Destin West - Gulfside 210

We absolutely love being there. The pool and the beaches are extremely clean and nice. Our unit was as described and very pretty love the cookware and the beds were very comfortable. Maintance was quick to respond when I asked them to trim back the palm trees where we could see. We will return as this was our second time to stay in the complex. We had the best vacation when we came to Destin and a big reason is because of where we stayed. The condo had everything you could want when it came to the kitchen supplies, pool floats and beach chairs. It was such a wonderful treat to just reserve our beach umbrella each day and not have to worry about paying for it or if we were going to be able to get one. The beach is so close (5-minute walk) that it was easy to go inside for lunch and then back out to the beach. The pools were great, and we were within walking distance of some restaurants and bars with good food and live music. We were only 10–15-minute drive from the boardwalk in Destin, Crab Island, Santa Rosa beach, etc. We will definitely be back.

Where do I begin. This was the best vacation ever . The condo was so clean and everyone that works there was polite. It was almost like a dreamland . From the beautiful private beach to the beautiful swimming pools cold and warm. Also a very inviting hot tub. We will be booking this every year and have made this our vacation home away from home. If you are looking for a breathtaking get away please book this lovely condo … The owners communicated the whole time to make our arrival and trip flawless. I wish I could give a 10 star rating but the highest is 5 !!!!! We love Destin

First time staying in Ft. Walton. Condo was absolutely perfect, cutely decorated and very spacious for our family of four. Definitely could've had more people stay with us. Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. The only suggestion I'd have is for housekeeping to run a mop over the floors after every booking. Our socks were black after walking around in there. And double check the dishes. There were a few dirty plates in the cupboard so I decided to run all the dishes through the dishwasher before using. Plenty of beach chairs and toys on the patio though we never used any. Mainly lounged by the pool and a little bit at the beach due to the weather being a little bit chilly the first week of March. Two free beach chairs and umbrella rental for the week was a nice perk! Don't forget to bring your own beach towels or you'll be having to go buy some like we did. Just know that the lazy river is on the other side of the street so you have to take the crosswalk to get to it. This condo is on the beach side which is what we wanted so it was perfect for us. We never even used the lazy river or the huge pool outside this condo. Neither are heated and were way too cold for this time of year. The little pool by the parking lot was super warm, but it was small and by the parking lot LOL! The only two things we actually wanted to use we couldn't. This is the only complaint I have about the grounds. They really should heat these things in the cooler months so people can actually use them! I loved the location. Way more laid back than the Destin area. I would definitely stay here again, but when the weather is warmer so we can actually use the pool and lazy river.

This place is excellent!!! The setup is perfect for a family. Two king size bedrooms and the bunk room is very comfortable for the kids. The kitchen has all that is needed for a home-cooked meal. The location is very nice. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a nice family getaway.

We had a great time at Gulfside 210! We didn't have any issues at the condo for our family of 8 plus a toddler. There was quite a bit of beach toys available on the balcony. We left a few new boogie boards and a volleyball for future guests! The ocean was gorgeous and we enjoyed having the reserved chairs everyday. Great senior trip for my son!

It was a fabulous trip! From the Condo, Resort, Beach, Gorgeous water, Perfect weather and the friendliness of staff as well as locals! We loved Destin and will be back next year! ❤️🙌 Just as a sidebar note, the front entrance of condo (doormat) was not clean. Lent, trash on it and around that area, same for the porch. May need to check behind cleaning crew. First night after I gave my granddaughter a bath she was inside walking barefoot when it came time for bed I had to wash her feet because they were black. I checked mine because I had taken my sandals off and mine were the same. Now the title floor looked clean don't get me wrong on that, but if you walked on barefoot your feet got dirty and that was starting the first night there. Everyone wore sandals the rest of week inside after we took our baths. Thank you so much for a wonderful time!

