Took son and family for vacation. Wonderful choice for everyone. Kids loved beach, pool, and access to lazy river. Adults loved access to Boardwalk, beach and amenities of condo...couldn't beat convenience of 1st floor with patio and direct access to pool. Condo was well equipped with everything you could want from blenders to iron and board to hair dryer and curling iron...if you needed it, it was there! Can't wait to return!

This unit was well equipped with everything you need for a vacation, had comfortable sleeping accommodations, including a door to the bunkbed room. We enjoyed the extra amenitie of 2 beach chairs and umbrella set up for us everyday at the beach. We already book this unit again in the fall it was so good!

The property was perfect for our party. We were in the gulf side and right outside the pool. We had a gate directly to the pool. The property even came with tubes, beach toys, etc. We will definitely be back!

We were blessed with perfect weather for our week stay. Condo is well equipped and the location is perfect. Being on the first floor gave us great access to the beach, hot tub, and pool as well as easy to come and go as needed to the car with covered parking. Within walking distance to restaurants and plenty of shopping options. The booking and entering the condo for the first time was effortless and we were actually able to get in early. Leaving was a breeze too as all you have to do is take out the trash and put any dishes in the dishwasher.

This condo is everything you would want to make your vacation perfect. From a beautiful interior to a huge patio right next to the pool. The condo is very spacious and is beautifully decorated. The kitchen is fully equipped with any appliance you would need. Working with the Coastal Vibe team is always a pleasure. They are friendly and very helpful. We have rented from them numerous times and always have had a wonderful experience. Thanks for making our vacation perfect.

We had a wonderful week at Destin West. Gulfside 108 has pool access from the porch, which was great for our kids. It is just a short walk out to the beach. We loved the included beach service- you just have to get out there early to get a front row. The owner was very quick to respond to questions and needs. We have stayed at Destin West several times and love the family friendly atmosphere.

We loved Destin West Gulf 108. The condo was well stocked with everything you need. We loved the convenience to pools, gulf, close parking and spacious patio. We saw so many great sunsets from the boardwalk leading to the beach. There are also several restaurants within walking distance. We would stay here again

This was our first time traveling to the Fort Walton/Destin area. We were able to book a last minute trip away for Christmas and had the most amazing time. Our condo was wonderful, it had everything we needed, plenty of space for the 5 of us (two adults, 3 kids) and the location was perfect. When my reservation was canceled last min., I searched for a condo just as nice and I came across Coastal Vibes. I am glad I booked with them. Our stay was wonderful. The unit was clean, nicely decorated, and met my high standards. This was my first time staying on the ground floor, but the easy access definitely made up for it. This top floor penthouse unit (Herron PH05) is so incredibly awesome....it feels like it is brand new! So well decorated...and fabulously comfortable beds! The view and the rooftop jacuzzi are awesome!!! We'll be back!!

We travelled with a group of 15. I searched and searched for a single home that would met everyone’s needs. That is an impossible and frustrating task and I won’t attempt it again. I found Destin West and fell in love with the photos and amenities. I booked 108 and then sent the information to everyone who had expressed an interest in going so they could choose a unit that would fit their needs. We ended up total of five units booked at Destin West. Three were pool level. This was perfect because it was a beautiful and easily accessible to the pool and our friends. Everyone loved 108. We’ve already shown photos to our friends (which I selfishly hesitated to do because I want to keep 108 for myself) and they all want to stay in 108. We had a wonderful week laughing and visiting with family and friends. The patio area was a big hit as it was spacious and well furnished. I hope to stay there again soon. Thanks Coastal Vibes for a fantastic getaway.

Wonderful unit! Very clean and updated. Perhaps the best part is its location to the pool and beach access, along with the convenient drop off area located just adjacent to the front door. We were in Ft. Walton with our softball team and everyone commented how we had the best unit!

This was our 4th time staying at this complex. Is a great place for families as there is so much to do onsite. The pools and lazy river are great and it's nice to have the hot tubs at night. Beach access is so convenient and this unit provided beach service everyday. Additionally, they had a collection of rafts & beach items to use. The unit was in great conditions and the beds were comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. Overall, the unit was in really nice condition with great access to everything. Made for a very enjoyable stay.

Fantastic! Little hiccup with email checkin but remedied quickly!! The condo was perfect. The decor was wonderful and it was very clean. Love the coffee maker choice of kcup or filter. Beds comfy and plenty of towels - nice fluffy towels!! We would definitely rent again.

