soaking in the breathtaking views! This is the type of home that you can visit and not have to leave and have plenty to do. We had an issue with one of the TV's upon arrival and the Mountain Vibe team was so responsive that someone came out within the hour and quickly had it fixed. Our entire experience was definitely 5 stars!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful mountain home! From the moment we arrived, it was clear that no detail was overlooked. The house was immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and offered breathtaking views of the Smoky Mountains.There was no shortage of fun for both kids and adults. Whether we were watching movies in the private theatre, playing games in the arcade, or relaxing in the pool and hot tub, there was always something to do. Honestly, we could have stayed in the house the entire trip and still had a blast!That said, the location was also perfect for exploring—just a short drive to both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, where we enjoyed great food and local attractions.This home exceeded our expectations in every way. We can’t wait to come back and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a family-friendly escape with something for everyone!

We had an incredible time at the Summit Swagger! The house was absolutely perfect for our whole family. With 24 of us, there was plenty of space and something for everyone to enjoy—from relaxing on the cozy couches to making a splash in the adventurous swimming pool. Summit Swagger is an amazing home. We had our yearly family vacation and the house had EVERYTHING! The kitchen had two refrigerators, two dishwashers and two ovens. There is even a third refrigerator in the downstairs living area. Plenty of seating for large family meals. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. The game room, pool and theater room are wonderful compliments to the house. The outdoor living areas are just as wonderful with hot tub, fire pit and grill. The mountain views are spectacular. The outdoor landscaping is well done and there is plenty of parking for many vehicles. The whole process of renting and support from the staff was terrific. If our family decides to return to Pigeon Ford next year, we will definitely try and book Summit Swagger again. One other plus: the house was immaculately clean on arrival.

We just returned from our stay and it was 5 stars! If I could've rated it higher, I would. Our family of 10 were comfortable and didn't even use all the available sleeping spaces or bathrooms. The property and view are breathtaking and look like they are literally out of a magazine. We had plans to do lots of things in town but found we never wanted to leave the house, nor did we have to! With the game room, hot tub, and pool, it was like our own resort. We had bear sightings on TWO separate mornings and add the background of the beautiful woods and serene bird calls, we considered maybe it was a ploy of the homeowners to make it a perfect storybook environment. Absolutely no issues and even if we had any, I'm confident they would've been addressed promptly as the hosts were very communicative throughout our visit. Thanks for making this such a memorable trip. We are already planning to return next year.

Both mine and my husband’s families stayed at this home for our intimate micro wedding. To say our weekend was full of gorgeous views and memories that will be with us forever is putting it lightly! The host was extremely responsive from the time of booking all the way through check out, with an option to extend our stay. This house was fantastic. Not often can you say the place looked better than the pictures. The house was clearly designed for hosting large groups and the layout was great. From the game and movie theatre rooms to the pool and outdoor spaces, this house completely blew away our expectations. There are 3 fridges for food and drinks (2 up, 1 down) and a plethora of spaces for diverse groups to enjoy. We found each day we chose a different room to be the center of our hangouts. It is plenty secluded so you feel like you can truly turn off and relax.
The one thing your group needs to be aware of is the commute to get to the house. We had a couple individuals with motion sickness and the drive up and down the mountain is not the easiest. Do not let this take away from booking here, just make sure you are prepared for when you do! If we didn't have other things planned in the area, we for sure would've felt like we never needed to leave the house.

I had an amazing 45th birthday at Summit Swagger! The team was amazing! We originally booked a cabin with a different company but it was canceled due to the snow. The team was able to find us a cabin that we could access safely and kept us updated on road conditions, weather, and accessibility. Once we arrived , it was spectacular! Warm and cozy with plenty of space! They went above and beyond to make my birthday trip a success!

The pictures do not do this cabin justice. Every little detail was just perfect. So spacious, clean, great morning and evening views. We had a crew of 23 and it accommodated us perfectly. The space is big enough and spread out enough that you don't feel cramped. Plenty of items in kitchen , pillows, blankets, towels, literally everything. The pool was super warm. Fire pit area and patio was super relaxing. The staff and rental crew was probably one of the best I've ever worked with for our rentals and we come to the mountains a lot. Look very much forward to renting this beautiful place again !

This place was such a paradise that it was hard to leave! All we wanted to do was stay in during our stay. When we did go out to explore the area, everything was surprisingly close despite how private the area was. Within 30min drive there's an outlet mall for the non-hikers, and the Sugarlands visitor center with several trails for hikers. A wonderful location! Shoutout to the housekeepers, the place was spotless!

This house is beautiful and perfect for multiple families. Every room is more gorgeous than the next. We actually took pictures of the decor so we can copy it! The kids were so entertained with the arcade, movie theater, and pool. Plus the pool is code accessed so we felt very safe that they couldn't access without us! The location was so convenient and when we wanted to venture out we easily could. The kitchen is incredibly spacious and functional. Having THREE fridges...game changer. The management company was so quick to address any issues and questions we had. We even saw a bear. We will definitely be back!

Great location and hosts. The house is really cool. We stayed with a couple families and would definitely come back. There is so much to do in the area we didn't get to it all. We also got to see a couple of bears which was pretty sweet. House was well maintained and communication was great. We had one minor issue and it was addressed quickly after one request.

How could it be that the pictures in this incredible home does no justice to the property? Looking at the pictures online and actually spending time at Summit Swagger was beyond anything we could imagine. Clean, the view, the patio, the kitchen, the main living area…. It was perfect! If you have a large family with children this is the house for your vacation. The location was convenient to everything and yet very private. If I had one negative thing to say was with a home that sleeps so many (very comfortably) you have to expect many people utilizing the hot tub. A bi-weekly cleaning should automatically be scheduled – the tub got pretty nasty. And, if the home had a vacuum or even an electric broom it would be helpful. Kids = crumbs. Unbelievable home and the entire family will remember this vacation for years to come.

There was plenty of space for everyone, privacy, and something to do for everyone. We loved it so much that we extended our vacation an additional two days. Let's start with the house. This property is gorgeous and practically new. Everything from the layout, the view, the indoor pool and theater, and the hot tub. It's an amazing property and we are going to book another couple weekends this year. Second, the management company is on point. They are very communicative, helpful, and friendly. Our stay was wonderful, thanks in large part to this gorgeous house. It has everything you could need or want; we spent ample amounts of time swimming, enjoying the theater, playing pool and taking in the beautiful views. There was so much room for everyone and the kids bunk/hangout area was perfect for lots of kids who want their own space. We can't wait to visit again!

We had a fantastic stay at Summit Swagger! The house is incredible and provides plenty of space for everyone to spread out and have time away from each other, while also providing gathering spaces in the movie room, indoor pool, and game area for everyone to have fun together. The house is close to both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, but far enough away to get out of the hustle and bustle and enjoy peace and quiet in the mountains. Amazing place to stay!