This was not a planned vacation, but it was a much-needed "Get Away." The condo was in excellent condition. It was a home away from home. Everything you could possibly need was right at your fingertips. We had an amazing time lounging on the balcony overlooking the pool and the beach. The beach crew members and even the maintenance attendant "JT" provided outstanding customer service. They answered all my questions and more. I would highly recommend this condo for your next vacation or getaway.

This is absolutely the BEST! The condo is roomy and has every perk you can imagine. The kitchen is well stocked with anything you could possible need. The beds are so comfortable. We love everything about the resort. The pools are amazing. The lazy river is just that...perfect for being lazy. Everything is so clean upon arrival. It's like home away from home. Condo was super nice decorate very well with all the amenities roomy for the 4 adults and 4 children very clean upon arrival. loved the short walk to the beach and to the pier and Restautant's on the beach. pool was great kids loved it. Destin west is a very nice place to stay and the walk over bridge to the bay side was also great for the lazy river and zero entry pool. Rented a pontoon from Ricks across the street to crab island great place also.

We stayed in gulf side unit 210 from 6/4/22 to 6/11/22. The unit was very clean, beautifully decorated and the kitchen was well stocked. One thing to note is you won't have a view of the ocean. Your view is of the pool. That did not take away from our stay. The location is perfect! You can walk to restaurants, shops, etc. Check in and out was easy and any questions were answered promptly. Highly recommend!

What a beautiful condo and location!! It was very spacious and perfect for the 3 of us. Everything was well stocked for cooking breakfast each morning. The beds are extremely comfortable in every room. Loved the modern white leather living room furniture and the electric reclining loveseat added a extra touch of comfort to this already cozy space. The view from the balcony was gorgeous each evening with the beach off in the distance and the lighting of the pool against the palms. We were within walking distance to The Boardwalk where we enjoyed dinner @ The Crab Trap and Rockin Tacos and also did some shopping. Everything else is a short uber ride to The Harbor Walk (Crab Island, Bo Shamps , etc...) or Destin Commons (more shopping -lol). I would definitely book another stay here!!

We had a great girls weekend with 2 of my best friends and one of their husbands! Our stay was awesome at the condo with a beautiful view from the patio overlooking the pool and you can see the ocean and hear the waves! The condo was very clean and we had plenty of room for all of our things. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had all the appliances we needed. We loved gulfside 210, close to main elevator and short walk to pools and beach. Very clean unit, nicely decorated. Needs more large coffee mugs, but other than that had everything we needed. Beds super comfortable. Wish the balcony was more spacious, was cramped with all the furniture. And unfortunately being on the second level, not good ocean views bc of palm trees. Resort has alot to offer! Several restaurants in walking distance and put put. We were under the impression that the grado bar/pool was part of Destin West resort but it's actually the hotel next door. We still were able to walk over and enjoy even though we didn't have the correct armbands. We have already booked for the fall staying bayside.

I highly recommend this place! The place was clean and very nice. It's in a great area and lots of restaurants within walking distance. The kids loved playing putt putt, go carts and the arcade that was right near the place as well. Great place for any family to enjoy a nice family vacation!

We came to Ft. Walton for a wedding and stayed for vacation. This place was the perfect space for our family. It was close to the beach, my son loved the pools and hot tub and we all loved being able to have quality family time in a beautiful space. We have visited Ft. Everything was great inside the condo. Walk ways/tile to the condo where not kept clean. The elevator had a problem all week. Wanted get hung up on 3rd floor. Heated pool was broke all week. Other than that I guess we would try it again

We enjoyed our week vacation more than we can say. The condo was beyond what we imagined! It is so beautiful and very comfortable. We enjoyed the views from the balcony. I have never seen a kitchen that contained everything as this one. The spa was great to relax in and enjoy the outdoors. The beach is a short walk so seeing sunrises & sunsets were very enjoyable! This was one of our favorite Condo rentals we have ever stayed. With two small children sometimes going on a family vacation can mean so much work! This rental made it easy with beach chairs, sand toys, Roku on all TVs and plenty of towels / hairdryer onsite. The beaches were just gorgeous and we loved being on the water even though it was quite chilly somedays. We also, unfortunately got food poisoning from the hotel next door and didn't mind being bound to the condo for two straight days thanks to those comfortable beds! Great stay- would definitely come back!

