Our family loved our stay at Pelican 603 so much! The views of the bay are stunning. Since we decided to stay in December, we knew that it was going to be a bit chilly. The kids liked the proximity to the pools (heated) and lazy river (not heated but open and doable). It was a short 5-10 minute covered walk to the beach too. Super easy! Great communication. Nice amenities. Thank you! We’re already planning our next trip back!

We absolutely loved our stay at this condo! The space was perfect for our family, having the bunk room for the kids such a plus! All of the beds were super comfortable, and the entire condo was clean. The pools and lazy river were amazing. Having the beach wagon with chairs and an umbrella was so convenient and made the quick walk to the beach even easier. The kitchen was fully stocked, the check-in process was simple, and having a keyless entry was convenient. Beautiful views, great amenities, and a very comfortable stay — highly recommend this condo!

We had an amazing vacation. Communication prior, during and at the end our stay was excellent. The unit was very clean, updated and had everything we needed for our week long stay. Kids, parents and grandparents all had a great time in the lazy river, pools, hot tubs, and at the beach. The kids were able to catch and release a few hermit crabs with direct access to the bay. I'm sure we'll be back.

Our first family vacation with two littles was a success thanks to this awesome condo! It was clean and spacious, with all necessary modern amenities. Having the pack'n'play on site saved us on having to pack yet another piece of baby equipment. The condo was perfectly located with convenient pool and beach access, and the aquarium was just down the road to provide entertainment on an overcast morning. We will definitely be returning to Pelican 603 for future family vacations!!

We had an amazing time during our stay! The pool was great and access to the beach was easy even with small children in tow. Everyone we encountered on the grounds were pleasant as well. Hosts were communicative and made the stay easy and enjoyable. The condo was nicely decorated and had everything we needed! Our cleaning needs are probably higher than most with a crawling infant so we did have to do a deeper clean upon arrival but otherwise it was a great stay!

It was a nice and peaceful stay. The place had everything we needed. The walk to the beach is definitely a bit of a trek, having to take about 3 elevators with decent walking in between. I'd say it took about 12-15 minutes. The lazy river was awesome!

This was our first family vacation in a very long time. Our condo was perfect for the 6 of us. We loved all of the pools, lazy river, and easy access to the beautiful beach. We rented a boat and jet skis and the location was right next door. We had a wonderful and relaxing vacation and can't wait for our next!

Excellent location, great view, easy walk over the footbridge to the Gulf including Pier shops and restaurants. We rented a Pontoon next door and went out to Crab Island for a few hours too.

Stayed at the unit mid May, the weather was beautiful! The unit really clean and David very responsive! Had a little issue when getting in , David sent his maintenance in right away! Issue fixed and had fun talk with the maintenance guy, and a lot of recommendations on where to go and fun things to do in the area. Really happy with the pools and the lazy river!

603 Pelican was a beautiful condo! The condo was exactly as described, the view of the lazy river and bay was incredible. I stayed here with my husband and toddler and we had a blast. The lazy river was our favorite but the beach toys and wagon made traveling to the beach very convenient. We will definitely be back!

This was a great location! With a quick walk above a sky bridge to a beach and a Gulfarium (dolphin and sea lions shows) the kids loved this condo and didn't want to leave.

I did a lot of research before finally booking this condo from Coastal Vibe Vacations. All of the reviews about this company and the units they offer were all pretty spectacular. From the moment we booked, we got an email with lots of information and helpful hints/tips for our trip. Check-in was extremely easy, ready on time. Our unit was VERY clean and looked exactly as pictured. Pelican 603 gave us amazing views of the lazy river and Bayside. Everyone we came in contact with said they love the area and come back every year. Other guests were respectful and noise was never an issue. When it was time to go back home, checkout was also a breeze. I'm thankful we found this place and got to enjoy such a great trip for our family of 4 plus the grandparents!

The condo was sparkling clean! The king size beds were very comfortable. The bunks were a little too firm. The view of the bay and the pools/lazy river were wonderful. There were no extra blankets, so bring some if you stay here. Location was perfect between Fort Walton and Destin. We had a wonderful family vacation! Would definitely stay here again.

