We loved the dancing fox! It was so clean and well appointed, it was the best stocked vacation home we have ever been too. Made for a perfect family getaway for our extended family of 15 including an infant. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

Our group of 18 spent several days at the Dancing Fox and had a great time. The property location is outstanding with fantastic views and good proximity to various attractions. The property itself was marvelous - plenty of open space to gather, varied bedrooms and sleeping arrangements, a good-sized pool for the kids to swim in, lots of built-in entertainment and activities for a rainy day, and a well-stocked kitchen (cookware, dishes and so on). The property was clean and well-appointed. The only issue we had (a blown fuse) was promptly addressed and staff was responsive and helpful both before and during our stay. I would have zero hesitations in booking with Coastal / Mountain Vibe again. This is an easy 5 star rating!

Amazing property. We've been making a family trip to the area for 5+ years in a row and this is, by far, the best property we've stayed in. Tons of space and very well laid-out. The game room and pool are both on the lower-level (which is common), but the home's layout kept all the NOISE on the lower-level as well (which is UNcommon). Will definitely be back!

They were predicting a snowstorm the weekend we were scheduled to go to Dancing Fox. We waffled on whether we would go anyway and risk potentially getting stuck up there... WE ARE SO GLAD WE CAME. Not only did snow not even stick in our area, it was the most cozy, magical weekend. Sitting in a hot tub overlooking the mountains while snow flurried around us was a pinch-me moment, potentially only rivaled by drinking coffee in front of the fire afterward. 13 ladies took our annual girl trip to the Smokies and stayed at Dancing Fox. It was the best cabin or resort we've stayed at to date. The cabin is equipped with everything you need for your stay. The pool was warm and the decor was top notch. The two refrigerators were important for a large group. We had a blast watching UK play in the theatre room; Shooting pool and enjoying the panoramic view of the mountains from the deck. The sunrises and sunsets were the best. Highly recommend.

This home was very impressive. It has everything you need to cook and a generous amount of starter supplies. The two refrigerators were a wonderful and needed feature. The pool and hottub were clean. The parking has a generous amount of space. The view is beautiful. Also, the home is very close to Pigeon Forge. Our group would stay at this home again.

Let me say that my friends and I have already stayed at this property in 2023 and were extremely happy. When you first get to the cabin the scenery is beautiful and seeing how high up you are going is awesome! The neighborhood is very beautiful and kept up, NO SPEED BUMPS!! We came here in 2023 for a car event “slammedenuff” which my friend group comes realistically to see each other since we're on opposite sides of the USA. The drive way is very large and as you drive up you really get a great view of how massive the house really is. It's great for larger families and larger groups to enjoy. The views are spectacular. We had the pleasure of Nathan helping our stay feel right at home with a few gifts and a thank you card for returning. My friends and I loved the stay and had a better time this year than in 2023. We will be back and thank you for accommodating all of us!!

The artistry of the house was amazing from the landscape to the bathrooms. We enjoyed the quiet but also managed to create some noise in the pool, with pickle ball, and singing and dancing on the porch.It was nice to have a kitchen where we could sit and eat as a family and play a euchre tournament. Love the two refrigerators; one for food and one for drinks. Management was so easy to work with and responded quickly to our questions. It was clean and comfortable. Thank you for a great time.

Absolutely loved our stay at Dancing Fox! Would definitely recommend! If we had any concerns or questions, sending a message got us an answer very quickly. The views are to die for! The only suggestion we would have is maybe a few more outdoor chairs by the gas fire pit on the lower deck. We even got up one day to use the hot tub and when we walked out on the deck we got to see 2 black bears coming up the driveway which was so cool. Great place!

I would give this house a 10 out of 10! The kids had a wonderful time in the pool and the parents didn't have to worry to much with in being 3 1/2 ft, and if they weren't in the pool they were playing games or watching a movie in the theater. The room were nice and big for the family's to enjoy and the master room all the kids loved taking a shower in the "car wash shower". We really liked the house and would highly recommend it to our friends and family

This is our second year using Coastal Vibes vacation rentals and won’t be the last. This is such a fantastic house- perfect for 13 family members. So much fun for this coastal family to retreat to the mountains- lots of tourist attractions and hikes nearby, but a lovely & quiet neighborhood. Enjoyed nights by the fire and family games after dinner. Tons of bear visits, which were very exciting for all of us. The homes managed by Coastal Vibes are extremely thoughtfully stocked and managed, and any questions are answered very quickly. I feel very confident with this management company. The biggest question is - where to next?

