A great place with views and convenience to beach, pools, restaurants, and golf courses (Played at Regatta Club and Raven). Condo was clean with plenty of room. We will stay here again!

This was a family vacation we had 4 adults and 3 kids. Perfect size for us. The views from both balconies were beautiful and we were able to watch the Harbour Walk fireworks right from our balcony. Pool area was always clean or it was a short walk to the ocean. Lots to do within a short drive

This is my fourth time staying at Osprey, always very clean very warm and inviting family atmospher. Very accommodating to our family. Located in a great central location Between Fort Walton and Destin. Touring the town was wonderful. Coastal Vibes has never disappointed us during any of our trips. This property was absolutely beautiful—tastefully decorated with a charming nautical beach theme that instantly made us feel like we were on vacation. It's perfectly situated between Destin and Fort Walton, giving us easy access to both areas without the heavy crowds.The unit was well-stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. From kitchen essentials to beach items, the thoughtful amenities made a big difference. The check-in and check-out process was smooth overall, and we appreciated receiving clear, concise instructions ahead of time, including all necessary passwords and access information.The only reason I'm giving the check-in process 4 stars instead of 5 is due to a small hiccup with early entry. We were told we might be able to check in early if the cleaning was finished. Despite texting the rental agency before 3:00 pm, we were informed the unit wasn’t ready yet, and we’d get an email if early access became available. We received an email at 5:37 pm stating our code would activate at 2:00 pm, though the official check-in time was 4:00 pm. With a 3- and 4-year-old in our group, getting into the lazy river earlier would’ve been a huge bonus.That said, this minor inconvenience didn’t take away from how much we loved our stay. We would absolutely return and highly recommend this beautiful property to anyone visiting the area!

The host was responsive with requests and allowed an early check-in. We loved that the location had an overpass to walk directly to the beach without having to walk across a busy road. It made it convenient to have a wagon with beach chairs and toys. There were plenty of pots, pans, and other items to cook meals. Overall, a great experience and would definitely recommend.

This was the perfect place to stay! Lazy river, hot tubs and heated pool you would think would be enough. We walked all over and the grounds were well tended to.
The condo was large and open with three bedrooms & two baths.

We had a great time! The condo was easy to find and felt very comfortable; the hosts were really responsive; and the beach and lazy river were excellent. From the condo, the beach is a bit of a walk that requires multiple sets of stairs/elevators, but it was well worth it.

The property was clean, and outside pool area was beautiful. JT was so helpful getting us into the room early. We were able to drop off all our luggage in the room, and head straight to the water. Destin was only a ten minute trip in an uber so location was great too. It was off season, so easy to get into all restaurant's. We would highly recommend this property

A relaxing and wonderful time at Destin West Osprey #506. Unit was super clean and had everything we needed. More than enough space for us to spread out Didn't feel like we were on top of each other at all. The smart TV made made streaming football on Saturday and Sunday a breeze. Plenty of bandwidth to accommodate our needs. Didn't miss a bit of action. Loved the Osprey pool, hot tubs, and lazy river. Lots of food options within walking distance which made it nice. Coastal Vibes made check in a breeze. Even had a lady from the company come around and personally check on us. With be back for sure.

Great spot! Plenty of room for our 9 people and 5 kids! Kids loved the pool. Also, easy walk to the beach across the bridge. Our family loved our stay and had everything we needed!
The restaurant (Rick’s) next door is a hidden gem. Not very busy and has two different options for food. Seafood was awesome and pizza was great, too!
The only downfall we had was the lights at night from the pool shining into the bedroom. The lights go all night and continue to change colors each second. It is very bright in the master bedroom. Not the owners fault whatsoever, but seems they should turn the lights off after the pool is closed.

The unit we stayed in was clean, spacious and nicely decorated, with a large balcony for our family to enjoy outdoor dining, and the close proximity to many activities (which were within walking distance of our unit), was really great for us as well - with easy access to the beach, fishing pier, several restaurants (including AJ's - our favorite), Wild Willy's Adventure Zone, and the Gulfarium - made it convenient for us to do so many things without ever getting in our car. Amenities located on the premises - the lazy river, pools and hot tubs - were also great, and something we used quite often. For golf enthusiasts, we would recommend The Links Golf Club and Emerald Bay Golf Club.

We had a wonderful stay in this condo! The condo was prettier than what is shown in the photographs. Everything needed was included - from a fully appointed kitchen to beach gear! October weather can be a little sketchy, so we were glad to have the heated pools to lounge in and the hot tubs were great! We also really liked the convenience of this condo to a number of restaurants and bars. We walked to several and it was so nice to not to have to worry about a car. Looking forward to finding another time to stay in this unit!

Great few days in paradise. Where do I start? Check in was a breeze, David’s communication from start to finish was great. Not once did we have to worry about whether or not everything would go smoothly. From the emails ahead of time, letting us know what places were great to go during our stay, to the final email day before check out so everything would go smoothly. The condo was beautiful, so clean David seems to have thought of everything and the little details don’t go unnoticed! Loved the wagon and chairs for the ease of bringing them to the beach. The beach was beautiful. Perfect weather, beautiful blue water. It was great. We hope to stay again one day with more of the family!

