We had a wonderful stay at this well-maintained beach condo. The space was clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything needed for an stress-free vacation. The decor had a relaxing coastal feel, and the unit offered plenty of room to unwind.The beach was just a short walk away, making it easy to enjoy the sun and surf whenever we liked. Nearby restaurants, shops, and attractions added to the convenience of the location without feeling too busy or crowded.The condo featured a full kitchen, washer and dryer, and reliable WiFi. Everything was in good working order, which made the experience smooth from start to finish.Communication with the host was easy and prompt. Instructions were clear, and they checked in to make sure everything was going well without being intrusive.Whether you're looking for a short escape or a longer stay, this beach condo is a solid option. We'd happily stay here again.

We stayed here with two families, 4 adults and 5 kids. The kids were between the ages of 10-16 and we all had plenty of room. The upstairs patio with a grill and hot tub was a big hit! The beds were all very comfortable and we had plenty of room for the two families. We really enjoyed the pool and lazy river as well and was only a short walk from the room. The beach is a little of a walk, but enjoyable, and we loved being able to set up right in front of the Island bar and volleyball court on the beach. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely go back.

The location is nice, can’t beat the white sand and clear water. The water is still cold in mid March, the kids didn’t seem to mind too much. The wagon and chairs for the beach were nice. The pedestrian bridge was also very convenient. Went to the beach early before they opened to reserve chairs and umbrellas (additional cost). There was a line 20 mins before they opened. Pool was very active, but still a bit too chilly for me, even though it is kind of heated. Again, the kids didn’t seem to mind. The teens loved the rooftop hot tub, it is very windy up there, but nice. Didn’t have a chance to use the grill. Was glad for the ice maker in the frig. Overall very nice. Would like to visit again later in the season, but I can imagine that place gets packed. The condo was clean and as described. All food and spices are removed between guests.

We absolutely loved our stay! The condo looks just like the pictures. Lots to do with the lazy river right below and the beach across the walkway! We were very happy with the location and our overall stay. Had a few small cleanliness issues, but we would stay again!! Highly recommend for a family trip!
The walk to the beach did get difficult for our elderly parent and toddler after a few days but it was well worth it. Keep in mind there could be a better route that we didn’t know about but you have to walk across the resort to an elevator, take it to the 3rd floor, walk across the bridge, take another elevator down to the 1st floor then walk across that resort to the beach entrance. This does not hinder our choice to come back in the future so don’t let it deter you as it’s not a difficult walk in general.

We had an amazing vacation! 4 couples and 4 children, all voted hands down to return. This is an annual trip for us. Accommodations were perfect, pools were perfect and easy access to the beautiful beach. Such an easy fly into VPS and quick trip to the Condo. Everything you would need was very close. Late October to Early Nov is a very quiet time, and we all still enjoyed swimming, including at the beach. We will be returning, and for sure booking with Coastal Vibe, such an easy process.

The kids had a ball with the lazy river and rooftop hot tub. Great location to local attractions and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed (even a crockpot). My only suggestion would be to put another set of dishes in. We had to run the dishwasher after each meal. There were a couple of minor issues that were fixed quickly. We would definitely stay again.

We loved staying at this unit! The condo was beautiful and well maintained and we of course love all of the amenities (pools, lazy river, beach bar.) The only issue we had was the grill not working after we had already prepped our food to grill out but we let the owner know so I’m sure it will get fixed. The hot tub on the roof was perfect! We used it every night! I do wish the guest bedroom had a closet (we had to share the bunk room closet) but it worked out. Overall it was an amazing trip and we highly recommend this property!

If you're on the fence, book it immediately and rest assured you won't regret it!!! This was the most incredible experience. I felt like I completely spoiled myself and my family. My husband and I brought our two young girls and my Dad. Dad spent every morning with his coffee and breakfast on the private rooftop and watched the sun rise. This is the perfect beach, perfect place to stay. The sand is soft, the water is beautiful and clear. I've stayed on a lot of Florida beaches and this was by far my favorite. We spent a lot of time driving around, looking and familiarizing ourselves with the area. This resort was absolutely perfect, I will not stay anywhere else…. Coastal vibe owns a wide variety of properties. We met their maintenance guy because the ice maker didn't work (not a big deal since there's a convenience store right next door, they offered to reimburse us for ice purchase). He was super helpful recommending places he and his family enjoy. We are planning two more vacations next year with COASTAL VIBE at Destin West!!! This is my new vacation spot for life!

I have not been to the US for 2 years and not been to Destin since 2015. David and company were top notch! When we arrived he just so happened to be on site and was so nice to meet. We encounter a microwave issue and meet the nicest repair man. As far as the location we had our doubts being on the bayside. However, we all loved it and even preferred it overall. Furthermore, the lazy river along with rooftop hot tub/grill were big wins for us with the kids. I will definitely be back and can't wait to stay at David's property again. 5 Stars do not do it justice! This is a must stay place!

