The location is great. Wonderful view of the bay with a short walk to the beach. Close to restaurants. Condo is great size for family of 5. Outdoor patio furniture is showing its wear and tear. We had a couple days of 60-65 degrees and the pools were comfortable. Hot tubs were big enough to accommodate the complex when the temperature was chilly.

Weve stayed in Destin many times, but this is the best condo weve ever stayed at. We had a terrible time getting here because our truck we use to pull the boat overheated. We had to turn around and go back home and borrow our nephew's truck. We got here way later than we hoped, and i realized after wal mart closed that i forgot the pack n play. I had no idea where to put our little girl to sleep. We got to the condo exhausted at midnight, and there was a pack n play in.the closet to use. It was such a blessing. The owners thought of everything. The view is great. Lots of pools, easy beach access, and our boat was right at the marina on the property. Our vacation was perfect. We will stay here again. The onlt negative is we looked all over and never found the trash chute.

We had a wonderful time here! The pool area was perfect for the kids. We were on the bayside so we used the sky bridge to get over to the beach which was super easy. There isn’t beach service with this rental, however the condo has beach chairs, a wagon, and toys available. We found we liked this option more than the beach service because we could go over in the evening and have comfortable seating long after the beach service was closed. We cannot wait to come back!

Our family had great vacation! The host of our booking took cae of every need we had. We did end up in a different room than this listing, but both were nice. The balcony was one of our favorite spots. I can't say enough about how well we were treated.

Such a great place to stay. It had everything we needed for a relaxing, fun-filled vacation: lazy river, multiple pools, hot tubs, kitty pool area, floats, bay view, sidewalk by the bay with benches, grassy areas under plenty of shade from the trees, picnic tables, grills, easy access to the beautiful beach, restaurants right on the beach, more restaurants and things to do just over the bridge in Destin. We will be back.

We stayed here with our 18 month old and our friends who also have an 18 mo. The views were PERFECT. Your balcony outlooks the bay while your front outlooks the beach! Our condo had everything you could possibly need, including beach chairs and toys, and a wagon! There were 7 of us and we were never crowded while inside. The walk to the pool and beach are super easy which we appreciated with two toddlers! We would definitely stay here again.

Great place, Great space, Great crowd. Place was big, very clean, tons of restaurants nearby. Beach was a good walk, but pool and lazy river were awesome. Easy drive to Destin boardwalk, and could easily walk to Fort Walton boardwalk. No issues at all.

This condo had enough space for our family of five, which includes 2 teenage boys. The building is on the bayside which was super convenient for the lazy river. However, quite the hike to get to the sandy gulf side. The restaurant Ric’s next door was good and we liked the live music in the evenings. Other than that the other restaurants were a bit of a walk. We did have some minor maintenance issues we brought up one day and they were addressed and fixed same day.

Great place to stay. Kid friendly. Lots to do within walking distance. Next time we will definitely plan ahead to grill out more at the condo as opposed to eating out. The restaurants are just ok for what you pay. Overall great vacation! The condo and facilities are just as described.

We had a great stay! The condo was not crowded at all and was in a great location. The lazy river was perfect for our family with kids! We liked that we were right by Destin but was able to avoid the Destin traffic when preferred. We were walking distance to restaurants and bars as well. Only down fall : Directions to the unit was a little unclear as we didn't know which side of the street to park on (gps brings you to parking garage) and didn't realize there were different building names.

This condo was perfect! Large and roomy for our family. Huge kitchen. The master bedroom was extremely spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom made getting ready daily a breeze. It was just a short walk over the bridge to the gulf beaches, and our patio/balcony overlooked the bay and the lazy River and multiple pools. Our host was quick to
respond when contacted. We will definitely contact again when we come back to Florida.

Had a great stay. The beach access was a bit of a walk and up and down several elevators, but we managed fine with kids ages 10-4. Pools were really nice and we enjoyed the inflatables and boards left for use.

Our family wrapped up another trip to Destin this weekend. The condo was exactly as pictured. I loved the painted master furniture, it was very well done. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook a few meals. The beds were comfortable. We love the location and proximity to several good restaurants to the condo. Me and my family loved the condo, pictures matched the actual place. Even though traffic is terrible, I am really glad there is a cross walk across the roadway to get to the beach. I wanted to book another stay at the end of May but there are certain amounts of days/nights you have to stay. Unfortunately, I am only off on the weekends. But I hope to find another condo hosted by David that can fit my needs.

We enjoyed our stay Destin West. The actual condo matched the pictures pretty spot on. The condo was clean and stocked with everything we needed to cook a few dinners there. The beds were comfortable and the porch had a great view. The location is very close to fun restaurants and only a short drive to Destin. We came the first week of March and the only semi complaint was pool hours said one thing but we were told it depends on the time of season and they can change so we were asked to leave the hot tub a little early. Not a huge deal just be prepared it could happen. The walk to the beach(with 2 toddlers) was a bit of a trek. It wouldnt be as bad if we didnt have to babies with us. Also I wasn't aware this part of Florida was central time zone so that was a surprise! All in all this place was great and we would 100% come back.

This was a fantastic place to stay. We loved being so close to the beach while also having access to the pool, hot tubs and lazy river. The apartment was spacious, clean and so well-equipped for a large family. There were plenty of dishes, cooking utensils, even a beach cart with chairs! A great place for a family getaway.
