We had a great stay. Location was great. It was quiet and relaxing. Condo was good. Wish there were some games to play in the condo. It also felt funny eating off kids dishes outside. As I am not one to use glass out in decks. The owner should get a set of non breakable dishes and glasses for outside. Felt funny drinking wine out of kids cups. But other than those 2 things it was a great stay.

This condo was excellent for two blended families with teenagers. The week was unexpectedly cold and the resort heated pool was a godsend! The condo itself was so roomy with good dinner tables and adequate area for entertaining. Everything was so clean and nice. If I had to leave one constructive tidbit, a mirror in the second bedroom would have been a great addition. Sometimes we had to crowd around the hallway mirror when getting ready. Other than that, it was a fantastic week! We cannot wait for next time.

This has been our third Winter in Osprey 306 and it is like coming home. The unit is spacious and comfortable with everything one might need and if something is missing, they will make sure you get it. We really enjoy the extra large back deck to soak up the sun and entertain our snowbird friends. Having heated pools make it a great bonus during the Winter months. The dedicated walkover to the beach and restaurants is perfect for those days you just want to hang and enjoy a margarita (or two). The Coastal Vibe staff are amazing and available to make sure your stay is awesome. We look forward to next season!

We had a great time! The condo was well-furnished and in a great location, close to the beach, local activities, and fishing pier. There are plenty of pools, and we enjoyed one of the heated pools to ourselves almost every day of our stay. The condo is large, and there was plenty of room for 9 of us. The crosswalk to the beach and fitness center is very helpful and close to the condo. We would definitely stay here again!

We were a family of 5 visiting from Wisconsin and we could not have found a better place to stay! The three bedroom layout was perfect for our family and our boys loved the bunk beds! The actual complex had a wonderful pool area. We all enjoyed the lazy river but mostly enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub since the lazy river was not heated this time of year. The ability to take the sky bridge across the street to the beach area worked out so well. We were thankful David’s unit provided a wagon, sand toys, and chairs! This was an awesome home away from home and we can’t wait to visit again!

Great place with everything you need. Great location. Prpoerty amenities were excellent. The kids loved the pools, lazy river and the hottubs. Easy trek to the beach and a short walk to the boardwalk. We walked the pier at night and watched the sunrise. Used the property grilling area, which is very nice, while the kids hunted hermit crabs in the bay. Get the eglin bea h permit and go there also. Its a quick drive toward destin and is very secluded and a great place for sunsets. Easy access to destin and local food. I cant think of anything that wasnt awesome about the place and our trip. Thanks again for lettung us rent it for the week.

This is our second time staying at this resort and in this condo! It is perfect and spacious, I stayed with my sister and two teenage daughters and there was tons of space for all of us. The host was quick to reply to any question I had as well. The resort is so close to everything walking or driving. There are so many pools, hot tubs at the resort as well the lazy River is my favourite. Next time we will try to get on the ocean side resorts. But will definetly be coming back!!

Our family just stayed for a quick four night getaway. We loved the condo! Everything that we needed to cook and make our stay so pleasant was provided. We have stayed at Destin West many times in the past, and this unit was probably our favorite yet. We love staying on the bayside. The lazy river is a huge plus for us, and it is so peaceful to sit out on the balcony at night with the lights all lit in it to enjoy the scenery. The beach is not a long walk, and the crosswalk makes it easy to get to it safely. The condo is decorated so pretty, and we didn't have to go far at all to get in the elevator. The unit is in a very desirable location. Coastal Vibes was great to work with, and they were very quick to reply when we had any questions! We will definitely try to book these condo again. Thank you for making our stay so nice.

Wonderful accommodations! We stayed on the bay side, and although the walk to the beach was a bit further than one would like, having so much for the kids to do in the pool area right outside of the condo was awesome! My husband fished from the pier each evening and my kids loved the resort style pool area! The condo itself was well stocked with anything we needed and offered plenty of room! We had a wonderful experience from the time we booked our stay all the way through the time we returned home! We will be back!