This penthouse was clean, spacious and in a prime location. We were wowed as soon as we walked in at the outstanding space and views from every window. We could see the whole lazy river from the living area and deck, and had a panoramic view of the beach, bay, and pool area from the top level (which also had a hot tub that we now can’t go without). We ate at the Crab Trap Restaurant on the beach (directly across the street) and the crab cakes are to die for!!! Unfortunately our trip was cut short and we were only able to enjoy the first day. One of our friends had a medical emergency and we had to call 911 for assistance. We have to praise the first responders for their timely response which seemed like maybe 5 minutes (with thorough directions to our condo and location). Our friend had to be taken away by ambulance who followed the medics in a very timely manner as well. Sadly, we were not able to recover from this traumatic incident which happened early morning on our event filled day we had planned. Our friend is better now and recovering, the rest of us are looking for a spot to come back and finish out our plans. Unfortunately this lovely place is not available. We would also like to thank Jennifer for coming to check on us and offering assistance when our friend took ill, it was very much appreciated and we won’t forget it. We will definitely stay here again!!! Thanks Jen and Dave!

Traveling with kiddos can be a bit stressful sometimes. Everything about this location and condo made our trip fabulous. It was larger than expected, everyone had their own space. We never needed to drive anywhere, plenty of restaurants within walking distance, the small airport nearby was a breeze to get through and a short drive, grocery delivery by Walmart (they don't upcharge from store prices), and amazing beaches all made this a trip we would highly recommend to anyone. We will be returning to Destin West.

The stay at this property was amazing, the roof top was so much fun and relaxing. Beautiful sunrise and sunset views, we could even see dolphins swimming in the ocean from the roof top! We had a mixture of family and friends and everyone hasn’t been able to stop talking about it and how much fun they had and enjoyed the location. We stayed in ph-06 for a week and loved it, it's close enough to Destin you can easily go deal with that traffic, or you can go into fort Walton for food that's just as good with far less traffic. This condo is in a great location & has lots of great amenities. Our family loved the rooftop hot tub & the swimming pool area. The condo is nicely decorated and spacious. David was a great host! He made sure to let us know ahead of time that there were people coming to fix the sliding door. He was very responsive to any questions we had.

What a beautiful place to stay!! Very spacious, and gorgeous huge private rooms!! Amazing Roof Top Views with a nice hot tub! Big Glass doors to see the ocean and swim areas!! All the amenities you could ever want!! Kids lived in the pool and lazy River!! Walk or drive to ocean!! Fishing in the bay!! Very safe place, (important with 4 kiddos)! I can’t wait to go back to Osprey PH-06! 11 days wasn’t long enough! David is amazing to work with as well!! Communication was exceptional!! Don’t waste any more time, this one is worth everything!!

This was our first airbnb stay- and let me just say the standard is set incredibly HIGH! We loved the condo- it was comfortable, homey, had fun extras including the jacuzzi hot tub, views, and pool/lazy river, and was the perfect place to return to after a day at the beach. Because our stay was during the COVID pandemic, we didn't go out to eat but found the kitchen had all the essentials for in-home dining and the close proximity of the beach was a favorite for our 4 teen-agers. Thank you David for a wonderful (and much needed) family vacation! 5 stars all around.

PH-06 was very clean and comfortable, and the entire condo was great for families. We really enjoyed the Bay side pools and lazy river, and the grill on the roof was a nice extra as well. It was a bit of a trek to the Gulf side and the beach, but we knew to expect this. We managed to get a family of 7 and a couple wagons across in probably 10-15 minutes, and the skybridge definitely helps. The location was nice as well, as the area and beaches were a little less crowded. Wild Willy's was a blast, and the Boardwalk area restaurants were neat. We definitely recommend crossing the bridge and going to McGuire's Irish Pub and/or getting pizza from Vinny McGuire's as well.

Communication with the David was great! Check in was easy. The condo is a great space, as we had 9 people staying for the week, and we never felt cramped. The kids loved the pool and lazy river. It was an easy walk to the beautiful beach. Anything you may need is nearby from this condo. We would definitely rent again with David and his team. We had a wonderful time there. Only complaints were the sliding doors were almost impossible to open in the front and on the side. Also, each bedroom really needs a mirror since the bathroom is tiny. Other than that it was FANTASTIC!!

Where do I start, the condo is so nice. The view was great. My husband and kids loved the private hot tub and grill. Everything was great but the beds were amazing, so comfortable!!!! We will definitely be back. Great memories.