We have gone to Destin West Resort five times and stayed at several different locations. On the fourth visit, we rented #108 and couldn't be happier, so returned again this year. It is on the first floor, so no messing with hot elevators in small confined space. You just walk out your sliding door to your private patio and right to the pool. You are also steps away to the beach. The condo is very well equipped with lots of dishes, pots, pans, Kuerig or drip coffee maker and my favorite -- very well made blender for those frozen drinks! Everything was very clean upon our arrival. We went the 2nd week of August and the crowds were down. There were always open chairs at the pool and had our two free beach chairs at the beach. We took a dolphin cruise on the Seablaster, fished off the pier and gots lots of carry out food or delivery ... all while keeping our distance during this Covid period. The Management Team is great to work with and, as promised, received an e-mail allowing us to enter early once it was cleaned. Since we did get there early, we just used the pool until the condo was ready. My daughter used the fitness center, which she said was very nice and lots of good equipment. We will definately keep staying at #108 when we return to Destin!

Great place!! It truly was like a home away from home. Beds are comfy. Kitchen is fully stocked with any appliance, dish, or gadget you could need. Pool is right outside the patio door...super convenient with kids. Beach is just a short 2 min walk away. We went early to reserve our chairs (included in stay) and then we could come and go as we wanted without worrying if we had a place to play. There are games and books and puzzles if you need an indoor activity. The grills are conveniently located just down the sidewalk from the condo. The location is close to restaurants and shopping. We enjoyed our stay and hope to be back again soon!

Communication was super fast - check in was a breeze - the condo is PERFECT location for easy unloading (literally 25 steps from door) and super close to the ocean and only mere feet away from the pool with a private patio. You would be hard pressed to find a better rental in Fort Walton.

My family and I had a wonderful time! The property is fantastic. Being on the first floor our patio connected to the pool, that made it very easy for my parents and our kids to go back and forth between the room and pool! I never had to ask David for anything relating to arrival or departure because he was always one step ahead of me and sent everything I needed in advance! We called once for a maintenance item and someone was out to the room that day! We can’t wait to return to Fort Walton soon!

The condo was very nice and exactly how the pictures show. I was appreciative they offered two king size beds as it is difficult to find places that do! The location was perfect! The beach was only a very short walk away, and being able to open the sliding glass doors to the patio with pool right there was awesome! Although, the weather unfortunately wasn't the best for the week, we did enjoy the two beautiful days of sun we did have! I would certainly stay at this condo again. The owners were very accomodating!

We loved this condo! We have 3 kids and it was perfect to be on the first floor and walk right out to the pool. It was easy for the kids to go in and out when needed. Didn't need to pack a cooler at all since we were so close. Having the chair/umbrella included on the beach made things so easy. Our little ones loved the bunk room. We liked that you could walk over to the tiki bar and the splash pad next door and it was easy to walk across the street with the bridge. Everything about this condo worked out for us!

We had never stayed at Destin West before and we were pleasantly surprised! The condo was recently renovated and very nice! Having 3 teenagers the convenience of walking out our patio to the pool was extremely nice not to mention the ocean was just steps away. When we arrived it was pouring rain. The covered drop off area was only 2 doors down from our condo. The elevator to the bayside bridge was just around the corner as well! The week we were there tropical storm Alberto came through. Our spare bedroom tv wasn’t working so we emailed David for some help. He sent someone out within the hour who was very sweet and helpful to fix it and brought us a rainy day goodie bag as well. It consisted of cards, candy, popcorn, coloring books, and 2 movies from Redbox. It was a very sweet gesture. If there was any negative I found I would say it was the walk over to the bayside. The only way into the pool area was walking through the parking garage. Not something you want to walk barefoot too or let younger kids go on there own too. Overall a great week was had by all!

We LOVE this condo and return every year. Location, decor, conveniences... it has it all. This year we especially enjoyed the beach cart and cooler, the stocked beach toys, and the new decor in the condo. The addition of the king bed in the second bedroom was a great choice. As always, the complimentary beach service and walking right off the patio to the pool was fantastic. My daughter loved the lazy river and splash park this year as well. David and his sister are SO friendly and prompt in responding to questions-we love renting from them and will be back next year!