We really enjoyed our stay at Osprey 306. The condo was spacious enough for our group that consisted of an extended family with ages ranging from a 1 year old to those in their 60's. Everything worked appropriately and the condo was relatively clean aside from some dust build up behind doors and on the baseboards. This was very minor and would not deter me from staying at this property again. The condo was nicely decorated and had everything that we needed to live for the week. We spent a lot of time on the balconies. We loved the pools and ended everyday with a night swim. You could also see the Gulf from the front balcony, over the sand dunes. We did get a surprise visit from window repair men. They replaced the glass in 2 of the sliding doors. We were surprised by their arrival, but had no issue allowing them to complete their job. A heads up would have just been appreciated. This condo was a great value when considering location, resort amenities, spaciousness of the condo and the cost. We would stay at this property again.

The overall stay was great. If I had to find something negative, it would be the inconsiderate pot smokers we have had in almost every condo we have stayed in. Not just this one. I don’t want to smell like a skunk, or continuously smell it. Couldn’t set on the patio without smelling it.

Very nice, updated, spacious 3BR unit. Very comfortable beds, furniture. Awesome view of the lazy river with spacious patio. We all enjoyed the pool and lazy river! Nice walk over to the beautiful soft sandy beach! Bridge from Bay side available over busy road made it safe for us and kids walking foot. Pier with cute restaurants and a few shops within walking distance. Owner readily available for questions and any minor details. Felt very safe here; busy, but not too rowdy either. Great place for family/kids to enjoy time and relax together!

Very clean place and the owner was responsive when needed. There was noise after quiet hours, but we resolved that by using the air plugs we brought with us. It's spring break time, so some noise was expected.

The property was very clean and spacious. We took 3 of our adult kids (18-24) plus one of their friends, our 12 year old son, and my mom. The beds were very comfy, the kitchen was perfect as we cooked breakfast and dinner a few times. The location is great--it's an easy walk to the beach, the pier, and there are many restaurants close by. We walked over to a pontoon rental place next door and rented a boat to take to Crab Island one day. We spent most of our time in the pools and lazy river (especially in the evenings), at the beach, and even a lot of time in the bay where my 12 year old son caught several big blue crabs, fish and hermit crabs. You can also spot dolphins close by in the bay as well as the beach. The owners were very helpful and communicative. This trip was a last minute plan to get our family together before sending one of our sons off to the military and it was EXACTLY what we needed! Everything was perfect, thank you!

The condo was better equipped than any condo we’ve ever rented. It’s an older property but nicely decorated and the lazy river and pool are fantastic! We met so many nice people! It’s a short walk to the beach using the bridge. The property folks were quick to address when we reached out (it was an ice maker thing so not even major and they left some bags of ice). We would for sure stay here again.

Wonderful and amazing place to stay. Amenities were perfect family, the room was fabulous and very spacious. Close to Okaloosa Peir and lots to do. Owner is extremely thoughtful and considerate of everything you need. Only thing is the walk to the beach is a little further than anticipated, especially carrying an entire family with lots of beach stuff. You may not want to forget anything back in the room. Overall amazing place to stay, and would definitely recommend it. Definitely going back

A quick getaway to celebrate birthday and anniversary. Grounds are lovely, although needed some attention in the Fall season... I’m sure spring and summer are the peak! Unit is large and comfortable. Some furnishings are showing wear. Great location for beach, dining and shopping.

The condo was great for our family of 7. It was ready early and we received a text with that notification. We had 3 adult children with us and 2 teens. No issues, ckean, and it is located conveniently to everything. Walking across the overpass to get to the beach was an easy 5-8 minute walk. The bayside pool was a hit for even the big kids! Walking the path along the bayside was nice to see the sun go down and jumping fish. The drive to the boardwalk area was less than 10 minutes. This was a great impromptu trip we planned. Checking in and out was a breeze! Communication with owners was very reasonable with wait time and responses. Thanks for allowing us to make some great family memories!

Truly enjoyed our stay. Very spacious and well decorated 3 bedroom condo. A/C worked very well! Loved hanging out on the deck. Great view of lazy river and partial view of bay. Elevators were fast, able to park most nights in covered parking area just underneath our condo, quiet at night, enjoyed the different pool and hot tub options on bay side and beach side. The walking bridge to the beach was very convenient-no more than 10 min walk. One thing I would recommend is to ask that the gate at the beach side building on the other side of the walking bridge be widened so that the beach cart will fit-we had to get someone to help lift the beach cart over the gate since it would not fit through.Enjoyed swimming in multiple pools, the Gulf, and the Bay. Loved the bay access-ladder to walk down into water-would bring snorkel and mask next time. For those that fish, easy to fish right off bay-just bring your fishing poles. Was very convenient to have the boat rental shacks right next to condo on bay side. Rented jet skis for family. Make sure to wear arm bands while on property-forgot and had to go get them after walking over bridge one day. Rented chair and umbrella at beach one day. If visit the area again, would stay at this condo again.

