The private rooftop jacuzzi sealed the deal for us. We loved soaking in it under the stars at night and again in the morning before starting our day. It also didn't hurt to have a jacuzzi tub inside as well.
Great views. Spacious. Quiet. Some mentioned in previous reviews the sound of the road nearby. It wasn't anything a sound machine at night- and the sound of the Gulf- didn't drown out.

Such an amazing stay!!! We loved the close proximity to so many tasty restaurants and the breath taking views from the penthouse. The only thing is the location, from where the condo sits you can hear the steady stream of cars coming and going. This is no fault to the condo or the owners, just something to consider :)

We have been staying at Destin West for 11 years using Coastal Vibes the last 3 years with multiple bookings per year. We will not use another company at this point. Coastal Vibes is very easy to work with and kind with every interaction. Their units are very nice, clean, and updated. Highly recommend!

We stayed in Gulf sidePH4, it was really perfect for us, beach was right there. The lazy river and amenities on bay side was a little walk, kinda awkward thru a parking garage, but not terrible. Don’t forget to bring your own beach towels. There are no restaurants or bars on the property btw. We had a private hot tub on the roof which was amazing!! The temp was great and relaxing, honestly the jets were not up to par for our unit, but definitely not a deal breaker. The only other complaint for us wound be the floor to ceiling sliding door on our unit had obviously lost its seal on the dbl pane glass and was not impressive and hard to see out of, 3 other floor to ceiling panes were fine. We really enjoyed the sunrise every morning and sunset viewing from the rooftop were always amazing. All in all it was a really great place to stay and cook our own meals when we wanted. The pier is close, we walked the beach for miles every day. The sands and water was so beautiful. Just perfect!

Place was absolutely wonderful and as described. We took our one year old down for his first beach trip. The amenities were great and there's everything you'd possibly need for staying in to cook if needed. Beach was a quick walk, the pools were beautiful, and restaurants are also within walking distance. There was a good bit of night life close by as well. Host was incredibly fast with their responses. Highly recommend!

Had a wonderful week here with my teenager for spring break. We met up with friends in town and the kids enjoyed using the pool and spa or just heading down to the beach. We really appreciated the reasonable hours for the amenities (we've stayed at some resorts where everything closes too early). Ft. Walton Beach isn't very pedestrian-friendly but this area had restaurants and shops for teenagers to walk to. I took a nap on the balcony every day and loved seeing the bay from my bed in the morning. We ordered pizza and had no trouble getting delivery to our door. I used the gym a couple times--it's small, but well-equipped. Plentiful parking in the garage. Overall, just a convenient, lovely place to stay.

It was fantastic to have the hot tub when the days were cool during Spring Break. Coastal Vibes took care of requests in a timely manner. It was super to have a full size washer and dryer to help out with the laundry. We would definitely rent this condo again.

Great place and location, villa had everything you need for an enjoyable stay. Great amenities, and short walk with direct access to beach. We only had one slight hiccup when we got there, the villa is on the 6th floor and that was not on the instructions, however we called the help number and Jen was extremely helpful and so kind. This condo had everything needed for a great stay. First of all, was clean, spacious, well appointed, with quality upgrades. (NOT a cheap DIY attempt as we have seen in some other condos.) The balcony was spacious, with a great view of both the bay and the gulf. Plus the roof view with hot tub was very nice. There were a couple minor maintenance issues but JT with Maintenance was very quick to take care of it. He was also a wealth of information on good spots to visit and eat at. We have already booked again.

We had an incredible honeymoon stay in Fort Walton! The condo was beautifully maintained, with a cozy and modern decor that made us feel right at home. One of the absolute highlights was the rooftop hot tub – soaking in it under the stars was unforgettable and felt like our own private paradise.
The location was perfect – secluded enough to give us privacy and peace, but still close enough to Destin that we could easily head over for all the activities and dining. It was the best of both worlds, providing a quiet retreat while keeping the fun within reach.
While everything was very clean and comfortable, we did notice a few minor things housekeeping missed, like a used contact lens on the nightstand. However, we completely understand that housekeepers are human and small oversights can happen – it didn’t affect our overall experience at all.
All in all, we had an amazing time and felt so lucky to have this beautiful place for our honeymoon. We’re already looking forward to booking h

Great Condo! For starters place the place was very clean. The pictures don’t do it justice, especially the views. Communication was top notch from booking until I checked out….And of course the rooftop terrace and hot tub were perfect. I’d definitely book again.

It’s a beautiful condo where you can see both the sunrise and sunset. It is right on the beach and within 10-15 minutes of most anything you want to do. We had a great time! The kitchen was wonderful with almost anything as far as dishes you wanted. We also loved having the washer and dryer huge plus! Thanks so much for hosting us!

We love Destin West, The PH4 units is the nicest unit that we have visited so far and the host was quick to respond to us when we had a small concern during our stay. I don't think you can beat the location of this complex. We will be back next year. Our kids are already trying to make plans with some of the friends they met this year.

This is a great property. The location is perfect, right outside of Destin madness but equivalent beaches. The view is perfection, we had no idea from the picture how nice it would be. The amenities were great for all age groups with multiple pools and beach set up. Communication with the property manager was above and beyond expectation. This BNB was the best I have ever rented. The space was amazing the view was amazing. The location was just perfect between Destin and the fort Walton bars and restaurants. The rooftop sunsets were almost as beautiful as the sunrises visible from the king master bed!

Beautiful place and location. looking to return in warmer weather. Everything was as expected. Had a hard time finding it. It was actually the first place we looked. Upacked our clothes into the dresser, they must be new because all our clothes had sawdust on them (simple fix would be to wipe them out) Hot tub was definitely nice, especially at this time of year!
