This condo is perfect for a family. Plenty of room, amazing view, full size washer and dryer, anything kitchen wise that you need as well. There's a cabinet with lots of books to read, family games and puzzles, 3 restaurants within walking distance, fishing pier right next door. Anything else that you could possibly need during your stay, Coastal Vibes is always great and responsive! We use them every year and will continue to do so!

Our stay for 7 nights was great! This condo was perfect for our family of 4 and we will definitely be returning back in the future. The host was quick with response with any questions or concerns we had. There were beach items in a closet for us to use, this was helpful since we flew in and weren’t able to bring much with us. There is also a store on the 1st floor that had smoothies and drinks which made it easy so we didn’t have to leave the condo often. From the condo you are a short distance to the pier and places to eat such as Andy D’s and Juana’s Pagodas. The checkout instructions were very detailed and were not extensive. I would 10/10 recommend this to anyone looking to travel to Navarre for a beach getaway :)

What a great condo! We loved being able to walk right to the local restaurants and easy access to the beach. The attached beach store was an added bonus. The kids were there every day for smoothies! Check-in and check-out were very easy and it was very clean. Just like advertised. Would definitely recommend.

We enjoyed this spacious condo, it was great for our family of 6. The location was perfect. It did not matter to us, but the condo was a little run down with chipped paint and cabinets and broken decor and the internet wasnt great but we werent there for that. There was noise from the people upstairs from 830-1130 most nights but over all its a good value so we would stay again! The kids loved the pool and being near tge pier was great too.

The views at this property are absolutely stunning! For a fall vacation I really liked this condo because it wasn’t busy at all. The included chairs are an awesome bonus. I would absolutely stay again. Floors could definitely use a deep clean but that’s most places I’ve ever stayed. Other than the floor it was very clean. Can’t wait to stay here in Navarre again!

The check in, check out process was super easy. Detailed information was provided in a timely manner. The pools and convenience store in premises were awesome! It's within walking distance to two different restaurants. It's very close to a public pier and just down from the public beach access, so it's a bumping little place in the summer. We can't thank you enough for making our vacation perfect. The condo was just beautiful. It was decorated nice and was very comfortable. It had everything we could want or need provided. It was so nice to sit on the balcony early in the morning and enjoy the view of the ocean and listen to the waves. It was so relaxing! The condo is located in a great part of the complex. It's near the pool and beach walkway. We enjoyed relaxing in the beach chairs provided by just enjoying the sun and reading our books. A BIG thanks to Coastal Vibes!

We had a week stay in this condo. It was perfectly beautiful inside and out. The condo itself was stocked with everything we could need in the kitchen. We even brought home leftovers from a crab boil and we excitedly found crab utensils.
The master bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept n on a vacation. We found fans in the closet (white noise)and extra beach chairs. (We even bought 2 extra chairs and left them behind) The beach service is a real treat. To sum it up we had an incredible stay with no glitches.

My mom, my daughter, and I stayed her for Christmas with my brother. The unit was clean and everything was very nice. The beds were comfortable and the unit was well supplied with everything we needed. The walk to the beach was easy and the hot tub was very nice as the weather was a little chilly. We very much enjoyed out time in Navarre.

This property was an excellent one for our first visit to Navarre Beach. The property was easy to locate, near commercial areas but just far enough from Hwy 98 to be away from traffic and crowds. The second floor allowed some separation from the foot traffic at the pool but still close enough to enjoy the view and the sound of the waves. The condo was nicely decorated and quite spacious offering each in our group individual bedrooms and baths. We had everything needed for meals and loved that the condo included beach service of chairs and umbrella. The complex itself was extremely clean and security was present and friendly. The property owner was courteous and was kind enough to text on our arrival day the ability to check in early. We will definitely think of a return trip.

We arrived to a very clean and spacious condo. Summerwind West 201 has all you need for an enjoyable, trouble free vacation. Should something arise that needs attention David and his crew will get things taken care of immediately. We keep coming back here because it is the best! Summerwind West 201 is our winter home away from home. It has all you will need for a perfect vacation. Sit on the balcony and watch the dolphins play or the surfers surfing in the beautiful blue water. With the pier so close their is always something to watch. Summerwind has three pools and three hot tubs. There is always something fun to do. Should a problem arise the Coastal Vibes team is just a call or text away. They respond super quick and handle all situations immediately. Summerwind West 201 on Navarre Beach is very best vacation spot!

The condo was so very welcoming from the minute we walked in. Everything was so clean and had everything we needed to relax. Three bedrooms with attached bathrooms made it even better for the kids to have their own space as well! The view was beautiful, and I'm hoping we can visit again soon. We have stayed at Summerwind every year since we started coming to Navarre and this was definitely one of our favorite condos we have stayed in. Plenty of room for two parents and 3 older kids/teens who need their space. Everything you need is either in walking distance or a 5 minute drive. Kitchen was well equipped and we had everything we needed. A very relaxing stay with easy check in and out.

