Loved the condo! Perfect spot overlooking the pool and ocean! Right by the elevator too. Parking was easy. The condo was well stocked with extra bags, toilet paper etc. Would rent again!

We had a wonderful week! The condo was beautifully decorated with no clutter and a modern beach vibe. We had everything we needed for the week. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of dishes and silverware. The beds were super comfy with plenty of space. The 3rd bedroom with the bunk bed was a little small but my 9 year old made it her own bedroom and my 13 year old chose to sleep on the pull out couch, but overall a great space. The best part is the view and the access to the beach and pool. It was never crowded at either. We set up a tent behind the supplied chairs and umbrella and went back and forth between the great pool and the beautiful beach. I would suggest bringing an umbrella for the pool area as there is no shade. That might be a nice thing to add to the condo for guests to use in the tables around the pool. Best meal we had was across the street at AJ’s, best oysters ever! Overall a great relaxing stress free week. We will be back!

Our family vacation of 8 was amazing!! The view is absolutely GORGEOUS!!! Everyone at the condo was extremely friendly and helpful and we felt right at home!! it was so nice being able to watch the kids play in the pool from the patio and listening to the waves crash every day♡♡♡ We have rented both condos and hotels multiple times both in Navarre and Ft walton, but Ft Walton is truly our second home!! From now on this is the only condo our family will rent!! While it was more money than we have ever spent, it was WORTH EVERY SINGLE PENNY!!!

SUMMER PLACE 206 FORT WALTON..BOOK IT! This was my FIRST AirBnB experience and David and his team were PERFECT shout out to ALAN! Sunrise and set on beach every day with dolphins always passing by! Beach access is wonderful and cleanest pool area I have ever seen. Enjoyed grilling area and kitchen well equipped. Perfect for our family of 5. Spacious and super comfortable and clean! Super fast response from David and team everytime. Will definitely be back!

The location of this unit was great. It is walking distance to the pier and since it's on the second floor it was easy to take the steps up or down instead of waiting for elevator. The view from the balcony and living space was fintastic. We saw several groups of dolphin from the balcony and beach. Having the pool right below was nice too as we could communicate with our kids in the pool. The keyless entry made for easy access for whole family. Bit of advice: If you want front row beach chairs get to the boardwalk before 8am as they go fast!

Hands down, this was the most modern, best decorated condo we have ever stayed! Everything was so clean and nice! There were 6 people in our group and everyone had their own bed. With regard to beds, we had THE most comfy bed EVER! My kids said that they loved their comfy beds as well. The owner was very friendly, helpful, and insightful. I highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a beautiful "home" and wonderful view of the ocean! If and when we come back to FWB, we will definitely book here again!

We had a wonderful time once we got there. We live in Oklahoma and drove to Florida but our car broke down in Mississippi and we had to wait there three days before completing our drive to get to the condo. But once we got there it was great! The boys (11 & 6yo) loved the bunk beds. My daughter (3yo) adored being on the balcony watching the ocean all day long. Great beach and pool access. Condo had everything we needed except sand castle building materials so we purchased some and left them for the next group of kiddos that came to play. We don’t have any sand in Oklahoma to play with them so thought at least left there they’d get some love this summer. Will definitely be booking again we come back!

206 was just as described. We found the place clean, updated, and ready to go. The washer and dryer was a must. The view of the white sand and Emerald Shore is gorgeous, and there's nothing like waking up with the beach outside your sliding door. We even saw a pod of dolphins swim right by our first morning. Check-in was a simple email and code, and we loved the gated parking. The maintenance guys were friendly and kept the place clean and the pool/hot tub ready. The beach wasn't crowded and had shallow areas for the kids to play in. We had great waves at the end of December to boogie board on. Water was near 70° and air near 80°. It's a great halfway location between Destin and Navarre/Pensacola Beach. Don't miss Navarre if you want shells. Food: ACME Oyerster House has amazing charbroiled oysters and Harbor Docks has great sushi, BOGO half off for lunch. Blue Crab Watersports rented us a nice pontoon so we could get close to the dolphins and were super friendly. Thanks for a great time!

This property was in an excellent location and a very short walk to the beach. We enjoyed all the amenities that Summer Place had to offer. Everything we needed was either a short walk or drive. We loved this location. We have 3 little ones, so being right by the pool and beach was amazing. Getting in and out was super easy. The location puts it right by the elevator also which was super nice with kids and all their "luggage" :) Everything in the Condo was top-notch! We've only ever done hotels, and I'm so glad we changed it up. Definitely worth the money!!

We especially enjoyed eating our meals outside and watching the ocean. We even spotted dolphins a few times! The pools were never crowded and the heated pool was wonderful on the days that were a bit cooler. Accessibility to both the pool and beach were very easy, which was so important with a 4 year old and 2 year old. We would definitely stay at this condo again.

We have been to Destin/Ft Walton area 3 years in a row. This is the nicest place we have stayed yet. We will definitely be back. The condo was beautifully remodeled. The mattresses were fantastic!!! The views from the balcony were breathtaking. Thank you

The location was great, the condo was remodeled which was very nice, clean and spacious! Beach front views and a short walk to the beach, the pool is right there too! Parking was always available, huge plus! And the beach itself was beautiful! Overall 5/5, excellent vacation!

Summer Place 206 was absolutely perfect and just what our family needed! The condo was clean, comfortable, beautifully decorated, stocked with everything we needed, and had plenty of space for two adults and four teenagers! The view from the balcony was perfect and the pool was wonderful as well! The beach was literally steps away and the beach service was awesome! The workout room faces the pool and beach which was nice. Parking was simple. Everything about this place was perfect!

Summer Place 206 exceeded our expectations. The whole unit has been recently upgraded and is immaculately clean. The master bedroom and bathroom are extra special. I think my favorite pastime was to sit on the balcony and listen to the waves. Excellent seafood (Stewby's) was a short walk away. Destin is just 10 minutes away, and we enjoyed the outdoor mall there. Summer Place is a smaller complex with two pools and a lot of beach to enjoy. We never felt crowded. Will definitely be back!

Summer Place is a smaller complex that has two large pools and plenty of beachfront. You don't feel crowded on the pool deck or beach. The condo just underwent a total renovation, and it shows. The interior designers did a fabulous job! No corners were cut and even the tile flooring is new. The master bedroom and bathroom are extra special. The condo was also spotlessly clean. David was easily reached when we had a question. A five star condo with a five star management company...we were beyond 100% satisfied, and we will definitely be back.

We spent the month of February at Summer Place 206. The unit has recently been updated so everything was refreshed. The unit has a great view, comfy beds and a well stocked kitchen. The pool and grounds were also very well maintained. We were very impressed with the responsiveness of Coastal Vibe Vacations. The unit needed a new coffee pot and one was literally brought to us within minutes. We enjoyed a few happy hours and dinners out at FUBAR pizza, Anglers, and AJ's all within walking distance. Mostly we enjoyed eating outside on our own balcony and listening to the waves. There isn't anything not to like about this unit! Enjoy!

We loved this condo! It is beachfront with a beautiful view of the ocean. I sat out on the balcony drinking my coffee and listening to the waves every morning. The unit was recently remodeled with all new furniture including very comfortable beds! It is also within walking distance of a few restaurants and souvenir shops. We highly recommend Stewby's for seafood.