We loved our stay so much we are considering a permanent purchase in Destin West. This unit is even prettier than the pictures show. We loved the view of the bay and the spacious deck. Perfect for playing games is rain pays a visit. Master BDRM bed was so comfortable I looked to see who made it. Double Queen bunk beds were perfect for our grown children. The lazy River was perfect for our crew. I must admit we did not spend as much time on the beach as usual due to the walk and hear but loved the lazy River and side pools. Everything we needed was in the kitchen and the table seated our entire crew. The king in the second bedroom was perfect for the grandparents and a private deck off their room allowed for early risers to look at the Gulf. Great unit, great property and a wonderful time!

Great condo that is located between Ft. Walton Beach and Destin. The pools and lazy river were sooo relaxing, but the walk to the beach was a bit of a hike. The balconies were a great place to have coffee in the mornings, and the condo’s pictures are exactly as shown. We really enjoyed our stay in this condo and will definitely go back! P.S. the bedrooms need blackout curtains over the windows like the ones hanging over the sliders to the balconies (my only complaint 😊✌️)

Great views of the ocean & bay from the two balconies that the unit offers. The condo has been recently updated with new furniture and décor that is actually nicer than my home! Easy access to amenities, giving you an option to hang out on the beach or at the pools/lazy river. We spent a lot of time in the lazy river! The location is also convenient to be able to walk to some local restaurants at the Boardwalk - we really liked Rockin' Tacos!

We loved it here. The space is large, the bedrooms are separate, the bathrooms are clean. The beds and pillows were very comfy. The balcony and view of the lazy river and bay were amazing. The condo has games, a blender, plenty of pots, pans, kids cups and plates to cook anything you need. The walk to the beach is long as stated before. You go down the elevator, through multiple parking garages under the different buildings to get to the building with the walk over the street, then through the hotel that's on the beachside then down the boardwalk to the beach. They have a cart to pull with beach toys, kid life vests, two chairs and umbrellas.

There was a cart/wagon to use to make it easy to take our cooler and all of stuff down to the beach. The multiple pools were awesome with a very cool lazy river and hot tubs. The kitchen had everything we could ever need including a blender, two coffee makers, toaster, etc. Everyone had a nice relaxing vacation and the condo was big enough that we weren't in each others space at all. Very nice wrap around balcony that overlooked the pool that we used every day! 5 stars all the way around! Can't wait to go back!

Exceptionally clean! Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The kids really loved the big bunk beds, so much that my 9 year old spent half of the week up on the top bunk reading.
Everybody loved the lazy river, pools and hot tubs. Handy wagon with beach chairs, umbrella and toys for enjoying the soft white sand at the beach.

This place was perfect! Our family each had their own personal space when needed but also big enough rooms to all gather together. It is a bit of a walk to the beach but it’s not bad, the kids didn’t even mention the distance! Great location on the island, easy to get over to Destin and not far from grocery shopping, plus the boardwalk across the way was neat. Cleanliness was way above average!

Had a very nice long weekend stay in February. Certainly wasn't as crowded as the summer so I took advantage and ate at all the local restaurants I have been wanting to try. Several heated pools and the hot tubs hit the spot and allowed one to relax. Unit was freshly renovated and everything was fresh and clean. Absolutely couldn't beat the winter rates. Will definitely be back.

The location of this condo is just amazing. Not only are there bay views with being on the "bayside" of Destin West, but since this unit is on the south end of the building, there are also beautiful ocean views as well from both balconies and the 2nd bedroom! The unit is convenient to the covered parking, easy access to the elevator which leads to the great amenities offered at Destin West. We loved the lazy river, hot tubs and pools. We also used the beach gear provided in the unit and made the easy walk over to the beach a couple of days. A Publix grocery is less than 5 minutes away and the kitchen had everything needed to fix meals. We also walked over to the Gulf Islands National Seashore where we say so many different types of birds and plants. Also fun watching the wind surfers in the bay area along this shoreline. I did a little work while on vacation and found the internet to be fast and reliable. The cable tv options were great, so we didn't miss any of our shows and having a smart tv is also nice to using our Netflix and Amazon Prime accounts. Overall, we loved our stay in this unit at Destin West and look forward to finding a time to return.

Osprey 506 at Destin West was exactly what we needed. The contactless check-in was smooth. The advance e-mail explained everything very clearly. The unit was clean and fully stocked with everything we needed (Keurig, W/D, dishwasher, crock-pot) for the stay. They even had a pull cart with all the beach toys, chairs, and umbrella needed for the family. The large smart TV was great for watching the game and the internet speed was superfast. Logged into our account and streaming Netflix in no time. The separate pool for Osprey guests was awesome.... nice and quiet. Covered parking and large plastic carts for taking things to the room was a pleasant surprise. Could walk to several restaurants while kayak and paddleboard rentals was just next door. Really enjoyed ourselves and will definitely be back.