Very nice condo, very clean! Phenomenal view of the ocean and pier with a nice access to the beach. Condo security did a great job making sure the only people at the condo pool was the guests staying there.
Communication with David was top notch! Very responsive and answered every random question we had (most questions were answered on the welcome and departure emails, which are extremely informative!)
We are already talking about planning next years trip to this same condo!

Hands down the best vacation that we have had! What a beautiful spot on the beach. This was my first visit to Navarre, and it did not disappoint. The water was stunning and so clear! This was our third year we did a big family vacation in the area and by far this was the best stay! The condo was amazing, clean, and ready an hour early. We had plenty of space and didn't feel crowded. One day the fire alarm started beeping and it was fixed ASAP. Along with a light that was burnt out. We only really struggled with learning how to work all the remotes in the living room. We will likely be back next year! My husband told me as we pulled out, "book our vacation next year here, like now." Thank you Coastal Vibe Vacation Staff for being amazing.

Summerwind West 201 never disappoints! It is in the best location on Navarre Beach. From the balcony you can watch dolphins play, activities on the pier, surfers or just sit back and relax. The condo has always been very clean and the kitchen well stocked. I highly recommend Summerwind West 201 for a very refreshing and fun vacation. We will be back as soon as possible!

David’s condo is in the perfect location! You’re in walking distance to everything Navarre Beach has to offer! The view from the condo is beautiful. You have a great view of the pier & beach. The location is only 5 minutes from multiple grocery stores! David’s communication made the check in and check out process easy! I would definitely recommend staying here!

Could not ask for better! The location was perfect. Short walk to the pier and great restaurants. Beautiful condo, completely stocked. Beautiful view! On site store/gift shop with friendly personnel. My husband and I have been married 26 years and vacationed most of these years at different places. This is our favorite by far. My 16 year old kids agree. We hope to return to the same unit next year.

Nicely decorated. We were very comfortable. Perfect location. Communication with owner was easy and he was responsive. We had a small tropical storm blow by the night of our arrival. The beach chairs were unavailable due to this. It was disappointing but unavoidable. Would definitely stay again

This was our 6th year starting at Summerwind in Navarre. We love it. Tommy's Snowballs are a must visit and one of our traditions. The Pink Lady is the absolute best (confirmed by the majority our group who went back after tasting mine). Loved the addition of Dewey's... the bronzed snapper was out of this world! David Jennifer made the booking process so easy for us. Summerwind West Condo 201 was just perfect for our family. The condo had everything we needed and we were able to shop for groceries locally, and then cook our breakfast and lunch at the condo. Activities included lounges at the pool and Gulf, (Thanks for the free beach service), the Bay across the street, Golf, and even 2 days at Crab Island! We will be back!

We stayed during Spring Break and we were looking for a beach that was not overly crowded. This condo was perfect and location was perfect. We enjoyed the beach and the pools were nice. The beachside service was a great plus. It was nice to have chairs set out for you everyday. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. They also had carts on the ground floor that made it very helpful to get your car loaded and unloaded. We look forward to a future stay. When returning after owner had replaced ceramic tile with wood flooring, the whole condo was dusty and.furace filter laying on floor covered in filth. Replaced filter myself and left additonal replacements there.

Summerwind West 201 is an amazing condo unit! The balcony was the perfect place to sit and drink coffee while watching the dolphins swim past. We also enjoyed watching the fishermen on the longest pier in FL. The unit itself was exactly what we needed from the beach vibe decor to the open living, dining, kitchen areas. Each bedroom with its own bathroom lets you have your privacy when needed. The staff at Summerwind were very personable and helpful as was David Jenn who was there to help with any questions we had. All in all we give Summerwind 201 two thumbs up and will definitely be booking this unit again!

This condo was very clean with nice decorations and new paint. Plenty of room. New Adirondack chairs on the balcony very comfortable, only problem is there was only two. We had to take turns sitting on the balcony. Beds are comfortable with plenty of towels and bath cloths. We were there during tropical storm Gordon just after Labor Day, that was scary and beautiful at the same time. We enjoyed our time there. We were bummed that the National Park closed due to after effects or Gordon. Opal Beach is one of our favorite places to visit. Hope to visit again.

The condo had everything we were looking for including beach view, rooms and furniture. The owner was responsive to our questions and requests upon check in. Since we were arriving the same day as tropical storm Nate, we had some last minute questions. Condo was on the oceanfront. You could listen to the ocean waves at night from master bedroom. Condo was very clean and well maintained. We loved the beach and free chairs and umbrella that came with the condo. Also the condo was located next to the fishing pier.

The unit we stayed in was beautiful as well as the entire resort. Our condo was equipped with everything we needed upon arrival. It was close to restaurant's ( Scooter's ) was one of our favorites and shopping but the area was not over commercialized. Loved it and will be returning as often as I can !