The condo was beautiful and in a great location. We really enjoyed our week here. There was plenty to do for everyone and tons of great options for dining and recreation within a 5-10 minute drive or you could just walk to a handful of places in the vicinity. We had an issue with the beach umbrella the first day there but the owner was super responsive and brought us a new one right away. I have no complaints about staying here and would absolutely do so again!

We've visited the Fort Walton/Destin area many times but this vacation was by far superior. Our condo was absolutely spotless when we arrived, it was decorated beautifully and had everything we needed to cook our meals for the week. The balcony was also stocked with everything we could have possibly needed for the beach. I cannot recommend this condo enough!

We enjoyed the stay! The o Lu downfall was that the waterfall wasn’t working in the waterfall pool and it was a tad chilly for the lazy river. But the co do was perfect for us!

We loved our condo. we had more then enough room. it was a beautiful view and we didnt mind the 5min walk across the way to the beach. we would book here again. The master bed mattress felt like it needed replaced was my absolute only issue. We just slept in the spare room instead, since we had an extra room we weren't using . i would still give this family a 5star rating!!!!

The condo was amazing! Very clean and in great condition. The entire complex was well lit, well-kept and secure. The water features were the same. This is by far the most relaxing vacation I have been on, and I will definitely be booking with Pelican again next year. The staff were all polite and professional and there was zero chaos or horseplay after 10:00pm which was nice for sleeping. The beds, bedding etc. were extremely comfortable. And having laundry in the condo is a huge benefit. Highly recommend staying here. This was our first visit to the Gulf I'm so pleased with Fort Walton Beach! David's condo was exactly what our family needed w/2 adults and 4 teens.
6th floor unit overlooked the bay from most of the condo. The view from our bedroom (with a corner set of near floor-to-ceiling windows) made it hard to leave bed in the morning! The lazy river and pools are just as pictured. We spent most days at the beach, but pools were nice to have at the end of the day.
5-min walk from the condo to the beach/Boardwalk restaurants/shops has 3 elevator rides and a pedestrian bridge overtop Miracle Strip Pkwy (so grateful for this!). Their wagon was a game-changer for getting there with ease.
Washer/dryer was great. Kitchen is well-stocked. Dehumidifier was a bit noisy, but glad to have it. Bunk room is as described: small, but plenty big enough for our two 14-year-olds to sleep/chill.
Know the access for both Beach/Bay locations re: pools. The beach service is worth it (and at your own cost).

Amazing location, we’ve stayed at Destin west before but never this condo. Condo was great- seriously, sooooo many pillows and my kids wanted to use them all!! They have the knives I’ve always wanted myself and never splurged on. Plenty of towels and stuff- we only had 4 people so obviously we had plenty of room and my kids loved choosing which room to sleep in. It’s always great to be across the street from the restaurants and stuff because we didn’t really want to leave- traffic is rough, but totally expected based on the location. Back to the condo :) porch was perfect for 4 and we loved playing cards and eating out there. From the standpoint of someone who has stayed at the beach a lot, the washer was used daily, the porch was great to eat while wet so we didn’t have to change and go back out. The owners choice of the clear acrylic chairs at the bar were brilliant- i didn’t have to worry about sunblock or kids dropping. I was a little worried about the super pretty white living room stuff- we didn’t need to but i think it was wipeable as well- it was nice not to have to worry about where we sat damp or with sunblock on - overall amazing stay!!

We stayed here for 8 1/2 days to attend a few events in the area we had tickets for plus relax and enjoy the sun. Was a perfect spot for access to the beach, plus enjoying the lazy River. Great restaurants near by too! We cooked breakfast everyday in the condo and we had no problems with the kitchen equipment provided!

This place was more than you can bargain for. One of my best vacations I’ve had in Fort Walton and would highly recommend for anyone who is thinking of going down. I would definitely suggest this place for your group as there was still tons of room even with the 5 of us there. We would try a different restaurant every night and you can walk across the bridge to the beach and visit all the bars (kid friendly too if you bring them). My favorite part is that you are close to multiple pools and hot tubs right after the beach. Across the bridge the pool is open until 11 so we would leave ours at 10 (when it closes) to go to the other one. Overall, I would highly recommend this location and with David as it has been the least stressful experience I’ve ever had.

Came to show our daughter where she was born a decade ago! Show our exchange daughter the southern USA and enjoy the Gulf! Mission accomplished.