The property was ideally located for the beach, shopping and dining. Loved the decor. The amenities were an added bonus. Would rent this property again in the future.

This condo had all the comforts from home (Netflix/roku/tv, washer/dryer, large fridge/freezer, kitchen/supplies, large bathrooms, comfy beds, etc). This is really nice when traveling with family and friends. I only wished they allowed or had a propane grill on the deck because I don’t like charcoal small grills that they had. I understand though probably for safety they don’t have those. Was so glad they had heated pools because we went early March when the water was still cold. So it was really nice! Also loved how the beach chairs and umbrellas were included with our stay. Was a short walk to the beach and the sand and water is so beautiful here.

We came over our fall break and had the best time! The condo was spotless and very nicely decorated. The kitchen was well stocked. I even borrowed a book for the beach :) Highly recommend and will be coming back!

The condo is in a convenient location. While roaming at the beach, resort pool or lazy river, all of which were fabulous, it was quick and easy to make pit stops in the room for essentials. The bedding was comfortable. We would definitely stay here again. The property manager was quick to respond when we needed information. One amenity that would improve the stay is a little more non-stick cookware.

We rented the condo last minute. It was so easy and fast. We had no problems with check in or check out. We loved that the patio faced the pool and the beach was a short walk away. Very nice condo and would love to stay again.

This condo was absolutely amazing. Well decorated and new Appliances. The beds was very comfortable. It was very spacious and very clean. My favorite thing was the master room has it own sliding door leading out to the patio. 210 Gulfside was in a perfect location from the beach and the Pool.... Mr. David made checking-in a breeze. No hassle with Foolin with the front office.. just enter your Code and everything is in your room wristbands and all.. The only thing that I was kind of confused on was the beach service it said it came with two chairs and a pull cart which was there. But on the way home reading a review on the person who stayed there before me stated that it was actually free beach service on the beach which is a total Plus.... which was no big deal because we brought our own chairs and pop up tent.. so if your thinking about staying at 210 Gulfside please do you won't be disappointed.. we're already planning our next trip for this year to stay in the same Condo... Our stay was Memorial Day week2019

We were very pleased with gulfside 210. The location was perfect and easy access to the beach. We usually stay across the street, but I do believe I like the gulf side better. David was very easy to work with and very quick to respond to any questions I had. He even texted me to let me know that the room was cleaned early and ready which was great because we always drive through the night with little kids. The beds were AMAZING! My parents went with us and they are usually very picky and they were even saying how comfortable the bed and pillows were! The kitchen was well stocked. If I had to say anything bad, the TV was confusing. I’m not sure if it had cable. It had a roku remote which includes Netflix and other channels like that. It could have very well had cable, but over our heads how to pull it up. However, it was not a big deal because I did not come on vacation to watch TV. Also it was a misunderstanding about the beach chairs. In the descriptions it said that he provided 2 beach chairs. When we got there I seen the 2 beach chairs on the balcony and assumed that’s what he meant. However on the 2nd day my mom went down to rent 3 beach chairs and was only charged for 1. We thought it was a mess up with the beach rental service. I went the next day to rent 4 chairs and found out that 2 chairs were included with the room. If I would have known, we could have booked the chairs for the whole time. I would recommend this condo and would book again for future vacations.

This was a wonderful condo fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. The location of the condo was so great! The owners were more than helpful and responded immediately to all questions before we arrived! Once we got to Destin west we noticed that the wristbands were missing and the owners immediately had someone there to replace them! We had a wonderful stay at DW 210 and can’t wait to return!
