Loved the views! Very roomy and clean. We loved the beach chairs that were included on private beach. All the amenities felt like being at home, made our stay so comfortable. Perfect distance to local places and to have a quiet place to relax at night. Just can’t say enough for this place.

We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation with Coastal Vibes Vacations at Destin West this past June. The condo, the location, and the amenities truly made this a 5-star vacation. We appreciated the roomy condo, the lazy river, the other pools, the beach chairs and umbrella, and the access to the beach. Customer service was excellent - they answered and/or addressed our concerns in a prompt and courteous manner. We highly recommend a vacation with Coastal Vibes and hope to return in the future!

Great location! Minutes to beach! Loved that the place came with chairs and umbrella (we have had to pay for these in the past at other places). Great layout, felt roomy! Love that the bunk room had a door! Great furniture and comfy beds!

Always a pleasure when we stay at Destin West. You can literally never have to leave if you didn't want to. Boardwalk is a short walk on the beach to restaurants and shops. Peaceful.

We loved our visit to the Destin area. The accommodations were perfect for our needs. We attended a wedding reception right next door at The Islands Hotel. The Airbnb was spacious, had beach chair service available each day and we were able to hang out with all the guest staying at the hotel. We will definitely be back.

The location was great—walkable to a few restaurants, only a few minutes drive to Publix, and easily drivable to the hustle and bustle of Destin. The beach was beautiful, especially if you walk down a bit into the preserved area without any developments. The condo was the perfect size for our party of 3 adults and 2 kids. We didn’t use it a lot, but the kitchen was incredibly well stocked with everything except spices. There wasn’t beach service like advertised, but it was fine as there were chairs and an umbrella in the condo. The kids enjoyed ending each day in the heated pool. The host was very responsive.

Everything went well, from the check-in, size of rooms, view, and use of everything in the unit and on the property. I enjoyed the balcony and its views for relaxing coffee in the morning. The free beach service was easy to reserve every morning and helped allow us some comforting shade at times. The boardwalk and pier were walkable and we often ate and shopped there and walked the pier! We loved seeing so much sea life off the pier. The lazy river was also amazing! Our family is 17 year old to 25 year olds and everyone loved it all. I would definitley book here again!

This was my second time staying here. Everything was very nice. They had gotten a new washer and dryer since our last visit. The only thing I could recommend is having a few more towels and washcloths.

We stayed a week with our 2 kids and a family friend. We enjoyed the spacious condo - it was comfortable and clean, has a great view of the beach and the pool, easy parking and the access to daily beach chairs was a nice amenity! It's walking distance to the Boardwalk and while we didn't spend time on they bay side, it's an easy walk across the bridge to go enjoy a day at the lazy river! The condo was just as pictured and had everything we needed! Lots of things to do close by and it was perfect to walk up the beach for entertainment! Only unfortunate thing was the unseasonably cool weather to start off our week mid March. Week started out in high 50's but ended in the mid 70's in time for us to leave. The unheated pools were way too cold to enjoy, as was the Gulf. But the scenery and condo were spectacular and the sun was bright every day so that made up for it! Would visit again when we could be assured of warmer water to enjoy. Heated pools and hot tubs were a plus!

We really enjoyed staying this Condo. It was very bright and nicely equipped. Absolutely loved sitting on the balcony and watching the beautiful view of the ocean. it was also nice being to have the complimentary chairs and umbrella on the beach. we also enjoyed the Gulfside and Bayside pool areas. Unfortunately the water at the beach had a lot of Seagrass and didn't really clear up until our last day, but we made the best of it.

We stayed in Gulfside unit 308 from 6/4/2022-6/11/2022. The unit was clean, beautifully decorated and the kitchen was well stocked. The location is perfect. You can walk to the pier, restaurants, shops, etc. Having the bridge to cross over to the bay side was wonderful. We utilized it many times to get to Rick's on the Island and the docks. If you book this unit, you will not be disappointed!

This is my second time booking through Coastal Vibe Vacations and was the second pleasant experience. The condo was beautiful and well-stocked. Beds were comfy as was the sectional couch in the living room. Coastal Vibe is always quick to respond when I email with questions-either before or during the stay. Some additional perks-two beach chairs and an umbrella are included every day with your stay. This would cost $40 per day if it wasn't included. The condo also had beach and pool toys that we were able to use and we appreciated that-buckets, shovels, boogie boards, a football, etc. In general I like the Destin West as it is walking distance to a beach bar next door at The Island Hotel and it is also walking distance to the beach-front restaurants and shops at The Boardwalk. Thanks Coastal Vibe for another great vacation!

