Destin West - Heron 409

This stay was absolutely amazing! It was perfectly spacious for 3 kids and 2 adults! There was everything we could’ve needed to cook breakfast and other meals! The started kits for the laundry and dish washer was much appreciated. This room specifically had a balcony for the bunk room, and the master bedroom, which we loved a lot! The GIANT balcony in the living room was a huge hit especially considering it looked right over the beautiful lazy river.
The place was clean and very beautiful.
We were able to walk to the mini boardwalk area of Okaloosa Island which had a few shops and a few major restaurants that looked out to the beach. We love that!
We would absolutely recommend this place!

Me and my brother and my teen kids had an absolute blast. It was the best vacation. The only thing I would change is to stay closer to the beach

Very spacious condo. The whole party enjoyed the lazy river. We felt like that was a unique experience from other condos in the area. The hosts were very responsive. We did experience a leak from a clogged AC line but the team had it handled within 45 mins. Would stay here again.

Property was well apointed. Location was perfect for teens to explore the lazy river and pools. Overall excellent value for the money. I really loved relaxing on the balcony while kids were playing in the lazy river.

From the first day to the last, it was wonderful! The unit was comfortable, with enough space for everyone to relax, and a kitchen large enough to cook Christmas dinner.
It would have been nice to have a casual seating area on the balcony, but the large outdoor table worked great for us at meal times
The kids had a blast in the pools, although I wish the lazy river was heated (thankfully the other pools are), and we had a great time in the outdoor spaces.
Lots of things to do, although not a very easily walkable location. You can walk across the bridge and then down the beach, but it wasn’t clearly stated as to how to do that (we figured it out). Make sure you wear your bracelets if you do go to the beach, we had to go back and get ours.
Everyone was really friendly, and helpful! We forgot a couple of items when we left and have been working with the company to retrieve them.
All in all, a fantastic experience! We would absolutely come back!

This was a last minute decision to book the trip. The dates & times worked out perfectly. We loved the location of the property, not in the hustle & bustle of Destin but plenty of stuff to do. Everyone loved the lazy river and pool. The beach access was easy to get too. We had an issue with the washing machine, and this was handled incredibly fast and within 2 hours a new washer was installed and working. Everything was top notch, and I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a beach destination.

We loved our stay! The condo was clean and spacious and had more than your average condo rental (multiple streaming services, wagon, beach chairs, pack and play, extra mattresses, etc!) It was a short walk to the beach and to multiple pools, which was a huge plus.

We loved this place! Everything was very clean and well taken care of. We had a baby with us and it was so helpful that they provided a pack and play and high chair. Kitchen had everything we needed when we stayed in and when we went out there was plenty of restaurants near by. We absolutely loved our view of the bay and the lazy river/pools. The kids loved the pool area so much. The beach is just a short walk across the sky bridge. We definitely would love to come back here again!