I have stayed at the Destin West properties for 9 years every spring and this is the first condo where we have said, "Let's make sure we book that one again next year!" I wish we had found it sooner! As a family of four with two young kids and grandparents staying with us on our vacation, we love it for so many reasons! -Quick access to the parking garage and entry circle for easy unloading and loading of luggage from the car to the condo. -Immediate access to the gulfside pool/kiddie pool/hot tub and Ramada amenities (splash pad, pool, hot tub, grill, bar, yard games) -Quick access to the beach and free beach service! -HUGE patio with plenty of seating -Bunk room and pack n' play for kids -King beds in both bedrooms -Remodeled in 2018 -Great customer service with extremely quick response time. -It is priced very reasonably for everything it offers! We paid about the same amount for a rental on the 6th floor gulfside last year that hadn't been recently remodeled. We are looking forward to staying here again next year!

This condo was beautifully decorated and looked just like the pictures posted! It was clean and very well kept. The kitchen was stocked with pots, pans, dishes...everything needed to cook a meal. David was very quick and friendly with any questions we had. My family and I loved the convenience of being right by the pool and a short walk to the beach access ramp. The ground floor made all the difference for my son that has special needs and a hard time getting around! We will gladly return to Destin West gulfside 108!

My grandmother, mother, daughter, and myself stayed here for our annual Mother's Day trip in may. The condo was bright, well appointed, and so convenient to the beach and pool. The beds were decently comfortable but a memory foam topper wouldn't be a bad investment. TV in every bedroom, fully stocked kitchen, plenty of bath towels and extra pillows/linens. All in all very comfortable. David and his sister were wonderful to work with and always quick to respond- check in and check out were also a breeze. My grandmother appreciated being on the ground level, right off the pool and right next to the beach since it meant less stairs/steps for her. The free beach service was a huge convenience as well since it meant less to carry to the sand every day! My daughter loved being able to swim right beside our patio first thing in the morning while I packed up for the beach and Grans had their coffee. The beach toys that she found in the closet were a huge hit too! We added even more to the stash before we left. She also had a great time at the splash park- it was a great way for her to run out energy when we were all ready to sit and relax. The lazy river on the bay side was a blast for everyone as well. We walked the beach to dinner every night- Rockin Taco, Crab Trap, Floyds, Black Pearl, Als Burgers, and Anglers are all a short jot, with fudpuckers just across the street. My toddler and grandmother had no trouble making the journey every day. My mom and I enjoyed drinks at the cabana bar every day during nap time and had delicious appetizers on the pier at Anglers. This condo really is perfectly located to so many things and the grounds of Destin Beach Bay are some of the best on the gulf. We are planning on booking this condo again for next year!!

The property was perfect. Ocean, pool, lazy river.... We loved it all!! Nice to be in walking distance to so many restaurants and activities. Our condo had everything we needed. Loved being on ground floor and walking out to pool area. Great for the kids! Less hassle for me. Keyless entry door system was great also... No keeping up with keys. We will definitely be back.

We had a wonderful stay in this condo. It's everything that we could have asked for to make our vacation perfect and relaxing. The bright colors and decor just added to the experience. It had a fully equipped kitchen with bright colored dishes. A great patio to relax on right next to the pool and a few steps from the beach. We had an amazing time at this site. The room was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. Perfect for kids due to it being on ground floor with the pool right outside the gated back porch. Chairs provided and beach service was perfect because we didn't have to lug chairs to the beach and fight with putting up umbrellas. I can not say enough about the room. It was very clean and beds were extremely comfortable. The owners were excellent to work with. Frank was very quick to answer any of my questions and request. Thanks again for a great last minute vacation and wonderful family memories!!!

My family of 5 and my parents stayed in this unit; there was plenty of space for the seven of us. We loved being on the first floor and having super easy access to the beach and pool. The kitchen was stocked well with all kinds of appliances, pots and pans, etc., so staying in for dinner was easy. This unit came with chair/umbrella service on the beach, which made our beach time last longer and much more comfortable. I look forward to bringing my family back to this unit and resort!

From the beginning of working with the property owner - he was prompt in answering my emails and questions. He offered friendly advice and was very professional. The price was reasonable for the stay and he accommodated my short visit. Once we got to the condo, it was exactly as the pictures show - bright, clean, updated. The kitchen was stocked as well as a real kitchen and everything was clean and in working order. The beds/pillows were very nice and comfortable. My kids slept better than they do at home as the unit is very quiet and noise doesn't travel down the halls. The location was perfect - walk right out to the pool or the beach. We are not disabled, but I believe it would also be a good accommodation for someone in a wheelchair as doors/hallways are wide and no steps are required. We enjoyed eating out on the patio every night. Close to shopping/grocery stores. A perfect 10 vacation! We will definitely come back.