Our family has vacationed at this resort a few times and have loved it every time! There is so much to do with the bay, pools, lazy river, and beach! This particular unit that we rented this time provided everything for the 8 of us. The kitchen was fully stocked, full size washer & dryer were great, the decor is beautiful, and the beds were comfortable. The two balconies were awesome, too! We recommend starting on the bay side in the morning and then going to the beach for the late afternoon and evening. We saw lots of dolphins in the evening!

This was our first time using AirB&B as well as our first time booking a condo instead of hotel rooms. And we were glad we did! We loved the lazy river, view from the balcony, and the condo was very nice but still kid friendly. Plenty of space for 4 adults and 5 kids. The shower in the larger master bathroom felt soooo good. Having the walk way over the street to get to the beach was great as well. Going mid-September, the weather was still warm but not near as crowded.

Much needed vacation for husband and I and our kids (ages 14 and 9). Before booking this I had went back and forth with myself on whether to stay on bay side (with lazy river/pool) or beach side. Well I am so glad I chose the bay side. Not saying that the beach side was bad.....but the bay side fit our family and what we wanted better. We were close to everything and completely enjoyed the pool and lazy river on this side. We could fish there on the docks of the property on the bay side as well. We were only a few steps away from pool, bay, everything. The condo was very roomy for the 4 of us. And the pictures that are shown are exactly what to expect. Plenty of items in kitchen to use for meals and meal prep. The condo stayed nice and cool on very hot days. We had great view of pool/lazy river. Our beds were very comfortable in every single room. All of us were very happy with entire stay. Location of this condo is very close to Destin where we took advantage of doing some deep sea fishing, parasailing, shopping, dolphin tours, and hanging out at Margaritaville by the inlet there. There is a pier on the beach side that we took a walk on one evening and were able to see a young teenage boy catch and bring in a 5-6ft shark! And there was also a dolphin that was swimming around bottom of pier. So much to do and see around this condo's location. There is no way anyone can say that they are bored. My children are complainers and not ONE TIME did either of them complain that they were bored. We would definitely return.

We enjoyed our stay very much. It is a beautiful condo with very helpful owners. Check in is at 4 and since the cleaning company was running behind, we were not able to check in until 4:45 which was annoying but not the condo owners fault at all. Then once we went in, the condo was not clean. There were chips on the table, food on the floor under both couches, nothing had been dusted, just overall poor quality of cleaning. I contacted the owner and he was very helpful and sent a cleaning person back over who then cleaned for us. Besides that, we loved our stay. Beautiful pool area, close walk to the beach, over all we were extremely satisfied.

Wonderfully relaxing week! This condo is exactly as advertised! Soothing beach theme throughout...the complimentary beach cart and beach supplies are amazing! All you need are beach towels everything else is provided! Great view of the bay and the lazy river from the balcony! Clean, well maintained facility...easy access to the pools, beach, and bay for fishing..minutes to everything. Restaurants, Okaloosa Island pier, Gulfarium, and Putt-putt all within walking distance! Loved our stay here and would definitely recommend this unit to any family going to the gulf!

The condo is beautiful. It was clean and well maintained. Good location. The owner was easy to work with and always quick to respond when we had questions with the reservations. The kids loved the full bunk beds and access to Netflix. There were plenty of boogie boards and buckets for the beach. The pool was amazing, I am so happy we stayed on the bay side. The walk to the beach was easy (we had a 9 year old, two 5 year old, and an 11 month old). There is security present checking bands at the pool, they were extremely nice, especially with the kids. We will definitely stay here again!

We stayed here for Spring Break. The condo was beautifully decorated and clean. The condo had everything you needed for cooking and I noticed had several things for families with small children. It had easy access to the beach and we enjoyed the heated pools near the lazy river. If it had been a little warmer during our visit...we would have loved to lounge on the 2 big decks! You couldn't ask for anything better!

