This condo was beautifully decorated. The pictures don’t do it any justice. The kids loved the lazy river, it was never too crowded. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony people watching the lazy river as well. The condo even comes with 2 beach chairs, a small umbrella and beach toys for the kiddos. Not to mention the cart that it came in was the easiest to maneuver! This condo was a great choice and I plan to be a repeat customer next year!

Loved the property! Lazy river and multiple pools were nice when we needed a break from the beach. Enjoyed the kitchen and ample space.

We love Destin West and have stayed there many years. We have used different companies over the time but have used Coastal Vibes the last two years. They are the best company that we have used, hands down. The communication is always thorough and the check-in procedure is easy! The units have been clean, updated, and well stocked. The overall property can't be beat. Between the Gulf, the bay, hot tubs, pools, and lazy river, we are able to relax and fill our days. We love being able to sit on our patio or swim and watch the fighter jets fly over. Can't wait for next year!

Our stay here was wonderful! Communication was perfect, the location was great, the resort was perfect for our family. We loved the lazy river & pool at night time. The sky bridge over to the beach was convenient, and my boys loved swimming in the bay too! It was crystal clear & they could catch crabs! My boys all said they want to stay in that exact same spot if we vacation in that area again! Highly recommend.

The condo was very clean and updated. It had everything we needed. The resort is nicely laid out with a bridge from the bay to the beach. It was very family friendly. Our kids loved the heated pools!

The location was perfect. Close to Destin which has lots to do. The condo itself was perfect. Great views, everything you need, 3 bedrooms and beach access. The weather was a bit chilly but the pools were open and if brave enough - open for swimming. Would definitely go back!

The space was as advertised. Our weather was not the best, so we spent more time in the unit than we anticipated. It was comfortable and just as advertised. We loved the complex - the pool and lazy river.

This was such a great place to recharge before teaching starts up again. The condo was spectacular and the lazy river was so relaxing. A short walk to the Gulfsixe using the pedestrian bridge was a very nice safe way to cross the busy roadway. Will definitely return to Pelican 507

This condo is newly updated and in a great location. We really enjoyed the beach cart which made carrying chairs and umbrellas to the beach extremely easy. The balcony is also more private than the surrounding properties and well shaded on those hot summer days.

Great location and beautiful place. My kids loved the pool and lazy River. It would have been helpful to have a welcome book referencing the facility layout and area layout (where the gym is, local restaurants, grocery stores, etc.). This could also include the checkout procedures and not waiting until the day before. The master bedroom didn’t have a closet or wardrobe to hang clothes which could be an issue if multi-family. Patio had a great view. The table and lounge chair makes the most of the smaller deck, just not the most comfortable. Great vacation!

We LOVE this place. Lazy river. Bay access. Beach a five minute walk across the walking bridge. Gulfarium 10 minutes away. Pontoon rental or crab island tour next door. Fabulous king beds in two rooms, a bunk room and a queen pull out with fabulous granite countertops and a huge newly tiled walk in shower in the master with a huge soaker tub too.