We loved the condo. It was nice clean and comfortable. Few minor issue that I'm sure Coastal Vibes will address. Guest shower needs to have pipes looked at for slow drainage, they need some extra towels and wash cloths added to the condo and definitely need a new blender. We will definitely return to the condo in the future and highly recommended using Coastal Vibes!

Great trip and a great place to stay for the week! We came in expecting a tropical storm the first day and was able to get in our room a tad early to miss the rain that ultimately missed us to find a welcoming place to enjoy ourselves for our vacation! Clean very nice and entertainment to keep you busy when resting after spending all day at the beach or pool! Easy access to all the amenities and family used the on site gym and said it had everything they need to workout and more. Great communication all around and will definitely look into staying here next year!

We have stayed at this resort before. It seems to have aged a bit since our last visit. One elevator (closest to beach) was broken so we took the stairs most of the time. The large pool was not heated so water was on the cold side, (atleast for us.) The pools were all well cared for. The location of the unit to the pool and beach can’t be beat! This unit itself was perfect for our party of 4 adults. It was nice to have two private baths. The appliances were all good quality and worked great. Beds were comfortable. The view was amazing. The basic supplies left were ample and there were lots of towels. Even on nights with a lot of activity and noise outside we had no issues with noise in the unit. Overall the unit could use some updating but was still quite comfortable. We will be back!

This was our first time to the Destin area and we were looking for somewhere quiet for my family to relax (and have fun!) to do remote work and school for a few weeks. We loved the condo and area! The condo was very nicely decorated and fit my family well and my young kids had so much fun in the little bunk room. It was a small space but worked perfect for them. There were not any desks but we made due with the little table and counter, but most people shouldn’t be working on vacation! There was also plenty of sand toys which was a nice bonus! The deck has nice furniture for relaxin and place was wonderful :-) We really lucked out that it was November and we’re told that up until the second week it was extremely packed full of people but all had just left so it was very quiet. Most of the condos were empty in the complex. The only negative was that there was a floor cleaner sandblasting the floor for about 5 days that was very disruptive for work/school meetings, it would have been nice to have a heads up that the work was going to be done. The beach was AMAZING and proximity of the building was great. It’s one of the last ones on the island towards Destin so it was fairly secluded if you walked in the beach in that direction. Since it was the off season in November it was fairly empty, not sure if I could handle the crowds here at other times. The pools were quite cold aside from the two we found that were heated. When the kids could brave the frigid lazy river they really enjoyed it. It’s about a 5-10 minute walk across the complex. Easy check in and for the few questions we had the property manager was very responsive, thanks! Overall, we loved our off season stay here and will definitely stay again when we head to the Destin area.

We are a repeat visitor and will be back hopefully very soon! Although, our vacation was very last minute everything was smooth and simple which is just what we needed. As usual there was plenty of sunshine, beach, and pool time. The unit is always clean and well maintained. The new couch is comfy and fabulous and we love the new outside seating and tables. We spent mornings and evenings sitting on the patio watching the waves and enjoying the sounds of the ocean. Everything is beautiful, comfortable and we feel like it's a home away from home. Beautiful ocean view from the deck and easy close beach access. The beach is clean white sand and you can venture 100 yards out into the ocean as the slope is gentle and slow. On calm days there are practically no waves. Most days had a good breeze and perfect waves for body surfing. The beach service with chairs and umbrella is great and the boardwalk out to the beach is well kept with hoses for cleaning off the sand on the way back. Very nice pool and hot tub as well. We were here in early November off season so we were spoiled with plenty of space on the beach and exclusive use of the pool and hot tub. I felt like we owned the whole resort. The unit was very nice and comfortable as well. The attached parking ramp keeps the car out of the sun and safe. There are endless things to do close by with great food everywhere. The layout and operation of this resort make it a low stress easy to relax place to visit. We fully enjoyed our week stay.