I cannot say enough about our one week stay in this wonderful vacation home! My husband and I took our family of four daughters and son in laws and 4 grandchildren to this piece of heaven. The location was really great for visiting the Smokey's and all the attractions!! We had so much fun enjoying the house and hanging out playing games hot tubbing and enjoying the swimming pool, video arcade games, pool table, ping ping and the movie theater!! The views were incredible and mornings with coffee on the outside deck by the fireplace were so peaceful and precious moments with our family. Dancing Fox is a beautiful home nestled high in the mountains which make for fantastic views. We were able to see black bears several times from our deck. The home was very clean, beds were comfort, and so many fun things to do that we didn’t need to leave. Would definitely recommend this home tandem hope to someday return.

Our family, from grandmother to grandchildren couldn't have enjoyed themselves more! The mountain house was grand to us in every way- it was heavenly. The views are absolutely breathtaking - the house and grounds were pristine. The huge kitchen was so delightful to cook in - the entertainment- huge saltwater pool! The drive in movie theater- the arcade games - pool table that was a mustang car! What can I say! Our youngest member of the family said “it was the best vacation ever” and never wanted to leave the cabin or get out of the copper tub! Which he considered his own private hot tub! We can without reservation highly recommend this cabin to anyone wanting a unique, totally over the top stay in the mountains!

This is a spectacular property. It has terrific views from almost every room. Loved that the property had such wonderful bathrooms. Ours had body jets as well as rain shower heads. The game room and theater room were excellent. Youngest guest loved the pool as well as adults. The property was in top condition and was very clean.

Loved the stay and the place was amazing! This was worth every penny! The view is incredible and the place provides so much to do on top of it. We even had a few bears meander past us on the property. My only recommendation would be make sure you bring towels and are stocked up on miscellaneous household items like detergent, trash bags, toilet paper, etc.

The Dancing Fox was a great place for multiple families to come together with six of the seven bedrooms having their own private en-suites. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils, appliances, cookware, dishes, etc. There was plenty of things to do at the house but still not far away from Pigeon Forge with all the tourist attractions. The views are amazing from all the windows no matter what the weather!

We absolutely loved staying at the Dancing fox during our spring break! We came with 3 families, whose children ranged in ages, and there was something for everyone. The adults enjoyed the living space, spacious kitchen, outdoor hot tub and outdoor fireplace. The Kids loved all of the opportunities for gaming and loved the indoor pool. It was so spacious for them! The bedrooms were amazing, big and offered plenty of opportunities for different sleeping arrangements. The Children loved the bunk room. The house was centrally located to Gatlinburg and Pidgeon forge making all of our excursions easy to get to. The biggest thrill of all was the view that the home had. Truly breathtaking. We truly made the best memories at the Dancing Fox.

My wife and I, along with our two teenagers and four of their friends, were lucky enough to stay at Dancing Fox over spring break. It truly exceeded our expectations and many special memories were made that will last a lifetime. Everything was so clean, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the views were awe-inspiring. Our entire crew was blown away by all of the amazing amenities which kept everyone happily entertained the entire time. Breakfasts were savored on the covered porch in front of the fireplace, sunrises were enjoyed from the hot tub, relaxing evening swims were followed by board games around the gorgeous dining room tables, and fun was had by all in the well-equipped game room and stunning theater. The poker table upstairs was also the perfect addition for our group and used night and day between easy trips into Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and the National Park where we enjoyed the attractions and hiking. We couldn't have asked for anything more, and we hope to stay again in the future. Don't hesitate to book a stay at the Dancing Fox. You will not be disappointed!

Our family of 24 had a great time staying in the house. There was so much to do and we really enjoyed the indoor pool, the game room and the overall great space. The views of the mountains is absolutely spectacular! Great communication and response when we had questions or concerns. One of the rooms was not cleaned up properly and David made sure to send someone over the following day to clean up.
We had such a nice time that we decided to stay an extra day! We were not ready to go home.