We originally chose a beach side unit. We found out the carpet was full of mold, couches felt dirty, the whole place was dirty. Contacted the rental company and they said there were no other units available and wouldn't refund us. We had a 10 month old who crawled and tried to put things in his mouth and a 3 yr old. Instead of staying there we contacted the owner of this unit last minute and he was more than happy to help. This unit was great. Unit was clean, updated and homey. Unit is very large. We had 4 adults and 2 kids and there was more than enough room. Would definitely stay here again.

This condo was better than even the pictures and the pictures are super nice!! It is very roomy and has lots of amenities. We never left the resort to eat. We ate in every meal. No need to leave. My children were entertained the entire time. They played in the lazy river, sat in the family spa, played in the splash pad, took a polar dip in the waterfall pool and enjoyed the beachside pool. Then we discovered the heated pool behind Alvin's Island and a wading pool for young kids. I was able to watch the sunset on the beach every night. They have one of the best lazy rivers I have ever been in. We even swam in the bay which is behind the condo and the water was so nice and clear. I even rented a paddle board and rode in the beautiful emerald green water on the beachside. My girls made homemade frappuccinos (there is a Keuriq and nice blender in the kitchen). I will definitely be back. I enjoyed an adult beverage at the tiki bar on the beach because all I had to do was walk back to my condo. I HIGHLY recommend this condo!! David is very attentive and nice to speak with. You can tell he really wants his guest to enjoy themselves.

My family had a great time staying at this property. There was tons of room, and the patio that overlooks the lazy river was great. The property is beautifully decorated and comfortable. If you have kids old enough to go to the pool by themselves, you can watch over them from the balcony while you relax. The owner gave us tons of recommendations, and we particularly liked Marina Cafe and Lulu's. We would definitely stay here again.

We rented David's condo for our sons baseball World Series and David was amazing from day one. From the minute we opened the door we all LOVED it!!!! The condo itself was so spacious and roomy. We had 2 families staying and everyone fit perfectly! I think everything we needed kitchen wise was there besides food. There were BBQing utensils, a crock-pot, pots, pans, etc. He had a Wii for the kids and cards to play. The condo itself was absolutely the cutest thing we have ever stayed in. David was so great with any questions we had and very prompt in responding to our texts. The walk to the beach was a little hike but an easy one and the water was absolutely beautiful. Our kids loved the lazy river and catching fish out of the bay! We fished off the pier a good bit. On our last day we rented a party barge from Fudpucker's and spent the whole day at crab island and surrounding areas looking for shells. That was the BEST day ever!! The condo itself is close enough to everything but far enough away to not be bothered by outside noise. Perfect for families as well as group getaways! We will definitely rent from him again next year!!!

We LOVE Destin West. This was our second year returning to this resort for vacation and it is a perfect family vacation spot. I can’t say a bad thing about the place. The resort is clean and all the staff are very pleasant. There are several pools to choose from, it never feels overcrowded. The kids love the lazy river! David was very easy to work with, very accommodating and easy to get a hold of. The condo is beautifully decorated with a beach theme. It is very spacious, there was plenty of room for our group of 8. The master suite is huge with a fantastic bathroom-plenty of bath towels. Keurig, Smart TV, Wii, WiFi- these conveniences made us feel like we were home! The full size washer and dryer was a plus, even on vacation laundry is necessary when traveling with little ones. The kitchen is stocked with everything you would ever need. The kids loved the large bunk beds and having their own TV. The balcony was large and very comfortable to relax on in the evening. The beach cart was a nice addition for our beach days. The resort has a sky walk to the beach and several beach side restaurants and just a short drive from everything Destin has to offer. This condo sure has spoiled us, I don’t think we will ever stay at a hotel ever again. My kids are already asking to go back, thank you for the memories. It was a fabulous trip, we did not want to go home!

Beautiful and Spacious!! This condo has everything you need and more to feel at home!! Beautifully decorated and we had plenty of room for all 8 of us! The beach cart loaded with chairs, cooler, umbrella and boogie board was perfect! Working with David was s pleasure- he was very accommodating and answered questions very quickly. Will most definitely stay here again! This resort is absolutely gorgeous!!