What an amazing week! After getting our daughter married off, we needed a break. This unit was amazing to say the least! Everything was so clean and very well stocked, oh and the view!!! We have stayed in the bayside before and always loved it until now. It will be gulfside from now on and 308 will be out top choice. Thanks David once again for making our trip so relaxing.

This was our third time staying in 308. It is beautifully decorated and has everything you could possibly need. This was our first time staying in the summer so it was a lot busier but pool and ocean were warmer which was a plus. We love staying at Destin West for the location and the wonderful property! We will continue to stay here. David is always nice and prompt in his responses and calls. We can't wait to come back!

We had a great time. We did hear that there have been a lot of break in to cars this summer and that the camera in the parking deck do not work. So, it would be nice if they upped the security.

The car break ins were an isolated incident and the resort has approved a significant investment into security cameras to help deter it from happening again. It was easy for my family especially with my son in a wheelchair. We all had a great time and loved seeing the ocean every morning. Also loved walking to Rockin Tacos a great place to eat. This was the only thing that would be hard to navigate a wheelchair so we did take turns going.

Room 308 at Destin west was immaculate. Beautifully decorated our 3 little kids and my wife loved our stay there. Very functional and David had everything we needed to get through our week. This condo was tastefully decorated, clean and very well stocked with all the essentials needed for our stay. From the moment we arrived we were greeted with lovely people who assured us our stay would be wonderful, and if not they would take care of it immediately. You won’t go wrong staying in condo 308 as your view of the pool and ocean are amazing. Plenty of activities and area attractions make this a vacation destination for years to come. If we had to list a complaint it would be the weather, we wish it would had been a tad warmer however certainly not something the owner could control 🙂 We will be returning no doubt.

Condo is beautifully decorated and clean. Plenty of room for our family of five and we all slept great as the beds are comfortable. The kids loved the addition of the xbox. I travel with a lot of food so the pantry is great for stashing everything so it isn't in the way. The kitchen has nice stainless appliances and it was great having a Keurig for our morning coffee. We love the lazy river and the giant pool. The beach was beautiful as always and we even spotted a couple dolphins from the balcony. We definately will be back!!!

Destin west gulf side 308 is a great condo that has been updated. It has everything you need. It has plenty of nice dishes and silverware. It is the perfect place to stay.walking distance to great places to eat. Has really nice pools.

Our family of 5 fit comfortably in this beautifully decorated condo. I loved how clean everything was and the appliances were brand new. The condo had everything we needed and was very much like home. We loved being on the 3rd floor because we had same floor access to parking and the skywalk to the lazy river. Our kids loved to hang out in the evenings in the pool and lazy river. Also, the view from the deck was great and we had breakfast and coffee looking out at the gulf. We all slept soundly as we found the beds to be very comfortable. I'm pretty picky as I don't typically sleep well but I did here, I told my husband it was like sleeping on a cloud. We rented a pontoon boat from someone recommended by the owner and had a great time snorkeling in the bay. We will be back next year!!

The only thing I could say is that the bed in the master bedroom is very lumpy and definitely needs a new mattress other then that it was fantastic and so pretty and has everything you need just like home. The floors are beautiful and tastefully decorated!! We all loved it and hated to have to leave.

Hi Tim! We are thrilled to hear that you enjoyed your vacation and loved the condo. Late October and Early November are some of my favorite times to visit the area as well... no crowds and great weather. The Master Bedroom Set and Serta Mattress were purchased in May of 2017 when we remodeled... I'll have the mattress checked and also verify the bed frame is intact. Ensuring a comfortable night's sleep is important to us! We look forward to seeing you back in 2018. =)

The condo was the perfect size and was decorated very nicely. We had no issues getting it reserved, and there were no problems worth notifying the management about once we got there. If you've never stayed at Destin West before, it is great for kids, and there are a few choices of restaurants within walking distance. My only complaint with Destin West is the crowded beach, but it is to be expected at such a popular area.

This was our family's first stay at Destin West, and from what I could tell we had one of the best condos in the building. Everything was newly-remodeled - and styled quite nicely at that. The condo was quite spacious which took the stress out of being in a condo with a decent-sized family, and it was well furnished. The location of this condo in the building was ideal from our standpoint as well. David, the manager, worked with us to accommodate our rater last-minute reservation, and also made sure we had everything we needed in the condo prior to arrival. We definitely would like to come back!
