Had an excellent stay. Unit was as advertised and offered plenty of space and privacy for our party of 6. Pool was great for the grandkids, and the location is a short drive to several dining and entertainment options. Highly recommend!

The condo was very clean and in a great location for getting to Fort Walton Beach or Destin. We loved the pools and lazy river. The balcony was perfect for sunrise and sunset. We would definitely recommend staying here! Make sure you bring your own beach towels and coffee though!

We really enjoyed our stay. Pools, hot tubs and lazy river was great.
The unit had inflatables, beach chairs, umbrellas sand toys and a wagon.
The access to the beach is a walkway bridge over the highway. It is about a 10 minute walk. The beach is gorgeous. Dolphins seen from the shore. Be sure a walk the pier at sunset.

609 was a great stay for a weekend getaway to the beach. The unit was clean and spacious, we appreciated 2 king beds and the lazy river was a great way to unwind and relax. The view from the room is mainly of the lazy river and bag side. I wish they provided beach towels, just one more thing to pack while traveling. Great stay, would recommend.

My only complaint would be it wasn’t as clean as I would hope when we got there. There was an open, used bar of soap in the shower upon arrival and the dishes absolutely require being washed before being used. Other than that, it was perfect and I would absolutely book again.

Our unit at Heron was perfect for our family of 5. The decor was tasteful, furniture and the beds were comfortable and everything worked as expected. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and viewing the bay and lazy river, especially at night. The 11 yr old boys were happy as they got to fish from the pier every night. Everyday we made the walk to the beach via the overhead walkway. It was a 5-6 minute walk and very manageable even at 69 yrs old. I can't say enough positive things about the Resort and the Unit. It was wonderful! I want to mention the Rental Co., Coastal Vibe. They were excellent! I highly recommend this Unit and this vacation rental company.

We LOVED our stay at Destin West Bayside. We stayed for a full week and the condo was perfect and had everything we needed. It was extremely clean and the views from each balcony were beautiful. We were able to get early check in and moving our belongings to the room was very easy with the use of the carts provided and the elevator. We had the pool to ourselves for at least 2-3 hours every single day we stayed. It’s a huge area outside by the pools and lazy river so everyone is spread out and it doesn’t feel crowded. The employees were so kind and checked on us while they were cleaning and maintaining the area. The bay was beautiful and we were able to walk out and find shells and even a few hermit crabs! Easy walk to the beach!This was a last minute find for us when our other AirBNB was a fail. We booked the night before at 11:30 pm and they accommodated us and had us an early check in the room that next morning! I can’t say enough great things about this place we will stay again!!!!!

We had a great stay in Ft. Walton, West Destin condo’s. The condo was really nice with great views of the resort pools/lazy river. Huge outdoor patio. Great access to beach across street. My grand girls loved playing in the sand. Water is chilly in March but the weather temperature awesome. Highly recommend this for a family vacation!Wouldthisthis condo!

This condo was perfect! Loved the jetted tub in the unit! We loved the pools. The condo had everything we needed and then some! The balcony set up was awesome for our family of 4. Had such a great time here at destin west! The room was very clean and spacious! We come here every year and we love it! It looks out onto the lazy river! Our rooms were perfect! It was very spacious, clean, well equipped, and the decor was very pleasing. Our property was a corner room so we had a large wrap around balcony. There was plenty of room so that even when it was raining we could sit out there without getting wet. The view from our balcony was spectacular, looking over the pool and lazy river and the bay. Loved our time there!

We enjoyed our family time in a beautiful area that never felt over crowded. Lots of pool and ocean time! A place that we felt at home in with all the amenities needed. Staff was very responsive with questions. We enjoyed donut shops with our toddlers along with many family friendly restaurants that served great food.

Our stay was fantastic! We got into the area early and found out we were able to check in early which was helpful! The location was great views were fantastic as well! Within walking distance of the boardwalk. The whole condo was big enough for our stay and had everything we needed. It was spacious and clean we felt right at home. Overall would stay at the same place again!

We had a great week. Condo had great views of bayside and Gulfside. Shopping and restaurants were very close to the condo. We had a kitchen item break on our first morning, we put in a request and literally had a replacement within 1 hour. Super responsive and detailed information provided.
