The room is very nice and clean. Lazy river and the pools are great, the pier is amazing for fishing. The beach is very well located, is not far. I enjoy the gríller all the week. Five stars!

We loved this condo. The location was quiet, relaxing, and still close enough to everything in Destin. We were able to walk to some great restaurants and attractions in Fort Walton Beach. There is even a new pontoon/jet ski rental, and Crab Island taxi company next door that was a lot of fun. The unit was clean and was stocked with everything we could need. The amount of space, 2 bathrooms, and sleeping spaces were great. I like the layout with the bedroom and bunk beds separated enough from the living room so that it can still be quiet if anyone is still out in the living room or patio. I had initially wanted to stay on the Gulf side, but so glad we chose we this one. The view was still amazing. It was so peaceful just sitting in the patio or rooftop deck looking out over the pool, back bay, and watching the boats coming in and out. Along the bay there was a nice boardwalk to take nice walks and spots to get down to the water. The beach was just a short walk across the street. We will definitely be back and will bring our boat next time!

We had a great time! the views were great and loved the access to the bay for fishing and the pools and lazy river. Also the walk to the beach through the walkway made things way easier with little kids. The convivence to the stores made things easier and Walmart delivers to the resort.

We got a great deal on this Airbnb! The space was actually like described and the location was perfect! Our 6 year old enjoyed the lazy river and pool area, as well as the roof top!
Hosts were very quick with messages back.

Our stay here was great. The pool and lazy river were wonderful and where we spent most of our time. It was not easy to get to the beach. Quite the trek but we have teens so not that big of a deal for us. Parents with small kids should consider this. You can also drive across the street to public beach access. The view from the upper deck was breath taking. Great trip and we will definitely be back.

We came to Ft Walton for a baseball tournament (traveled from Texas). Destin West accommodated our team and coaches so well! Our condo was in a great location, was nice and clean. The lazy river and pools were great as a meeting spot.

What an amazing vacation! We stayed at the Sanpiper for an extended weekend and it was so much more than we expected! The condo was fully stocked with everything you needed, communication with Coastal Vibe was extremely easy, condo was perfectly clean, well decorated, in a perfect location, and the association had so many amenities that we didn't even get to use them all! So many things are within walking distance and the condo's pools... just wow! Only thing my husband said he wish he had brought, a fishing pole. :) Next time! We are already looking at staying again. This place was great! We took a short walk to the beach and back followed by a few laps in the lazy river each day. And the crow’s nest is amazing! Nothing like a rooftop sunset while eating grilled ribeyes!
They were very responsive - even when my hubby and I got our wires crossed about when I’d be arriving (met him here for a nice little getaway).
Bed was very comfortable!

We couldn't have asked for a more relaxing place to stay. Destin West is just outside of all the hustle with everything you need within walking distance.
We grilled on the crow's nest almost every night and the views were amazing!
Coastal Vibe Vacations makes checking in and out a breeze and provides you with all the info you need to have as exciting or relaxing a vacation as you'd like. We will definitely be looking into staying here again when visiting the area. 5 stars!!

The entire experience was perfect!! The condo looked just like the pictures online. It was clean and well equipped with all that we needed. Also, Coastal Vibe Vacations was excellent. We had a couple of small problems while we were there, and they had quick response times and took care of them immediately! We really enjoyed the pool, lazy river, fitness center and the ability to also spend time on the beach on the Gulf. I highly recommend.

We loved the condo! The lazy river was a huge hit with our 5 and 7 year olds. We saw dolphins in the bay right next to the sea wall almost daily. It was a short walk over the pedestrian bridge to the beach! I love the location because we were close enough to Destin to do all the “Destin things”, parasailed, boat ride to see dolphins, etc. but far enough away that we didn’t get in the thick of the Destin traffic. It is also just right across the street from the big boardwalk with shopping and food and also right across from the Gulfarium aquarium. We would definitely stay here again. PS- the best restaurant for seafood in the Destin area is boshamps so you have to eat that!

Destin West PH-03 has the best views! The rooftop patio gives you the ability to see the gulf side, and you're facing the bay already, so it's really the best of both worlds.
Communication was awesome with very good check in instructions. Also I was really appreciative of the check out to do list. most folks require you have the dishwasher clean and unloaded which usually means inhave to do that the nit before and hand wash any dish I use on check out day. But they just require that you start the dishwasher before you leave and I appreciated that. Also, I LOVE that if you leave food that is unopened the cleaning crew can donate it or keep it. That's rare.
There is a rolly cart with 2 chairs and an umbrella, which saved us a ton of money from renting them on the beach and saved space in the car on the way down.
There is so much I can say about this place! We enjoyed everything about it.

Had a great experience! Property was clean. views were great. Location was walking distance from the beach. It could have been better. We had one small hiccup with the HOA not communicating about a water outage but the property owner was willing to accommodate other amenities if needed. Planning to take our family back!

We loved our stay. Great location and everything we were looking for and wanted in a property. Pools, lazy river, close proximity to beach. Penthouse with roof access was pretty sweet, too! Only thing missing was a pantry or place to put non-perishable food items (instead of on the counter) and the floors were not clean. I wore flip flops in the condo while my husband and daughter did not and quite often ended up with the bottoms of their feet being black. Lovely accommodations and a lovely stay! We plan to be back!

This property is the perfect location to all of the attractions, while also getting away from the hustle of it all. Beautiful on site amenities and walking distance to food and shops!!! Drive into Destin or visit Ft. Walton on on the same street. You can also just relax in the lazy river order Doordash and stay at the resort. Everything was very clean, great open communication with coastal vibe and very clean and kept! Wonderful experience!