Stop looking and book this property ASAP! You will be just as glad as we were after staying here!
My family of four are traveling the world and we have stayed at some of the best AirBnBs. That said, when we compared our experience at this property with previous properties, no other delivered a higher guest experience than we received.
David was a very responsive host, the penthouse was equipped with all necessities and more, the beds were very comfortable, the many views (two patios and rooftop) were spectacular, the pool was totally relaxing for adults and fun for the kids, the private rooftop hot tub was the perfect place to watch the sunset and the spacious beautifully furnished penthouse was the star of the show.
I can go on and on about this place!I will definitely seek this place out again the next time we are in the States.

Fully stocked kitchen! Great location!! Loved the private rooftop deck with hot tub and the large patio overlooking the lazy river and pools and bay!! Had to walk to beach but it was not a bad walk and then we were able to use the large pools over on the beach side!! Property manager responsive to questions very quickly!! Will definitely recommend this property!!

We have stayed at Destin West Beach and Bay resort 3 times. Osprey Ph-06 is our very favorite. The views from this condo are Stunning. The Private Rooftop Hot Tub is wonderful. Coastal Vibe Vacations with David is top notch. Many things to do or just relax. The condo is well stocked with everything you need for a great vacation. We will be back

We had more than enough room for our adult group of eight! We especially enjoyed the private rooftop hot tub where you can see the ocean and watch the sunset. The host was very quick to respond with any questions or concerns we had. All information was up-to-date and easily accessible. The kitchen was equipped with all the amenities. I loved the corner unit with wrap around windows as well. Our group was very comfortable as we all gathered around in the living room area to eat dinner and watch Netflix. We would definitely stay at this location again!

We were nine people staying at David's place and it was a great experience altogether. Access to the pools at the lazy river was fantastic. The rooftop was pretty with a great view. David was great at communicating by phone and through Gmail and all the information was sent to us early on which was very convenient. The place was clean, and the beds were comfortable. There are restaurants only 5 minutes from the place which was perfect and the beach was like 8 minutes from the place. We strongly recommend staying at David's place.

Destin West was very clean! We loved the multiple pool options and the lazy river was awesome! The walk to the beach was long from the Osprey building so we made a picnic lunch and spent the day there 2 days and rented chairs with an umbrella. The only downfall to Okaloosa Island and the Destin area was the horrible traffic.

This condo was absolutely beautiful and tons of room. Since we traveled with teenagers it was like having 9 adults, and there was plenty of space to spread out. The roof top should be considered a bonus room. It's a wonderful space. The rental process was extremely easy and any questions we had were immediately answered. You can't go wrong with Coastal Vibes, I'll definitely being using them again.

This penthouse condo unit at Destin West (Bayside) is absolutely amazing. It has to be the nicest condo unit at Destin West. It has a HUGE rooftop terrace that is completely furnished - an outdoor living area with plenty of seating. There's a granite bar, hot tub, grill, etc. And the view is almost too hard to describe. You have to see it to believe it. From the penthouse rooftop terrace, there's a 360 degree view of Okaloosa Island, the Bay, the Gulf, the beach, and the Destin skyline! On the main level of this unit, the living area is perfect. It appears to have brand new, high-end furniture in every room. Windows everywhere. There are two balconies, one that overlooks the pool and Lazy River, and another that overlooks the Gulf. The bedrooms are perfectly furnished. Could accommodate sleeping for 12. The condo unit itself was immaculate. Fully stocked and very welcoming. It was everything we were looking for, and more. Destin West, the complex itself, is amazing. There are at least 6 pools, a giant Lazy River, plenty of green space, outdoor grilling area, a dock/marina, workout facility. I could go on and on. Best part of it is the convenience to everything. We could get to the Destin Harbor in under 4 minutes, without having to sit in traffic. The property has easy access to the private beach via an elevated walkway. On the Gulfside, the beach was beautiful and the property sits right next to the Boardwalk, so you have the best of both worlds - private beach for quiet relaxation, or, the fun atmosphere of the public beach at the Boardwalk with numerous restaurants, shops, fishing pier, etc. Our family has been vacationing in Destin for 10+ years. This is the first time we every stayed on the Ft. Walton Beach side. We had NO IDEA what we were missing! We suggest booking directly with the property manager, David Jenn of Coastal Vibe Vacations. He and his staff were awesome. Provided us with all the info we needed and they were very accommodating. You can tell they go out of their way to be helpful and they truly care about their properties. We highly recommend Destin West Osprey PH-06. Worth every penny!!! Our only regret was that we did not stay long enough! We're already planning on coming back in July with our entire family. Next time, we'll stay a full week!!! Our 4-day weekend getaway was simply not enough time!