I am so happy we booked this place! First of all it’s even more gorgeous in person. My family and I loved every corner of it. We didn’t know there was a snowstorm as we approached the property and the host was in contact with us to offer help and give us options. I gifted my Kids and Grandkids (all 16 of us from 10-80 years old!) to 10 spectacular days in the spacious palatial Dancing Fox Cabin in Pigeon Forge, TN. One of my teenage granddaughters announced to us all "this is the best Mamie (my name) vacation EVER!" Previously I took them on cruises, etc. This was a compliment echoed by everyone! The Dancing Fox was amazing - I learned to play pool (80 years old), celebrated my 80th birthday there, everyone enjoyed the indoor and outdoor fireplaces, kitchen was amazing & huge and the 2 refrigerators were filled, the media room sitting in the seats of "old cars" was a huge hit, Ping-Pong, hot tub, incredible indoor pool, exquisite views of mountains, easy access to so much in the area including easy food shopping, sleeping arrangements were so perfect and comfortable, plenty of room to spread out or come together to play games, eat, chat, and the Christmas decorations were perfect! We had a couple of questions that were answered promptly, registering for this and instructions for accessing the cabin were so simple and uncomplicated, the cabin was spotless when we arrived, all directions for closing out our stay were easy to follow, and all communication with the renters both before we went and while we were there were wo pleasant. We experienced many types of weather and were awed by the views each time, and some of the kids even went skiing and snow boarding nearby, some for the first time. I just can't say enough about this amazing place! I am truly hoping to be able to take everyone back to the Dancing Fox another year! This was the best ever of all the yearly trips we have taken! Thank you for providing such a spectacular experience for us all!

We stayed here with a group of our friends, 10 adults and 14 kids. It was so much fun! The cabin was gorgeous, clean, and spacious. The pool was a hit, the movie room is so fun, and everyone loved all the games in the basement. The views are breathtaking, and there were multiple areas to sit outside and enjoy the views and weather. If you’re thinking about staying here, you won’t be disappointed!

Photos don’t do it justice- it’s a beautiful home. Our family truly enjoyed the stay. Our only suggestion is to clean grill before guest arrival, it was extremely dirty. Other than that, home was perfect! Thank you for allowing us to stay there.

I, My family, and friends enjoyed our stay, the cabin is great, clean, and have many amenities to enjoy with a big group. The views are amazing we love the pool, hot top, and cinema room. The kids really enjoyed the games and the pool table. The check in and check out process was fast and easy. We Definitely recommend this cabin!

This is easily one of the most beautiful places we have stayed in a long time. We had a family get together to celebrate a 50th birthday and wow there is so much to do just at the cabin. It was so relaxing and the arcade, theatre, pool, and game room really exceeded our expectations. David was very responsive and provided great recommendations for a local caterer that we used to entertain and cook several meals for our group. Thank you for sharing this lovely, lovely cabin!

We had a wonderful weekend. The house is beautifully decorated in a way that complements the space and location. Everything was really clean. There is plenty to do for adults and kids in the case of rain. The views are exquisite. The kitchen was well stocked with all the utensils we could possibly need. David was very helpful when we had a tripped breaker. We also got to see a family of black bears crossing our driveway. We would love to return one day.

In the words of my 13 year old grandson, “This house is AWESOME!” We rented the Dancing Fox in celebration of our 50th Anniversary in order to include our entire family (19 people ages 1 – 73) in a stay in a part of the country none of us had ever explored before. It was PERFECT! We all hated to leave! Both nature and tourism are easily accessible! However, many chose to spend the greatest part of their time right here! There is plenty of room to spread out, yet still enjoy privacy when needed. The rooms were all very quiet so no one was disturbed by late-nighters or early risers. It was a real pleasure to cook in the well-appointed kitchen! We enjoyed family game nights around the generous dining room tables. The views from any one of the decks is breathtaking! The pool was a TREMENDOUS hit with everyone, as was the theater and game room! Ping pong games were often followed by relaxing time in the hot tub. The little ones loved the bunk room with the slide and the exercise room was a bonus for the adults! IF there was something that was missed, there is a well-stocked little store (Whaley’s Country Store) right at the bottom of the hill. No need to go anywhere else! An added bonus was the EXCELLENT communication with the property managers! Information was provided in a timely manner and any questions or communications needed only a quick text which resulted in an immediate response! What a pleasure! I only hope we will find openings at the Dancing Fox in the future!

Our stay at David’s cabin was amazing! We had a large group, and the accommodations worked great for us. We had originally booked a different cabin that fell through last minute due to not being ready at check in. David’s cabin was available for the same dates, and he was so flexible to work with us last minute. This place worked out perfectly and had everything we needed. The kitchen was thoroughly stocked with all kinds of dishes/pots/pans etc. We really loved having our own private pool. Everything was decorated beautifully, and we couldn’t have imagined a better place to stay!
